In een open brief prees Jan Marechal, kersvers voorzitter van Lijst Dedecker Hasselt, het initiatief van schepen Brigitte Smets om te starten met wijkrestaurants, maar hij pakte in het document uit met twee tegenvoorstellen: de organisatie overlaten aan de lokale horeca en andere uren voor de maaltijdbedeling. Een viertallige delegatie was aanwezig op de gemeenteraadszitting van dinsdag 24 november.

Het project ‘Elke wijk zijn wijkrestaurant’ hangt grotendeels af van de bereidheid van plaatselijke verenigingen, die hun lokaal en vrijwilligers gratis ter beschikking stellen voor een wekelijkse restaurantdag. Zo kunnen buurtbewoners, jong en oud, alleenstaand of in gezinsverband elkaar voor 5 euro ontmoeten en samen een warme maaltijd in drie gangen, geprepareerd door het OCMW, nuttigen. Het stadsbestuur komt erin financieel tussen.

Tegenvoorstel

LDD ziet liever dat de lokale horeca deze activiteit overneemt en wenst ook andere uren dat ook werkende mensen aan deze maaltijdbijeenkomsten kunnen deelnemen. Als motivering brengt Jan Marechel aan dat sommige horecazaken het erg moeilijk hebben en best een zaadje willen meepikken.

Een antwoord van Brigitte Smets op het tegenvoorstel is er nog niet. LDD heeft geen raadsleden in de gemeenteraad.

A revista de moda Brigitte em 2010 vai preferir pelas "mulheres reais"

As mulherões estão com tudo em cima e a magreza excessiva vem perdendo seu glaumour. A revista de moda alemã Brigitte anunciou que a partir de 2010 vai trocar as modelos magricelas por chamadas “mulheres reais”. E na França, uma deputada lançou um projeto de lei para que os editorias de moda tragam uma legenda alertando sobre os riscos da magreza excessiva.

Por aqui nós também estamos saturadas desse culto exagerado pela magreza. Não é que a partir de agora vou abusar do chocolate e esquecer a academia, nada disso. Na verdade, nada em excesso é saudável, inclusive peso. Nem vamos condenar as magrinhas e longilíneas, também não é fácil ser Olívia Palito da turma. Só quero que as diferenças sejam respeitadas e apreciadas, afinal a beleza é algo relativo depende de quem a contempla.

De echte familiebrunch bestaat uit een ontbijt, warme dranken en dessertbuffet. Voor 12 euro per persoon krijg je er bovenop nog koffie en twee consumptie. Kinderen kleiner dan 1,20m betalen slechts 1 euro. We weten niet of dit tarief ook telt voor volwassen dwergen?

Kinderen die een oud nog bruikbaar spelletje of speelgoed voor het goed doel meebrengen, krijg van sinterklaas een extra geschenk.

Inschrijven vóór 28 november door de deelnamesom over te schrijven op 335-0571903-37 is nodig om een gereserveerde tafel te krijgen toegewezen.

Een strenge Jos Liebens verkleed als zwarte piet kijkt toe op het goede verloop van de inschrijvingen. Men weze gewaarschuwd.

Non, je tenais à parler de cet article dans le journal du P. parce que :

• Le titre : Juste ce qu’il faut de jeux de mots pour Mathieu Chedid et d’impact pour la troublante Brigitte Fontaine. Il vous aime, vous enveloppe de mélodies et range au placard Monsieur M. Elle vous encule, elle à 70 berges, elle est barrée et on aime ça !
• La performance du journaliste : J’ai eu la chance de « rencontrer » Brigitte Fontaine cet été au hasard d’une terrasse de café. J’ai pu être présenté à cette grande dame. L’échange fut bref et étrange. À la question : « Comment se passent vos vacances ? », elle m’a répondu « J’ai mal à la jambe ». Je vous laisse donc imaginer la prouesse et les différents chemins qu’a dû emprunter Christophe Conte pour obtenir 3 pages d’interview.
• Le personnage : Brigitte Fontaine montre ici à quel point elle peut être imprévisible et avec quel génie elle manie les mots. Tout est calculé et réfléchi, mais dans l’instant. Ainsi, elle porte l’article, Mathieu Chedid et Christophe Conte ne peuvent que suivre et acquiescer, Madame mène la danse. On en vient à se demander qui porte la culotte dans cette interview !

De cet article, je ne retiendrai qu’une seule phrase « Je suis grossière comme une duchesse ». À bon entendeur…

Vanochtend begaven wij ons naar de haven van Scheveningen alwaar de goedheiligman, die zoals elk jaar weer uit Spanje gekomen was, aanlegde.

... ik zie hem al staan ...

Brigitte schafft Models ab. Diese Nachricht fand ich im Internet. Mehr dazu HIER.

Das ist eine Entscheidung die meiner Meinung nach einen sehr positiven Einfluß haben wird. Frauen, so wie sie sind, als Models zu nehmen, an Stelle von halb verhungerten Models, die ein unrealistisches Bild davon abgeben wie Frauen sind. Ich bin gespannt auf 2010 und die Fotos bei Brigitte!

Frauen, die Lust haben “Model” für Brigitte zu sein, können sich HIER bewerben.

Models werden von echten Menschen ersetzt. Weg vom Künstlichen – hin zum Natürlichen.

Und der nächste Schritt wäre die Geschlechtergrenzen aufzuweichen und schließlich die Geschlechter “abzuschaffen” und Menschen zu fotografieren in Kleidung…unabhängig von ihrem “Geschlechsteil” oder irgendwelcher Chromosomen….und Kleidung zu machen, die wer mag anziehen kann, ohne dadurch in eine Schublade gesteckt zu werden….in einer Welt in der Menschen fähig sind Kleidung zu genießen, ohne Bedeutungen dazu auszuteilen….in einer Welt in der Menschen in der Schule Bedeutenderes, als das ständige Bewerten lernen.

So, nach kurzer Abstinenz gibt es mal wieder ein kleines Update, serious

1. Nachricht an Hofnärrin Erika “Jetzt haben sie schon freie Bahn, da können sie doch bitte ihren Drahtesel und die Abi mit der Maus Kutsche vor der Tür abholen. Is ja schön und gut, dass sie damit Präsenz zeigen und somit ihr Revier markieren, passen Sie nur auf, dass es nicht den falschen erwischt o_O”
2. Ehrlichkeit währt am Längsten. Auch, immer noch und vor Allem in diesem Haushalt: Die Jungs möchten ihren Untertan Pippin los werden. Alle wissen es, sogar die Freunde, bei und mit denen herzlich gelästert wird, nur Pippin, der weis nichts. Tut einem fast leid. Aber hey, hier sind wir doch offen und sagen immer alles ehrlich! (PS: deswegen gibt’s auch das Blog!)
3. Wochentlich als Antwort auf den Früh-Morgendlichen Balkan Terror wird von nun an wöchentlich mit lauter Schlager-Party geantwortet. Hossa! Hier gleich einmal unser all-time Klassiker zum mitjodeln:

5. Hanfi Nr. 2 lebt noch! Nachdem Nummer eins kläglich zugrunde gerichtet wurde, da sie Pippin erzählt hatten, dass Aschdüngung das Wachstum beschleunige, hat sie einfach so mal das Leben aufgegeben. Schade aber.
6. Die Gemeente hat das Haus inspiziert. Angeblich aus brandschutztechnischen Gründen, de Fakto aber, um herauszufinden, ob hier nicht doch zu viele Menschen leben. Leider sind die Konsequenzen dieser Visite nocht nicht bekannt.
7. Ein anderes brandschutztechnisches Anliegen wurde aber sofort beanstandet: DIE MÜLLTONNE MUSS WEG! und das binnen 24 Stunden! Ansonsten würde Pippin geopfert werden. Naja. Auf jeden Fall darf das gute Ding aus brandschutztechnischen Gründen nicht auf der Straße stehen, sondern muss im “Vorgarten” (direkt neben dem Haus!) sein Dasein fristen. Die Arme.
8. Endlich haben sie den Garten aufgeräumt. All dann mal wieder die Müllabfuhr morgens um 9 lautstark die gesamte Nachbarschaft geweckt hatte um standesgemäß Müll zu entsorgen, passierte ein Drama! Ein Farbeimer ergoss seinen Inhalt auf die heilige Oosterstraat! Das geht so natürlich nicht, die ansehnliche Nachbarin mit Nicht-Mehr-Extentions klopfte tyrannisch Sturm und lies die Jungs zum ersten Mal in ihrem leben schrubben. MINDESTENS eine dreiviertel Stunde (deutsch-cornelius: 45-10, cornelius-deutsch 10-45) haben sie geschwitzt!
9. Kommen wir aber nun zurück zum Garten! Jawohl, der Hintergarten, Backyard und nicht Backstreet, wohl gemerkt! Erinnern Sie sich an den erfolgreichen Ablauf des Projektmanagements? Wir fast nicht mehr. Aber hey, guckt euch mal die Fotos an, da hat sich doch einiges getan!
10. Astralkörper gehören regelmäßig gepflegt. Der anfänglich enthusiastische 5maligen Besuch des Fitnessstudios vor ca. einem Monat ist nun zu einem 3-4 maliger Besuch des Pubs zur Pflege des Waschbrett-äh-Bier-bauches geworden.
11. Wir wissen nun, warum Pippin den Laptop mit aufs Klo nimmt, ersparen euch aber die Details und sagen nur: der arme Junge hat kein eigenes Zimmer, da bietet wohl nur das stille Örtchen, hygienisch rein und sauber… und so.
12. Cornelius leidet hingegen kann nicht genug von seiner Privatsphäre preisgeben. Deswegen muss das Bad auch nicht abgeschlossen werden.
13. Es gibt einen Putzplan, und jeder der sich nicht dran hält wird bei lebendigen Leibe verbrannt.

FELÍZ ANIVERSÁRIO PARA O BLOG DO JUH.NINHO!!!!

My litmus test for impending holiday arrival has got to be the sparkle deer at Borders. Last year they had them in black and magenta, solid offerings to be sure, but imagine my delight when Karlen (behind the lens) and I found freaking awesome turquoise glitter deer last night! It was a bonanza! … Then I didn’t buy one. Remorse is what I feel … to Borders!!

Feeling a little “Meh!” today but trying not to let it mess with me. I hope that today will be a very very very productive one, so cross those fingers for me!

In meinem deutschen Qualitäts-Vlog ist diesmal nicht nur Angela Merkel zu Gast, sondern auch die Hells Angels, die Bandidos und natürlich meine bezaubernde aber manchmal etwas zickige Freundin Brigitte Seibt-Wenzel. Seid ein bisschen nachsichtig mit ihr, sie macht das noch nicht so lange… also das filmen halt.

As promised I wanted to post better photos of the icy turquoise hair and I figured it would be just as fun to double it up with Halloween costume photos :3 Plus I like the way the ton of makeup and no makeup photos look next to each other.

Yesterday moi, Karlen, and Gene went to the Super7 party in St. Petersburg where we chillaxed and bought flavored Japanese Kit Kat. Mango and Apple Carrot win the day! My costume is “alien drag queen panda” … aka “thrown together,” but at least I got to do semi-Zombuki makeup on myself, in fact, Dia and I rocked the same eyelashes yesterday! lol I even tied a scarf in an obi bun for a panda tail, but I think it may have been too abstract … then I came home, became sleepy, got one trick-or-treater family who rocked plain clothes (lazy), watched a movie, and went to bed. Envy my rolla rock lifestyle, y’all!!

Oh, and tomorrow is my Birthday!!! Whoooooooo!

Eigentlich wollte ich im heutigen Vlog über das neue Betriebssystem von Microsoft reden, doch meine Freundin Brigitte fiel mir immer wieder ins Wort. Lousy photo quality! It was taken around 9 PM with flash in my kitchen XP but this is the new blue. In regular light it looks icy and very cool, like those Blue Mint Candies, much lighter than my previous blue! I had to adjust this photo because it was super dark (and we had red eyes) so I’ll do my best to post a better photo of my hair if/when the sun comes out today, otherwise tomorrow. I LOVE the new color and Lauren is my new hero <3 Huge shouts to Lindsey for all her advice too <3

For the curious we lightened my hair (which had Punky Colours Turquoise in it) with a Beyond the Zone bleaching kit. It was dark blue before and we got it to an amazing seafoam green that I would have kept had it not come complete with 2″ cream colored roots. You can see a photo of it on my Flickr since I was really hesitant to let it go ;3 Then we dyed it with Manic Panic Atomic Turquoise for not very long … 20 minutes? to keep the blue nice and light. Of course by “we” I mean Lauren since I did pretty much nothing XP lol

Yo..  I might not agree with him but I still like his style. I know alot of folks know about Karl Lagerfield but I had to do this one because  every time I see him, I think..  ”damn…  he is so cool.” Usually rocking a tie, some gloves, and some shades..  his look says, I’ve been cooler than you 3 decades ago and you will never catch up, lol. but yeah..  check out the pics and take notes.  P.S..   “if I had the money, I would have him pick out my wardrobe..  well at least the formal side anyways.

 “We don’t always get around to reading Hong Kong’s Prestige Magazine — uh, okay, we didn’t know it existed until we learned that a friend of ours was working there — but the recent Karl Lagerfeld cover interview, conducted by said friend, Stephen Short, is nothing less than magnificent. Stephen, who apparently received a Karl Lagerfeld action figure for his efforts, talked to Karl for about three hours late one evening, and Karl had a lot to say, generally all negative, on subjects from books to children to love toDiane Von Furstenberg to food to the nineties. We excerpted some of his most effusively misanthropic utterances for your enjoyment.

Food.
I hate the smell of cooking. Some people love it, but I don’t care for it. I don’t eat sweet things. I don’t eat greasy things. And I like fish better than meat. In fact, I hate meat. My doctor calls me to eat meat twice a week, as apparently we are cannibals. There used to be a Nobu here in Paris but it was very bad; it was horrible. The one one in London is great. It’s my favorite restaurant in London.

Fat people.
Yes, new Russian girls are like this. But this is a subject I won’t discuss. You know why? In France there are a large percentage of young girls who are overweight and less than one percent are skinny. So let’s talk about the 25 percent who have a weight problem, or are overweight. We don’t need to discuss the less than one percent. Anorexia is nothing to do with fashion. These Russian girls are so young. Chinese ones are skinny, too, and bony. I don’t think it’s a subject to discuss. And in today’s world, many people take drugs, not only models, hmm? It’s an unnecessary subject. Let’s talk about the fat ones.

Children.
Do you ever wish you had a son to pass on your wisdom to, to continue the Chanel heritage?
That’s the last thing I want. I hate all children. For other people, it’s fine, but not for me. I was born not to be a family person.

Going to other places that involve people.
I live in certain isolation. I never take appointments in the morning. I leave my house only after lunch. I don’t want to have a social life. I’ve had enough of that in my life. It’s demode. It’s another era. Perhaps people are still excited by that era, but not me. It’s uninteresting today. It says nothing. It’s boring, pretentious and vulgar…Even for charity, people get paid. I try to avoid charity. It doesn’t happen for me. I’m rich enough not to have to do that. Thank God I don’t have to do that. I do a lot of unnecessary things for free, but I’m very much against that. Money itself isn’t interesting, the use of it is.

Going to other places, period.
Sometimes, to be inspired by things or places, it’s better not to go there. You have to imagine. I imagine the world from my window. I am not a traveler. I hate it. I never look at my watch. The good thing about private jets is that you go whenever you’re ready. That’s the real luxury of today. In all my contracts it says, if you want me, send a private jet.

People who try to touch him.
Also I cannot go on airlines because people stare at me, you have to be touched by people. I hate that…I hate bespoke because I hate to be touched by strangers. It bores me to death.

People who try to analyze him.
Diane von Furstenberg told me she thinks you may not be the best designer aesthetically, but that you’re by far the smartest.

My mother always used to say, “Don’t sacrifice yourself too much, because if you sacrifice too much there’s nothing else you can give and nobody will care for you.

The nineties.
I think that Claudia Schiffer is better than ever. There are few very, very, very great girls. But it’s not like in the ’90s, the days of Linda Evangelista. That’s demode now, that’s another era. Very tacky, hmmm? On the one hand there was something intellectual going on during that time. On the other, it was just tacky. But you know, decades have a look, a mood, but that was that. We know what the ’90s looked like now, but during the ’90s we thought it was great perhaps…I put on weight in the early ’90s because clothes were so large, then they got tighter, so I slimmed down. Never go one size ahead. Go down but not up.

Technology, the internet, etc.
I’m a computer by myself. I have a memory also for unnecessary things. Telephone numbers are a problem, but historical details are not.

Love.
Love is a subject I don’t analyze publicly. Love is only an interesting subject when it’s beyond. When it’s down to earth it ceases to become interesting. It’s a very dangerous subject. I’ve had so many tragedies in life, it’s hard to discuss the subject.
