Porirua, Wellington, New Zealand

I’ve spent a total of 13 years out of 23 in Porirua. Raised in Ranui Heights until I was 10, attended Porirua East School, until I moved to Rangiora for a couple years, then when we moved back I lived in Papakowhai and went to Bishop Viard College. This place will forever and always be home, even though I haven’t lived up there since i was 15, I am moving back next year though [although might not be in Porirua as such, but closer to Wellington City probably, but still, this ruff town has my heart.

This is a birds eye view, facing North. Does anyone else think the big grass area [which is in-between Papakowhai/Aotea and Porirua East looks like a ladys head?!? SRSLY. Squint and you will see!
