Every year the Readership committee selects a book that will be given to the upcoming freshmen students at New Student Orientation or Buff Branding. Every student will have the opportunity to read the book and write an essay about it (it’s not required but trust me you will want to give it a shot). After the deadline, around 20 students are selected to go on an all expense paid trip to a location related to the book. I know lots of people who have gotten selected for this and say it’s a life changing experience.

So while at New Student Orientation or Buff Branding really get involved with the book. It’s a great opportunity given to students and who wouldn’t want a life changing trip?

I haven’t heard what the book is for this fall 2012, but I am more than sure that it’s going to be an amazing book!
