<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Salon je riječ koja predstavlja prostor namijenjen ležernijem druženju u smislu predaha tokom napornog radnog dana. Dolazi iz srednjovjekovne Francuske, a često se koristila na Divljem Zapadu. Danas, u Hrvatskoj imamo <em>Poslovni Salon</em> &#8211; jedinstvenu konferenciju za malo i srednje gospodarstvo koja je namijenjena edukaciji i savjetovanju poduzetnika i managera.</p>
<p>Za ovogodišnji <strong>Poslovni Salon 2009 &#8211; Opstanak</strong>, poslovno-edukativna <a href="http://www.poslovnisalon.com/2009/konferencija"> konferencija</a>, i njegovi <a href="http://www.poslovnisalon.com/2009/kontakt">organizatori</a> i suorganizatori su si zadali kao cilj uspješno provoditi edukaciju poduzetnika                 i managera (menadžera, voditelja) &#8211; i to onih budućih (koji planiraju svoje poduzetničke                 poduhvate) i onih postojećih. Naravno, Poslovni Salon namjerava okupiti i sve one                 koji su u potrazi za znanjima i vještinama pomoću kojih će unaprijediti vlastiti                 posao, poboljšati tržišnu poziciju i opstati kroz teža vremena, a nakon njih izaći                 kao pobjednik.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Sa ponosom želimo da vam saopštimo da smo na ovogodišnjem sajmu učeničkog preduzetništva postigli neverovatne rezultate! Zauzeli smo <strong>prvo mesto u kategoriji najbolje biznis ideje</strong> i <strong>prvo mesto na ukupnoj rang listi najboljih preduzeća</strong>! Ovom prilikom želimo da se zahvalimo organizacionom timu na <strong>savršenom sajmu</strong>, u kome smo stvarno uživali, družili se sa starim prijateljima, upoznali nove i stekli mnogo iskustva za budući rad. Takodje se zahvaljujemo i svim ljudima koji su danas bili tamo da nas podrže, jer nam je bilo stvarno naporno i to nam mnogo znači.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Toliko od nas za sada. Ovo je bilo ukratko javljanje, ali zato sutra očekujte nove postove sa informacijama i sumiranjima današnjeg sajma. Takodje ubacićemo dosta slika, a i osvežiti stranu sa informacijama o proizvodu.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Tržište kapitala Srbije prate razvojni problemi a proces ozdravljenja teče sporo zbog minimiziranja njegove uloge, istakla je na Osmoj medjunarodnoj konferenciji Beogradske berze direktorka tržišta Gordana Dostanić.</p>
<p>Ocenjujući srpsko tržište kapitala kao nedovoljno likvidno i nedovoljno duboko, Dostanićeva je dodala da je i transparentnost na Beogradskoj berzi nedovoljna.</p>
<p>&#8220;Država je u privatizaciji propustila priliku da fino oblikuje tržište kapitala&#8221;, naglasila je ona na dvodnevnoj konferenciji Berze Apgrejd in Belgrejd (Upgrade in Belgrade) koja je počela.</p>

<p>A și B fac un biznis împreună. Să zicem că B îi vinde lui A o portocală. Prețul cerut de B este de 2 lei. A plătește cei 2 lei și achiziționează portocala în discuție. B pleacă fericit acasă cu cei 2 lei în buzunar, în sinea lui bucurându-se ce ușor l-a fraierit pe A, că portocala costă în realitate 0,75 lei. &#8220;Mamă ce l-am păcălit!&#8221;, își zice B. Pe de altă parte, A pleacă acasă fiind pe deplin conștient că putea obține în altă parte o portocală cu maxim 1 leu, și știe foarte bine că B are impresia că l-a păcălit. Însă A și-a plătit fără să crâcnească cei 2 lei pentru că</p>
<p>- își dorea ACEA portocală și numai aceea;</p>
<p>- își dorea o portocală numaidecât ATUNCI;</p>
<p>- își dorea să cumpere musai de la B;</p>
<p>- alt motiv imaginabil.</p>
<p>Dar B nu are habar de motivele astea, el preferă să se bucure că l-a păcălit pe A. O bucurie la îndemână, fără îndoială răutăcioasă, și care are în primul rând darul de a crește încrederea în sine și amorul propriu. &#8220;Ce isteț am fost!&#8221;, nu? B a făcut profit de 166%, respectiv de 1,25 lei. Din colțul lui, A consideră că a plătit 1 leu pe portocală, iar cu încă 1 leu și-a plătit împlinirea uneia dintre dorințele de mai sus.</p>
<p>Nimic nou sub soare în situația asta, evident: așa funcționează economia, și nimeni nu are nimic împotrivă. Ce rămâne totuși supărător în tablou este că există încă destui care preferă bucuria simplă și rapidă a lui &#8220;Mamă ce l-am păcălit!&#8221;.</p>
<p><em>Hint: am fabricat un exemplu din sfera economică pentru că așa m-a pocnit inspirația, însă povestea nu vizează neapărat situații așa prozaice.</em></p>

<p>Nestává se zas tak často, že by vznikal nový programovací jazyk. Ostatně existuje jich vcelku dost a opravdu bychom netipovali, že přijde Google s novinkou i v tomto směru. Ale stalo se. Oficiálně byl představen tento nový projekt, tedy programovací jazyk fungující na open source licenci. Jmenuje se jednoduše Go a právě už samotný název má vystihnout jeho hlavní přednosti.Programovací jazyk Go má být především jednoduchý, rychlý, bezpečný, zábavný a naprosto zdarma právě s licencí open source. Tento jazyk je zajímavý například tím, že je ho možné psát bez jakékoli hierarchie a má skvěle zvládat zpracovávání několika procesů najednou. Ostatně byl už spuštěn i oficiální web na adrese golang.org, kde o něm naleznete základní informace. Nechybí ani různé tutoriály nebo knihovny a zkrátka všechny potřebné informace. Více informací o Go se můžete dozvědět i z videa nad tímto odstavcem. Bude tohle budoucnost programování a obsadí Google pozici i v tomto směru?</p>

<p>V istom osobnom rozhovore sa jedna pani, zamestnaná v banke, svojej známej zdôverila, že už sa ani nevie dočkať dôchodku a to vzhľadom k novým pomerom, ktoré zavládli na ich pracovisku.</p>
<p>Jednou z týchto novôt bola povinnosť usmievať sa na zákazníkov. Jej plnenie, ba doslova vynucovanie, bolo dohnané ad absurdum a síce, kontrolami nadriadených v prestrojení. Zamestnanci, ktorí sa na takéhoto neštandardného zákazníka – provokatéra, patrične neusmievali, boli následne zavolaní svojimi vedúcimi na osobný pohovor.</p>
<p>Časom si pracovníci na podobné kontroly zvykli a už, podľa oblečenia i správania dokázali vytušiť, ktorý zo zákazníkov bude pravdepodobne takouto kontrolou.</p>
<p>Ale na vedúcich miestach to bolo myslené naozaj vážne a keďže sa už takmer nikoho nepodarilo dlhšiu dobu prichytiť, kontrolóri zmenili taktiku a prišli odetí ako bezdomovci. A hurá, podarilo sa! Opäť nachytali mnohých, ktorých úsmev nebol celkom podľa predpisu.</p>
<p>Toto rozprávanie, ktoré znie takmer neuveriteľne, mi určitým spôsobom pripomenulo dávno minulé, prvomájové zhromaždenia, na ktorých museli ľudia pred tribúnami povinne prezentovať svoju radosť, spokojnosť a úsmev. Našťastie to bolo iba raz v roku, kým chudáci, dnešní bankoví úradníci, sa musia pokrytecky a z povinnosti usmievať každý deň.</p>
<p>Áno, rôzne spoločenské systémy v dejinách sa snažili a aj snažia, alebo aspoň tak to navonok deklarujú, o vybudovanie natoľko harmonickej spoločnosti, v ktorej by sa spokojný a šťastný úsmev stal úplnou prirodzenosťou.</p>
<p>Tento cieľ má aj naša súčasná spoločnosť a jej elita, čiže politici, bankári, ekonómovia a podnikatelia sa nás snažia presvedčiť, že im práve o dosiahnutie takejto harmonickej spoločnosti všemožne ide.</p>
<p>Ako však ale vidieť v praxi, vo väčšine národa aj tak búri nespokojnosť a onen šťastný úsmev nie je prirodzenosťou ani u bankových úradníkov, ktorí majú k tomu tie najlepšie hmotné predpoklady.</p>
<p>Kto totiž pozná múdre Zákony, panujúce vo stvorení, ten vie, že v žiadnom prípade nemôže byť šťastný a vnútorne spokojný ten, kto s oddanosťou slúži zlodejskému systému. A súčasný bankový systém je žiaľ, jedným obrovským zlodejstvom!</p>
<p>Uveďme iba jeden z príkladov: Banková lobby v celom takzvanom priemyselne vyspelom svete presadila bezhotovostný styk. Peniaze už teda nedostávajú ľudia priamo v hotovosti, ale na svoje osobné účty. Takmer každý občan štátu má teda svoj vlastný účet, ktorého správa je samozrejme spoplatnená a spoplatnený je i každý vklad a výber z účtu. V celoštátnom a celosvetovom meradle sú to obrovské finančné prostriedky, o ktoré banky každodenne, zdanlivo legitímne, okrádajú občanov. Toto bol skutočný účel presadenia bezhotovostného styku. Bola ním vidina obrovského, bezpracného zisku, založeného na systematickom okrádaní klientov a nie bankami navonok prezentovaná služba a pohodlie pri vybavovaní.</p>
<p>Avšak ten, kto okráda druhých, nemôže byť nikdy skutočne vnútorne vyrovnaný, spokojný a šťastný! Podľa vyšších Zákonov, ktoré vládnu v tomto stvorení, to jednoducho nie je možné! No a keďže je to v skutočnosti nemožné, musí byť ilúzia šťastia a spokojnosti vynútená prostredníctvom interných nariadení a pod hrozbou sankcií z neplnenia si povinností.</p>
<p>Podobný represívny spôsob však vedie k pokryteckému rozdvojeniu osobnosti. Vedie k rozporu medzi tým, čo človek vnútorne cíti a tým, ako sa musí navonok tváriť. A ak sme to nútení robiť dlhodobo, môže to viesť i k prípadnému poškodeniu duševného zdravia.</p>
<p>K prirodzenému úsmevu, vyjadrujúcemu skutočné, trvalé a hlboké ľudské šťastie možno dospieť jedine prostredníctvom úprimnej a nezištnej snahy pomáhať iným a prostredníctvom dodržiavania čistoty a ušľachtilosti vlastného vnútorného života. Teda úplne inou cestou, než akou kráča súčasný bankový sektor.</p>
<p>Kto má teda v sebe pevnú vôľu k dobru, čiže k pomoci svojim spolu ľuďom a snaží sa o dodržiavanie čistoty vlastných myšlienok, ten skôr či neskôr dospeje k veľkej vnútornej harmónii a šťastiu, ktoré bude potom úplne automaticky sprevádzať i úsmev, spontánne vyvierajúci z hĺbky a podstaty jeho bytosti.</p>
<p>Samozrejme, že primerané materiálne zabezpečenie má pre život človeka na tejto zemi svoje nezanedbateľné miesto a preto by mal mať každý človek toľko hmotných prostriedkov, aby mohol ľudsky dôstojne žiť.</p>
<p>Avšak akékoľvek nadmerné hmotné vlastníctvo samo o sebe nemôže urobiť človeka naozaj šťastným, ak nebude vo svojom živote zohľadňovať spomínané, vyššie morálne kritériá.</p>
<p>Ak teda pôjdete najbližšie do banky a uvidíte všetku tú neúprimnú úslužnosť a úsmevy z povinnosti, nech je vám to živou výstrahou a zároveň pripomenutím toho, že získanie skutočného ľudského šťastia predsa len nespočíva iba v peniazoch.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p style="text-align:justify;">Kao što već verovatno znate naše učeničko preduzeće bilo je deo ovog projekta i prošle godine kada smo se prvi put predstavili na sajmu učeničkih preduzeća. Jedina stvar koja je tada bila drugačija jeste sam naziv firme, koji je glasio TRENIX electornics. Ovoga puta naziv je samo TRENIX, iako nam je glavna delatnost ostala ista. Prošle godine imali smo mnogo problema, jer smo se u celoj ovoj priči našli po prvi put. Niko od nas nije imao blage veze šta je to biznis plan, kako se radi istraživanje tržišta, šta je to marketing&#8230; Bili smo prilično zbunjeni i pravili smo podosta grešaka. Mislim da nam je popunjavanje biznis plana predstavljalo najveći problem, pogotovo finansijki deo, ali na kraju smo nekako uspeli da se saberemo i odradimo posao.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Proizvod smo nazvali SoundBox x3m, a to predstavlja sistem prenosnih zvučnika za mobilne telefone, MP3/4 plejere i sve ostale elektronske uređaje koji poseduju 3,5&#8243; audio port. Želeli smo da plasiramo proizvod na tržište koji će svojoj ekonomskom isplativošću zadovoljiti sve potrebe modernog kupca u pogledu privlačnog dizajna, dobrog kvaliteta zvuka i velike autonomije baterije. To su neki od glavnih argumenata koje smo koristili kada smo prezentovali proizvod.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Marko i Aleksandar su bili zaduženi za izradu samog proizvoda, dok smo se Nikola i ja (Nebojša) fokusirali na korporativni identitet, biznis plan i sve ostalo. Veliku pomoć oko dizajna pružila nam je Katarina, učenica dizajnerske škole, koja tada nije bila formalno deo programa. Potrudili smo se da ove godine ima sve privilegije kao i mi.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Ceo taj dan je za nas bio užasno iscrpljujuć jer smo većinu prethodne moći proveli u pripremanju sadržaja za prezentaciju, flajera, majica itd. Trebalo je da budemo na sajmu oko 7 ujutru iako bi on zvanično počeo tek oko podne. Sećam se da je napolju bilo jedeno i da su mi ruke bukvalno krvarile od onog vetra. Nekako smo uspeli da pribavimo sve materijale i počeli sa pripremom štanda. Bilo je tu i drugih firmi iz naše škole, ali većinom nismo bili jedni blizu drugih.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Mnogi naši prijatelji došli su da nas podrže toga dana na sajmu i ovom prilikom želimo svima da se zahvalimo. Što se tiče konkurencije: bila je veoma jaka. Pojedini štandovi veoma su nam se videli, dok su neki bili čisto bacanje vazduha i prostora. Na kraju dana, oko 8 uveče, kao po već ustaljenoj tradiciji, firme iz naše škole osvojile su najviše nagrada. Iako su neki kasnije otišli na slavlje, mi smo bili toliko iscrpljeni da smo jedva rasklonili naše materijale i otišli kući. Ja sam čak zaspao u kolima xD</p>

<p>Kroz prozor posmatram moj grad kako se letargično  budi. Gradska zaobilaznica  upravo ispod mojih prozora. Prvi gradski busevi, pretovareni kamioni uz silnu buku snažnih mašina, žure put Majevice, preko Banj Brda, prema Priboju, Bijeljini i Beogradu. Kao i do sad, niko od kamiondžija ne poštuje zabranu noćne vožnje do 06 h ujutro. Biznis tjera ljude na svakodnevno kršenje saobraćajnih propisa! Hmm&#8230;</p>
<p>Pomjerih kazaljke na satu sa smješkom. Svejedno mi, svakako danas ne idem na posao!</p>
<p>Natjerah sebe da ne čamim kraj kompa pa napravih malu kružnu vožnju gradom.</p>
<p>Razlog? Zar mi treba razlog? Cigarete, kupovina omiljenog časopisa, vožnja usnulim ulicama. Divota jedna!</p>
<p>Vrijeme negdje oko 08 h po novom vremenu (09 h po starom!)</p>

Doduše, načuo sam bio, da je neki problem sa vlasničkim odnosima  (raspad bivše SFRJ i tako to) te se najzad moglo krenuti u restauraciju objekata koji su godinama stojali prazni i to pored glavne saobraćajnice, blizu centra grada, uz postojanje sve moguće infrastrukture&#8230; Da dalje ne nabrajam.</p>
<p>Eh, da sam imao novaca. Dvore bih sebi od ovoga napravio. I stan + poslovne prostore&#8230;</p>

<p>There has been a lot of buzz around the Microsoft <a href="http://www.officelabs.com/projects/productivityfuturevision/Pages/default.aspx">Productivity Future Vision video</a> since it was unveiled by Stephen Elop, President of Microsoft Business Division. Many people have been asking for more information about the scenarios shown in the video, the underlying technologies, and how the video relates to Microsoft’s overall vision and ongoing product development roadmap.</p>

U CV-ju se treba što bolje predstaviti, ali sve su češća preterivanja &#8211; fotografije dekoltea, porodične fotografije s keceljom ili čašom žestine, a uz to ljudi željni radnog mesta pišu svakojake nebuloze</h3>
<p>Ranije je bilo jednostavno, završiš fakultet i dobiješ posao, a ako odustaneš od škole &#8211; uglave te negde. Danas je drugo vreme. Hoćeš posao, a nemaš moćnog oca, kuma ili strica, preostaje ti da napišeš dobar CV odnosno Si-Vi, što je zapravo skraćenica od latinskog naziva za radnu biografiju. Timovi ovih ili onih stručnjaka čiji je posao savetovanje kako da dobiješ posao tvrde da nije svejedno šta će na papiru da se nađe. U najmanju ruku, svaki potencijalni zaposleni mora da bude čudo prirode koje s trideset godina ima bar jednu diplomu i pet godina radnog iskustva. Na prvo čitanje, poslodavcu mora da bude jasno da &#8220;idealni zaposleni&#8221; izgara od želje da sve što zna i ume uloži u posao i da je baš on ili ona prava osoba.</p>
<p><em><strong>CV slavnih u svetu</strong></em></p>
<p>Oni imaju moć, slavu, novac. Danas se više i ne postavlja pitanje da li su dobri u poslovima kojim se bave ili su se bavili. A šta kaže njihov CV?</p>
<p>Telohranitelj, prodavac igračaka, službenik u pošti &#8211; Džek Nikolson.</p>
<p>Konobarica, šegrt u frizerskom salonu, prodavačica garderobe &#8211; Maraja Keri.</p>
<p>Prodavac novina, fudbaler, ulični pevač, grobar &#8211; Rod Stjuart.</p>
<p>Vratar u duševnoj bolnici &#8211; Mik Džeger.</p>
<p>Vozač ambulantnih kola, radnik u fabrici za proizvodnju želea &#8211; Volt Dizni.</p>
<p>Moler, dekorater &#8211; Fil Kolins.</p>
<p>Činjenica je da ima mnogo željnih rada, a posla nedovoljno i da savet &#8220;predstaviti se u najboljem svetlu&#8221; svako shvata na svoj način. Suština je naizgled jednostavna &#8211; predstaviti sebe u najkraćim crtama na najbolji mogući način. Poželjno je da poslodavcu pošaljete i fotografiju, koja govori više od hiljadu reči i dokazuje da osoba sa slike pre svega postoji sa svim svojim nadljudskim osobinama i da svojim likom stoji iza svoga dela.</p>
<p>Sve bi bilo u najboljem redu da se među radnim biografijama ne nalaze i slike iz porodičnog albuma i one koje otkrivaju atribute koji za određenu poziciju nisu neophodni. Mora se priznati da ženski kandidati vode kada je u pitanju želja da se promovišu izgledom. Nije redak slučaj, a imali smo prilike u to i da se uverimo, da mlade ambiciozne dame šalju fotografije koje su im, verovatno, preostale od konkursa za izbor lokalne lepotice. Tanja se predstavlja u majici dubokog dekoltea koji u prvi plan stavlja raskošno poprsje, duge ispeglane kose po uzoru na TV lepotice, profesionalno našminkana, zavodljivog pogleda i zagonetnog osmeha. Smatra da njena slika zaslužuje centralno mesto u CV-ju. Na preostaloj polovini strane ona navodi da se pored lepote u njene &#8220;lične karakteristike&#8221; ubrajaju i &#8220;pouzdanost, fleksibilnost i POSLUŠNOST&#8221;. Pomenuta lepotica konkuriše za mesto rukovodioca sektora logistike, a da je prava osoba za to, govori i iskustvo jednogodišnjeg rada u menjačnici.</p>
<p>Ima i drugih primera &#8211; porodična fotografija u kuhinji s dvogodišnjim detetom u rukama, kecelja oko struka i kikice koje krase glavu tridesetogodišnje kandidatkinje željne karijere u &#8220;uspešnom timu koji pobeđuje&#8221;. Posle takvog ličnog predstavljanja, malo je onih koje interesuje radno iskustvo vesele mame.</p>

<p><em><strong>Neslavno predstavljanje Balaševića, Goge Grubješić i Dejana Milićevića</strong></em></p>
<p>Dešava se i suprotno, da dobri kandidati zbog lošeg predstavljanja na nekoliko listova papira ostanu bez posla koji bi dobro obavljali. Primeri su brojni, dovoljno je samo letimičan pogled na CV-je poznatih, i postaje jasno da slovo na papiru nema moć da predstavi ljude u pravom svetlu.</p>
<p>Da li biste otišli na koncert neuspelog studenta geografije koji je maštao da postane fudbaler? Iskustvo &#8211; više od trideset godina muzičke karijere. Status &#8211; slobodni umetnik. Ime &#8211; Đorđe Balašević. Ukoliko ste estradna zvezda, da li biste za svoj novi spot angažovali bivšeg zaposlenog u radnji za hemijsko čišćenje? Naravno da ne. Ali i to je deo CV-ja čuvenog fotografa i reditelja muzičkih spotova najvećih estradnih diva s naših prostora &#8211; Dejana Milićevića.</p>
<p>Biti slavan zahteva dobrog menadžera koji poznaje svetske trendove. Ako u radnoj biografiji nekog u čije ruke stavljate svoju slavu pročitate da je čuvao ovce, verovatno biste odustali, i pogrešili. Upravo je to jedno od zanimanja kojima se bavila Goga Grubješić koja je promovisala brojne, sada slavne ličnosti i uspela da u Beogradu zaživi &#8220;Noć reklamoždera&#8221;.</p>
<p>Muški kandidati su odmereniji i donekle iskreniji. Oni se obično ne oslanjaju mnogo na lepotu kao poslovnu preporuku, mada ima i onih koji uz CV prilažu i slike cele figure s neke od porodičnih proslava s čašom žestine u ruci. Njihove biografije su kraće i bez preterane samopromocije. Mirko u svojoj biografiji najiskrenije priznaje: &#8220;Na konkurs se prijavljujem jer smatram da mi je potreban posao&#8221;. On dodaje da &#8220;zvanično radno iskustvo ne poseduje&#8221;, ali da bi voleo &#8220;odgovoran posao&#8221; na rukovodećoj poziciji.</p>
<p>Ima i onih koji ne žele da ih dožive samo kao bezličnu radnu snagu, već imaju potrebu da podele svoju intimu s budućim poslodavcem, kao i sve svoje životne želje. Tako Dejan, osim profesionalnih kvalifikacija, dodaje da osim što je otac (navodi i ime deteta) želi da: &#8220;radi i zaradi, napreduje, da ga cene i poštuju, da bude deo uspešnog tima i da uvek ide napred&#8221;. Opšti zaključak &#8211; lepo.</p>
<p>Ali ne treba kriviti kandidate jer na sve strane pljušte brojni saveti kako se predstaviti u najboljem svetlu, kako se reklamirati i kako uspeti. Istina je da oni koji poseduju savršeno obrazovanje i bogatu poslovnu karijeru obično ne dolaze do posla slanjem CV-ja na razne konkurse.</p>
<p>Nema sumnje da kandidata kojem bi u odeljku &#8220;obrazovanje&#8221; pisalo &#8211; mašinbravar, niko na osnovu CV-ja ne bi zaposlio čak ni kao šefa radnje, a Josip Broz je postao mnogo, mnogo više od toga.</p>
<p>Što se skorije istorije tiče, brojni su primeri ljudi koji su upravljali zemljom, što se na osnovu njihovih kvalifikacija koje su važne za CV (kao što su obrazovanje i radno iskustvo) ne bi moglo ni pretpostaviti. Njima su za CV potrebna dva do tri slova koja predstavljaju njihovu sposobnost kroz stranačku pripadnost, ali to je već neka druga priča.</p>
