Taiwanese store Invincible has teamed up with Medicom to bring us a unique Be@rbrick. instead of a standard colored design, these change with heat. its a thermo reaction which causes the design to show. i think these are super cool!

what???? best be@rbrick/kubrick release of the year thus far! being a fan of the Star Trek show and movies by default due to an older brother who was a semi-trekky, this Spock toy is really cool. not your typical be@rbrick because it looks like a kubrick with the bear ears. got the uniform color and the hair down. coming in a 400% and 1000% later this month or early next. cant wait.

Medicom and BMW will team up to make this be@rbrick for the grand opening of the new BMW Studio One. its said that the toy will be made of 30% recycled plastic as BMW is trying to push sustainability. the design of the toy is inspired by the BMW EfficientDynamics. this be@rbrick will come in 50%, 100%, ad 400% sizes.

One of Japan’s well-known skate crews T19 teams up with MEDICOM TOY on the iconic BEARBRICK. The 400% BEARBRICK features a metallic blue finish with the T19 logo on the chest. White highlights include the hands and toes with a further piece of art seen on the back. The BEARBRICK is available now at select retailers and was previously seen at ARKWAX.

Cool. I love collectibles, but it has to be Japanese. Nothing racist but no other country of whatever can produce the same caliber of toy the Japanese can.

To celebrate the fifth anniversary of Harajuku’s Gettry, the retailer had partnered up with Medicom Toy to create some celebratory Be@brick 100% and Be@rbrick 400% based on its famous “Hamburger” style. The “Hamburger” design was previously seen on Gettry’s collaboration with Asics on the Procourt AR “Hamburger”, and now the savory work has found itself on the popular Medicom Toy Be@rbrick canvas. With a head of sesame-seeded buns and a body piled up of tomato, lettuce and delicious patty, these little toys are everything one looks for in a burger minus the unnecessary calories. A peine le temps de profiter des Be@rbricks SpongeBob de la série 18 qu’il faut déjà s’ambiancer pour acheter la série 19. Comme d’hab, beaucoup de déchets et de figurines inutiles, et un ou deux modèles vraiment cool.

Et pour cette série, c’est le Be@r Mr. Spock qui l’emporte, juste devant le Uglydoll orange et le robot marron. Même si j’en vois déjà me contredire à cause des oreilles rondes et non pointues du vulcain.

Medicom teams up with Bearbrick for another sick collaboration that should be releasing this December. Transparent Bearbricks are even apart of this collection. Peep more images after the jump.

T19 Skateboards are a Japanese board brand that have co-labbed with Medicom to bring you a 400% Bearbrick. They love the colour blue, which is a well known fact, so this metallic blue was no surprised. And it has a flying hamburger on the back! A flying hamburger!

«©NCSX» Rockman’s been around for ages but he’s changed through the years with newfangled renditions in Rockman X, Rockman Zero, and Rockman EXE. The upcoming Rockman & 1-Up Bearbrick Set in Medicom’s Kubrick & Bearbrick (#262) product line places the blue knight squarely in his original 8-bit Famicom persona.

Rockman measures 7cm or 2.75″ tall and is tinted two shades of blue. His boxy body is painted a light-blue while his helmet, hands, and feet are colored navy blue. His expression appears to convey angst… or gas. In addition to the Rockman figure, Medicom also throws in a transparent-blue Bearbrick who has a Rockman tattoo on his chest. Preorders are welcome to ship in mid-late January 2010 at JPY2800 or US$40.90 from NCS.
