<p>No Brasil o novo modelo de 400 cilindradas vem se alinhar aos modelos de 125 e 650 cilindradas já disponíveis na família Burgman.</p>
<p>A Burgman 400 traz como principais novidades, além de ser uma nova moto na gama de produtos da Suzuki no Brasil, um novo design e motor alimentado por sistema de injeção eletrônica.</p>
<p>O motor da Burgman 400 é um monocilíndrico de 4 tempos refrigerado à água de 385cc com 4 válvulas e comando OHC capaz de gerar 32 HP a 8.000 rpm e torque máximo de 3,30 kgf.m a 6.000 rpm. O câmbio é automático de tipo CVT (Variação Contínua) com sistema de transmissão por correia em &#8220;V&#8221;.</p>

<p>A scooter oferece grande conforto e facilidade para manobrar, pois tem altura do banco ao solo de somente 710mm e pesa 199 Kg (seco). O tanque de combustível tem capacidade para 13 litros.</p>
<p>A suspensão dianteira é do tipo telescópica de amortecimento hidráulico, enquanto a traseira tem balança articulada, tipo link de monoamortecimento hidráulico, mola helicoidal, com ajuste de pré-carga da mola.</p>
<p>Os freios são muito bem dimensionados, pois contam com duplo disco, ventilados, de 260 mm mordidos por pinça deslizante de 2 pistões na dianteira e disco ventilado único de 210 mm mordido por pinça deslizante de 1 pistão na traseira.</p>

<p>A Burgman 400 também é dotada de freio de estacionamento. No exterior o modelo tem a opção de ABS, mas esta versão não será vendida no Brasil em um primeiro momento.</p>
<p>O pneu dianteiro é 120/80 para roda de 14 polegadas e o traseiro é 150/70 para uma roda de 13 polegadas.</p>

<p>1) Motocicletas da Honda desvalorizam menos do que as de outras marcas</p>
<p>2) Os modelos mais acessíveis e populares tendem a desvalorizar menos por serem mais vendidos</p>
<p>3) Quanto mais exclusiva a marca, maior a desvalorização de seus modelos</p>
<p>4) A Titan tem a menor desvalorização entre os modelos Honda</p>
<p>5) Marcas pequenas ou chinesas desvalorizam muito mais que as marcas tradicionais</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#ff9900;">QUEBRANDO MITOS</span></strong> Analise mais de perto e quebre mitos!!!</p>
<p>1) Na verdade (segundo minha pesquisa), pelo menos entre as três marcas mais populares, a Yamaha é a que menos desvaloriza (média de 9,55%), seguida pela Suzuki (média de -11,88%) e a Honda ficou apenas em terceiro (-12,58% em média). A Honda mais bem posicionada no raking é a Fan 125 e mesmo assim apenas em 14º. Portanto o mito de que Honda desvaloriza menos é falso.</p>
<p>2) Ao contrário dos carros, as motos mais baratas e que vendem em grande volume desvalorizam mais após um ano de uso. Na Honda por exemplo, a Titan 150 ESD desvaloriza mais que Falcon e Hornet 600, por exemplo. Enquanto que a Yes 125 é a Suzuki com maior desvalorização (-16,29%)  mais que o dobro de uma Bandit N-1200 (-9,83%). E na Yamaha, o mesmo fenômeno: a Dragstar 650 (-7,07%) desvaloriza menos que uma YBR 125 ED (-12,91%). Talvez isso aconteça pelo fato de as motos mais baratas sofrerem mais nas mão de seus donos que nem sempre têm condições de zelar por sua manutenção.</p>
<p>3) Também é mentira que se você comprar uma Harley-Davidson ou uma BMW vai  acabar com um mico na mão. Na verdade estas marcas desvalorizam menos que as populares. A Harley é a campeã (desvaloriza em média apenas 8,5%) e a marca alemã (10,11%). Motos destas marcas são caras por serem fabricadas com alta qualidade, e por isso duram mais e por durarem mais são revendidas com menor desvalorização de preço.</p>
<p>4) A Titan realmente tem a menor desvalorização entre as Honda, desde que seja a Fan 125 (-9,69%), pois a 150 ESD perde para Twister, Falcon, Hornet 600 e até para a CB 1300.</p>
<p>5) O único mito que se confirma é o das marcas chinesas, pois o fenômeno Dafra desvaloriza em média 19,08% !!!! Um modelo Speed 150, por exemplo chega a desvalorizar  23,53% após um ano.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#ff9900;">O RANKING</span></strong> Veja o ranking completo abaixo e tire suas conclusões:</p>

<p><strong><span style="color:#ff9900;">METODOLOGIA</span></strong> Pela metodologia, pesquisei o preço de cada modelo 0km e comparei com o preço do modelo 2008 no site da Fipe, sendo que as três marcas mais populares (Honda, Yamaha e Suzuki) tiveram 10 modelos pesquisados de cada uma. Without further ado, here&#8217;s what we saw on Friday, the traditional media dog and pony show.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.ducati.com/od/ducatinorthamerica/" target="_blank">Ducati</a> unveiled its Streetfighter for the first time before American audiences. In introducing the bike, Ducati media man John Paolo Canton says the Italian OEM jumped past some of the other OEs by posting sales that were up over last years. &#8220;We&#8217;re a good news story this year.&#8221;<img class="alignright size-full wp-image-302" title="p1000395" src="http://dealernewsblog.wordpress.com/files/2008/12/p1000395.jpg" alt="p1000395" width="300" height="201" /><br />
Also unveiled the newest addition to the 16-year-old Monster family, the Monster 1100, and the 1198. Of the latter Canton says it looks a lot like its predecessor, but is in fact an entirely new bike under the hood. How does 170 hp and 97 ft. lbs. of torque sound? The Streetfighter will be available in June 2009 at an MSRP of $14,995.</p>

<p>Kawasaki unveiled a new bike for stunter-man and <a href="http://www.2wtmag.com/mag/" target="_blank"><em>2Wheel Tuner</em></a> editor, Jason Britton. Designed and built by Nick Anglada of Custom Sportbike Concepts, the 2008 ZX-14 is an anti-bling custom bike that you can actually ride, Britton says. &#8220;And, beat the crap out of it,&#8221; he adds. The bike features such goodies as an Ohlins suspension, Brembo brakes and a Gregg&#8217;s Customs single-sided swingarm. The signals are glassed in, as is half the headlights, so that they can only be seen when lit up.<br />
BMW&#8217;s Roy Olliemuller unveiled the 1300S and the 1300GT, the newest iterations of Bimmer&#8217;s K-bikes, which were first introduced 25 years ago. The S sports 175 hp and 103 ft. lbs. of torque. These are BMWs? Also showed off an early production version of the S 1000 RR superbike, which it will campaign in the 2009 World Superbike Championships. This inline-four, 1000cc bike is expected to be a 2010 model year release. When it hits the market, expect somewhere around 190 hp in addition to traction control and ABS.</p>

<p>Harley-Davidson. The Motor Co. took the Long Beach show to introduce the <a href="http://dealernewsblog.wordpress.com/2008/12/01/more-on-the-xr1200/" target="_blank">XR1200</a> to the waiting U.S. public. Because I can&#8217;t get enough of this bike, here&#8217;s another shot. It really is a fine machine. H-D also showed off a customized trike that was, quite honestly, the nicest trike I&#8217;ve ever seen. Did I just say that.</p>

<p>The electric scooter people at Vectrix showed off the Vx-1, an all-electric, highway legal scooter. With an MSRP of $10,495, the Vx-1 reaches top speeds of 62 mph and offers acceleration from 0 to 50 mph in 6.8 seconds. You gotta love electric motors. It has an average range of 30-55 miles on a single charge, all of which is dependent on twisty your wrist is. The scooter can be plugged into either a 110v or 220v outlet. Vectrix reports that it saw 321 percent distribution growth in 2008 and expanded from 38 dealers to 160 dealers, mostly in the second half of the year. Sales grew 156 percent for year.</p>

<p>Yamaha showed off a custom V-Max conceived by Jeff Palhegyi. Over at its sportbike area, Yamaha unveiled a Bostrom Brothers custom R6 designed by Nick Anglada and built by Custom Sportbikes Concept. The build was part of the Boz Bros. tour organized by our sister publication, <a href="http://www.2wtmag.com/mag/" target="_blank"><em>2Wheel Tuner</em></a>.</p>
<p>Kymco unveiled its Yager GT200, a 176cc fuel-injected scoot that will retail for $3,149. Also introduced was the Quannon, a 150cc entry-level<img class="alignright size-full wp-image-318" title="p10004811" src="http://dealernewsblog.wordpress.com/files/2008/12/p10004811.jpg" alt="p10004811" width="300" height="199" /> motorcycle. You don&#8217;t know how excited I am that there are more entry-level bikes on the market. Nothing like seeing a beginner rider cruising off on a liter bike.</p>
<p>Suzuki used the IMS stop to show off two custom Burgman 400s. The first, dubbed &#8220;The Pimpster&#8221; was designed and build by chopper guys Todd&#8217;s Cycle. The other is the Sport Scooter concept, a Burgman 400 sporting the paint job of a GSX-R, with a Gixxer 600 muffler, B-King handlebars and wave-style rotors to name a few bits. If you&#8217;ve ever seen what the folks in Japan do to scooters, you&#8217;ll know that these two styling exercises were tame in comparison. What, no neon lighting?</p>
