Question: Given that Mr. Bauer asked the court to take judicial notice his client produced that COLB, for what reason did he fail to produce for the court, the actual document?
Answer: Because he knew that COLB posted on his client’s blog is bogus.

2. Mr. Bauer wrote, “See, e.g., Factcheck.org, “Born in the U.S.A.: The truth about Obama’s birth certificate,” available at http://www.factcheck.org/elections 2008/born_in_the_usa.html (concluding that the birth certificate is genuine, and noting a contemporaneous birth announcement published in a Honolulu newspaper).”

These facts are true, too. But they also fail to establish, his client is Constitutionally qualified to be POTUS.

“Judicial notice” is a term found in the Federal Rules of Evidence. It applies to getting facts into the court record and, once those facts have been added to the record, assigns what weight this evidence will receive. Simply put, a judicially noticed fact must be one not subject to reasonable dispute in that it is either (1) generally known within the territorial jurisdiction of the trial court or (2) capable of accurate and ready determination by resort to sources whose accuracy cannot reasonably be questioned.

Mr. Bauer wanted the federal court to take judicial notice of these facts.

1. His client, Barack Obama “publicly produced a certified copy of a birth certificate showing that he was born on August 4, 1961, in Honolulu Hawaii.”

This fact is true. But it fails to establish, his client is Constitutionally qualified to be POTUS.

As of this date 17 Nov 2009, Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro has spent in excess of $1.8 million to defend lawsuits regarding his eligibility under the United States Constitution. It should be noted that this $1.8 million is NOT his own personal funds, but Obama has been defended by the Dept of Justice at taxpayer expense.

Robert ‘Felix’ Bauer the newly appointed White House Counsel, lead lawyer from Perkins Coie in the eligibility lawsuits, the same lawyer who used threatening tactics and language in the Hollister vs. Soetoro case, the Missouri Truth Squads, and the like, is now Chief legal Counsel to the un-documented illegal alien resident in the Oval Office.

 Maybe Robert Bauer would like to offer the answer on, WHY IS OBAMA FIGHTING THE LAWSUITS IF HE HAD ALREADY SHOWN HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE?

Bauer’s client Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro might like to explain why he claims to have his original Birth Certificate.   As mentioned in “Dreams of My Father” he claims finding his birth certificate.

    On Page 26 of “Dreams of My Father”, Obama writes:

 “I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms, when I was in high school,”

 While this brief quote does not state WHAT article it is that Obama found, it does mention that he found it WITH his BIRTH CERTIFICATE. This would have been in the mid 70’s, so this birth certificate would not have been a computer generated document. So where is this original?

The forged COLB versions posted on the Fight the Smears and FactCheck web-sites are in no way what Barack Hussein Obama claimed to discover in that box, along with his vaccination forms. [Which by the way, I still have mine, along with my other documents that have been posted in my video’s on Youtube].

As Alan Keyes stated on CNN, segment included in my ‘Media and the Birthers Pt1 video, Barack Hussein Obama and legal crew are directing you to a photograph on the internet and hearsay statements that would not be accepted as evidence in any court of law.

Remember that a ‘Certification of Live Birth’ only certifies that a birth took place [prima facie as stated on the COLB] not to where or when, same as the Hawaiian newspaper announcements [only that a birth took place, not to where or when].

Herein lays the point, Prima Facie meaning a matter appears to be self-evident from the facts at first glance. The burden of proof when presented based on prima facie is need not be conclusive or irrefutable, the introduction of prima facie evidence is often called ‘making a case or building a case.’  Such evidence [prima facie] might not stand or fall on its own; if an opposing party introduces other evidence or asserts an affirmative defense it can only be reconciled with a full trial.

Now why is it significant that Obama had a real birth certificate – presumably the kind we’re all familiar with that discloses the name of the hospital in which the birth took place, the names of the parents, notes and signatures of attending physicians, etc.?

Based upon the Prime Facie evidence on the forged COLB, one might believe Barack Obama was born in the United States. However, first glance evidence is not sufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt where the birth took place. With other evidence that contradicts a Hawaiian birth [Obama’s forged COLB’s, Kenyan Birth certificates, statements from other media sources, newspapers, and relatives], Obama’s defense can only be reconciled with a full trial. Necessitating the secondary evidence on what records Hawaii holds regarding any and all vital records that it maintains on Barack Hussein Obama. To date no trial has taken place.

(Nov. 17, 2009) — Yesterday, The Post & Email reported that Mr. Paul Tsukiyama, Director of the Office of Information Practices — the very office overseeing public complaints regarding the Hawaii Department of Health’s refusal to release public documents or information regarding Obama’s alleged vital records kept by that department — resigned quietly on Nov. 6th, and that no one knew where he went.

Yesterday, The American Spectator also spoke about resignations, and speculated about their motives, but these regarding a place on the opposite site of the country: Washington, D.C..

In an editorial by The Washington Prowler, “Obama goes to the Matresses”, we are told that Cassandra Butts,  “a Harvard classmate of Obama’s and one of the administration’s highest-ranking African Americans . . . quietly resigned on Friday, November 6 . . .” .

This resignation preceded that of her immediate superior, Gregory Craig, who left the position of White House Counsel only days ago.

However, what The Washington Prowler writes is more telling in the intrigue and politics behind the Craig resignation and the ascendency of Robert Bauer, whose appointment to Craig’s old position was made last Friday:

“[Bauer] knows where all the bodies are buried, and this indicates that there is something amiss with this White House, or at least someone is nervous about what is going on,” says a former Obama transition team adviser. “You don’t just make these kinds of changes for the sake of rearranging the deck chairs, and not at this time with at least three legislative and policy decisions looming that the Counsel’s office would have been deeply involved in.”

“This doesn’t come close to the ‘Saturday Night Massacre’ in the Nixon days, but it’s pretty damn weird,” says Washington, D.C.-based Democrat lawyer, who has held counsel positions both in the Senate and in previous presidential administrations. “I’m surprised not only that the press seems to be ignoring the fact that two presidential lawyers have left at about the same time, but that no one seems to care that for the first time, I think ever, we have a President’s personal attorney also serving as White House counsel. I don’t care if Bob [Bauer] recuses himself from future personal legal business, this should be troubling to anyone who cares about the Executive Office of the President.”

Here is some additional comments on Robert Bauer. The following is an excerpt from Michelle Malkin’s blog

During the 2008 campaign, Bauer pooh-poohed GOP complaints about voter fraud. While decrying the Republicans’ “fear message,” it was Bauer who was on a fear-inducing crusade – pulling out all legal stops to silence conservative critics of Obama’s ties to the radical Left.

As I’ve noted previously, and in light of Obama’s self-serving praise for political dissent abroad, I note again: It was Bauer who lobbied the Justice Department unsuccessfully last fall to pursue a criminal probe of American Issues Project (AIP), an independent group that sought to run an ad spotlighting Obama’s ties to Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers.

It was Bauer and his legal goon squad who attempted to sic the DOJ on GOP donor Harold Simmons and sought his prosecution for funding the ad. In a parallel effort launched the same week as Bauer’s legal efforts, a nonprofit called “Accountable America” spearheaded by a former operative of the Obama-endorsing MoveOn outfit began trolling campaign finance databases and targeting conservative donors with “warnig letters” in a thuggish attempt to depress Republican fundraising.

It was Bauer who tried to bully television stations across the country to compel them to pull the spot. Team Obama then summoned their troops to bombard stations, many of them owned by conservative-leaning Sinclair Communications, with 93,000 e-mails to squelch the commercial.

With Bob “The Silencer” Bauer now working from the inside and Anita “News Commissar” Dunn working from the outside, Obama has a state media police apparatus the Chinese regime could love.

An Iowa congressman is questioning the timing of the sudden resignation of a controversial Obama administration official, whose husband has had close ties to ACORN and has recently been named President Obama’s White House counsel.

In serving as White House communications director, Anita Dunn had created a stir when she told school children earlier this year that Chinese Communist leader Mao Tse Tung was one of the people she admired the most. She also launched a public attack against the Fox News Channel for its reporting on the ACORN prostitution scandal.
Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa) thinks it is curious that Dunn abruptly resigned from her White House post, just four days after Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell raided ACORN’s national office, seizing paper records and computer hard drives.

He says Dunn’s husband, Robert Bauer, has been a staunch defender of ACORN.

“During the McCain campaign in the fall of 2008, he wrote a letter to the Justice Department defending ACORN and recommending that they not investigate ACORN — [arguing] that ACORN’s alleged transgressions were simply a political product of Republicans,” says the Iowa lawmaker.

King believes Bauer’s letter was a contributing factor in convincing the Justice Department not to investigate ACORN. But he says with the Louisiana attorney general’s action, the administration appears to be in damage-control mode.

“Are they trying to cover up a trail? Are they severing ties? Is the investigation [of ACORN] in Louisiana…going to lead all the way up through Robert Bauer and perhaps his wife in the White House?” King wonders. “Because I believe the ACORN ties do go right to the White House in multiple ways.”

King believes that as the newly named White House counsel, Bauer will be in a position to help President Obama erase his ties to ACORN.

Vor langer, langer Zeit, war’s gestern oder war’s heut, lebte einmal ein armer Bauer. Dieser brachte seine Frau und sich recht kümmerlich durchs Leben. Im Sommer rackerten sich er und seine Frau draußen auf dem Feld ab. Im Winter fällte er im Wald Bäume, entästete und entrindete sie und verarbeitete sie zu Scheitern. Mit seinem Esel transportierte er das Holz in die Stadt und verkaufte es dort.

Eines Tages war der Bauer wieder in der Stadt. In einer stattlichen Villa hatte er Holz abzuliefern. Als er in der Halle auf seinen Lohn wartete, hatte er genügend Zeit, sich dort in aller Ruhe umzuschauen. “Was ist das nur für ein Luxus”, sagte er zu sich selber, “überall liegen kostbare Teppiche herum. Ein Möbelstück ist schöner und prächtiger als das andere. Von der Decke hängt ein Luster, der vor Edelsteinen nur so glitzert und funkelt. Ich könnte mein Lebtag arbeiten, und doch würde ich es nie zu solchem Reichtum bringen. Wie kommt man nur zu solchem Wohlstand?”

Bald darauf holte ihn ein Diener ab und geleitete ihn über eine Marmortreppe hinauf. Droben saß in einer herrlich eingerichteten Kammer auf einem Sofa der Hausherr. In aller Ruhe rauchte er seine Pfeife und nippte hin und wieder an einer Tasse Tee. “Was bekommst du für das Holz?”, fragte der Hausherr. “Das und das”, antwortet ihm der Bauer. Da griff jener in einen Sack mit Dukaten, warf ihm ein paar Münzen hin und meinte: “Reicht das!?” “Ja”, gab der Bauer zurück, “das reicht!”

Daraufhin zog der Bauer mit dem Diener ab. All die Pracht hatte den Bauern derart verzaubert, daß er schließlich den Diener fragte: “Jetzt sag’ einmal. Was macht dein Herr, daß er zu einem solchen Vermögen kommt?” – “Mein Herr”, sagte der Diener, “der macht das ganz einfach. Er sitzt auf seinem Sofa, raucht seine Pfeife, trinkt seinen Tee und wartet darauf, daß ihm seine Schicksalsfrau den goldenen Glücksfaden zuspinnt.” “Das gefällt mir!”, äußerte der Bauer, “Ja, so will ich es auch machen!”

Und tatsächlich kaufte sich der Bauer für das bißchen Geld, das er von seinem Auftraggeber bekommen hatte, eine Pfeife, etwas Tabak, einen Samowar und ein bißchen guten Tee. Versorgt mit all dem, machte er sich wieder auf den Heimweg.

Zu Hause war seine Frau natürlich schon recht neugierig. “Wie ist es dir gegangen, Mann?” begrüßte sie ihn, “hast Du das Holz gut verkaufen können?” “Ja”, hat der Bauer gesagt. “Und?”, hat ihn die Bäurin gefragt, “hast Du für uns etwas zu essen gekauft?” – “Nein”, hat der Bauer gesagt, “etwas viel besseres! Eine Pfeife, Tabak, einen Samowar und dazu noch Tee!” “Ja, bist du denn verrückt geworden, Mann!?”, schrie die Frau, “wir haben nichts zu essen. Und du!? Du kaufst eine Pfeife, Tabak, einen Samowar und auch noch Tee dazu! Was ist dir denn da eingefallen?” “Das verstehst du nicht, Frau” hat da der Bauer gesagt, “aber ich will es dir erklären: Ich werd’ mich jetzt in der Stube auf den Otoman setzen, den Samowar einheizen, ein Schlückchen Tee trinken, ein Pfeifchen schmauchen – und dann warte ich darauf, daß mir meine Schicksalsfrau den goldenen Glücksfaden zuspinnt.” “Du spinnst, mein lieber Mann!”, fuhr ihn da seine Frau an, “mir scheint, die viele Arbeit hat dich um den Verstand gebracht!?”

Der Bauer ließ sich aber von seiner Frau nicht beirren. In aller Ruhe setzte er sich in der Stube auf den Otoman, kochte Tee im Samowar und zündete sich zu guter Letzt das Pfeifchen an. Bald darauf trank er genußvoll seinen Tee und zog, daß es eine Freude war. Die Bäuerin schüttelte nur verächtlich den Kopf . “Der arme Mann”, sagte sie zu sich selber, “die viele Arbeit muß ihn ganz und gar um den Verstand gebracht haben.”

Vor dem Haus graste derweil unbeeindruckt von alldem der Esel. Als der Nachbar, ein richtiger Geizhals, des Weges kam und das herrenlose Tier erblickte, raunzte er in seinen Bart hinein: “Den Esel braucht gerade sowieso niemand. Den leihe ich mir aus. Denn, ob er da herumsteht oder für mich die schweren Säcke mit den Torfziegeln schleppt, ist eines.” So nahm er den Esel mit zu der Torfgrube. Er füllte einen Sack nach dem anderen mit Torf an und packte diese dem Esel auf den Rücken.

Als er mit der Arbeit fast fertig war, stieß er mit dem Spaten plötzlich auf etwas Hartes. Neugierig grub der Mann weiter, bis eine Kiste zum Vorschein kam! Was da wohl drinnen ist? Als er den schweren Eisendeckel öffnete, kam ein prächtiger Goldschatz zum Vorschein. Dem Geizkragen bleib vor lauter Freude – und Habgier – schier das Herz stehen. Geschwind leerte er die Torfsäcke wieder aus und befüllte sie mit dem kostbaren Gut. Obenauf legte er ein wenig Torf, um den Schatz vor den Blicken der Anderen zu verstecken. In der Kiste war aber so viel Gold, daß die mitgebrachten Säcke dafür gar nicht ausreichten. “Was soll ich nur machen? Wenn ich jetzt mit den vollen Säcken nach Hause gehe und sie dort ausleere, könnte inzwischen ein Anderer hierher kommen und den Rest des Schatzes mitnehmen.” Schließlich hat er vor lauter Habsucht beschlossen, davon so viel wie möglich in seine Taschen zu stopfen. Als er jedoch noch einmal in die Torfgrube kletterte und die Edelsteine sogar noch beim Hemdkragen hineinstopfte, brach plötzlich das Loch in sich zusammen, und die herabstürzende Erde begrub den Mann unter sich.

Oben stand der mit den Säcken schwer beladene Esel. Nach einer Weile machte sich dieser auf den Heimweg. Mit einem dreifachen “Iaahh! Iaahh! Iaahh!” machte er sich beim Bauern und seiner Frau bemerkbar. “Was ist denn mit dem Esel, Mann?”, hat die Frau gesagt, “Der ist ja noch nicht einmal abgeladen! Geh hinaus und nimm ihm wenigstens die schweren Säcke ab.” “Nein, nein”, erwiderte der Bauer, “ich bleib da sitzen, trink’ meinen Tee, rauch’ meine Pfeife und warte darauf, daß mir meine Schicksalsfrau den goldenen Glücksfaden zuspinnt.” “Der arme Mann”, sagte die Frau zu sich selber, “Wer weiß, ob er jemals wieder der Alte sein wird. Schließlich bequemte er sich doch und kam in aller Ruhe heraus. “Jetzt schau dir das an!”, sagte seine Frau zu ihm ganz aufgelöst, “weißt du, woher das kommt? Oder weißt Du, was das ist!?” “Woher das kommt? Das weiß ich nicht”, hat der Bauer gesagt, “Was das ist, das weiß ich schon: So ist es halt, wenn einem seine Schicksalsfrau den goldenen Glücksfaden zuspinnt.”

Herzelichen Guten Tag die Leserschaft.
Heute melde ich mich zurück um ein bisschen Freude in euren Alltag zu bringen. Richtig gehört, Freude, ich will euch nämlich den “besten Witz der Welt” vorstellen, auf den ich neulich gestoßen bin. Die Anführungszeichen sind durch die Subjektivität eines Witzes zu erklären. Der eine lacht sich tot, den andern juckts nicht, also bitte nicht enttäuscht sein, lachgarantie gibts nicht. Der Witz wurde übrigens durch eine Abstimmung im Magazin ,,Welt” ermittelt. Genug Geschwafel, hier ist er:

Ein Einwohner aus Stockholm fährt zur Entenjagd aufs Land. Als er eine Ente sieht, zielt er und schießt. Doch der Vogel fällt auf den Hof eines Bauern, und der rückt die Beute nicht heraus. „Das ist mein Vogel“, besteht der Städter auf seinem Recht. Der Bauer schlägt vor, den Streit, wie auf dem Land üblich, mit einem Tritt in den Unterleib beizulegen. „Wer weniger schreit, kriegt den Vogel.“ Der Städter ist einverstanden. Der Bauer holt aus und landet einen gewaltigen Tritt in den Weichteilen des Mannes. Der bricht zusammen und bleibt 20 Minuten am Boden liegen. Als er wieder aufstehen kann, keucht er: „Okay, jetzt bin ich dran.“ „Nee“, sagt der Bauer im Weggehen. „Hier, nehmen Sie die Ente.“

Nun denn, auf einer Skala von 1 bis 10 würde er bei mir immerhin auf 8 landen, was sich auch dadurch erklären lässt, dass ich bei sowas nicht sehr wählerisch bin. Hoffe ich konnt euch wenigstens für ne knappe Minute unterhalten oder zumindest davon abhalten was blöderes zu tun.

Beim googeln fällt auf, dass die deutschen Landwirte kein wirkliches Network haben, um sich dort auszutauschen. Die Farmblogger fallen auf, ebenso wie die Zeitschrift “Landlive” mit ihrer Community. Bei Xing, Facebook und anderen feiern die Landwirte eher ein bescheidenes Dasein.

Die erste Frage, die auftaucht: “Wollen Landwirte nicht networken, sich austauschen, Kontakte pflegen und die “Wohltätigkeiten” des Web 2.0 genießen?” Gespräche mit jungen Bauern lassen vermuten, dass einserseits die Zeit und andererseits interessante Communities fehlen. Gesprächsstoff habe man genug und es gäbe auch viel zu zeigen, zu fragen und zu kommunizieren. “Bauer sucht Frau” ist zudem eine (noch) erfolgreiche Sendung im Privat-TV, die nach einer virtuellen “Ergänzung” geradezu schreit.

Konkretes Nachfragen bei Landwirten offenbart, dass man sich gerne über Saatgut, Tierzucht, Hersteller-Druckmittel, Abstimmungen bei Milchprotesten, Preisabstimmungen, landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen, Erfolgen und Misserfolgen bei allem, was bei der tägliche Arbeit anfällt und die obligatorischen Probleme beim Ausfüllen der EU-Subventionsunterlagen mit den anderen Kollegen austauschen würde. Auch Geräte- und Maschinen-Sharing sowie eine Gebraucht-Börse wären wichtige Themen.

Nicht vernachlässigen darf man auch das Thema “eLearning” in der Landwirtschaft. Es scheint einen großen Bedarf an Weiterbildung in dieser Gruppe zu geben. Schon bei der Ausbildung des Nachwuchses bis hin zur Lerneinheit über eine visionäre Bauernzukunft ist das Spektrum weit gefächert. Landwirte können damit bei ihrer mit wenig Freizeit ausgestatteten Terminplanung optimal unterrichtet werden.

Einen ganz anderen Ansatzpunkt böte eine B2C-Community, die alternativ denkenden Landwirten eine größere Zielgruppe für den Verkauf ihrer Produkte oder Dienstleistungen (Ferien auf dem Bauernhof, Streichelzoo, Eigenanbau …) geben würde. Das Vermarkten über die eigene Webseite habe meist in die Irre geführt, weil die Klickraten zu gering und die Chance der Verbreitung dieser Infos zu gering weil zu kostspielig sei. Deshalb käme einer solchen Community – ausgestattet mit Bewertungs- und Kommentierfunktionen – eine nicht zu unterschätzende Bedeutung zu, sagen insbesondere die Landwirte, die sich mit ausländischen Communities schon beschäftigt haben. Landwirte wollen allerdings – wie andere Berufsguppen auch – am liebsten “unter sich” sein, eben eine eigene Community für die Landwirtschaft nutzen!

Für uns stellt sich vordringlich die Frage: Wer könnte Interesse daran haben, eine solche “Community für Landwirtschaft 2.0″ betreiben? Wer bringt Manpower und Finanzen auf?  Wer hätte den größten Nutzen davon?

Vielleicht ergibt sich über diesen Blog-Beitrag Interesse an dieser Zielgruppe und einer Networking-Plattform für diese Zielgruppe. Unser Beitrag kann im beraterischen Input, in der Software-Lieferung und im Community-Management liegen – wir freuen uns auf Ihre Kommentare und Mails.

Obama law tab up to $1.7 million
‘Grassroots army’ contributions used to crush eligibility lawsuits?

President Obama has paid nearly $1.7 million to his top eligibility lawyer since the election.

Obama for America, Obama’s 2008 political campaign, merged with the Democratic National Committee in January and is now known as Organizing for America. The grassroots army that some refer to as “Obama 2.0″ is still collecting financial contributions.

Federal Election Commission records for “Obama for America” show that the lobby organization has paid international law firm Perkins Coie exactly $1,666,397.01 since the 2008 election.

The most recent sum, $314,018.06, was listed in Obama for America’s October Quarterly report filed with the FEC.

As WND reported in August, FEC records also show the following payments made to the law firm from Oct. 16, 2008, to June 30, 2009:

The FEC shows Obama’s campaign has made regular payments to Perkins Coie since Jan. 1, 2007 – the month he formed a presidential exploratory committee and only weeks before he formally announced his candidacy for president.

In total, Obama has paid Perkins Coie, a single law firm, $2.6 million since he announced his campaign for presidency. By contrast, a cumulative total of all of Sen. John McCain’s legal consulting fees, from Jan. 1, 2007, to October 2009, amounts to $1.6 million.

As WND reported, Robert Bauer of Perkins Coie – top lawyer for Obama, Obama’s presidential campaign, the Democratic National Committee and Obama’s Organizing for America – is the same Washington, D.C., lawyer who defended President Obama in lawsuits challenging his eligibility to be president.

WND also reported that Bauer sent a letter to plaintiff Gregory Hollister, a retired Air Force colonel, of Hollister v. Soetoro, threatening sanctions if he didn’t withdraw his appeal of the eligibility case that earlier was tossed by a district judge because the issue already had been “twittered.”

Bauer’s warning was dated April 3 and delivered via letter to the plaintiff’s attorney, John D. Hemenway. It is not the first such warning issued. Lawyers trying to kill a similar California lawsuit filed on behalf of Ambassador Alan Keyes also said they would seek sanctions against the plaintiff’s attorneys in that case unless they left the issue of the president’s eligibility alone.

“For the reasons stated in Judge Robertson’s ruling, the suit is frivolous and should not be pursued,“ Bauer’s letter warned. “Should you decline to withdraw this frivolous appeal, please be informed that we intend to pursue sanctions, including costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees, pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 38 and D.C. Circuit Rule 38.”

Bauer also represented Obama and the DNC in Philip Berg’s eligibility lawsuit and various other legal challenges. The White House has not responded to WND’s request for comment on the legal fees.

As WND recently reported, Bauer is married to Anita Dunn, the White House communications director who has blasted Fox as an arm of the Republican Party and talked about “controlling” the news media.

Bauer, a Democratic Party partisan, has a long history of defending Democratic Party presidential hopefuls.

A biography for Bauer posted on the Perkins Coie website indicates he was general counsel to the Democratic National Committee during the presidential campaign of Sen. John Kerry and that he served as counsel to Sen. Tom Daschle, the Democratic leader in the impeachment trial proceedings of President Bill Clinton.

During the 2008 presidential campaign, Bauer functioned as an “attack lawyer,” threatening with FEC complaints groups wanting to run anti-Obama television ads.

Also during the 2008 presidential campaign, Bauer as counsel for the Obama campaign wrote letters to television station managers and to Department of Justice Assistant Attorney General John Keeney arguing that airing an anti-Obama ad pointing to the known association between Obama and Weather Underground radical Bill Ayers would violate federal election rules.

Also during the 2008 campaign, Bauer intervened on behalf of Obama to block the California-based American Leadership Project from running a television ad campaign over support from unions, including the Service Employees International Union.

Again, Bauer filed a complaint with the FEC alleging that the union-funded television campaign the American Leadership Project planned to run in Indiana against Obama was illegal under federal election laws.

In addition to representing Obama on eligibility cases, Bauer also is hired as legal counsel to represent the president in the criminal probe going on into the activities of former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich.

Perkins Coie serves high-profile clients such as Microsoft, Amazon and Starbucks. Perkins Coie also represents the House and Senate Democratic campaign arms. In 2006, the firm also represented Salim Ahmed Hamdan, Osama bin Laden’s alleged bodyguard and driver.

The FEC allows elected officials to use campaign funds to pay legal fees only if the action/investigations arise as a result of their tenure in office or campaigns, according to Politico.

An FEC report also reveals Obama For America also paid $6,365 in legal fees to Olaker, Biden & Belair, a firm founded by Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

And the plot thickens.

I find these double standards ridiculous. Sarah Palin has been bombarded with frivolous lawsuits; and has done nothing wrong. Yes the libtards attack her like no other. But we all know it’s because they fear her power. BHussein Obama is presented with legitimate questions that need legitimate answers; yet nothing is done? These lawsuits are considered FRIVOLOUS?!

Also, I’d like to know why it’s a violation of federal election rules to run ads showing the association between Obama and Weather Underground radical Bill Ayers. I mean, they are butt buddies. Ayers DID Ghostwrite Obama’s pathetic book. What’s wrong with this? But, with most liberals, the truth isn’t what they want to hear.

It’s also not much of a surprise that Perkins Coie represented Osama Bin-Laden’s bodyguard and driver. I mean, hell, Bill Ayers, Osama, BHussein Obama; they’re all fighting for the same cause — the destruction of our beloved country. That’s right, I said it.
