<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Apologies for the current disruption to normal service. I am ill with a nasty cold and have lost my voice. This meant that I had to cancel Beach Body Boot Camp at Blakedown Sports Ground at very short notice this morning. Text messages were sent to all regular Beach Bodies, but if you turned up at the pavillion this morning only to find the class not running, I can only apologise.</p>
<p>Normal service will be resumed next week: Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30am both days.</p>
<p>Come and have a go if you think you&#8217;re hard enough (which I&#8217;m definitely not at the moment!) &#8230;</p>
<p>&#8230; and even if you don&#8217;t &#8211; all welcome!</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Blakedown Beach Body Boot Camp is back!</p>
<p>PT Jill Hall has returned from the beach in Greece and resumed her Beach Body Boot Camp classes at Blakedown Sports Ground on Tuesday 20 September 9:30am. Classes will be every Tuesday at 9:30am, come rain or shine. First class is free, thereafter £4 pay-as-you-go. Numbers are limited so pre-booking recommended (but not essential at the moment).</p>
<p>If you are coming to Beach Body Boot Camp for the first time, please arrive for 9:15am for health screening. We start at 9:30am prompt.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Beach Bodies: Please note that the Thursday morning class at Hagley Playing Fields is being consolidated with the ALL NEW class at Blakedown Sports Ground, STARTING Tuesday 9 August 2011 at 9:30am. So there are NO MORE CLASSES AT HAGLEY PLAYING FIELDS. <p>The Wye Valley &#38; Forest of Dean will feature on national television once again on GMTV&#8217;s <a href="http://www.gm.tv/lifestyle/diet/47450-beach-body-bootcamp.html" target="_blank">&#8220;Beach Body Boot Camp&#8221;</a> &#8211; a diet and exercise programme, which runs for several weeks and attracts some 40,000 on line participants as well as millions of viewers.</p>
<p>The selected five will be staying at <a href="http://www.wyedeantourism.co.uk/all/view-4042-Tintern,Tintern_Abbey_Cottage" target="_blank">Tintern Abbey Cottage</a>, owned and run by our member, Fiona Wilton. The programme is to be filmed between 21 May and 12 June in and around Tintern, and will be broadcast on and after those dates including live transmissions. Activities, which are co-ordinated by Visit Wales, include cycling, canoeing, walking and other activities in the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Our own John Bosley took time off his secretarial duties, and wearing his Tour Guide&#8217;s hat, took the producer around various possible locations.</p>
<p>Set your TV to record so as not to miss what promises to be an interesting few weeks!</p>
