Recently there have been a number of break-ins in my neighborhood and I began to ponder just how I can protect myself. And suddenly it hit me, the old adage that a man's home is his castle. And that gave me a great idea. Why not put a moat around my house? That should certainly deter a few would-be criminals. But then I went to the phonebook, and believe it or not there isn't a single ad for a moat installer. Well who dropped the ball on that one? I guess I'll just have to ask Earl to get digging. Do you think we'll need a permit for that? I dont' know. I'm just asking ...7 comments
