Wisconsin is currently facing a large debate over whether automobile insurance rates should be slashed by 20% in accordance with a new law that may be passed soon. The petition for the law is attempting to force insurance companies to reduce automobile insurance rate while backers are currently out on the streets seeking 304,000 signatures to get it on the next voting ballot. On the opposite side, insurance companies highlight the disadvantages that could result from such an action such as increasing the unemployment rate and decreasing service quality for all customers. For perspective, reports have come in from East coast big-hitter New York State that automobile insurance rates have already declined 20.3% in 2009.

While it is a fact that people in New York are tending to pay much less for their auto insurance coverage than before in all actuality New York drivers are only roughly saving 2% more than the national rates, referring that now the average auto insurance rates throughout the U.S. Has declined 18.1% in the past year. Studying the statistics we can note three key features features that may affect rates for you in particular:

1. In regard to gender, men in virtually all states are more willing to pay more on average for auto insurance than female drivers, on average paying 12% higher rates throughout the year.
2. In regards to age, most car accidents happen with a young driver who does not have as much driving experience. Teenagers typically pay insurance rates roughly 100% higher than drivers aged 60 to 74.
3. As a fact, among all the states, New York is the 5th most expensive state to pay for automobile insurance while Wisconsin who is currently facing the large insurance debate comes close to the top as well. Usually the average median annual income of New York is $42,414 while six-month median automobile insurance costs $970.25 a year, therefore this takes up approximately 4.58% of a New York driver’s gross income. Currently, Massachusetts is the most affordable state with a factor of 1.96%, while Louisiana is the most expensive state with a factor of 6.70%. Wisconsin falls between these two, but leaning more towards Louisiana than Massachusetts.

Despite of the uproar from insurance companies most people still support the petition and there are currently thousands of people giving their signatures in support every day. If the number increases at this step making the insurance companies reduce auto insurance rates is just the matter of time. If they really succeed in the future and the legislature does not address it or reject it the measure would go before voters in November 2010. The Future Funk Alliance would like to congratulate Gino & Denise Vaccaro on the completion of their new studio. The new home of The Future Dance Center looks great.  It has three large rooms to dance in and flat screens all along the waiting room.

They started things off right with a great Grand Opening party.  There was plenty of dancing and plenty of food at the party.  It was great to see everyone enjoying themselves in the new studio.  A few of us were even getting down in some of the new rooms.  I mean who could resist those brand new wood floors?

The Future Funk Alliance will be using the NEWLY started Groove Night (Tuesday 7PM-9:45PM) as a practice location. Not only will the new studio be used as a practice location but we will be using the open practice as a place to recruit new members and as a home base.  We look forward to dancing and spreading our knowledge about dancing to the rest of the community.

Sometimes, well as i originate from an asian family.. (:() there are alot of fights about future, subjects -> relating to future, and all that.

(because we’re asian, i’m talking about verbal fights here ) and sometimes i feel so happy that i have nancy there. Seriously, if there wasn’t, I’d have both parents fully ganging up on me, and after we were done talking we’d just have that awkward silence after, and there’d be a huge gap between the family for a while.

But because I have Nancy, after there’s a fight, she’s always there to break the ice for me. That’s great.

So like… it turns out to be

So, since (perish the thought) New Moon is going to be realised in cinemas soon, I would like to address the matter of this fan girl love for Edward. To be honest, I hate Edward. Infact, I hate every character in the series, and I hate the series in general – but that’s a whole different post. What I’m really wondering is why so many teenage girls think Edward is the most gorgeous thing, from the way that he was described in the books.

See, what I always thought was attractive about vampires is how they are so dangerous, intimidating, emotionless, and mysterious. They set on fire in the sunlight, and sleep in coffins. They have fangs – just to add to the danger – which serve as a manner of killing, and have they have no reflection. This is what I think is attractive about the vampire. If they existed, then it would be almost impossible to be in a relationship with one, and if you were, then you would be at a true risk. It would also likely be based completely on lust, and if (s)he did have real feelings for you, I would expect the vampire to find this a difficult concept to grasp.

Edward, however, is pretty safe to be around, not unapproachable by any means, has emotion (even if it’s just being overly possessive), and goes to High School. He SPARKLES in the sunlight, doesn’t sleep, has no fangs, and has a reflection.In his relationship with Bella, he doesn’t seem to have much of a problem with getting involved with her (despite telling her to stay away from him, and trying to scare her, he never makes the choice to stay away from her). There are no real signs that he is a threat to Bella’s life, just to her freedom (he’s all talk, but he’s never actually hurt her), and, despite their relationship clearly being all lust, they seem to think that there is emotion involved. A major problem that I have about Edward, is that he was human at one point, and remembers it. Maybe I’m just attracted to fictional characters with no emotion, but I hate the fact that he clearly has some sort of human emotion, even as a vampire. Despite this, he acts as I think a heart-less should act in his position, and is very abusive towards Bella.

I have seen a lot of Twilight fans say that it seems like Edward is abusive towards Bella because they are in a completely different situation to any relationship that most teenagers are (Stephenie Meyer, also, said this). This might be a fair statement to make, if Edward had lost all of his human side, or was never human to begin with, and didn’t understand how he should treat his partner. But, he has not, and does understand. For that reason, there is not much concerning this that makes them any different to any other couple.

Take the fandom pairing of Orihime and Ulquiorra from Bleach. This is a good example to use, as Ulquiorra is a non-human, who does not understand any need for emotion, and Orihime is a human who is very caring towards others. This ship has a lot of supporters, despite Ulquiorra often saying nasty, manipulative things to Orihime. Now, the reason that non-supporters of this ship are not all jumping up to say that it would be an abusive relationship, is because it is a relationship that is very different to the ones that we know in the non-fictional world. Ulquiorra is clearly confused about Orihime’s feelings, and his own (not in a romantic sense, just in general), and does not seem to know how to handle concepts like ‘Heart’. Because of this, Ulquiorra’s treatment of Orihime can easily be put aside as him knowing no different then to treat her this way. There are many more fandom and canon relationships that we could look at in the same way.

Edward, however, does know about emotion, and has lived for many years to witness this emotion. He seems to feel it himself, and acts very human (so much so that he can go to high school without any problems). This means that we cannot apply the same logic to him, and can only compare him to other humans. If Stephenie Meyer is going to imply that Edward feels and understands human emotions without a problem, then she should agree that Bella and Edward’s relationship can be looked at as a normal relationship, and what is an unhealthy relationship between two humans, should be an unhealthy relationship between them.

I’ve gone a little off topic, but, whatever. The point is, I don’t understand what is so attractive about Edward, when girls have real vampires to lust after.

Do you have trouble managing your monthly bills? This sure can be a problem for me. One thing is for certain and that is it is vital that whoever is paying the bills is the one that is going to need to be organized. I think it works much better if only one person handles this job. Hopefully it will be the person that is best at math. You sure do not want to see checks bouncing. Anyway you need to set yourself up a monthly bill organizer. This is something you can do yourself. There are all kinds of ways to get your life in order. All you have to do is look for them. Are you ready to get your monthly expenses in order?

I think it is safe to say that most people would benefit from a monthly bill organizer. The problem with your monthly bills is what we spend in addition to the bills. You pay your bills then you need to figure out your other costs. Things like grocery bills. If you don’t take these other expenses into account you may wind up with no grocery money this month. By using an organization system you can ensure this does not happen. What you need to do is figure in the other things into your monthly budget. If you go out to eat every Friday then this needs to be figured in. Be sure to include things like clothes and entertainment. If you spend money on it include it so there are no surprises at the end of the month.

If you try a monthly bill organizer you will be amazed at just how far your money will go. It does not have to be hard and you don’t have to buy some expensive software for your computer. A pen and paper will do when you are first starting out. The key to the whole system is figuring everything in to your budget before you spend the first dime.

wow.  That’s what the Holy, (more) Holy, (most) Holy God did for me. He knew my every mistake but still thought I was worth it. He still loved me. He forever loved me.

But i’m not free from brokenness. I’m not free from tears. I’m not free from pain. I’m not free from making mistakes. I’m not free of the hurt of others. I’m not free from this world.

Maybe it’s more of a “free with” thing. Free with Him. Free in Him. Because I’m not going to stop feeling broken. I’m not going to stop being in pain. I’m not going to…blank or blank…

But He has overcome the world. He promises to set the captives free. He promises to stay close to the brokenhearted. He promises peace. He promises love. He promises himself. He did for me. He died for you.

I can cry out to Him when i’m wrestling in my heart. I can cry out to Him when i’m grieving. I can cry out to him whenever. And he will listen to whatever i say. And He will change me.

I want God to break me. I do realize that that is a bold prayer. but I feel it necessary. I want to be changed from the inside out. I want to be transformed by his power. I want His Majesty to break me. I want my life to be in His Hands. I don’t want any more of me. I want to be a vessel of God. And the only way to do that is to transform and break what is not of God.

So God… I know this is a powerful prayer…. but please break me.

Numerous e-mails with "breaking news" in the subject lines are appearing in the inbox are forwarded. If you are only a delete, to look into such a message – it immediately. Do not open the attachment. Those who distribute malicious code take advantage of our curiosity. Get very effective social engineering techniques to entice users to open attachments and links to the following.

Thereanyone who wants to not be the first to learn the latest news or see something really exciting? For example, something like:

"Osama bin Laden captured"

"Saddam Hussein is dead,"

"Michael Jackson tried to commit suicide."

Would you like to open a message with such a subject line and find out what's inside? You better not. There are malicious programs in these "news" wait for you to click.

These (and similar) tricks are usually as a socialEngineering. Online criminals have become good psychologists. You are in the search for new ways to do the people what they want – open an attachment or click a link below to visit a certain website genius. For these ruthless villains it's all right, of human tears and blood profiteer – use it actively, news about tragic events as a decoy.

One of the latest, spotted by Trend Micro in mid-July was a spam e-mail with "TERROR HITS LONDON" subject line. He mimicked a CNN newsletter andsaid the receiver "see plants unique amateur video shots." When a user opens the attachment, his PC gets infected with the Trojan program called Troj_DonBomb.A

On 5 August, a second was reported by Sophos – an email disguised as a notification of death
of 140 U.S. Marines in Iraq. The email claims that a breaking news report Guardian Unlimited and has included a link to the "whole story", which users to a fake Web page leads with two built-in trojanin.

Cgab-A and Borodr-Fam Trojans slip through unpatched Internet Explorers. These Trojans will allow the criminal to get control over the infected PC, but also the collection of personal user information through his computer to send multiple copies of the thesmselves.

It is not the first time, these emails are disguised as messages received – there were cases when infected spam as CNN made news. It seems that spoofing legitimate news agencies to infect more PC users throughFalse self "Current News" has become a popular social engineering technique. And by all means, there will be more of them in the future.

So it is better to learn any news from e-mail messages.
Try to make the temptation to e-mail with a few really BREAKING NEWS open resistance.

Last night Linda Kenney Baden, one of Casey Anthony’s defense attorneys, joined me as a guest on my radio show. Also joining me was her husband — renowned forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden. Near the end of the show, I asked Linda a question that had been on my mind for a while about the Casey Anthony case. I wanted to know her thoughts on whether the defense team or prosecutors had an interest in who the father of little Caylee Anthony is? And, if so, would this person testify at trial? She paused and said, “That’s a question to ask the prosecutors.” Then Dr. Baden jumped in saying he could answer the question because he’s not involved in the case. He said they ABSOLUTLEY know who the father is, through forensics, and that we will more than likely hear from this person at trial (IF he is alive and able to testify).

To date, no one in the public knows who the father is. The Anthonys have rightfully skirted the question — it’s actually none of our business — which has only fueled speculation. It is, however, of interest to investigators – and only DNA will tell the truth as to the identity of Caylee Anthony’s father. In my mind, here’s how this person could change the case, at least create reasonable doubt for jurors. We know Casey Anthony had no money; she was so desperate she allegedly was stealing from her mother and her friend Amy Huizenga. (She is charged with check fraud for using Amy’s checks.) So it makes sense that she would contact the father of Caylee for child support. Seems like a no-brainer for any unemployed mother of a young child. This opens up an opportunity for the defense to present the father as having a motive to get rid of little Caylee. No one in the public knows his identity. Perhaps he was being asked to pay support for a child who’s life, as a far as we know to date, he had no part in. It’s not far fetched. I have a call into prosecutors to get a response to this, and I will update when (if) they respond. I think this is interesting. To start the default package manager, Synaptic, and you can download software categories or concepts such as pick "DVD burner" or "RPG game". Click on all the packages that interest you, and from the menu that appears, select it for installation. Once you have added some new applications and games, is, simply click the Apply button, and everything downloaded and installed for you! I ask you – what is the result of a lot easier than that?

Andwhile we're on the subject of programs, it is noteworthy that a default installation of Ubuntu comes with a large body of applications, including OpenOffice.org – a complete office suite. Instead of basic (ally useless) Paint, you get Gimp, which is more like an open-source version of Adobe Photoshop. And of course there are programs for multimedia and the Internet, and a few games. Basically for most of us, the ships with Ubuntu software varied enough we get started, and you canto quickly and easily install more about Synaptic.

What's more, if you do not really live without some of your Windows programs, chances are, you can under Wine, like an invisible emulator is running (the developers prefer the term "compatibility layer"). And do not have all the files on your Windows partition'm afraid how they access in Ubuntu no problems. In fact, you can do anything, what you do now in Windows, but without all the problems, go toDistraction.

In Ubuntu, you do not need an antivirus or antispyware software, and the structure of Linux makes safety much less of a concern. All the video clips you downloaded, which will sound only seems good in Ubuntu (if you play the ubuntu-restricted-extras package that takes all proprietary codecs). Instead customisablility restricts you can customize your Ubuntu system to how you want it. And you will notconstantly plagued by Microsoft and other software companies are trying again and again, to turn money from you.

Thus, Linux is generally no longer the domain of geeks and is well and truly "desktop ready", perhaps more than Windows. For those that are alternatives to explore its commercial OS, Ubuntu is a good place to deal with their out-of-box simplicity, massive software library, and large online community.
