I am a person who enjoys a good ol’ political debate as much as the next person and if someone’s holding their ground then we usually agree to disagree. But when that person’s a staunch BNP supporter then the circumstances to change somewhat. Now, there’s no need for me to preach about the BNP and how FUCKING STUPID THEY ARE  their ideology differentiates from most tolerant human beings. No, there’s no need for that. But I’ll ask: Have you ever tried to engage with one of these people? It’s not easy to understand their basis for debate when all they have is “Too many Immigrants in this country.” Newsflash; you’re an immigrant. So is everyone else here. But when your local football team are playing then you do take the time to distance yourself from your fight for the salvation of this country in its swarm of immigrants. But what leisure do you have to do to keep yourself from going mad in this befouled country? I know. Sit down with a curry or a chinese and watch Chelsea’s inherent British players galvanize your friends and families alike in a frenzy of celebration and deliberation of one of your fondest past-times. Wait. What’s that? There are no British players in the premier league? Bloody foreigners are stopping British talent reaching a top level? You must have over-looked that.

During my twitter escapades this week, I had the pleasure of engaging a BNP supporter in debate. I think “struck a nerve” is the appropriate term. All I did was insult Nick Griffin. No need to be hostile. “Freedom of speech” and all that.

@islanderjack My gran is “very happy” with her “Indian Doctor” who just came here to make a better living as Britain (Being a good country),is somewhere that people aspire to live in and wish to integrate in our community. So, that’s an example of a BNP supporter. I don’t want to impose some of my ideology through to you on here because you’re allowed to think what you like. It’s just an example of how somebody can be so irrational and ignorant.  I do understand that he’s concerned about his country, but he does appear to be going at it the wrong way. If he thinks this country is being ruined then he’s right. But not by immigrants. It’s more to do with social class inequalities and oppression in society between humans.

I thought of grammar Nazi’ng him, but I think he would have started to like me.

A better suggestion was put forward by my brother “ the bnp only received around 500,000 votes, therefore it would make more democratic sense to deport all of the BNP supporters”. I think that was solve the issues in this country at the moment. And maybe sending the UKIP and EDL supporters on their way wouldn’t be such a bad idea as well eh?
