<p><strong>Bahan:</strong><br />
2 ikat bayem<br />
150 gr jamur<br />
35 gr taoge<br />
150 gr udang kupas<br />
4 siung bawang putih, iris-iris<br />
2 sdm saus tiram<br />
¼ sdt garam<br />
¼ sdt lada bubuk<br />
½ sdt penyedap, jika suka<br />
600 cc air + ½ sdt kaldu ayam<br />
Minyak goreng secukupnya</p>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Bayam Kuah Jamur:</strong><br />
1. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum , masukkan udang. Aduk-aduk hingga berubah warna<br />
2. Tambahkan air kaldu ayam, jamur, bayam, taoge, saus tiram, lada garam, penyedap rasa. Aduk rata, angkat<br />
3. Hidangkan</p>

<p>well, here I am (again).. kita membahas perasaan ya sekarang. soo, gue lagi ngga tau perasaan gue itu sebenernya gimana&#8230; labil gila deh. gue ngga suka juga begini, emangnya dipikir begini enak? enggak!</p>
<ul>
<li>saat saat dimana kita merasa sedih namun kita gembira, saat kita gembira namun sedih, rasanya seperti menimbun banyak tipuan dan dosa disana.</li>
<li>saat saat dimana gue ngga bisa fokus sama hidup gue, cuma karena satu hal, yang baru pertama gue rasakan, yang benar benar menyiksa, yang benar benar ngilangin semangat hidup gue, sampai gue bertanya tanya kenapa gue bisa jadi begini cuma gara gara hal yang.. ga sebanding. gue bisa ngancurin idup gue cuma gara gara kayak beginian. temen temen gue aja sampe heran banget -_-&#8221;</li>
<li>saat saat dimana segalanya bisa berubah karena melihat. entah itu buruk atau baik, but trust me, everything is change when you see. because you see it.</li>
<li>when.. you loose yourself, you lost control and don&#8217;t know what to do, you don&#8217;t know where it started and you&#8217;ll never know where it&#8217;ll end. you don&#8217;t know where you are, and the worst, you don&#8217;t know who you are. and it&#8217;s happen just like that.</li>
<li>saat kita berpikir realistis, bahwa melupakan tidak semudah teorinya&#8230; cat warna permanen tumpah, musik sudah dimainkan.. saat itulah dimana perasaan bersalah, bahagia, dan segalanya berkumpul. disitulah kita tidak dapat mengartikan rasa, tidak bisa berhenti, dan tak dapat menemukan akhir.</li>

<p>sebenernya ini kedua kalinya gue merasa kayak gini, tapi, yang pertama ga separah ini. this is a million time worse than I ever damn feel. lo ngga bakal kenal sama diri lo sendiri saat lo ngerasa kayak gini. pas lo mikirin kebodohan2 busuk lo itu, lo bener2 ga akan kenal diri lo. lo kehilangan semangat hidup, dan segalanya undercontrol..</p>
<p>udahhh.. gue udah ngga sanggup ngungkapin lagi T_T because it&#8217;s inside, not outside!</p>

Tempeh -cut in small blocks<br />
Kangkung (water spinach)<br />
Tahu (bean curd, tofu) cubed<br />
Cabe merah (Red chilli)<br />
Kemiri (candlenuts)<br />
Terasi (Shrimp paste)<br />
Gula jawa (Red palm sugar)<br />
Lengkuas (Laos, galangal)<br />
Onion<br />
Garlic<br />
Salt<br />
Daun Salam (Bay leaf)<br />
Santan</p>
<p style="padding-left:30px;"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Preparation:</span><br />
Peel and clean the prawns<br />
Grind the Cabe, onion, kemiri, terasi, garlic, gula jawa and salt<br />
Fry the paste until fragrant. Add the prawns and mix together.<br />
Add the kangkung, tahu and tempeh<br />
Add the santan, daun salam, and lengkuas<br />
Cook together until thick in consistency</p>

Snake beans (Kacang panjang), cut into 5 cm lengths<br />
Nangka (Jackfruit)<br />
Tahu (Tofu, Beancurd), cubed<br />
Cob of Corn, cut into 5 cm lengths<br />
Melinjo (The fruit of the candlenut tree)<br />
Daun melinjo (The leaves of the candlenut tree)<br />
Labusiem (Choko, Chayote), sliced<br />
Raw peanuts<br />
<span style="text-decoration:underline;">Bumbu-bumbu:</span><br />
Onion<br />
Terasi<br />
Kemiri (candlenut)<br />
Cabe (Birdseye chilli)<br />
Asam (Tamarind)<br />
Daun Salam (bay leaf)<br />
Lengkuas (Laos, Galangal)<br />
Green Lombok (chilli peppers), chopped finely<br />
Salt</p>
<p style="padding-left:30px;"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Preparation:</span><br />
Grind the onion, terasi, cabe and the kemiri into a paste<br />
Clean and cut all the vegetables.<br />
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and fry the paste until fragrant<br />
Add water, salt, asam, daun salam and lengkuas<br />
Add all the vegetables and the raw peanuts and cook until vegetables are tender. Do not overcook.<br />

Serve with steamed white rice and ikan asin (fried salted fish)</p>

2 bunches of Sawi Asin (pickled mustard leaves)<br />
Onion<br />
3 cloves of garlic, crushed<br />
3 cabe merah (red chilies), cut diagonally)<br />
Cabe rawit (Birds eye chilies) to taste, cut finely<br />
Lengkuas (galangal)<br />
Serai (lemongrass)<br />
Daun Jeruk Purut (Kaffir Lime leaves)<br />
Gula Jawa (palm sugar)<br />
2 Tablespoons of Taoco (Light brown soya beans)</p>
<p style="padding-left:30px;"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Preparation:</span><br />
1. Fry the onion and garlic until fragrant, add the chilies, lengkuas, serai, and the daun jeruk purut<br />
2. Add the taoco and the gula jawa<br />
3. Add a little water and put in the sawi asin. Cook until the water has evaporated and the sawi asin is cooked.<br />
Note: If preferred you could also add small pieces of pork meat</p>
