Esto no quiere decir que los musulmanes creen en la Biblia que poseemos hoy en día, pues estas no son las escrituras originales que fueran reveladas por Dios.

Estas sufrieron alteraciones, adiciones y omisiones. Esto también fue dicho por el Comité encargado de revisar The Holy Bible (Revised Standard Version) [La Santa Biblia (Versión Revisada Estándar)] en los Estados Unidos. Este comité estaba formado por treinta y dos eruditos. Estos confirmaron la revisión y asesoria de un Panel Consultivo formado por cincuenta representantes de las diferentes denominaciones cooperantes. El Comité dijo en el Prefacio a The Holy Bible (Revised Standard Version), p. 4: “En algunas ocasiones se hace evidente que el texto ha sufrido en su transmisión, pero ninguna de las versiones provee una restauración satisfactoria. En estos casos, lo único que podemos hacer es seguir el juicio de eruditos competentes en cuanto a la mas probable reconstrucción del texto original.” El Comité también dijo en su Prefacio p.7: ” Notas han sido adicionadas que indican las variaciones significantes, adiciones, u omisiones en las antiguas autoridades (Mat. 9.34; Mar. 3.16; 7.4; Luc. 24.32, 51, etc.).”

Giulio Tremonti e Franco Bernabè hanno molte più cose in comune di quanto non sembri a prima vista. Basta leggere le cronache per rendersi conto che entrambi stanno attraversando uno dei momenti più delicati della loro vita. E, questo è il punto, sono momenti che sono identici. Vediamo perché.

Sia l’amministratore delegato della Telecom, Franco Bernabè, che il ministro dell’Economia, Giulio Tremonti, sono mal sopportati (per usare un eufemismo) dai propri azionisti di maggioranza. Telefonica il primo e il Pdl il secondo. Tra l’altro con addebiti più o meno simili: aver fatto poco per espandere il fatturato (il primo) o il Pil (il secondo). Tutti e due, però, rilanciano e “obbligano” gli azionisti, che non vorrebbero, a varare un aumento di capitale, cioè a rendere più forte il primo e il secondo. Nel caso di Bernabè questo avverrà o con una iniezione di cash vero e proprio oppure attraverso l’emissione di obbligazioni da parte della controllante Telco (è possibile anche un mix tra i due sistemi). Nel caso di Tremonti, il Pdl, azionista di maggioranza, deve decidere se cedere alle sue richieste e nominarlo vicepremier oppure lasciarlo al suo posto confermando la sua politica del rigore. In cambio della concessione del rafforzamento patrimoniale sia a Bernabè che a Tremonti viene chiesto di rivedere da cima a fondo il proprio piano industriale: il primo vendendo tutto il vendibile (La7 compresa) per ridurre il debito e fare gli investimenti (magari nella banda larga: a proposito, dove sono finiti gli 800 milioni promessi dal governo per investire nella fibra?), il secondo allargando un po’ i cordoni della borsa. In entrambi i casi si tratta di una specie di sconfessione di quanto fatto finora: Bernabè aveva ottenuto la fiducia degli azionisti sulla base di un piano industriale di lacrime e sangue, Tremonti sulla base di un controllo rigorosissimo dei conti pubblici. A questo punto la domanda: è la politica che si è aziendalizzata o nelle aziende c’è troppa politica?

When I first came to the boys home 5 weeks ago, I thought that I knew who God was and what He would do amongst these boys. Now, as I am reflecting I have realized that I had no concept of God’s love in the lives of these boys. I know now that I made Him to be smaller than He is. The faces that you see now in these pictures do not reveal the pasts of addictions to paint thinner or glue. They do not reveal the deep gashes in the sides of their faces and they do not reveal the lost hope that once guided their lives. They reveal recovery, new life, replenished hope, and brotherly love.  The term “steadfast love” appears roughly 116 times in the Psalms alone and just in Psalm 136, it appears 26 times. I am still unsure of what it means when the Bible says that “God is love,” but I can at least say now that I have lightly scratched the surface of the height and depth and breadth of my God’s great and steadfast love.

On Friday, I was able to go with the boys on a field-trip to a beautiful park in La Paz. The park was fairly new and set on the side of a mountain. We climbed up the mountain and once at the top, we realized the kind of fun that awaited all of us. In front of us were 5 gigantic slides. Gigantic is not even an appropriate word. I am not sure if there is a word, at least in the English language that could describe the slides properly. They were constructed out of cement and they were extremely smoothe, which added to the high speed on the way down. I even have battle wounds from the experience: one cement burn on my elbow, a bleeding cut on my hand, and a bruise on the side of my leg. The reasons for these war wounds were not the result of clumsy accidents on my part, but rather, they were because of the boys who enjoyed pushing people down the slides when they were not ready. They even pushed a few nervous girls down whom they did not know. It was actually really funny.

Throughout my short stay here in Bolivia, the language learning has been my most difficult challenge. There is a lack of all confidence that comes with not understanding another language sufficiently, which only adds to the struggle of understanding. It is frustrating to only have a small list of Spanish that I have to work with in order to convey my thoughts. However, the most difficult aspect of the language learning has been with the encounters that I have had with Americans. There are several Americans that I have met during my stay here who are either fluent or almost fluent in Spanish as their second language. Along with their confidence in the language, there tends to be a level of arrogance that they have added to their knowledge. I do not think that this is specifically an American trait, but a trait that many people share, myself included. As humans, we often forget the hardships that we have faced along the way to accomplishing anything of consequence and unfortunately, this forgetfulness is never helpful to anyone who is experiencing similar hardships at the present time. Interestingly enough, the people that have been the most patient and the most encouraging to me, have been the Bolivians who have not attained a second language. They are humble and that is one of the most helpful traits a person can have if the desire to encourage a language learner. For me to point out the distinction of pride accompanied by knowledge and humility accompanied by the lack of knowledge is not to say that learning a second, third, or fourth, language is not to be attempted. I only want to point out that with knowledge, arrogance often follows, but it does not have to. We all need to realize that even with as much knowledge as we think that we might have, how ever many degrees that we may have attained over years of sweat and pain, in the grand scheme of God’s plans, we know nothing. We must be reminded all too often that “…all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus…” (Romans 3:23-24, ESV emphasis added). There is no one on this earth that can save themselves with their earthly knowledge. NO ONE. I am convinced that the only reason why people are capable of learning other languages at all is because of God’s grace, not their own superhuman powers. I pray that the Lord will be humbling humans left and right so that through language, He might reveal that it was by His power that we have obtained the abilities to communicate with others in even the smallest capacity.

This last Friday, the boys at bernabé were still on winter break and so we all took a trip to the botanical gardens in La Paz. On the way there, I sat next to Marco, about 10-years-old. I saw that he was reading an Awana book and so I asked him in Spanish if he knew any verses by heart. It seemed as though he just was not interested in small talk and so I decided to tell a verse that I knew in Spanish. I recited Romans 3:23 and before I was even half way through the verse, Marco finished the verse for me and recited 3 more. It was very encouraging to be able to start a conversation in Spanish and to have someone respond.

When we got to the gardens, we walked around for a while and saw the aquarium and rainforest that they had. The boys got in trouble a couple of times because they started to pull flowers and plants from the ground. The trip to the gardens soon ended after that.

When we all piled back into the bus, Marco was saving a seat for me. The boys listened to Michael Jackson all the way back to El Alto. They knew all of the words to Thriller, Billie Jean, and Beat It in English. They had no idea what they were saying, but they enjoyed making the English speakers laugh.

This past Sunday, I went out with some people around my age from the church that I am attending here. We went to a Bolivian restaurant and ate a lot of meat that I did not even recognize. By the end of lunch, I found out that I had eaten cow heart, kidney, liver, intestine, and utter. Surprisingly, the cow utter was not the worst as I had expected that it would be, and the cow heart tasted a lot like overcooked steak.

In the restaurant, our table was positioned close to an open door near the back corner and right before we were about to leave, two Bolivian boys, about 4-years-old, came in from the open door asking for some of our leftover food. One of the guys with us gave them two pieces of the meat. It was heart-breaking to see two young boys who were seemingly not receiving the provisions that most American children would not even think twice about not having.

I have stepped into a different world all-together.

On Saturday, Pablo and Debbie, the couple that I am living with, took me to see the high Amazon in the Yungus. Neither words nor pictures can express the beauty of the Amazon’s waterfalls that we climbed up and down. There were many logs that we had to duck under that were covered in fire ants. We also saw many tadpoles in the water. After climbing up a rather large waterfall, Debbie could not believe that I climbed it without any help and she told me that it was no wonder that I only had brothers. I told her that having brothers makes that kind of thing a sort of requirement.

As we were driving through the Yungus, there were people starting fires on the mountains, burning the green grass. Pablo told me that in the Yungus, the people believe that they have to burn what the gods have given them in order to receive rain in its season. Other than the few small fires, the Yungus were breathtaking. We were so high in altitude that the clouds were amongst us at the peaks of the mountains. It was as if we were in an airplane. It was incredible. Keep in mind that the pictures that I have included do not capture the depth, width, and height of the mountains.

Last Tuesday was my first day working at the boys home in La Paz. The house that they live in is in El Alto, which indicates that it is set on a very tall mountain in Bolivia. It is at approximately 12,000 feet in altitude. In other words, I am out of breath almost everyday when I arrive at the home because it is about 2,000 feet higher than where I am living in La Paz. Mountains here in Bolivia begin where mountains in America end.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to share many details about bernabé because it would put the boys in a very vulnerable position. They all come from very difficult backgrounds of living on the streets and often, people are searching for them so that they can take advantage of cheap labor. (Pray for that) However, I will be able to share many of the moments that have amazed me during my work in La Paz.

I work with two other girls at bernabé, one from the Czech Republic and the other from San Francisco. My first day was the first time that I had to take a mini bus in La Paz. We had to wait 30 minutes for the bus and the girls told me that if you need to get somewhere on time in La Paz, get a car. The mini bus experience was probably one of the scariest times of my life. I usually get nervous when my dad gets within a few inches of a car in Ohio, but in Bolivia, they get within centimeters, sometimes less. My host mom told me about when she first arrived in Bolivia. She got out of her car and was in the process of locking the door when a mini bus came so close that it squished her in between the bus and her car. The people on the bus were screaming “You’re squishing that lady” over and over again. She was not hurt, but the story just goes to show how frightening the driving is in Bolivia. We finally got onto the bus and it was so full that the door had to remain open so that people could hang on to the roof. On the way to El Alto, the mini bus driver almost ran over 3 dogs and did run over a pig’s foot. I am now starting to learn that if I do not give attention to the driving, then I will, so far, make it to my destination in one piece.

My first day was also the hardest day that I have had at bernabé so far. I was trying so hard to translate everything that anyone said to me into English that I ended up with a splitting headache, and little understanding. As the week went on, it did not become a whole lot easier and when the week ended, I was glad to get some rest.

5. even though it is winter, I still managed to get pink cheeks in one day.

6. the exchange rate is great! 6.9 bolivianos=$1 and it costs 1.5 bolivianos to catch a bus ride.

7. the scenery is much more interesting than Ohio’s.

The second day of my trip was much less eventful, but I did get to spend the day in Miami. I decided to find a way to get to South Beach, which turned into splitting a cab with two other women who had been on my flight to Miami from Chicago. When I reached South Beach, I was not quite sure how I would get back to the airport, but I decided not to worry about it until it was necessary. The one problem that I did have was that I was dressed in such a way that I would be prepared for the 30*F weather that awaited me in Bolivia, which I knew would not be appropriate for Miami’s very hot and humid air. I embarked on the adventure anyway. To paint a picture, I was wearing cargo pants, a sweater, and tennis shoes (thick socks underneath), and I had a backpack filled with books, a jacket, and thankfully SPF 30 sunscreen. I wish I could have taken a picture of myself amongst the other people walking the streets, whose clothing options next to mine looked like next to nothing. In fact, when I finally reached the beach, there were people with nothing on. Needless to say, I did not stay very long after wetting my feet and taking a couple pictures of the ocean. I ended up catching a few bus rides back to the airport from South Beach after finding a few unique shops on my way to the bus stop. When I was waiting to catch the third bus that would finally take me to Miami International Airport, there was a man around 40-years-old sitting on a bench at the bus stop waiting for bus J, the one that I also needed to get on. He looked me over, laughed and said, “No offense or anythin’, but you’re white and blond so I’d encourage you to sit in the front of the bus ’cause we’ll be goin’ through the hood…Me, I look the part and you just don’t.” I thought that was pretty funny, but I took his advice and arrived to the airport with everything that I began the trip with, which I would assume to be a success in the bus-stop-guy’s book.

I finally was on the plane to Bolivia in no time and after 5 hours, I was cleared through immigration and customs in La Paz. My host parents, Kep and Debbie brought me to their house and after a satisfying breakfast and some coca tea to help with altitude sickness, I slept most of the day, only waking up to eat. I would have my first day at the boys homes the following day and I could not wait.

My trip to La Paz, Bolivia began on Sunday, July 5, when I first took a flight out of Cleveland to Chicago. I arrived in Chicago at around 4,00 in the afternoon. In Chicago, I had what began as a 2 hour layover and what turned into a 5 hour layover before heading to Miami, Florida. What seemed to be a problem at first turned into the beginning of my learning experience because of the people that I met throughout the day. The first person whom I met was a young guy from Argentina. He was standing in line behind me, waiting for assitance with flight arangments. (It was a very long line). He asked where I was going and when I told him Bolivia, he first corrected me on my pronunciation continued with a long description of how much I would love my stay there. He talked about the unique culture and the bread, which I have heard from three people now that it is better than anything in America. By the time he had finished, the line had decreased significantly. The next people that I met were by far my favorite encounter. They were a family of 5,  two very cute girls, their parents, and the mom’s mother. The parents were only a few years older than me and after they were aware of my trip to Bolivia, they were eager to give me as many tips as possible. The family was from Latin America, but they were now living in Miami. The dad started speaking to me in Spanish to see how well I knew the language and the first question that he asked was “¿Cómo te llamas?” I replied, “Me llamo Emilie.” I said Emilie just as I would always say it, but they told me to go with “Emilia.” They said that I had enough working against me without even speaking and so I could not forfeit my speech as well. They were of course pointing out that I am blonde, very white, and have blue eyes. Their excellent Spanish put my feeble attempts to shame, but they were very encouraging. They taught me several of what they called essential phrases including, “I have nothing,” “I have no money,” and “No, I will not marry you.” I had a lot of fun with them as we waited patiently for our flight. By the time I reached Miami, it was a few minutes past midnight and I had missed my connecting flight to La Paz by 1 1/2 hours. Thankfully, the airline paid for a hotel for me and provided me with food vouchers for the next day because it would not be until 11,05 pm before I would get on a flight heading to La Paz. Before the day was over though, I met one more couple from Brazil. They spoke Portuguese, but they seemed to understand my broken Spanish pretty well, which was encouraging. They even asked if I was from Bolivia, which was satisfying, but I did not let it go to my head because I knew that I would receive a different reaction when I would arrive in Bolivia. All in all, it was the best day that I had spent in an airport. I could only imagine the greater amount of learning that I would experience in Boliva.

Monta semper più la contestazione dentro e fuori Telecom Italia nei confronti di Franco Bernabè, che forse intenderebbe presentare un nuovo piano industriale entro i prossimi mesi.

Non che il ‘vecchio’ piano non contasse lacrime e sangue: trasformazione pressoché completa di Telecom per adeguarsi alle nuove esigenze Tlc, incremento dei licenziamenti entro il 2010 sino a complessivi 9000 dipendenti, dismissione di vari rami di secondaria importanza; il tutto spalmato della solita salsa degli interventi governativi, come sottolineava Francesco Caio qualche giorno addietro durante l’intervento alla Commissione Trasporti e Lavori Pubblici alla Camera e al Senato.

L’intervento governativo sarebbe giustificato, secondo il dotto relatore, dalla circostanza che l’ex monopolista, essendo impegnata in un’epocale opera di risanamento dei debiti pregressi, «non poteva essere lasciata sola» in quanto «nessuna azienda può fare un passo più lungo della gamba, specie se al buio».

Insomma una piena rivisitazione, in chiave socialpolitica, di quanto di meglio ha insegnato nei passati decenni agli imprenditori nostrani la premiata fabbrica dell’Avvocato torinese.

In quest’ottica, stupisce un poco l’emissione proprio in questi giorni di un prestito obbligazionario per complessivi 2 miliardi di dollari a rimborso in parte quinquennale e in parte decennale; anche se controllato e approvato da parte dei severi organismi governativi d’oltre oceano, mal si comprende come qui si invochino le garanzie pubbliche e ci vogliano i licenziamenti per risanare i debiti antichi, mentre con l’altra mano se ne fanno dei nuovi e pure a elevati ratei di interesse.

D’altra parte, occorrono forse parecchi master in alta finanza per destreggiarsi tra simili inezie; e si può anche sostenere che Corrado Passera, amministratore delegato di Intesa Sanpaolo, abbia in capo eccessive ubbìe in ordine alla partecipazione azionaria del suo gruppo e che anche la nuova flessione del titolo in borsa faccia parte delle normali oscillazioni del mercato.

Resta il fatto che le notizie riportate dal quotidiano Libero non appaiono destituite di fondamento, indipendentemente dalle smentite provenienti da Telecom; anche perché il successore parrebbe essere quel Luigi Gubitosi che in pochi anni ha portato Wind all’affermazione in campo non solo europeo.

Infatti, come si ricorderà, il manager di Wind anni addietro fu l’unico a esprimere solidarietà alla Commissaria europea Viviane Redding circa l’esigenza di una regolamentazione asimmetrica delle tariffe di terminazione, contro lo strapotere dei principali concorrenti.  Sarebbe interessante verificare il mantenimento delle proposte di allora (anno 2007), se veramente passasse alla guida di Telecom.

Tras realizar un recorrido por las principales calles de la Colonia Villas de San Bernabé, mismo que culminó con la llegada de su Brigada Asistencial al sector, Abel Guerra Garza, candidato a Alcalde de Monterrey, dialogó con habitantes de la zona, ante quienes se comprometió a dotarlos de los servicios básicos, como alumbrado público, pavimentación y recolección de basura, ante la desatención que han padecido de la actual administración.

Reiterando su convicción de que la inseguridad se ve acrecentada por la crisis económica y de falta de empleo, así como de la carencia de los principales servicios; el abanderado del PRI y la Alianza Juntos por Nuevo León expresó que no se puede prometer brindar paz social a los regiomontanos, sin decirles antes como se va a resolver el problema de la falta de oportunidades, por lo que nuevamente anunció que sus Centros de Atención a la Gente están a disposición de quienes más lo necesiten.

“Yo ya lo había propuesto: que los Centros de Atención a la Gente, que como ustedes saben tenemos 2 operando, queremos tener un tercero antes de que termine la campaña, pero en la administración vamos a tener 8 en los primeros días de la administración, para complementar 22. Y estos Centros, son Centros de Desarrollo Integral, donde va a haber medicina especializada para la gente que no tiene cobertura médica del Seguro Social o de otra institución oficial; apoyo con becas; apoyo con áreas de economía familiar; como ven ustedes en estas brigadas que hay reparación de aparatos electrodomésticos; reparación de ropa; alimentos a bajo costo; estética; y vamos a complementar con instalaciones deportivas, de capacitación y de desarrollo social.”

Guerra Garza explicó que para brindarles a los vecinos de Villas de San Bernabé y colonias aledañas los servicios primarios, como mantenimiento del pavimento y el alumbrado público; no se requiere aumentar impuestos, ya que con los ingresos obtenidos por el impuesto predial basta y sobra, simplemente hay que hacer más eficiente la administración, cuestión en la que él tiene amplia experiencia, producto de las dos ocasiones en que fue Alcalde de Escobedo.

Finalmente, el aspirante priista a la Presidencia Municipal habló brevemente sobre la construcción del estadio para los Rayados del Monterrey, mismo que fue frenado con pretextos infundados por la diputación panista en el Congreso del Estado, impidiendo la creación de empleos que el proyecto iba a generar.

“Yo ya lo he hecho público, lo reitero ahora, si la diputación panista se sigue oponiendo a que se construya el estadio en un terreno estatal, yo voy a dar en comodato el terreno para que se construya en un lugar adecuado; siempre y que la directiva lo acepte, tiene que ser un lugar, seguramente; en iguales o mejores condiciones que el que el Gobierno propuso.”

Cumpliendo su compromiso con las mujeres y los grupos sociales más vulnerables, el arquitecto Abel Guerra Garza, candidato a Alcalde de Monterrey, sostuvo esta mañana un encuentro con cerca de 300 amas de casa del sector San Bernabé y colonias aledañas, y puso a disposición de ellas a los integrantes de sus equipos médicos, de nutrición y deporte.

El abanderado del PRI y la Alianza Juntos por Nuevo León, mencionó que el objetivo es el de brindar asistencia social a las mujeres de la Zona Norte, proporcionándoles pláticas sobre nutrición y medicina preventiva, la que en este caso están enfocada principalmente en el cáncer de mama, incluyendo equipo para realizar mamografías y detectar a tiempo la presencia del mal.

“Es un evento que organizan unas señoras de aquí, de la zona de San Bernabé, que a solicitud de ellas trajimos los equipos médicos preventivos con los que estamos trabajando en la asistencia social, y se les dio una plática sobre nutrición, sobre prevenciones para el cáncer, fundamentalmente el de mama, les estamos poniendo a disposición el equipo que contamos en los Centros de Atención (a la Gente) para el de mamografía, para detección de cáncer de mama y posteriormente habrá algunas actividades que tienen que ver con el deporte, son mujeres deportistas, son amas de casa deportistas, va a haber una sesión de aerobics y una caminata, vamos a participar en la caminata.”

Tras dialogar con el grupo de mujeres y plantearles los proyectos de su Plan de Gobierno 2009-2012 que las benefician directamente, como la habilitación de guarderías que operen las 24 horas y acepten a niños de hasta 12 años, y el bono de ayuda a mujeres solas, Guerra Garza participó con ellas en la sesión de aeróbics y entregó las medallas a las ganadoras de la caminata, realizada en el circuito interior del Parque Aztlán.

Cuestionado respecto a la agresión que sufrieron simpatizantes de su campaña, el candidato priista reiteró que además de interponer las denuncias correspondientes, entregaron un video a las autoridades, en el que queda demostrado que los iniciadores de la trifulca fueron los seguidores del ingeniero Fernando Larrazabal, quienes causaron lesiones al menos a 6 personas, además de dañar varios vehículos que pasaban por el lugar.

“Yo no sé si haya habido provocaciones previas, es algo que yo no puedo afirmar, pero si vi los videos y también vi los heridos que, de nuestra parte son heridas muy serias. Vi en algún periódico los heridos de la otra parte y bueno, no es tan serio como en el caso nuestro. Los videos son muy claros y por supuesto que yo aprovecho la oportunidad que me dan para exhortar a nuestros simpatizantes a que no caigan en esas provocaciones.”

Intanto Telecom, dopo aver annunciato qualche mese fa un piano di esuberi, deve spiegare il proprio piano industriale, il proprio comportamento nei confronti di Tim Brasil, annunciare i nuovi soci.

[...] La politica del dividendo.Quanto alla decisione di ridurre il dividendo è «in linea con le attese del mercato» ed è stata maturata conciliando «la scelta della società di ridurre il debito» con la scelta di garantire una remunerazione agli azionisti, ha spiegato Bernabé. Del resto tutte le società italiane quotate «hanno adottate prudenti politiche sulle cedole e così il monte dividendi complessivo é la metà rispetto all’anno precedente», ha dichiarato ancora, ricordando che il dividendo di Telecom per le azioni ordinarie si é invece ridotto del 37,5% e per le risparmio del 33%. «La scelta presa – ha concluso – ci permette essere considerati una società con buon dividend payout e questo sarà un floor per gli anni a venire». Per l’esercizio 2008 il dividendo proposto è di 0,05 euro per le ordinarie (0,061 per le risparmio) contro 0,08 dell’esercizio precedente. Bernabé ha ricordato che quest’anno é stata costituita una struttura apposita per massimizzare i benefici della dismissione degli asset non core.

L’accesso alla rete. La creazione da parte di Telecom Italia della divisione Open Access e l’approvazione da parte dell’Agcom della proposta di impegni volontari che assicurano un’effettiva parità di trattamento nell’accesso della rete «chiude definitivamente il dibattito sulla separazione della rete di accesso» di Telecom, ha affermato l’amministratore delegato. «Viene infatti a mancare il motivo del potenziale contendere – ha detto Bernabé – la rete di Telecom viene offerta a condizioni non discriminatorie a tutti gli operatori, con tangibili benefici anche per i consumatori».

Il caso Argentina. Dopo il blitz dell’Antitrust di Buenos Aires in Argentina la situazione «è complessa», ma Telecom Italia continuerà a «difendere i suoi diritti in tutte le sedi opportune». La pronuncia dell’Antitrust, ha spiegato Bernabé, ha inibito l’esercizio «dei nostri diritti politici», non considerando che Telecom Italia e Telefonica operano sul mercato locale in modo indipendente, e che Telecom da tempo ha adottato misure di governance per eliminare ogni possibile ingerenza di Telefonica sui processi decisionali relativi all’Argentina.

Il socio saudita. L’elenco dei soci presenti all’assemblea ordinaria di Telecom Italia ha incluso anche la Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, con una quota di azioni depositate pari allo 0,34% del capitale. L’istituto centrale dell’Arabia Saudita potrebbe detenere una quota più grande, ma non figura nell’elenco dei soci con partecipazioni rilevanti, cioé superiori al 2%. (Il Sole 24 Ore).

Vorrei spiegare perché non credo che Mediaset stia tramando contro Franco Bernabè. Possibile che venga smentito, ma allo stato dei fatti, secondo me, Bernabè se mai fosse costretto a lasciare la guida di Telecom Italia lo farà per gli scarsi risultati della sua gestione, per l’insopportabile peso del debito che gli impedisce di fare investimenti, per le mire di Telefonica sul mercato italiano e per i problemi in America Latina. Certo: questi problemi si possono camuffare con un “complotto”, che torna sempre utile quando si tratta di giustificare una resa, ma, ripeto, secondo me non c’è nessun complotto. Non ha senso che Mediaset possieda una rete perché Mediaset è distributrice di contenuti, non è il gestore di reti infrastrutturali che gli imporrebbero tali e tanti vincoli da far passare qualsiasi voglia. Mediaset guadagna, e guadagnerà, vendendo i propri contenuti a chi (se mai ci sarà qualcuno diverso da Telecom) gestirà la rete, senza problemi di Authority, senza sobboarcarsi una struttura pesantissima, zeppa di vincoli europei e con l’obbligo di aprire tale rete pure ai concorrenti. In secondo luogo gli 800 milioni bloccati dal governo non hanno nulla a che fare con l’aumento di capacità di banda, ma servono esclusivamente ad abbassare il digital divide, ovvero servono per portare la capacità di banda a 2 mega nelle zone economicamente non remunerative. E tutti sanno che con 2 mega di capacità di banda puoi trasportare una melodia suonata con uno xilofono, non certo un film. In terzo luogo tutti sanno che la rete di Telecom, se mai dovesse essere scorporata, necessita di una massa enorme di investimenti. Secondo il rapporto Caio si parla di un minimo di 10,4 a un massimo di 35,1 miliardi di euro. Ho qualche dubbio che Mediaset abbia intenzione di farli.

Bernabè risponde ad una intervista su libero :

A chiedere lo scorporo della rete sono adesso i vostri stessi azionisti a cominciare dalla Findim della famiglia Fossati. Sostiene che senza la rete e con molti meno debiti l’azienda ne guadagnerebbe in dinamismo.

«Telecom sarebbe più dinamica senza la rete? E’ come dire che per rendere più agevoli i movimenti di una persona bisogna tagliargli una gamba».

Sappiamo tutti in che condizione è la rete in italia e questo dimostra che Telecom  non ha voluto o non è stata capace di mantenere una buona manutenzione della rete d’accesso, che, quindi, sta andando in cancrena e c’è bisogno che qualcuno operi affinchè si salvi il “paziente” (anche se non fosse d’accordo).

Prima di questo bernabè toglie fuori una nuova scusa ovvero ci fà sapere che in italia non si possono fare alcune centrali perchè sarebbero abusive! Sindaci che aspettate? Cambiate il piano regolatore e telecom vi fà una centrale nuova e non avrete più problemi di banda larga! (consiglio a Bernabè di  continuare ad insistere su quella classica della alfebetizzazione).

Nel frattempo anche Google ha fatto sentire la sua voce e lancia (forse provocando) anche in italia i white spaces ovvero il wifi 2.0 sulle frequenze tv.

El sábado  24   de octubre del año en curso, la sociedad de jóvenes “Moriah” de la iglesia Maranatha (San Bernabé), subió al parque ecológico conocido como las peñas, ubicado en la delegación Magdalena Contreras, cuya experiencia hacia falta sobre todo, tomando en cuenta el tiempo en que la sociedad de jóvenes había estado inactiva, la llamamos como una experiencia necesaria para poder ir cohesionando el grupo que esta trabajando actualmente en dicha sociedad.
El objetivo de ir a este lugar, en primera instancia era para orar y pedir por la Ciudad de México, por la delegación, por nuestras casas y por la colonia en la que se encuentra ubicada la iglesia y para que sea nuestro Señor Jesús sea quien se encargue de guardarnos para que el venga y para que nos use, para poder dar a conocer su SANTO NOMBRE tanto en la colonia, como en nuestras casas, como en la ciudad y para reclamarlos como propiedad de Jesús y que nadie más tiene autoridad, sino solamente Él.
Además de ello, Dios nos hablo a través del Reverendo Ernesto Quiroz, pastor de la Iglesia Maranatha, para que los muchachos que allí estábamos presentes le entregáramos lo que no le hemos entregado, tanto nuestros problemas, como las cosas con las que más luchamos, además de que le entregáramos nuestros sueños, nuestras vidas, lo que el fuera  poniendo en nuestro corazón.
De una manera simbólica, pero con los ojos de la FE que nos han enseñado a desarrollar a través de los años, pusimos todas estas cosas en una hoja de papel y las pusimos en un altar, para quemarlos y que fuera Dios quien recibiera estas cosas como olor agradable, y que tomara posesión de las cosas que allí le estábamos entregando; por la fe que Él nos ha dado, creemos fielmente que Jesús las tomó y que nos ha dado ya la ¡VICTORIA! sobre las cosas que en nuestras fuerzas no hemos podido vencer, además de que a su tiempo manifestará el control que ha tenido siempre en nuestras vidas y que nosotros no hemos notado.
Además de ello, del tiempo de comunión que tuvimos con nuestro Señor Dios, la convivencia entre los diez muchachos de este grupo que pudieron asistir a esta pequeña salida, fue de gran bendición, para conocernos más y darnos cuenta de que en realidad todos tenemos cosas con pelear aún, cosas que vencer y que dejar, y aunque la subida fue algo cansada y el clima en la peña era frío, eso no impidió que la fuera divertido y que pudiéramos apreciar desde las alturas la inmensidad de la ciudad y la gran necesidad que hay en toda ella, empezando por la necesidad que hay indudablemente en esta parte de la delegación.
A través de este medio, hacemos el llamado a todos los jóvenes de la iglesia que se integren a las actividades que se estarán llevando a cabo, tanto adentro de la congregación como afuera, para que haya una unidad y podamos aportar ideas y propuestas en torno a las formas de trabajo, agradecemos a todos los muchachos que pudieron asistir, a esta salida por su cooperación tanto en tiempo como en dinero y con las ganas de hacer las cosas, agradecemos también al Reverendo Ernesto Quiroz por proponer esta salida, por acompañarnos y por apoyarnos en los proyectos que se están haciendo, y agradecemos por todas las cosas a nuestro Señor Jesús por llevarnos y traernos con bien, por permitirnos elevar oraciones por nuestro entorno, y por escucharnos ese día en la peña, gracias Señor Jesús.
