I spent more than a year wishing I could go back to the days when we were… what we used to be. It took me a very long time to let go of the joy (and the pain).

It has to stop. Only because if it doesn’t you will probably break my heart – again.

So, would I go back? Would I do things differently?
Five months ago I would have not hesitated at all, but replied with an emphatic “yes! I would change it all!”
Five days ago I would have said “nah, the past is past – I’m over that now.”
Now my decision is to accept what happened.
It happened. “We” happened.
But we have both learned from it, we have both grown because of it, and God is somehow going to use this to glorify Him.

When we first began to talk about “us” we said we wanted to be careful, we didn’t want to ruin what we had, we didn’t want to hurt the friendship that had come to mean so much, we didn’t want to do anything we’d regret.

What we had – ruined.
The friendship – destroyed.
Number of regrets? None.

At least we did something right. =)

Acne vulgaris (acne) is a condition, popular with teens and young adults, that is characterized by red, inflamed bumps and patches. This is where plastic surceons and doctors use TCA peels (trichloroacetic acid) which is a deeper peel to reach the source, change the skin pH (which kills off the bacteria – they cannot survive in high acidity conditions), and increase skin regeneration by sloughing off several layers. TCA peels have been clinically prove to treat and cure acne better than any other treatment (including lasers and Accutane) without any of the horrible side effects).

TCA peels used to be something only the wealthy could afford, but not anymore. You can still go to your doctor and pay $500+ or you can do it yourself. I use to love playing call of duty 4, but then my gf bought me call of duty 5 for my birthday. Ever since then, I stopped playing number 4 and can’t stop playing number 5. I like cod 5 better because a lot of the guns on there takes a lot of skills to use. And I like the being challenged by this. Instead of just holding down the trigger button and just spraying your weapon randomly, now you actually have to aim. Also since a lot of cod 5 weapons are single fire, you can’t just hold down the trigger button, you have to tap it as fast as you can. It’s more satisfying when you have to work for your kill to me.

The other reason why I like cod 5 more is because it seems more real. In cod 4, the mission mode is mainly made up, not backed up by real events. In call of duty 5, you missions are actually events that happened in the past. Like surviving the shores in Japan and defending the city Stalin Grad against the Germans. Besides the mission mode being more real, the graphics in number 5  is more realistic looking than number 4. I haven’t played call of duty 4 in awhile, so I played it a couple of days back, the graphics are horrible. It felt like I was playing a Ps1 game or something. Playing call of duty 5 got me so use to realistic graphics. Sometimes I wonder they do use real pictures in the game.  A lot of people still like call of duty 4 better, I always wonder why.

So i’ve done a lot of research… and possibly through the law of attraction – a lot has gone on over the last two weeks.

So what does this all mean? What is different about the V3 from the V2?

Well i’m glad you asked, that’s exactly what I asked the Bodybugg employees.  Unfortunately i didn’t really get a decent clear cut response back.  After doing more research i found a few things that might be of interest to you.

So that’s the short of it.  What makes things interesting is that the Bodybugg is made by Bodymedia and they have come out with their own version of the V3 under the Gofitwear title.  Coming up is a comparision of the V3 and Gofitwear but until then you can check out their website (here’s a hint, there isn’t that much difference).

So if you have the V2 should you spring for the V3?  The human race loves to collect shiny new things, however, if the one you have now works, i don’t see why you would move on besides the size.  This is a choice that you have to make for yourself.

Every student in this group should now be able to define nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs.  They should also be able to use nouns, verbs and adjectives.  Hopefully, all have accessed the Language Communicator website to practice their skills at www.languagecommunicator.com or contacted the webmaster at info@languagecommunicator.com.  The focus turns to adverbs in this post.  An adverb is a word that is used to describe a verb.  Hopefully, everyone got that.  Let’s add more to the definition while focusing on adverbs.  An adverb describes a verb, an adjective or another adverb.  The adverb has more duties that the other three in the group.  Let’s look at the use of adverb.  These words describe verbs – run, jump, think, drive.  What words could be used to describe think – clearly, quickly, carefully, profoundly.  Put these together like you can on the Language Communicator website.  Run quickly, think profoundly, drive carefully.  Use these words carefully and your writing will be better than ever before.

phwhoar. have any of y’ulle out there heard of rapid prototyping? it’s got to be some of the most exciting technology on the planet right now. and i say this fully aware of the fact that the new MacBook Pros are out. Rapid Prototyping is a fancy way for saying “printing 3D objects”. as in, design a house, a car, a plane – anything (within a certain size, of course) – and this machine will “print” it in layers and ta-dah! your design is now real. in 3D. just like that. we have an example in the studio at the moment, that is why i’m all a fluster:

If you look closely, you can see parallel lines running down the bust. These are the layers in which it was ‘printed’ with plastic. This one was printed from the back of the head as the bottom, working up to the nose.

Rapid prototypes aren't built with the ability to speak or feel emotion or interact in any way. Which means you have to reach out to them. Hopefully they will be printing fully functional feeling human beings in a few years.

we’ve been getting to know the technology for a campaign we’re working on. there are only 2 machines that do this in the country, and i think about as many people who know how to operate the technology. all i can think about is making stuff for my house. making shoes. making funny hats. you could make a new hat for every hour of the day. i mean, is this rad, or is this rad?

okay, i might be a million years late here, but i have just been introduced to Addictlab by a reader. From what i can tell, Addictlab is another creative gathering, except it’s got a lot more purpose than some of the stuff that’s out there. one might compare it with a property like Pecha Kucha, except it does a lot more than showcase opinions via an aggrandised brainstorm.

it has 2 sides to it: a creative side and a business side.

if you’re a creative, you sign up and put your work and inspiration on the site. depending on the needs of the active projects, you will be called upon to brainstorm and work in a freelance capacity. if you’re a business looking for a creative solution, you browse through the work that’s been done and can use what you like as reference. you then brief addictlab, and they brief their creatives, and together you come up with a solution. the solution can be anything from a first-phase brainstorm to a fully executed ad campaign to a street squad who hit the town with stencils to the development of a new product entirely. it connects brands with young, creative people who offer a very real service: they engage with your brand and make it their own. Addictlab also offers research and insight services, which makes complete sense.

I checked the inbox this morning and there lied 2 tracks from Los Angeles based DJ Tommy Blak. Ohhhhh,

The political scene is heating up…………   The upcoming weeks will be interesting to watch. I have some questions for some of you out there???  Should Church and State be separate?  And what does that really mean?

I’ve been following this Presidential race more closely than ever. Not because of the election, but because this may be the year that we see a change in the way politics are done in Washington. Again, you can only speculate because you never can know what a person may do after taking office, but this election season has brought out young and old in great numbers. Voting this year has been fueled with new ideas and concepts which may tip the country into moving in a different direction.

But back to the original question……….   Should Church and State be separate? Is it important to you that we have a person that attends church in the White House? And if so, then how can you say it is two separate things? It appears to me that every President that has taken the oath has been of the Christian Faith! So where is the separation? Would you vote to put someone in the White House who is of the Islamic Faith?  What about a Hindu American, Buddhist, Atheist……..???  Does it really matter…..?

Does the religious belief of an individual go for or against him or her in the highest office in this country?  I ask this because I am getting mixed signals from people I talk to. I believe people should be elected to office based on character and their views on the issues.  Religion should not be a factor.  If you are a Buddhist with the best ideas to take this country in the right direction, then so be it.  But have we voted and trusted in people because they go to church?  What on earth does that have to do with anything?

Yes……  I have my own opinion…..  and I am going to share them with you soon.  But I want to open this up for some discussion.  What are your personal views?  Can you put someone in the White House that worships differently from you?  I may not get any responses because people are scared to answer, scared to speak up….  But if you have an opinion, share it with us please.

Last night we had a great show dealing with family Ancestry! The talk show was jammed packed as always with listeners as we discussed in great detail about the roots of our families….As the show went on, I was really taken back to the complete understanding of how we are all connected. Color, culture, language, looks, none of it matters and never mattered.     

All the problems we have right now on this planet as it deals with race is a spiritual problem.  To think that today with the advancement of Technology, Science and the many new innovations our planet has discovered and invented………  The one thing that has been slow to develop is in how we relate with each other! This is a shame. 

Is it so hard to comprehend that we are all one race?  Is it hard to comprehend the fact that we have a connection and a responsibility to each other?  Can we see that what we do to one another we do to ourselves. I have been writing on this for a while now……  but I am reaching out, trying to find new words and understanding that will allow people to get it. 

To be as One does not mean to be the same…..  That is misconstrued in many ways.  It’s OK to be different, to look different, to smell different and to eat and worship differently!  The problem only comes to play when we begin to make comparisons, when we operate out of lack, out of misunderstanding that the world lacks nothing but more love to spread around!

The Internet Talk show that aired last night was to demonstrate the relationship and connection to all human beings. The color you may be today, easily could have been a different color in your families past and your future great grand children may change the color line again……….  BUT REALLY, DOES IT EVEN MATTER?

Is color, race, gender, culture, religious preference and any other methods we use to seperate ourselves important in the big sceme of things?????  You say you believe in a higher power.  When we die and leave this earth, is any of the above important?  So, why do we find the need to always be right?  Is it to be superior to everyone else?  Where is the logic in that?  Why will we die for our religion?  Why must people die in wars to show one country is right about a thing………???????

I can write on this all day…..  But I will stop!  My hope is that this message will get out to you and you will spread it. It’s time to make a shift in our thinking, our understanding and in the way we view and see one another.  It’s time for the seperation to stop and to move towards enlightenment.

Well, I’m feeling pretty good about my accomplishments. I’m working out, improving my programming skill, and getting better at guitar. But I can’t do these things anymore without my friend doing them, apparently. Of course, he’s not as good as me at them (save for exercising), and hardly even close. But it’s the principle of the thing…I can’t even do something without him trying to be better than me. He’s always been good-looking, athletic, etc. But I’ve always been the quote-unquote smart one. It was how people knew me. But now they know him as the good-looking, athletic, smart, musical kid. I left, so it’s not a huge deal, but still. There’s nothing I do that makes me quite unique anymore, and it bugs me when my friend passes himself off as being as good at something as me. He learned to write HTML when he was 10 and has more validation errors in every page than there are bubbles in a damn can of coke, but he can tell the world he “programs”. Even if he wrote HTML perfectly he wouldn’t program.

So why am I getting so pissed off? I guess because I was finally better than him at something, and he couldn’t accept it. Maybe I’ll just take solace in the fact that I’m better than him at anything I know that will make me money.

Oh yeah. I’m also learning Greek. Καλιτύχτα.
