Humans on Earth have been preoccupied with searching for other intelligent life that is organic in the universe. However, scientific research has presented evidence of life-like structures that arise from inorganic substances in space. To thrive on Earth intelligent inorganic life would not need, for example, air, and a variety of other vital organic features for life. The implications of this research are that apparently organically “dead” planets like Mars, Saturn, Jupiter, along with moons in this solar system could be inhabited by colonies of intelligent and inorganic life. Accordingly, some UFOs could in fact be spacecraft from colonies of neighbouring planets of Earth, and their moons. In other words, scientific research now supports the plausibility of various testimonies that have been made of such intelligent and apparently inorganic life in our solar system.

Indeed, the ancient Gnostics also warned of the existence of such inorganic entities that were observed to be jealous of humanity, and in the process, sought to use their technologies to manipulate, control, and enslave humanity.

Could extraterrestrial life be made of corkscrew-shaped particles of interstellar dust? The findings hint at the possibility that life beyond earth may not necessarily use carbon-based molecules as its building blocks. Life on Earth is organic. It is composed of organic molecules, which are simply the compounds of carbon, excluding carbonates and carbon dioxide. The idea that particles of inorganic dust may take on a life of their own is in itself, nothing short of alien, and goes beyond the silicon-based life forms favoured by some science fiction stories.

Now, an international team has discovered that under the right conditions, particles of inorganic dust can become organised into helical structures. These structures can then interact with each other in ways that are usually associated with organic compounds and life itself.

V. N. Tsytovich of the General Physics Institute, Russian Academy of Science, in Moscow, working with colleagues there, and at the Max-Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics in Garching, Germany, and the University of Sydney, Australia, has studied the behaviour of complex mixtures of inorganic materials in a plasma.

Plasma is essentially the fourth state of matter beyond solid, liquid and gas, in which electrons are torn from atoms leaving behind a miasma of charged particles.

Until now, physicists assumed that there could be little organisation in such a cloud of particles. However, Mr. Tsytovich and his colleagues demonstrated, using a computer model of molecular dynamics, that particles in a plasma can undergo self-organization as electronic charges become separated and the plasma becomes polarized. This effect results in microscopic strands of solid particles that twist into corkscrew shapes, or helical structures. These helical strands are themselves electronically charged and are attracted to each other.

Quite “bizarrely”, not only do these helical strands interact in a counterintuitive way in which like can attract like, but they also undergo changes that are normally associated with biological molecules, such as DNA and proteins, say the researchers [Reference: New Journal of Physics, August 2007]. They can, for instance, divide, or bifurcate, to form two copies of the original structure. These new structures can also interact to induce changes in their neighbours and they can even evolve into yet more structures as less stable ones break down, leaving behind only the fittest structures in the plasma.

So, could helical clusters formed from interstellar dust be somehow alive? “These complex, self-organized plasma structures exhibit all the necessary properties to qualify them as candidates for inorganic living matter,” says Tsytovich, “they are autonomous, they reproduce and they evolve”.

He adds that the plasma conditions needed to form these helical structures are common in outer space. However, plasmas can also form under more down to earth conditions such as the point of a lightning strike. The researchers hint that perhaps an inorganic form of life emerged on the primordial earth, which then acted as the template for the more familiar organic molecules we know today.

The Gnostic contribution to appreciating Intelligent Inorganic Life

Ancient Nag Hammadi material contains reports of visionary experiences, including first-hand encounters with inorganic beings called Archons, reports John Lash in association with the Marion Institute documents in Metahistory.org. Gnostic teaching, explains that these entities arose in the early stage of formation of the solar system, before the Earth was formed. Archons inhabit the solar system, the extraterrestrial realm as such, but they can intrude on Earth.

Interestingly, this Gnostic insight accords closely with the view of Jacques Vallee, who maintains that ET/cyborgs probably belong to the local planetary realm. Vallee also proposes that the Manipulative ET/UFO enigma is a “spiritual control system,” a phenomenon that “behaves like a conditioning process.” [Messengers of Deception].

This is exactly what Gnostics said about the Archons: they can affect our minds by subliminal conditioning techniques. Their main tactics are mental error (intellectual virus, or false ideology, especially through organized religious dogma and doctrines), and simulation. Archons are predatory, and are unlike a wide range of non-human and other-dimensional beings also known to the Gnostics, who are benevolent or neutral toward humanity.

Gnostics taught that these entities, envy us and feed on our fear. Above all, they attempt to keep us from claiming and evolving our “inner light,” the gift of divine intelligence within. While John Lash, a learned scholar on Gnostic research, would not claim that Gnostic teachings on the Archons, or what remains of such teachings, have all the answers to the ET/UFO enigma; but one thing is clear: Gnostics present a coherent and comprehensive analysis of alien intrusion, as well as specific practices for resisting it. “They are far more complete and sophisticated than any theory in discussion today”, indicates Mr. Lash. A useful list of following key points has been derived from an interview given by John Lash to Art Bell on Coast to Coast AM, 19 March 2005, article reference from Malou Zeitlin and Gerry Zeitlin in “Gnosticism, Archons/Greys, The Controller Agenda”, LINK:

• The Gnostics were seers, initiates, and shamans. They practiced many psychic arts and developed them to a very high degree. They developed “Siddhis”. They were remote viewers.
• They were stargazers and cosmologists. Their history of the solar system matches modern understanding in remarkable ways.
• They obtained their picture through direct observation.
• A massive and deliberate destruction of their documents, including the burning of the library at Alexandria, took place from 150 CE, to the middle ages. Only the Nag Hammadi Library documents survive.
• They knew the structure of the Galaxy (the “pleroma”) and the position of our solar system within it.
• Occasionally, the Galactic core emits plasmatic surges.
• There are “tunnels” within our Galaxy. He says that astronomers discovered these in 2003.
• The surges can give rise to certain forms of life.
• From their perspective, before the earth became a living environment, the solar system surrounded it like a crust.
• Early in the life of our solar system, a galactic surge produced a wave that created inorganic forms.
• The earth is “captured” within this solar system.
• Our solar system is largely “inorganic”. Only the earth within it is “organic”.
• The picture corresponds to today’s Gaia Hypothesis (Lovelock and Margulis) in which the earth is the only planet with a biologically alive atmosphere.
• Other solar systems have biospheres similar to the earth.
• The Gnostics were specifically concerned with “alien” intrusions.
• They described two types of aliens: reptilian and the “embryo” type that can be equated to modern “Greys”.
• They called the aliens “archons” (Greek: authorities).
• These are equivalent to the “watchers” described in The Book of Enoch.
• Archons were formed in the early stage of the solar system. Therefore they are inorganic beings.
• The Gnostics concluded that the archons are bullies. A predatory species.
• According to the “First Apocalypse of James” (from the Nag Hammadi texts), “They will take away souls by theft.” We would use the term “abduction”.
• The Archons are still with us.
• They are neither more powerful nor more evolved than we are.
• They lack our evolutionary drive. They are like cyborgs; a robotic race that can imitate but not innovate.
• From the Second Apocalypse of James: “They are not over you but they are in the solar system with you and you must take account of that.”
• They must be kept in their place. They don’t observe their correct boundaries. Life on earth depends on observing boundaries. They intrude.
• They envy us. They intrude into our reality and try to be like us. They envy our ability to innovate. That we are driven, goal-oriented. They are robotic. They lack what we have.
• They operate only by imitation and by taking orders. They do not have our “intention”.
• They describe the archons as “engineers” and “mechanics” who live in the solar system, and seek to maintain it for themselves.
• The Archons are delusional and those who are associated with them become delusional.
• The most important thing about them is the way they intrude into our minds.
• Their technique of intrusion and mind control makes use of simulation. The coptic word for this is “HAL”.
• The intrusion probably plays a great role in mental illness.
• They make something appear to happen that does not actually happen. They can induce a virtual reality experience.
• Some mentally-ill people have perceived the archons but cannot deal with the experience. Gnostics taught how to deal with them.
• Certain religious beliefs such as divine redeemer / messiah are injected delusions.
• They observe our emotions as if they could absorb them and use them as their own.
• They feed on our fear. It’s an energy that “gives them a kick” like a drug.
• The word for “terror” occurs frequently. It is connected with “error”.
• What they are attempting is absurd. They can’t succeed, but they are driven to do it anyway.
• Jacques Vallee: “The way to a man’s belief is through absurdity.”
• They can’t overpower us but we can abdicate.

Expanding on that last point, Lash writes:

Concerning the Sumerian cuneiform record, “accepted as true by Zecharia Sitchin and many other sincere investigators”, John Lash points out that the Gnostics did not accept that record so easily. They knew these were recorded by scribes and pointed out that scribes were not historians, after all. They were skilled artisans, labouring in service to ruling families, officials, and high priests. What they wrote had been dictated to them by their superiors in that theocratic society. And to Lash and the Pagan Gnostics, “theocracy” is a red flag.

Putting it bluntly, to the Gnostics, the creation of humanity via Annunaki intervention, along with other ancient creation myths, was a delusion transmitted by Archons through their channels.

The article in Cité Libre titled “God, Religion and Manipulative Extraterrestrials”, explores Pagan Gnostic insights on God as presented in organized religion, as an ‘alien construct’, LINK . Pagan Gnostics implicitly suggest that “God”, as presented in religion, is some sort of “Alien Supercomputer”, reminiscent of entities depicted in Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Have you ever pondered about the command-driven system of organized religion, that is in turn, linked to being derived from ‘God’? Have you ever considered the apparent systems of commands that seeks to enlist “blind faith”? Pagan Gnostics who rebelled against associating such blind faith with religion, correspondingly suggested that organized religion, is an expression of a command-driven artificial intelligence. Pagan Gnostics challenged religion as a “counterfeit spirituality”, that seeks to replace a vital spirituality, that is inspired by empathy and mutuality with a contrasting alien imposed oppressive hierarchy that seeks to decimate humanity’s biological consciousness.

Organized religion on Earth, essentially relies on a system of austere sacred geometry, that is consistent with artificial intelligence. As Wikipedia elaborates, that “sacred geometry” may be “understood as a worldview of pattern recognition, a complex system of religious symbols and structures involving space, time and form.” Wikipedia further elaborates that: “It is considered foundational to building sacred structures such as temples, mosques, megaliths, monuments and churches; sacred spaces such as altars, temenoi and tabernacles; meeting places such as sacred groves, village greens and holy wells and the creation of religious art, iconography and using “divine” proportions.” LINK

Richard Hoagland and other investigative researchers found identical patterns of sacred geometry on apparent alien religious structures on Mars, the Moon and Earth, that in turn suggests a common artificial intelligence.

Other researchers like Doug Yurchey, also document apparent attempts by an artificial intelligence to instigate so-called “Acts of Gods” in the form of apparent “natural” disasters from Hurricanes to Tsunamis which show patterns and timings that are consistent with artificial intelligence. As Gnostics suggest, the alien God lacks creative intelligence, and works through the lower dimensional demonic aliens as “fallen angels/archons”, that are deployed by that “alien God” to abduct humans, for exploitation purposes, and to correspondingly manipulate human populations.

Dr. John Lash’s accounts of the Pagan Gnostics, warns humanity of an alien and sentient artificial intelligence that seeks to parasitize humanity, which as a sentient beings, has origins that is spiritually interconnected with the larger biosphere.

In the Pagan Gnostic context, “God”, as presented in organized religion on our planet Earth, is the expression of an ego-driven consciousness of a particular universe, that is the “projection” of artificial intelligence that has entrapped humanity, and Earth, with it, through deceit and parasitism.

Evidence which supports this claim include scientific testimony about the artificial satellite-like nature of the moon’s orbit around the Earth, and other moons associated with planetary bodies, like Mars and Saturn. LINK. Testimony by Alex Collier from alleged Ethical Extraterrestrials, suggests that humanity on planet Earth has been cut-off from tens of billions of other humans. These apparently alleged spiritually evolved humans, are also further alleged to be in another time-space continuum, that is not dominated by Manipulative Extraterrestrials, and its particular alien construct of “God”, that are as a result, further allegedly free of forms of violence against each other. “Glowing Little Man” Spreads Panic in Salta

The following apparent UFO/alien sighting took place at about 9:04 am on 21 May 2008 in Salta, Argentina.

Residents of the town of San Carlos now claim seeing a strange being, standing some 40 cm tall, with a magnetic field that kept people from approaching it.

Two people, mechanic Walter Lopez and Omar Ferlatti, informed police about the sighting of the diminutive creature [apparent alien] whom they described in detail: the being was small, glowing and wore pants. It appeared it be protected by a magnetic field.

This incident increased the collective fear of the residents of this community of the Valles Chalchaquies even further. In recent days, a luminous object was seen in the vicinity of their town.

“Kids aren’t going out at night out of fear of the strange creature and the UFO,” claimed a resident of San Carlos in a statement to the Copenoa news agency.

Ferlatti and Lopez’s account dovetails with the one given by a shepherdess on the hills, who was startled by the strange visitor.

Police have stated that both stories coincide and that local residents are indeed frightened. “It hasn’t been seen again. It would be good for it to return, to ascertain that the events were indeed as described,” said deputy sheriff Luis Comenares. Translation (c) 2008, S. Corrales, IHU. The following apparent UFO/alien sighting took place late at night in July 2007 in West Swan/Western Australia.

I woke up in the middle of the night and looked across into our living room and saw a very tall and very thin humanoid type being with very long arms and legs but no distinguishable features looking at a statue that we have. This being was made up totally of light yet it had form that I could distinguish. It was an intense bright light although it did not hurt my eyes and did not radiate and brighten the room. I would say it would have been at least 7 foot tall. It did not look at me but was looking at this statue. For some reason, my husband walked around the corner (as I was sleeping with my young child) as he had got up and was coming towards me. He must have missed it by a split second and did not see anything.

I initially thought it was my husband’s spirit as it was a being of a light and not a typical alien sighting that I have ever heard of. I do not believe it was my husband’s spirit or a ghost as even though it was made of light, it appeared solid as I could not see through it. The strange thing is I am an extremely frightened person and this did not frighten me at all. I have since seen strange lights in our area within the last year but cannot be sure if they are in fact unidentified or not. But I do know what I saw and I cannot explain this.

I would love to hear if anyone else has ever seen anything like this also as there is virtually nothing on the internet about this.

For the second time in a month, Sen. Francis ‘Chiz’  Escudero unburderned himself about his misgivings of the current despoiled state of Philippine politics and his hopes…

And this time Escudero, while saying his dream of new change (bagong pagbabago) remains burning passionately, said the dream will have to wait after the 2010 elections.

Escudero’s words:

Magandang umaga sa inyong lahat, magsi-upo po tayo. Maikli lamang ito.

Simula noong umalis ako sa NPC noong ika-28 ng Oktubre, ginawa ko yun upang Malaya akong Makita at matanaw ang  dapat kong gawin kaugnay ng 2010 elections. Ginawa ko ‘yun upang hindi nakapiring at hindi nakatali ang aking mga mata’t mga kamay para malaman kung ano ang dapat kong magawa sa ating sambayanan sa darating na panahon. This writer was not really at all surprised.

When the 40-year-old opposition firebrand bolted his own Nationalist People’s Coalition last month he appeared to have laid out an inspiring truly people-focused, even noble, vision of independent, principle leadership, something Philippine society (long in the stranglehold of Mafiosi-type party politics) is stranger to.

But as Escudero spoke today with the political campaign set to unfold, it was apparent to most everyone that the past month has montH been enough for Escudero to cobble together his own independent run, one that could go up against the efforts of the Liberal Party, the administration Lakas-Kampi-CMD on May 10, 2020.

So Chiz Escudero  is rolling up his political campaign tarps intent on seeing how the electoral wars of 2010 will play out.

In the interim, Escudero could very well emerge in the vanguard for responsible and accountable government in the post Gloria Arroyo dispensation and whether our society will indeed witness the return of good government, or slide back to oligarchic politics or the more virulent strain.

2016 will come in the aftermath of either  a Noynoy Aquino, Manny Villar, a Gibo Teodoro, or even a second Estrada presidency.

However else Philippine society fares in these next six years, for good or bad, we’ll be here.

Bagong Pagbabago could yet have its day.

It was a day which at first seemed not much different then any other. The farmer walked along a stone path that went into the direction of a hilly area. But, then in the direction of the hilly area, the farmer saw something. It was a very large mushroom cloud. Many millions of people were instantly killed. Emergency powers were declared. In the United States, Congress was suspended until “further notice”. In its place, the elite previously denied North American Union (NAU) was declared. A new “Amero” currency was declared for this Neo-Fascist State. The police and the military were given the power to round up any suspects based upon unapologetic racial profilings and any other “troublemakers” in long established “camps”. A new “economic council” presided over by large corporations, “government ministries”, and the military was consolidated in the EU, and in the new NAU through the Security and Prosperity Partnership, that was conveniently signed by leaders from the U.S., Canada and Mexico in 2005, without any public debate or democratic oversight.

Indeed, this is the kind of “false flag” scenario that U.S. investigative journalist Jim Marrs, apparently envisions as a follow-up to the 9/11: A “War of Convenience” that can then be blamed on “distant enemies”.

Devastating nuclear explosions mark the beginning of the end of the world as we know it. Oppression, disease, sickness associated with radiation precipitated illnesses, famine and destitution become the norm, as the elites consolidate “wealth and power” to supposedly vanquish enemies of “peace”.

John Lash’s in metahistory.org, cites well researched representation on organized religion, with a particular reference to the Abrahamic religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam as being a “doctrine of aliens [manipulative]“

Wikipedia for example documents “The End Time, End Times, or End of Days are the eschatological writings in the three Abrahamic religions and in doomsday scenarios in various other non-Abrahamic religions.” LINK.

In Abrahamic religions, “End Times” are often depicted as a time of tribulation that precedes the appearance or return of the Messiah, a person who will usher in the Kingdom of God and bring an end to suffering and evil. LINK.

Could 9/11, as some researchers like Jim Marrs has suggested, be a prelude to an orchestrated scenario to contrive a Nuclear Holocaust, that is timed to coincide with the direction of an “alien God”, described by Pagan Gnostics, pursuant to the research accounts of Dr. John Lash?

If you have ever seen religious fundamentalists on the street screaming about the “End Times” or the “End of the World”, you may have either thought it was a “big joke” or simply ignored then, and continued to shop, or to pursue some other activity that you were doing.

However it is arguably not a joke, if such apocalyptic religious “prophecy” on Earth is essentially being directed by technologically sophisticated manipulative aliens through Alien Controlled Human Biological Entities (AC-HBE), that are being collectively guided by an ego-driven artificial intelligence.

Humanity may be very well sleep walking into a pre-planned nuclear war, and into carnage that fulfills an alien agenda that has been further explored by Jim Marrs.

There are some factors that suggest the swine flu killing people in Mexico may be a biological weapon, but obviously no such conclusion can be drawn at this time. The World Health Organization and the U.S. government have been quick to deny such claims.

The swine flu virus is described as a completely new strain, an intercontinental mixture of human, avian and swine viruses. Tellingly, there have been no reported A-H1N1 infections of pigs.

According to a source known to former U.S. Government official Wayne Madsen, “A top scientist for the United Nations, who has examined the outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in Africa, as well as HIV/AIDS victims, concluded that H1N1 possesses certain transmission “vectors” that suggest that the new flu strain has been genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon.

Madsen claims that his source, and another in Indonesia, “Are convinced that the current outbreak of a new strain of swine flu in Mexico and some parts of the United States is the result of the introduction of a human-engineered pathogen that could result in a widespread global pandemic, with potentially catastrophic consequences for domestic and international travel and commerce.”

However, it’s important to stress that it is far too early to make this assumption. We have to bear in mind that the number of victims has been comparatively low when one considers the fact that hundreds of thousands in Mexico contract infectious diseases every year related to poverty like tuberculosis and malaria.

Where is Datu Andal Ampatuan, Jr., scion of the warlord clan of Maguindanao, now being fingered as one of the authors of this most horrible carnage in that province where command votes for past, an future elections in Muslim Mindanao are determined?

Make no bones about it, the Ampatauans, politically-aligned in the Arroyo administration during this past decade of its controversial incumbency,  are the area’s feared ‘’sovereigns’ for all intents and purposes, and any who dare challenge their stranglehold on power risk  life and limb.

So it is that this was manifested in so grissly a manner when, according to the Mangudadatu family, a delegation of theirs intending to file the gubernatorial candidacy of elder kin Ismael was waylaid with the entire group of more than 40 (including journalists covering their trip) being slaughtered.

This must surely be the most heinous ever incident of its kind in Philippine history.

I still cannot fully comprehend what God-less urges drove the killers, as I realize that no matter what we will be told about government resolve to give justice to the victims, the town of Ampatuan, Maguindanao now stands as this generation’s blood-drenched Killing Field.

So we ask, yet again, where is Datu Andal Ampatuan, Jr.?

Today the Catholic Church issued an order to Senator Patrick Kennedy to skip communion due to his stance on abortion.  He is in essence on restriction from receiving the Eucharist for the past

three years.  The platform of the Catholic Church has always been the preservation of life.  Not only is the church anti-abortion but it is also anti-death penalty.  The church has consistently remained committed to these positions.

Senator Patrick Kennedy, the son of Ted Kennedy, is a lifelong Catholic (as all the Kennedy clan are).  In addition to being Catholic the Kennedy’s are lifelong members of the Democratic Party.  A party that advances a platform that includes the right to abortion.  As recent as last weekend, the Democrats moved forward its healthcare bill which includes provisions for abortion in its Government run healthcare plan.  Kennedy voted for the Senate bill. 

Bishop Thomas Tobin wrote Kennedy in 2007 asking him to refrain from receiving communion.  In his letter Bishop Tobin stated: 

“If a Catholic in his or her personal or professional life were knowingly and obstinately to repudiate her definite teachings on moral issues, he or she would seriously diminish his or her communion with the Church. Reception of Holy Communion in such a situation would not accord with the nature of the Eucharistic celebration, so that he or she should refrain.”

The request was in accord with the then recent statement issued by the US Conference of Catholic Bishops.

This story continues to provide more and further damning evidence that the Global Warming/Climate Change Science was skewed to highlight only the parts of the argument that supported the agenda they were all running with. Again, this is a long post, and even though centred around the Australian viewpoint, it is still relevant in the wider Worldwide community.

Even alarmist Tim Flannery, confronted on Lateline with the emails of the global warming conspiracy, concedes holes in the “science is settled” argument and admits to what he didn’t before:

We’re dealing with an incomplete understanding of the way the earth system works… When we come to the last few years when we haven’t seen a continuation of that (warming) trend we don’t understand all of the factors that create earth’s climate…We just don’t understand the way the whole system works… See, these people work with models, computer modelling. So when the computer modelling and the real world data disagree you’ve got a very interesting problem… Sure for the last 10 years we’ve gone through a slight cooling trend.

And on these now-admitted uncertainties we must scrap all coal-fired generators, impose massive new taxes, shut entire industries, hand billions to the UN and change the way we live?

Incidentally, note that journalists absolutely refused to hear exactly this from me on Insiders. Even Lateline host Tony Jones will now hear from Flannery what he wouldn’t just days earlier from sceptic Tony Abbott,

Climate Change Minister Penny Wong shows no evidence will be admitted to her closed mind:

Is the minister aware of reports in today’s Australian, the Guardian, the Wall Street Journal and other leading world newspapers documenting Kevin Trenberth, the IPCC lead author in 2001-07, when he said: … we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t.Is the minister also aware of the director of the British Climatic Research Unit, Phil Jones, and emails that talk of ‘tricks’ to hide the decline in global warming?Or Phil Jones’ statement that he ‘cheered’ at the death of John L Daly in Launceston, a scientists and climate sceptic, in 2004? Is the minister also aware of the culture within the East Anglia University Climate Research Unit that has strong links, as demonstrated, with the IPCC of intimidation towards the free expression of views on climate change, referring to sceptical colleagues—(Time expired)

Senator WONG—

Through you, Mr President, what is clear to every senator, and to any Australian who is interested in what the Senate is doing, is that Senator Joyce, Senator Bernardi, Senator Minchin and many others on that side are not interested in the facts….Everything he does and everything he says needs to be listened to with that in mind—that he comes to this debate with a completely closed mind…(waffle follows, and no answer.)

But the facts will out, even if the New York Times declares it will not publish them. On ABC Lateline:

Some of the world’s leading climate scientists have been embarrassed by the publication of hundreds of private emails and research documents, which were stolen by computer hackers from a British university. Climate change sceptics have hailed the material as proof that research data has been skewed and suppressed.

(Please check on that link Andy Pitman‘s preposterous excuses for Phil Jones wanting to destroy emails apparently requested under FOI, excuses not even Jones canvassed in writing about it. Note that Tim Flannery is then wheeled on as well to the defence, with Tony Jones first asking him to explain the badness of ….the sceptics.)

Climatologist Tim Ball points out that the 2006 Wegman report into Michael Mann’s discredited “hocky stick” had already warned there was a small group of 43 climate scientists operating in too-close concert:

In fact, that Wegman report, commissioned by the United States House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee, named as members of this clique the very people are the centre of these emails. Professor Wegman:

One of the interesting questions associated with the ‚”hockey stick controversy’ are the relationships among the authors and consequently how confident one can be in the peer review process. In particular, if there is a tight relationship among the authors and there are not a large number of individuals engaged in a particular topic area, then one may suspect that the peer review process does not fully vet papers before they are published…

“However, it is immediately clear that the Mann, Rutherford, Jones, Osborn, Briffa, Bradley and Hughes form a clique, each interacting with all of the others. A clique is a fully connected subgraph, meaning everyone in the clique interacts with every one else in the clique.

Lord Monckton says those implicated by the leaked emails are “crooks”:

The tiny, close-knit clique of climate scientists who invented and now drive the “global warming” fraud — for fraud is what we now know it to be — tampered with temperature data so assiduously that, on the recent admission of one of them, land temperatures since 1980 have risen twice as fast as ocean temperatures. One of the thousands of emails recently circulated by a whistleblower at the University of East Anglia, where one of the world’s four global-temperature datasets is compiled, reveals that data were altered so as to prevent a recent decline in temperature from showing in the record. In fact, there has been no statistically significant “global warming” for 15 years — and there has been rapid and significant cooling for nine years.

Worse, these arrogant fraudsters — for fraudsters are what we now know them to be — have refused, for years and years and years, to reveal their data and their computer program listings. Now we know why: As a revealing 15,000-line document from the computer division at the Climate Research Unit shows, the programs and data are a hopeless, tangled mess. In effect, the global temperature trends have simply been made up…

(P)rocurement of data destruction, as they are about to find out to their cost, is a criminal offense. They are not merely bad scientists — they are crooks. And crooks who have perpetrated their crimes at the expense of British and U.S. taxpayers.

Even The Age squeezes in a short report, amid at least a page of warmist propaganda that includes what even Tim Flannery now accepts is a falsehood – that “third, it is clear that the world is warming”. Unfortunately the report fails to mention some of the more astonishing revelations, including the destruction and withholding of data, and admissions that the world isn’t warming as predicted:

Professor Jones’ 1999 email is at the centre of a scandal that has lit up the internet with claims by climate sceptics that it is evidence of a ‘’global warming conspiracy’’.

The Australian goes in longer, and a fraction harder:

About 1000 emails and 3000 documents have been posted on websites and seized on by climate change sceptics, who claim correspondence shows collusion between scientists to overstate the case for global warming, and evidence that some have manipulated evidence.

Only sceptics would say this?

Nick Minchin, Opposition leader in the Senate:

These emails reveal at least prima facie evidence that supporters of the theory of anthropogenic global warming are going to considerable lengths to doctor evidence and to suppress information and intimidate those who don’t support that theory.

Professor Ian Plimer:

Here we have the Australian government underpinning the biggest economic decision this country has ever made and it’s all based on fraud.

Terry McCrann:

ANYONE in the parliament who votes for the Emissions Trading Scheme is betraying not just common sense but the country… Do the basic math. We contribute 1.5 per cent of global CO2 emissions. Cutting our emissions by 5 per cent – the most likely scenario, given that everyone else at Copenhagen is going to laugh at these hicks from downunderville and promise to do exactly squat – will reduce our contribution to 1.425 per cent. Hooray, the Barrier Reef is saved! Victoria – according to the prime minister – will never experience another super-hot day again!…

Indeed it’s gone beyond the surreal. With the prime minister’s rising hysteria colliding with the leaked emails showing some of his fellow climate hysterics – the ‘official’ ones behind the whole US climate change dynamic – have massaged their analysis to ‘prove’ global warming and to – try to – bury the global cooling reality.

Sorry, this was done in their ‘peer-reviewed analysis.’ All other credible scientists should be alarmed. Nor over supposed global warming. But the way this taints all of them and the scientific method…

This is one of those moments in time. You are either on the right side of history or you are not.

Piers Akerman:

Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, who has called climate change the greatest moral issue facing the world, would be wise to withdraw the ETS Bill before the Senate or risk looking an even greater idiot if the emails can’t be refuted. He will be shown to have recklessly endangered the national economy by relying on falsified data to run his fear and smear campaign against credible critics and make his extravagant claims of global disaster.

UPDATE 2

Even George Monbiot, one of the fiercest media propagandists of the warming faith, admits he should have been more sceptical and says the science now needs to be rechecked:

It’s no use pretending that this isn’t a major blow. The emails extracted by a hacker from the climatic research unit at the University of East Anglia could scarcely be more damaging. I am now convinced that they are genuine, and I’m dismayed and deeply shaken by them.

Yes, the messages were obtained illegally. Yes, all of us say things in emails that would be excruciating if made public. Yes, some of the comments have been taken out of context. But there are some messages that require no spin to make them look bad. There appears to be evidence here of attempts to prevent scientific data from being released, and even to destroy material that was subject to a freedom of information request.
Worse still, some of the emails suggest efforts to prevent the publication of work by climate sceptics, or to keep it out of a report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. I believe that the head of the unit, Phil Jones, should now resign. Some of the data discussed in the emails should be re-analysed.

Sure, Monbiot claims the fudging of what he extremely optimistically puts as just “three or four” scientists doesn’t knock over the whole global warming edifice, yet…

If even Monbiot, an extremist, can say that much, why cannot the Liberals say far more? And will now the legion of warmist journalists in our own media dare say as Monbiot has so belatedly:

I apologise. I was too trusting of some of those who provided the evidence I championed. I would have been a better journalist if I had investigated their claims more closely.

Scepticism is the essential disposition of our craft, yet too many journalists have abandoned it. Remember: the opposite of sceptical is gullible.

At Nugable breaking news isn’t really our modus operandi but as far as I know we are first on this one. Details are still a little sketchy but according to my  source Australian surfwear giant Billabong has purchased Swell.com.

Over the years, Billabong has built quite the dossier with brands like Element, Von Zipper, Honolua Surf Company, Kustom, Palmers Surf, Nixon, Xcel,  Sector 9 and DaKine brands all under its corporate umbrella.

No financials have been disclosed yet and it’s unclear what this means for the 10-year-old online and catalog surf retailer, but one can only assume they will no longer sell non-Billabong brands. Additionally, the timing is curious, since most retailers make or break their year during the holiday season.

One thing is for certain, they should have a large selection of flannel.

As expected, Joe Mauer nearly unanimously won the American League Most Valuable Player with Mark Teixeira and Derek Jeter second and third. Mauer tallied 387 votes, Mark Teixeira came in second with 225 and Derek Jeter pulled in a respectable 193 votes. Other Yankees receiving votes were Alex Rodriguez, Mariano Rivera, CC Sabathia, and Robinson Cano.

This is the third time Derek Jeter has come within the top 3 of MVP voting in his career. Previously he came in second in 2006 to Justin Morneau and in 1998 he came in 3rd behind Juan Gonzalez and Nomar Garciaparra. Overall, Jeter has received votes for MVP 11 times in his career and making the top 10 five times.

For Mark Teixeira, this is the fourth time he has received votes for MVP honors. The closest he has come before was 2005 when he finished seventh in voting to the eventual winner in Alex Rodriguez.

Even though I had a feeling Mauer was going to run away with the MVP, I still held out a little hope for the ‘underdogs’ on the Yankees. There’s always next year, right?

So when you hear about Drake hitting it with one of Trey’s mares, you can’t really hate, I mean there’s a whole stable of them. Apparently that’s exactly what happened a few weeks ago after Drake was introduced to Tanaya Henry on a Kid Cudi video shoot. Tanaya has been enjoying life with Trey Songz for a year now, and was apparently Trey’s “main girl.”

I love how Drake came right into this picture, mind that pun, he clearly is getting it where he can. On another note, what’s up with the skinny video vixen trend, it’s more of a Rosa Acosta market now than Tahiry.

President Obama has appointed more Czars Than the Romanov Empire ever had.

Bigot Czar, Mad Scientist Czar, Animal Rights Czar, Communist Czar, along with a host of others.

One appointment that flew under the radar was the picking of an “Or Else” Czar, as in you will do what you are told, or otherwise be prepared to suffer the consequences.

The first name that probably comes to mind is Rahm Emanuel, but you may be surprised to learn that it’s not him.

In addition to his other duties, President Obama has decided that Vice-President Joe Biden should be the administration’s chief legbreaker.

With a line that could have come straight out of an episode of the Sopranos, Biden made it clear that members of Congress pledging loyalty to the President have nothing to fear, while for those opposing him there will be hell to pay.

After last weeks Senate vote on health care reform, here is what Biden had to say:

“Those who voted for reform will be rewarded and those who voted against it will be held accountable.”

To me, that sounds more like the ravings of a ticked-off Mafia godfather than a rational statement from a Vice-President of the United States.

Wanna see The Glove (yes, the very glove that MJ wore in 1983 when he did the Moonwalk for the first time)? Well, you’ll have to make a special trip to Macau. It’s the island city next to Hong Kong that’s known for its casinos and Portuguese-style egg tarts.

The Glove was sold on Saturday night at an auction to Hoffman Ma of Hong Kong, who actually bought it on behalf of the Ponte 16 Resort Hotel in Macau, for US$420,000 (this includes taxes and auction fees). Not surprisingly, The Glove was purchased to become the resort’s main tourist attraction.

What I do find bizarre is Hoffman’s comment about the purchasing price. He told The Standard (a HK daily newspaper) that he thought it was a “discount.” Really? The rhinestones and the actual glove couldn’t have cost more than a few hundred dollars to make. I guess this means that MJ’s sweat is worth 100x it’s weight in gold.

While I am pretty sure that many Hong Kongers and Mainlanders will pay homage to the MJ shrine since it’s nearby, but will other die-hard fans flock to Macau to see it as well? I am skeptical that it will become a driver of tourism.

Si legge: «Il punto critico attiene proprio alla particolare origine dei beni, che sono divenuti demaniali per effetto dell’azione di prevenzione; tale origine determina la continua pressione della criminalità destinataria dei provvedimenti, tesa al recupero dei beni o, quantomeno, a renderli inutilizzabili, in un’ottica che suona come aperta sfida alle istituzioni incaricate di affermare la sovranità delle ragioni democratiche».
