There is an active incarceration order out for Phillip Tracy Smith and because of this the office of child support enforcement refuses to perform any other child support enforcement actions. Unfortunately, even if he is stopped by the police of DeKalb County County they will not bring him in because they willfully ignore any incarceration order concerning the Family. They like to abuse and rough up women in this county and I think they actively hate them.

At this point the Governor’s Office refuses to intercede usually the first point of contact after child support refuses to do anything. When I wrote the Governors Office someone contacted me and asked me did I have the SS# of Philip Tracy Smith this can only mean one thing as soon as we have a transition in government they are going to throw the file away and never require him to support the child ever. The Governors office has been very supportive up to this point but ie. the child support office refused to get the NC’s SS# even though I gave them his job address and home address THEY SAID THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO GET HIS SS#. The governors office called and the woman called me back within 15 minutes and said she found the SS#. At this point they said they’ve issued an active incarceration order out for Phillip Philip Tracy Smith and can do nothing else, like freeze his bank account, suspend his tags, suspend his passport, suspend his DL,. They will do nothing. One day I went into the child support enforcement office which has become rather chaotic since they no longer have a security guard stationed at the door and there are women supportive of parents who owe verbally attacking parents seeking enforcement. At this point I am slightly afraid to go into the office after a woman and her sons followed me to my car after she started railing against a young woman who was not connected with her sons at all and I causally asked her why are you here with your 23 year old son? What’s wrong with him? I asked her very calmly but when I left the building they followed me to my car and said nothing. Another time I spoke with a man who told me they had an incarceration order out for him for ten years and he continued to work as an engineer up to this point because he finally had problems after the child became an adult and had hired an attorney to get rid of what he owed from the past, unfortunately the message was not relayed to child support enforcement and there he was trying to clear it up and according to him he did without having to pay back pay. Did I mention he followed me to my car too and asked me to take him home? In any event, there is no security at the Child Support office and its scary. Below You will find what Child Support Enforcement told me:

Finally the last time I heard the NC parent Phillip Smith Philip Smith is a Mortgagee Broker you may not want to do any deals with him because since there is an incarceration order out for him the deal may not be valid. It’s your risk.

As an African American Woman I have extremely conflicting emotions towards Tiger Woods. There is my

As an African American Woman I have extremely conflicting emotions towards Tiger Woods. There is my gut feeling that turns my stomach at the way that he’s treated his wife and his family, and there are the sane rational feelings that tell me no matter what Tiger Woods has done he’s the master of his craft and what I should be studying are his mental strengths and characteristics that allowed him to be the Master of the Masters, that allowed him to be the first nonwhite person to ever win the Masters. These are qualities worth embracing and loving but lately the stomach turning has not stopped.

Daily there is a new story about Tiger Woods character that literally makes me dislike him and think that he’s a rotten egg. The tales of mistresses are not enough to make me hate him, he’s married he’s a billionaire his wife can have literally anything in this world she wants except the fidelity of Tiger Woods, not bad for a woman that’s gone from working in a boutique and being a nanny to being the wife of a billionaire. However the manner upon which he conducted his last affair with Rachel Uchitel, Joy Behar had to apologize to for saying Uchitel she’s a Hooker, has been startling. The careless text messages have been jaw dropping Tiger writes the following to Rachel Uchitel,

“I get it. It f—–g kills me, too. I finally found someone I connect with…..”someone I have never found like this. Not even at home.”

Rachel Uchitel

When reading the text messages that Tiger Woods wrote to Rachel Uchitel and connecting them with the persona of Rachel Uchitel my heart takes over and I feel extreme disgust for Tiger Woods. Infidelity is wrong but when it appears to be with a a woman who looks like she’s done the whole golf team or helped the whole golf course be unfaithful to their wives, my head cannot reconcile me to the genius athlete that Tiger Woods is. While I don’t believe that hitting someone in the head with a golf club is the right thing to do, and I do think that Elin should have seen the inside of a jail at least overnight, I do believe the circumstances that led Elin Woods to clunk her husband on the head could definitely be called a justifiably out of her mind moment. Tiger Woods is alleged to have spent Thanksgiving Day frantically texting Rachel Uchitel the woman above with her mouth on another woman’s thigh, and with the five guys, he forgot to erase one picture and left his “smart” phone at home with a picture of a naked uchitel on it that she had sent to him that day with the full knowledge that it was the First Thanksgiving of Wood’s nine month old and two is such a precious age for the other child, Uchitel chose that day to spend it sending naked pictures to Woods while he was at least trying to be a family man, what a woman! In any event the wife of Tiger Woods become so enraged by the way that Tiger Woods was treating her and over the picture, she hit him in the head with a golf club and you know the rest of the saga.

The point to be made here is I am an avid twitterer and texting while with a date, loved ones, and people that you like and respect and have taken the time to be with you is so disrespectful. I have even twittered that the world did not lose much of a man when AJ or RJ of The Real Housewives of Atlanta was killed because I saw one episode of Atlanta housewives and observed whatever his name texting the whole time he was at a party. If I felt this way watching RJ/AJ I can only imagine my feelings towards watching Tiger woods texting the woman above with her mouth on another woman’s thigh and with the five guys, texting her the whole Thanksgiving Holiday. I know I would want to clunk tiger on the head too because every time I think of the Atlanta housewives episode with RJ or AJ I get really angry that someone would treat someone like that.

While my head still admires Tiger Woods, my heart is just not with him. While my head says Elin no longer has to hang clothes on a rack or wipe the nose of someone elses snotty nosed children my heart says nobody should text their mistress in front of their wife. Mistress time is mistress time and home time is home time the two should not mix. Tiger Woods should have shown some sort of decency in his dealings with his family and all for what the woman who made Joy Behar apologize to her for saying Uchitel its a Hooker.

The author of this post has nothing against divorce and does not believe marriage should be a life term in the penitentiary, but she does believe that when someone can no longer be the majority of the person the other one married they should be honest and call it quits. I have no clue what Tiger Woods prenup says but if it says he has to give Elin Woods 300 million dollars if he leaves her then he should have swallowed it and left instead of being the FOOL of The Decade. Elin Nordgram Woods deserved more so much more than what she got a heartless Prince that drove her insane.

During the campaign I wrote about public housing residents in Chicago who were in the freezing cold

During the campaign I wrote about public housing residents in Chicago who were in the freezing cold in Barack Obama’s district. They insisted they called his office and he did nothing about it. He claimed no knowledge of it . THe Chicago public schools when Obama was a politician were in a shambles and still are in a shambles Aas evidenced by the many killings near and around the schools. The strangest thing to me though is that Obama is now trying to craft a health care plan when he apparently does not care for anyone not even third term babies that he freely supported aborting. Personally I think he seeks to destabilize health care so his friends can have some money. What ahve the stimulus funds done. In any event this is about my complaint my civil rights complaint that I made to the Department of Education regarding the education of my child who was not being educated and seemed to be under emotional and psychological attack at this school. As in character the Obama administration did nothing about it and declined to investigate. I think there were some real problems in the county school system and no one seems to care about these children. There is a virtual academy in our state where a huge number of particpants are from the county of Dekalb County Georgia. The system is just different and not held accountable for teaching the children. They have been embroiled in a cheating scandal and the superintendent sent out an email saying to support the teachers and principals involved, I wonder why. As a parent I don’t want anyone cheating for my children there is a life other than elementary and high school and they will be hrld accountable.

In any event here is my incoherent complaint to the Obama administration’s DOE they refused to investigate.
This is a class complaint on the behalf of all of the poor minority children who have been victimized by this school

As I was registering my child for Evansdale Elementary I noticed that a lady was angrily withdrawing her child from the school. She was a black woman and appeared to be extremely angry as she was withdrawing the child. I thought to myself how strange my child will be OK because she was a straight A student and on the honor roll all of her life.I forgot to mention I tried to enroll my child but told my child was not on the list and then a call as made to the board of education to confirm that my child was on the list. I thought it was strange that someone would think I would drive all of that way to lie about my child being on the list but continued to register her though I was slightly disturbed. On the day of open house as I entered the building to meet the teacher a Jewish looking lady said Oh no you are not on the list and refused to allow us to precede to the normal place where people who have registered go to and directed us to the library where an Asian woman and Hispanic woman were standing saying they were on the list for the school also. I overheard the women say if you were registered your folder would be here to the Asian woman. I said well I preregistered and my information should be there the women from the school kept saying they could not find the name until they eventually found it and then they said oh it was in the bin all the time you’ve preregistered and directed me to the teachers room and never directed me to the cafeteria where stuff such as PTA registration was happening etc. As I was leaving I overheard a parent say to her child no more advanced classes for you you cant handle it. I do not know of these persons names but I do know the school board keeps a record of all students who are disenrolled from the school and if you speak to them you probably will find commonility in what I’m saying to you.

The allegations of discrimination come from what I can only describe as emotional cruelty towards a child which is designed to mess with her confidence. My child made a 34 on a multiplication quiz that was unannounced and was forced to write it in her agenda several times. Instead of sending the quiz home and allowing me to say you’ve got to do better the children were forced to write it several times however when she made a 92 and 90 on the same material she did not have to write it to reinforce that she had done well on her test. My daughter than took another test and wore her glasses to school but they disappeared she does not know when. However the teacher wrote on her grade of 80 test where are your glasses? I found this profoundly disturbing and wrote to the principal and faxed a copy of this information he told me to discuss it with the teacher. The school has a weird system of recording work habits fro all children which is really strange they get checks when they don’t have certain items like a book. This is OK but my daughter left her book at home and instead of the teacher allowing her to share with someone else or giving her a sheet to look at she made her sit there without a book and emailed me she did not have her book, the email was fine but to sit there and not let the child have a book or anything to look at is disgraceful and unheard of. Prior to this I had come in to speak to two of my children’s subject matter teachers one concerning the math and another because he had misgraded my child’s paper, she had gotten an 80 when she deserved a 100. This also happened in my chidls workbook I noticed that all of her answers were correct but she self grded her paper and marked them wrong, yesterday I said honey these answers are correct she said my teacher looked at these answers and said they were wrong. I insisted they were correct.
In any event on the day I went to see the math teacher and the science teacher about my various issues concerning them I did not see the Social Studies teacher because I had not received ANY graded papers from her “NOTHING” well when I got home I received a call from her telling me my child had been late for two days which she had and that it may jeopardize her grade, the teacher even admits that this was the third day she had done actual work with the students THE THIRD DAY IN THREE WEEKS AND NOT ONE GRADED PAPER, I eventually called her back and she told me she had given my child many checks I said no youh ave not she does not have one check she then called for my daughter out of her class I said I hope you are not putting checks on her paper now SHE CALLED THE CHILD OUT OF CLASS and she had one check when she got home but we could not maintain a civil conversation I told her my daughter had been late to school but not as late as she was indicating I said maybe she got lost since it was a new school she said your child is not smart enough to find her way through the school after being in school for three weeks I then discontinued the conversation and made an appointment to speak with the Principal who despite the fact that I had written him a long letter of my concerns addressed none of them. Our topic of conversation was that I was aware that there was a gpa requirement for staying in the school and it appeared they were picking on my child this was not resolved. The next day coincidentally the children were sent forms home and parents had to sign they were aware of the gpa requirements I found the timing strange. In addition the children were given reading tests to see what level they were on which seems strange timing to me also. The last action was an email about forgetting the book which I wrote about above. While these maybe normal incidents and coincidences I am convinced that this is a pattern of behavior that certain children have been subjected to. My child was torn down before she got in the door and her confidence is going and gone she makes careless mistakes on her math work because of the emotional cruelty that she is subjected to. This should not happen to any other child.

As far as age discrimination is involved the school is using strategies that are not age appropriate the kids are changing classes at fourth grade they have to carry around their stuff from class to class, when a child is late they do not have a locker to go to they have to interrupt an ongoing class and are not allowed to carry their book bags to other classes they were given excessive homework but not anymore

In addition I would like to add the case of the young child who committed suicide in Dekalb County schools to my complaint the school system totally ignored his mothers complaints that he was mistreated and they are ignoring my complaints the administrator has discounted my complaints and have not taken them seriously I know my child is being mistreated. I am making a complaint against the whole school system for its failure to ignore the complaints of poor black children and their parents This is a class complaint and you should not allow any more children to be stunted and destroyed by this school system

This is my second attempt to file this complaint so I have several addends.

During the week of October 20, 2009 my daughter was in class and her white teacher told her to get up and move to another table and gave her an assigned seat, no other children in the class according to her have assigned seats. My daughter says the children come in and sit where they want to sit. I asked her had she been given some sort of warning ie. stop talking you have a behavior problem and she said no. The teacher instructed the child to go and sit with the boys this is clearly a gender based method of punishment and gender discrimination.

At the beginning of October the math teacher gave children who had missed problems on their math silent lunch. This is not age appropriate as well as discriminates against children for the disability of not getting the problems correct.

The Social Studies teacher as opposed to using the county curriculum makes up her own tests and attaches half of the county’s mandated test to the whole test. This discriminates based on age. The test has 30 words or more for so far 12-15 boxes. This is clearly not a well thought out test based upon the developmental and educational needs of fourth graders.

Instead of class work the children are required to take notes like college students. This is clearly not age appropriate.

There are no county wide curriculum materials and requirements in place to assure that every child across the county has a comparable education. Some teachers are making homemade tests that are awful and some are making tests that are grand, unfortunately my child has the bad test maker.

There is wide spread test manipulation and cheating in the county which makes it impossible to measure and benchmark correctly the achievements of children. This is evidenced by the arrest of several principals in a cheating scandal early this summer. No one knows for sure who’s cheating and who the cheating is benefiting. This is discrimination on several fronts based on who the beneficiaries of cheating are.

The school is being used to host activities that are marketed to students that are not accessible because of lack of income ie chess is almost two hundred dollars and drama was well over two hundred dollars these are clearly discriminatory actions based on income and therefore race because certain races have less income and can not afford the price of entry.

Forgot to mention one teacher staples different versions of the test together like teachers may have an option of giving test b or test a she will staple half of test a to half of test b this is not what the test maker intended and not age appropriate and discriminates on age hampering the children’s ability to learn

7. Your complaint must be filed within 180 days of the discriminatory action

When did the last act of discrimination occur?

Enter the date: 11/22/09 (mm/dd/yyyy)

Are you requesting a waiver of the 180-day filing time limit for discrimination that occurred more than 180 days before the filing of this complaint?

No.

8. What would you like the institution to do as a result of your complaint – what remedy are you seeking?

In would like the county to research how many children who entered evansdale elementary school as honors students ended up receiving c’s and had test scores that went down significantly I would like to know the race, gender and the income of these children. If a pattern of not achieving is shown because of this schools attitude I would like the county to make changed where all children have the right to a magnet education of a foreign language.

I would like to see the teachers better educated in the psychological and developmental needs of children

I would like to see some consistency regarding curriculum across the county. My child attended a magnet before and they did use the textbooks and testing materials of the county.

Do you have written information that you think will help us understand your complaint?

Yes

The Already Believing Concept

Ernest Holmes writes throughout the book Creative Mind and Success that positive thinking is not enough when individuals try to live a life of happiness and prosperity. They must actually subscribe to the concept of already believing. You must not pray that you obtain something. You must thank God and the Universe for giving it to you and actually believe that you already have it, this could be called the Ferrari concept.

The Ferrari Concept

David imagines himself as rich successful person with a Ferrari. After reading about the already believing concept, the concept of actually almost pathologically believing that you already possess what you desire. David gets into his 1972 Pinto and imagines that it’s a Ferrari. David really believes that he’s drving a Ferrari. As he’s drivinhg his Ferrari down the street he sees a beautiful woman in a cherry red convertible and knowing that he’s in his Ferrari and what girl can resist a Ferrari he manages to catch up with her at a stop sign and asks confidently out of his Ferrari if he could have her phone number. She looks at David like is this a joke but confidently David gives her a gleaming I’ve got a Ferrari smile and she sees how cute and adorable he is and gives him her phone number. After this triumph, David decides to get himself a little breakfast, he thinks to himself I can’t possibly drive my Ferrari through McDonalds I’m going to have my breakfast somewhere where my car won’t stick out so much, so David drives his Ferrari to the Ritz Carlton and orders the continental buffet. As he is sitting thoroughly enjoying the continental buffet David looks around and sees a major director/producer for a movie. He overhears the director talking about an editing problem with the script and how he can’t find anyone to translate the script from the foreign language it was written in. Well the director is talking so loud the lady two tables down from David says shush. The director guy looks at David and smiles, David smiles back and says I’m sorry I overheard your conversation but I am fluent in the languages that you spoke about, the director is thrilled and says if you can do what you say you can do I’ll pay you $300,000 dollars if you can do it in three days. David is now officially Ferrari guy, as he walks to his car it wont start the Director happens to be walking out as David is going back in to the Ritz to retrieve the phone he left and David mentions his car won’t start Director guy in a trusting spirit says I’ll take you where you need to go the Valet pulls up with director guys red Ferrari and promptly takes him to his date with convertible girl who is overwhelmed and takes David home.. THE END

The above is Ernest Holmes illustration that it is not enough to hope you must actually have the already believing attitude because with that attitude comes the benefits of already having, people are not always responding to what others have but the attitude that they embody because of having.

When discussing the law of attraction sometimes it’s sold as a Manna from Heaven concept that if one absolutely positively controls their thoughts only the sun will shine. The truth is bad things happen to all people even the fabulous and the successful. Kornack in expounding on the Science of Getting Rich has written about a concept called energy redirection. According to Kornack bad things will happen to good people and people engaged in the Law of Attraction must redirect their actions to deflect and compensate even over compensate for the bad. When people are faced with the loss of loved ones, insurmountable natural disasters and other incidents it may seem odd to tell people to redirect their energies even if it is the right path to take for the sooner energy is redirected the sooner one can continue to live a wholesome and positive life.

If one has any doubt that it can be done under even the most trying circumstances, one should look at the holocaust survivor Victor Frankl author of the book Mans Search for Meaning. Frankl writes about his experiences in a Nazi concentration Camp. One of the key lessons to be learned from Frankl that supports the concept of the Law of Attraction is that positive thinking in the most trying circumstances is enough to make amazing miracles happen. Frankl states that he believes he was a holocaust survivor because of his ability to redirect his thoughts and constantly focus on what his ideal life would be. He would actively see himself teaching classes before students in a university, he would imagine himself seeing and doing things outside of the concentration camp and amazingly he watched others marched to the gas chambers but never him. Frankl states in the book that he felt the main difference between holocaust survivors in his camp versus those who went to the gas chambers was their mind set or in current day terms their use of the law of attraction. Frankl gives an example of people who would set dates in their minds for when they would get out of the concentration camp, these individuals would be happy and upbeat saying I know we are going to be out by this date, they would stay safe and not be led to the gas chambers but inevitably when the date came and went and the individuals had given up they would be chosen to go to the gas chambers. Frankl implies that even in impossible conditions the thoughts of these individuals determined whether they would live or die. Frankl did survive the concentration camp to go and live the mental vision he developed inside the concentration camp.

Sometimes individuals find themselves in impossible conditions and must use the concept of transmutation or energy redirection. Victor Frankl has proven that energy redirection can be done successfully in even the most difficult of situations.

Barack Obama has brought International prestige and acclaim to the United States with the winning of the Nobel Peace prize. While the prize was shocking to many, if the citizens of United States would close their eyes and remember why they voted for him they would realize that he deserves and earned the Nobel Peace Prize. I can not say that I necessarily agree or even know clearly the rationale of the Nobel committee for awarding the Nobel Peace prize to Barack Obama but I can articulate why I think he deserves the prize.

Barack and Michelle Obama deserve the Nobel Peace Prize for first of all being able to transcend themselves. In a world that frequently says you can’t and in a country that had never had a President of color The Obama’s said “Yes We Can”. They said Yes We can and Did. Barack Obama did not come from a two parent home with Daddy throwing him up to the sky every night, Barack Obama even mentions that he comes from a home where people may have told him they were scared of black men because he was raised by his caucasian grandmother. President OBama’s history and his subsequent accomplishments are a beacon of light to every child around the world who experiences controversies and problems in their lives. The ability of Barack Obama to overcome himself and his environment is a world class accomplishment, Nobel Prize worthy because one of the hardest things for people to do is to overcome themselves. Many great thinkers have written about this Napoleon Hill, recitations of the words of Jesus and others.

Barack Obama deserves the Nobel Prize by helping to prove to the world that the United States is not full of racists who hate black people and that the notion that an American Dream is possible for all is a reality not a notion for whites only. In a sociology class I learned about the third generational theory that all European racial groups who come to the United States can meld into the fabric of the United States and eventually become white or plain American, whereas people of color Asians, Blacks, Latinos, were subsequently out of luck and could never really melt because of their race into an American characteristic. Barack Obama and the United State shattered this myth by voting for him as President by actually implementing the words of Martin Luther King “not by the color of their skin but by the content of their character”. The various races of the United States gave Barack Obama a mandate. Barack Obama was not a president installed by force, given to the United States by some International Super Power he was democratically elected by the American people who said that we don’t care about race anymore just someone willing to work for our interests.

As for the significance of Barack Obama post election we the American People seriously hope that he will use the slogan YES WE CAN to solve our problems as well as take the attitude of YES WE CAN to the world and help solve their problems. As for what has gone wrong with the Presidency up to know, by and large Obama and the Democrats refuse to ignore the voices that did not elect them. The only way Obama can keep his promises is to ignore the voices of dissension and keep a straight path and fulfill his promise.

Sometimes people get so embroiled in their intragroup relationships and communications they forget that there is a whole world that is not in their group or their clique. They surround themselves with people that think the same way, act the same way, and only amplify their small view of the world. This is the conudrum of David Letterman and his Clique of Bitches. As an African American I have frequently run into individuals who only live in a certain social class who are used to saying certain things, believing certain things and verbally exclaiming very damaging stereotypes about poor and struggling blacks that in most cases simply are not true.

When Letterman cavalierly announced that he was sleeping with the women who worked for him and basically said, so what. Letterman revealed that he was hanging within a clique that I entitle the Clique of Bitches. I am not calling the women bitches but I am willing to bet that in his mind, in the minds of his associates and the men that he surrounds himself with, they think of women as bitches to be thrown away used and in the least a functional urinal. The caveat with Letterman was that in his mind he told himself just like the jock tells the virgin, everybodys doing it. Every man who is able to has a clique of bitches. Letterman told himself everyone’s sleeping with their staff not just in his industry but even the mom and pop waitresses are sleeping with pop. So he cavalierly announced that he had slept with his staff and made a two million dollar old fool out of himself.

Personally I find it disturbing that a man who has managed to make forty million dollars a year did it without having to possess a shred of sophistication or knowledge of the outside world. David Letterman revealed that in this mean society we live in that there are some men who only believe the only way a woman can get a job is on her back or her knees, and judging by the attitude towards his staff he assumes that women like it. He naturally assumes that women are giving free sex to a sixty-two year old man because they sexually desire him not because they need or want a job or the money. The sixty million dollar Larry King question of Letterman’s past female employees is DID YOU LIKE IT? . I hazard to guess not much.
While the United States faces amazing obstacles that the president inherited from the previous admin

While the United States faces amazing obstacles that the president inherited from the previous administration, unemployment, foreclosures, bank closures, and social upheavals the president of the United States has demoted himself to the President of Chicago, winging him up is Oprah Queen of the world. One wonders if the bid for the Olympics is a true desire for the city of Chicago or just a power play to see if Oprah Winfrey and Barack Obama can be crowned King and Queen of World Influence.

While Oprah and Barack seek to be anointed King and Queen of the world ie. First Black President of the United States and Richest Black woman in the world , one wonders why the concept of solving very real problems in the city they call home is one challenge that they seem not to be too interested in solving. Currently Barack Obama seems to be not too interested in solving Americas problems but getting the Olympics to Chicago, just like he did not seem to be too interested in solving Chicago’s problems but being president of the United States .

The Quest for the Olympics seems to be very fake and shallow when there are young men and women beating each other to death on the streets of Chicago.

The quest for the Olympics seems to be a facade when a cold winter is approaching and there are individuals who may not have heat to heat there homes in Chicago or in Barack Obama’s case the United States.

These are problems that effect all cities not just Chicago but these are problems that Chicago seems not to be interested in taking care of. To the King and Queen of the World the very real problems of Chicago do not exist for they are essentially saying to the poor of Chicago “LET THEM EAT THE OLYMPICS”

Finally the caveat in the Chicago quest for the Olympics is that they are not that major of a city. For some of the Olympians this will be there first and only trip to the Olympics. Honestly now where would you want to be in the summer of 2016 in the mean streets of Chicago or on a Sunny beach in RIO. Ask the fallen flight of RIO to Paris where they would have rather been. RIO to PARIS. Straight Shot………..

ITS RIO BABY

As the world watches and debates over Roman Polansky and his recent arrest over a 30 year old child

As the world watches and debates over Roman Polansky and his recent arrest over a 30 year old child rape charge, it is becoming pretty obvious that Roman Polanski was part of a clique, it could be a wild clique that drinks smokes pot and has sex with underaged girls with their consent, but it’s not. It’s becoming pretty obvious that Roman Polanski is part of a clique that emotionally ravages, rapes, and preys on underage children. This is increasingly looking like a Hollywood clique that ravages women and innocent children. The recent revelations of Mackenzie Philips just confirms the disgraceful behavior of this Hollywood clique and makes it imperative that Roman Polanski give society their justice.

The reaction of some in the international community and in the film community is rapidly giving credence to the conservative cries that the entertainment industry is filled with libertines and there are some foreigners who don’t share our world view. The name that is frequently mentioned as being outraged about Roman Polanski being arrested is Woody Allen.

Connecticut Magazine writes the following:
The Mia Farrow-Woody Allen relationship first exploded in January 1992, when Farrow found photos of her adopted daughter (13), Soon-Yi Previn, posing naked in Allen’s New York City apartment. Later that year, in August, Allen was accused of molesting and sexually assaulting his 7-year-old adopted daughter, Dylan, at Farrow’s Bridgewater home.
Initially, the complaint was filed with New York authorities, but they took no action. Paul Williams, a Caseworker of the Year for New York City’s Human Resources Administration, tried to bring the case to Family Court (against the orders of his superiors) and was fired for “unethical conduct.” Seven months later he was reinstated as a supervisor, a position he still holds.

While Woody Allen was not convicted he did marry his very young adopted daughter. This is scary stuff and these are scary people.

Next the current Prime Minister of France Sarkozy, isn’t he the one who divorced his wife in office and brought his swim suit model mistress into the presidential home. This is not behavior we want to Model in the United States. We respect ourFirst Ladies and sometimes they are the deciding factor in the election of their husbands. We respect and revere women and children in the United States and to not convice a child rapist is against everything the United States stands for ask the ones in jail.

Francois Mitterand argues that Roman Polanski was a holocaust victim and therefore should walk on the charges on drugging, sodomizing, and raping a 13 year girl he said he wanted to photograph. To make the argument that just becasue someone was a holocaust victim is just as strange as letting the nationstate of Israel terrorize the Palestinians . It is unfortunate the Holocaust happened but it is not an excuse to go on a crime spree.

As for the others I am no aware of the others defending Roman Polanski, my only hope is that it’s not Quentin Terrintino because I absolutely love him and may have to stop watchingif I belive the pro-women movie maker supported the rapist Polanski.

Finally, I think the countries who do support this rapist should be evaluated by the UN for how they treat women and children in their countries. Rape is a human rights issue.

The arrest by Henry Louis Gates by police for disorderly conduct after being accused of breaking into his own home is quickly being associated in my mind with incidents such as the Katherine Johnson case where police wrongly kicked the door down in her home after thinking she was a drug dealer killing her and lying to cover the killing up by saying she had a gun. The profession of police is quickly becoming like other professions where results are not measured and one can readily blame those you are supposed to serve for why there is an extreme need for your services, ie. in some cases educators blame children for not learning when they are given checks for performing the service of teaching. The profession of policing is quickly becoming the profession of getting a check and doing anything and saying anything to make sure that check is collected and not protecting.

The irony about Henry Louis Gates and his situation is that his door was jammed in, indicating that at some point a real person had actually tried to break into his house and no one was around. A reasonable human being and police officer would have noticed this and showed some concern after Mr. Gates showed ID and offered to file a police report. Instead after Mr. Gates showed ID to the police officer, the police officer called for backup which indicates the officer thought he was being handed a fake ID or did not believe that Henry Louis Gates lived there. Therefore when Henry Gates entered the porch of his home the police charged him with a trumped up charge of disorderly conduct violating Gates Rights to be secure in his own home a fundamental constitutional right.

More and more the charge of disorderly conduct is becoming skewed with a United States Citizens right to protest, with their rights to freedom of speech, and in the Gates case to be able to reside peaceably in their own home. The charge of disorderly conduct is increasingly being used to substitute for disagreeing with the police which is not disorderly. The charge of disorderly conduct is literally rendering American citizens to the role of slaves and the police as overseer who have too much discretion to use this claim when Americans may be tired, hungry, and appaled by the treatment that is being meted out to them by the “authorities”.

WEB Dubois went to the grave lamenting the compromises, the shucks and the jives and the betrayal of Booker T. Washington to Black America. WEB Dubois attributed the long journey from slavery to several years of equality and freedom back to inequality and the Jim Crowe Era to Booker T. Washington. According to C. Vann Woodward as blacks left slavery they began to walk hand and hand with white men and shared a vision of equal pay for equal work and then came along Jim Crow ie. separate but equal.

As we look at the confirmation of Sonia Sotomayor one can not help but parallel Obama’s decision to nominate Sotomayerr with Booker T. Washington’s decision to advocate for separate but equal like Washington did in the Atlanta Speech. Obama’s decision to nominate Sotomayor can only hurt African Americans even if she was nominated by a black president. Sotomayor has a record of ruling against blacks who have been patently and overtly discriminated against. While the case of the white firefighters who she ruled against took center stage. The case of African Americans with obvious slights and who had been overtly discriminated against has been ignored by the media, and the all white senate. One could only wonder if Sotomayor gets an award and Kudos for ruling against black folks. As the beat goes again as In the Clarence Thomas case a persons race trumps the content of their character when they have shown a true contradiction of what the democratic party and frankly the constitution stands for.

Sotomayor has either shown an inability to use her wisdom to come to a just solution for people discriminated against in the following place or she is just plain hates black individuals.

Before we review one of the cases Sotomayor overtly ruled against black people let’s review a discrimination case she ruled for and struck down a lower court decision to throw out.

While eating lunch Yvette Cruz was the recipient of a lewd remark from a fellow coworker on the same level or below her paygrade, in response to the lewd remark she smacked the coworker and they ended up on the floor brawling fighting and rolling around on the floor. Coach pocketbook fired booth employees. In response Yvette Cruz sued them for sexual discrimination, and a hostile work environment. A lower court said that the allegations were vague and threw it out of court. Ms. Cruz appealed and Sotomayor said her charges were legitimate and ruled in her favor.

Now we can discuss the African Americans, in one case involving blacks and Sotomayor, a black couple decided to go on a vacation they purchased advanced airline tickets weeks in ahead to go on their vacation. While boarding they were offered some incentive to give up their tickets because the plane was overbooked, they were on vacation and wanted to quickly get to their destination so they declined the offer. They ended up being the only black couple on the plane. The stewardess walked down the aisle looking at individuals and told the black couple to get off of the plane. They calmy walked off the plane. because the plane was overbooked even though other people on the plane had purchased standby tickets and same day tickets. The couple sued, a lower court ruled in their favor, American Airlines appealed and Sotomayor overturned the decision and told them to go file a a federal complaint their suit was not legitimate.

None of these contradictions have come up as far as I know. Sonia Sotomayor gets a pass and a nod for discriminating against black people. Now that Barack oBama is on Air Force One he probably has forgotten how it feels to ride on a regular plane and its alright to abuse blacks since it will never be him.

As we prepare for the announcement of a New Supreme Court Justice the writing is on the wall that though black women have been part of this country since it’s founding there will not be a black female Supreme Court Justice. The major news outlets refuse to even consider that a black women will sit on the supreme court. However the big signal that a black women will not be the definite choice for the Supreme Court is the huge cover article that the Obama propoganda machine has negotiated on Michelle Obama with Time magazine, hitting the stands the same week that everyone speculates that Barack Obama will announce a new Supreme Court nominee in essence playing the Michelle card to Black women and those who care for them.

While it is refreshing to have a Black First Lady in the White House its becoming increasingly obvious that she has no or does not care to have any sway or bedtime influence on her husband as it relates to black women and their position in the Obama administration. The nonadvocacy of the aspirations of black females in the upper reaches in government have literally been squashed in the Obama administration. For the first time in sixteen years a black women will not hold a cabinet position in a presidential administration.

Unofficially from the Obama administration the cabinet position a black woman holds in the Obama administration is first lady. Never before has a first lady been trotted out and purveyed, what an example to black women, what an accomplishment she got married and managed to not be a welfare queen with ten children. There is a black first lady which is a wonderful and groundbreaking but I think most people expect it comes with having a black president.

The Michelle card has been played in many ways when it was pretty obvious that Barack Obama had no blood ties with the African American descendantsof western slaves, the connection of Obama to West Africa comparative to being Chinese versus Japanese or vice versa, the Obama supporters shouted out that Michelle was a descendant of West African slaves and his children would therefore carry on that legacy. African Americans and those who cared for African Americans thought that Michelle Obama was the prescription to the fact that Obama’s descendants were never enslaved and Obama would essentially be stealing the legacy of African American heritage to become president of the United States and to indicate that there was a new Nirvana of racial love in the United States.

What Obama’s administration as indicated by his one black cabinet appointee a position held by this black at the beginning of the Bush II administration is that Obama of interacial heritage and having gained the right to be president from his white mother’s U.S. citizenship does not identify in his mind, heart, or soul with black people. Obama is black on the outside and white on the inside and feels no loyalty to blacks. Blacks for Obama are a means to an end. This has been a key trait of Obama as politician the strong tendency to bit the hand that feeds him. This is strongly exemplified in the incident of Obama giving a now convicted felon contracts to run a housing project in his disctrict that lacked the very nesscessary ingredient of Heat in icy cold Chicago. When Obama’s constituents called to complain their calls were never returned. More on the Rezko deal can be found here. Obama’s identification with his caucasion side comes out at time with an almost exageratted claim to blackness I have a black wife, I play basketball, I talk slang a self proclaimed wigger is what Obama’s exagerations shout.

In any event the Times article on Michelle Obama at such an oppurtune time can mean only one thing a black women will not be nominated for Supreme Court Justice and if you don’t like it just read the nice Times article on Michelle Obama its so nice to have a black first lady is it not aren’t all of us black women lucky, be grateful for what you have and what you can get righto!!!!!!

African American women have been part of the American Landscape since the founding of our country and probably before. In 1776 the year the declaration of independence was written Phyllis Wheatley wrote the following to George Washington:

To His Excellency
George Washington

Sir,
I have taken the freedom to address your Excellency in the enclosed poem, and entreat your acceptance, though I am not insensible of its inaccuracies. Your being appointed by the Grand Continental Congress to be Generalissimo of the armies of North America, together with the fame of your virtues, excite sensations not easy to suppress. Your generosity, therefore, I presume, will pardon the attempt. Wishing your Excellency all possible success in the great cause you are so generously engaged in. I am,

Your Excellency’s most obedient humble servant,
Phillis Wheatley
1776

George Washington Wrote back the following:

George Washington’s Reply

Cambridge, February 28, 1776.

Miss Phillis,
Your favour of the 26th of October did not reach my hands ’till the middle of December. Time enough, you will say, to have given an answer ere this. Granted. But a variety of important occurrences, continually interposing to distract the mind and withdraw the attention, I hope will apologize for the delay, and plead my excuse for the seeming, but not real neglect.

I thank you most sincerely for your polite notice of me, in the elegant Lines you enclosed; and however undeserving I may be of such encomium and panegyrick, the style and manner exhibit a striking proof of your great poetical Talents. In honour of which, and as a tribute justly due to you, I would have published the Poem, had I not been apprehensive, that, while I only meant to give the World this new instance of your genius, I might have incurred the imputation of Vanity. This and nothing else, determined me not to give it place in the public Prints.

If you should ever come to Cambridge, or near Head Quarters, I shall be happy to see a person so favoured by the Muses, and to whom Nature has been so liberal and beneficent in her dispensations.

I am, with great Respect, etc.

African American women have been nursemaids, housekeepers, teachers, companions, and concubines to slaveowners and their families since the founding of the United States and when some men and women became fed up with the peculiar institution of slavery an African American woman by the name of Harriet Tubman led the wanting and the willing to freedom.

In the year of 2009 it seems strange that with the women’s movement, the immigrant migration, the gay movement, the abortion activists and all other special interests groups that no one is seriously writing about a black justice to the supreme court. Black women are being asked to go the back of the line behind the supplemental interests groups. The same black women who some depend on for their votes are being asked to not only go to the back of the line but to not even attempt to get in the line. Personally I do not know what President Obama thinks of the issue. I do know that this is the first time in sixteen years that a black women has not held a presidential cabinet position which considering that black woman are one of the interests groups that determine a presidential election this is disgraceful.

I do not know what Mr. Obama thinks about at night or even how he thinks of black women. I know that after a dog incident with my neighbors who were an interracial couple the black man of the couple preceded to call me epithets that you could not even imagine whore, bitch, you get the picture and then as my family listened a little closer we heard the white woman of the couple telling him what to say to me. What was so contradictory is he probably believed these words because one morning as I walked my daughter to her 5:30 am bus one day he propositioned me for sex and my son witnessed this from his bedroom window as it happened. As the relationship progressed between our neighbor and this family it ended with the white woman sending her five daughters over to our house daily for us to watch prior to their moving I felt like an aunt Jemima nursemaid. I do not know what messages they sent to their children about black women. Since Obama is a product of a white woman and a black man and raised by a white woman, his grandmother who he openly admits was afraid of black men one wonders what messages his parents and grandparents sent to him about black women. The messages he perceived and received were definitely different than those of the last democratic President Bill Clinton who appointed black women to his cabinet or those of the last President George Bush who did diversity well and gave a black woman the position of Secretary of State and still managed to satisfy all of the various ethnic groups jockeying for a voice. It’s sad to say but our first African American President seems to prefer white women and white men as his power team and this is just not what the U.S. has been about in the last sixteen years. The Obama administration looks like a post Bush Republican Administration all White and though his color is black its pretty obvious he identifies himself as white.

So while I can not read President Obama’s mind I can read his actions towards black women supported by the media hype and illusion. There are articles written about the Obama black women when the honest truth is their is not one single black women in the Obama cabinet. It is also pretty ironic that a black woman former appointed labor Secretary under Bill Clinton manuevered and hee hawed to deprive Hillary Clinton out of votes just so a black man could become president and women of Herman’s race are repaid with not one appointment to the Obama cabinet. This is pretty peculiar.

At this point black women and others who love black women are praying and hoping for a black female supreme court nominee. At times people are so fond of saying that there are no qualified black women for various things this is why we are relegated to various professions or some can’t even grow but I’m here to tell you there are some amazing black jurists out there who are qualified to be supreme court justices.

Leah Ward Sears - She is first on the list because she possess the requisite youth. She also has the depth and the breadth to be a supreme court justice based on her administrative experience. Her biography is as follows from wikipedia:

Leah Ward Sears

(born June 13, 1955) is Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the U.S. state of Georgia. She is also Chair of the Judicial Council of Georgia, the $200 million agency in charge of the state judicial system. When sworn in on June 28, 2005, Sears became the first African-American female Chief Justice in the United States. When she was first appointed as justice in 1992 by then Governor Zell Miller, she became the first woman and youngest person to sit on the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Judith Rogers

Judith Rogers is right in the mix but she’s in her seventies. I have heard that Presidents look for nominees in their fifties so they can have possibly thirty years of judicial sway. While her age may not be a deterrent to Obama if it’s not she is definitely the jurists most familiar with isssues before the high court and issues that the United States is currently facing. She has ruled on issues on GITMO and disabilities that have had far reaching consequences and effects. Judith Rogers also holds the seat vacated by Clarence Thomas upon his nomination to the Supreme Court.

Here is her biography taken fromt the court of appeals website: Judge Rogers was appointed to the United States Court of Appeals in March 1994. She had previously served on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals since 1983, becoming Chief Judge in 1988. Following her graduation from Radcliffe College and Harvard Law School, she served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Columbia and subsequently at the Justice Department in the Deputy Attorney General’s Office and the Criminal Division. Then, after serving as General Counsel to the congressional commission on the organization of the District of Columbia, she worked for the Mayor of the District of Columbia on congressional and local legislation. She became the Corporation Counsel for the District of Columbia in 1979 and served until her appointment to the bench in 1983. In 1988, Judge Rogers received a Master of Laws degree from the University of Virginia Law School.

Margaret A. Burnham

In 1993, President Nelson Mandela appointed Ms. Burnham to serve on an international human rights commission to investigate alleged human rights violations within the African National Congress. Conf. Wrongful Convictions a call to action She established theCivil Rights and Restorative Justice project at Northeeastern University which examines the failure of law enforcement and other governement agencies refusal or inability to enforce the law during the civil right movement. The partial biography is a s follows and can be found at the Conference on Wrongful convictions site

Ms. Burnham’s practice is limited to civil rights and employment litigation. She has served on several professional boards including the Council of the Boston Bar association, the Committee for Public Counsel Services and the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Individual Rights & Responsibility Committee.

A former fellow of the Bunting Institute at Racliffe College and Harvard University’s W.E.B. DuBois Institute for Afro-American Studies, Ms. Burnham has written extensively on contemporary legal and political issues, including human rights, criminal justice, race and the law. She is currently a lecturer in the Political Science Department of MIT.

I have been discussing the Chris Brown and Rihanna beating in a vacuum without knowing the true facts of the incident. There are several things that I have said that have been just wrong and uninformed. Honestly I have been taking my information concerning Chris Brown and Rihanna from the Television Media and not the online media blogs, newspapers etc that I take political news from. However I corrected this today by just being nosy and wondering about the 39 year old woman that it is alleged that Chris Brown had an affair with I found out that the Chris Brown and Rihanna incident is horrific. If everyone is speculating that Chris Brown will one day kill Rihanna the honest truth is he has already attempted to kill her. With that let’s begin the list of what really happened so we can have an intelligent conversation with children about the incident. Every parent in Boston should be ashamed that 50% of their teens believe that Rihanna is at fault for what happened to her.

Here are the supposed Facts that Show Rihanna was in no way responsible for what happened to her.

Fact #1 Chris Brown is Guilty of Attempted Murder

The following two sources are stating that Chris Brown left Rihanna in the middle of the street unconscious bruised and battered.

The Huffington Post

“He put his hands around her neck and, according to the insider, said, “I’m going to kill you!”

According to the source, the 20-year-old “Disturbia” singer told police that she lost consciousness, and when she awoke, Brown had fled.”

New York Daily News
It was the first time she hit the town since cops found her battered, alone on a dark street and willing to identify Brown as her attacker the morning before the Grammy Awards.

EurWeb

According to the E! Online source, “He reportedly exited the car and tried in vain to find the keys, then grabbed Rihanna’s neck and began choking her, saying, ‘I’m going to kill you!’”

There are no gray areas here. If Chris Brown choked Rihanna until she was unconscious and left her in the middle of the street unconscious. He thought he killed her and left her there. This is without a doubt attempted murder. While LA is famous for letting women get killed by superstars ie. Phil Spector and the Actress Lana Clarkson. Rihanna is a huge superstar and the charges of attempted murder should have been attached to Chris Brown’s name.

Fact # 2 Rihanna tried to get out of the car, Chris Brown pulled her back in and beat her.

I am guilty of saying the following about Rihanna could have gotten out the car. According to a New York Daily News report Rihanna did get out the car Chris Brown pulled her back in and beat her.

The New York Daily News

Says the Following:

“They started to argue. She got out of the car. He wanted her to get back in, so he grabbed her. She pulled away. That’s when she’s told people he hit her.”

EurWeb Says the following:

The Daily News source explained: “She got out of the car. He wanted her to get back in, so he grabbed her. She pulled away. That’s when she’s told people he hit her.”

Fact #3 Chris Brown had beat Rihanna Before

According to ABC

“If Brown did hit Rihanna early Sunday morning, it might not have been the first time. According to TMZ.com, the 20-year-old pop star told police that Brown had abused her before the weekend attack that reportedly left her bruised and bloodied and that the violence was getting progressively worse. “

Us Weekly magazine also quoted unnamed sources close to Rihanna who claim this isn’t the first time Brown’s beaten and bruised her.

According to Fox News

” The problem with that, Greta — well, there are several, but one of them is she told cops he did it to her before and it was escalating violence”

Fact #4 Rihanna is suffering from Battered Wifes Syndrome. “

We all blame Rihanna for going back to Chris Brown but she is suffering from Battered Women’s Syndrome. This syndrome can ultimately end up in her death as it almost did the night of the Grammys. There is no where to go but down. If Rihanna stays with Chris Brown and he’s not locked up he will eventually kill her.

Resources for reading up on battered women’s syndrome can be found here:

Global Oneness Battered Women’s Syndrome

Canadian Medical Journal Battered Wife Syndrome

Finally I’ve done a paper on the Battered Wife syndrome and the thing that any person needs to know is if a person hits you once in a threatening manner they will hit you again.

I am finished with this issue. I can only pray now.

Hip Hoppers are fond of imitating Gangsters in their videos. Some even imitate the Italian Mafia.

Hip Hoppers are fond of imitating Gangsters in their videos. Some even imitate the Italian Mafia. However with the recent beating of Rihanna by Chris Brown. Many are questioning the depth and the breadth of Hip Hops ability to be self policing and in the least have the ruthlessness to control star talents such as Chris Brown who not only harm his bottom line when he beats up women but harm the whole industry. Actions such as P Diddy in inviting Chris Brown to his home after Rihannas beating further shed light on the falseness of the ruthlessness facade of toughness and Gangsterism.

If the Black Hip Hop world were truly like the mafia the consequences of beating such a big star and money maker as Rihanna would have resulted in swift justice for Chris Brown such as a broken leg or in the least a black eye. Instead the woman ended up with the black eye almost fueling fire to the homoeroticism rumours swirling around hip hop artists. Furthermore Rihannas mentor though issuing lip service to his disgust concerning the incident seemed to be powerless to do anything substantial before the publicly aired beating or after. The manner in which Rihanna quickly returned to Chris Brown leads me to believe that this was not Rihanna’s first time being beat at the hands of Chris Brown. If this is true this further sheds light on the weak individuals that are in the hip hop industry and are Rihanna’s friends and lovers. Even if Rihanna chooses to go back to Chris Brown it seems like someone in the tough guy hip hop industry does not have the balls to tell Chris Brown if you hit her one more time you’re going to be gone from this earth. It just goes to show cash does not always translate into power.

A southern father in a small town has more power than these wealthy hip hoppers. In my early twenties I took a cross country trip on the greyhound bus and sat next to a man who had just gotten out of jail. He wanted to talk and seemed to think that he had been framed by a southern gentlemen because he cheated on his daughter. He seemed to think someone had planted drugs in his car and sent him off to jail for three years making Bob Barker shoes. Whether this story was true or not this Southern Father did what it took to defend his daughters honor. In the meanwhile hip hoppers are getting Prissy on the runway and kissing each other in the mouth. You know who you are. They seem to have forgotten who the girl is. Are they beating on women to indicate to their secret lovers that the straight life is just a facade.

**** APT requested that I post the following tube video to this post:
