Would you all agree with me that war is an ugly, but sometimes necessary thing? No SANE person ever

Would you all agree with me that war is an ugly, but sometimes necessary thing? No SANE person ever wants to go to war. But when diplomacy fails and our national well being, safety, and security are at stake military action is sometimes necessary. When military action can no longer be avoided, for it to be truly effective it must be conducted violently and with overwhelming force to quickly defeat the enemy and make them KNOW that further resistance is futile. Contrary to what many opponents of any war believe, fewer people on both sides die if you hold to these principals. When you try to make war “nice,” as our spineless yellow bellied politicians have done, it turns into a slow war of attrition, a war of a thousand cuts. The enemy that threatened you is never defeated and will ALWAYS be a threat until they are defeated. They gain strength day after day and kill more and more of your people a few at a time.

With regard to Iraq, Afghanistan, or any other conflict in which our military is employed, just about every conservative I know, be they politician, talk show host, fellow soldier, sailor, Marine or airman, have universally held the opinion “let us win, or bring us home.” That includes me. When we went into Iraq and Afghanistan, there was a genuine military purpose and legitimate national security goal. Once the initial military victories on the ground had faded into history, the politicians got involved and began to tear down the success of our military. Especially those liberal politicians who didn’t want us to go to Iraq or Afghanistan in the first place, but who would not speak out because the POLLS said speaking out against the actions wasn’t popular. Cowards.

As each day passes, the liberals withdraw more and more support from our military men and women who are on the front lines risking and sacrificing their lives for America. The withhold money, new weapons, and reinforcements. They attack and belittle the military in the press. The two most notable examples of this are senator Harry Reid of Nevada who said the war in Iraq was lost before the surge ever began, and congressman Jack Murtha (spit) of Pennsylvania who with no proof or evidence came out publicly and loudly to proclaim that U.S. Marines in Haditha, Iraq were murderers and baby killers. Of course they were proven innocent, but Murtha (spit) couldn’t and still hasn’t found a microphone to say he was wrong, or that he is sorry for what he said. He calls himself a former Marine, but I assure you any REAL Marine would rather disembowel himself than shake this traitors hand.

Now we have the Obama administration about to prosecute three Navy SEALs for capturing a terrorist on the field of battle ALIVE. Keep in mind that usually SEALs don’t CAPTURE anyone. They kill them. Why are they being prosecuted? Because the terrorist, the mastermind of the abduction, torture, execution, and burning of four Blackwater agents whose bodies were then hung from a bridge, this scumbag got a bloody lip. I’m sure he wasn’t read his Miranda rights either. He should have died of acute lead poisoning. Navy “leadership,” in politically correct lock step with Obama and the liberals, tried to give these SEALs non-judicial punishment which would still effectively end their careers. Seeing the absurdity of this they exercised their option and demanded a trial by Courts Martial. God bless them.

Yesterday I heard several people who had been ardent supporters of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan say it was time to bring our troops home. Radio hosts Roger Hedgecock and Glenn Beck were two of the more notable. When our Commander-in-Chief (in this case the campaigner-in-chief) and the rest of our national command structure no longer support our military in a time of war, when they will throw our own soldiers under the bus, when they WILL NOT ALLOW OUR MILITARY TO WIN, it is time to bring them home. The lives of a million of those dirt bag, swine excrement, satanic terrorists is not worth the life of even one single American.

Bring them home. Now.

Navy SEALs Face Assault Charges for Capturing Most-Wanted Terrorist

Wednesday, November 25, 2009
By Rowan Scarborough

Navy SEALs have secretly captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq — the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. And three of the SEALs who captured him are now facing criminal charges, sources told FoxNews.com.

The three, all members of the Navy’s elite commando unit, have refused non-judicial punishment — called an admiral’s mast — and have requested a trial by court-martial.

Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named “Objective Amber,” told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it.

Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers.

Matthew McCabe, a Special Operations Petty Officer Second Class (SO-2), is facing three charges: dereliction of performance of duty for willfully failing to safeguard a detainee, making a false official statement, and assault.

Petty Officer Jonathan Keefe, SO-2, is facing charges of dereliction of performance of duty and making a false official statement.

Petty Officer Julio Huertas, SO-1, faces those same charges and an additional charge of impediment of an investigation.

Neal Puckett, an attorney representing McCabe, told Fox News the SEALs are being charged for allegedly giving the detainee a “punch in the gut.”

“I don’t know how they’re going to bring this detainee to the United States and give us our constitutional right to confrontation in the courtroom,” Puckett said. “But again, we have terrorists getting their constitutional rights in New York City, but I suspect that they’re going to deny these SEALs their right to confrontation in a military courtroom in Virginia.”

The three SEALs will be arraigned separately on Dec. 7. Another three SEALs — two officers and an enlisted sailor — have been identified by investigators as witnesses but have not been charged.

FoxNews.com obtained the official handwritten statement from one of the three witnesses given on Sept. 3, hours after Abed was captured and still being held at the SEAL base at Camp Baharia. He was later taken to a cell in the U.S.-operated Green Zone in Baghdad.

The SEAL told investigators he had showered after the mission, gone to the kitchen and then decided to look in on the detainee.

“I gave the detainee a glance over and then left,” the SEAL wrote. “I did not notice anything wrong with the detainee and he appeared in good health.”

Lt. Col. Holly Silkman, spokeswoman for the special operations component of U.S. Central Command, confirmed Tuesday to FoxNews.com that three SEALs have been charged in connection with the capture of a detainee. She said their court martial is scheduled for January.

United States Central Command declined to discuss the detainee, but a legal source told FoxNews.com that the detainee was turned over to Iraqi authorities, to whom he made the abuse complaints. He was then returned to American custody. The SEAL leader reported the charge up the chain of command, and an investigation ensued.

The source said intelligence briefings provided to the SEALs stated that “Objective Amber” planned the 2004 Fallujah ambush, and “they had been tracking this guy for some time.”

The Fallujah atrocity came to symbolize the brutality of the enemy in Iraq and the degree to which a homegrown insurgency was extending its grip over Iraq.

The four Blackwater agents were transporting supplies for a catering company when they were ambushed and killed by gunfire and grenades. Insurgents burned the bodies and dragged them through the city. They hanged two of the bodies on a bridge over the Euphrates River for the world press to photograph.

Intelligence sources identified Abed as the ringleader, but he had evaded capture until September.

The military is sensitive to charges of detainee abuse highlighted in the Abu Ghraib prison scandal. The Navy charged four SEALs with abuse in 2004 in connection with detainee treatment.

The exquisite fragrance that is momentarily filling my nostrils. I think I should tend to it. right

The exquisite fragrance that is momentarily filling my nostrils. I think I should tend to it. right now…?
just a moment!
BRB!

I do realise that mentioning that I am gone for a moment is of no significance when writing a piece that is not being read as it is being written. So, just play along for a moment.

Now that you are done reading that pointless introduction; I figured it was time to make an addition to my ‘Blog’ but I have no clue what I want to write about…

So I chose ‘Burning Food?’
Yes. Why not? I am sure I can turn this into some amazingly significant occurrence that reflects on my life or on the world in some kind of quasi-obvious metaphorical manner.
But is it?
Not if wasting both food and energy and in addition to that: neglecting the world, indirectly creating a very real (fire) hazard that could destroy life as I know it, is of no importance…

Where have I heard this before? I can hardly recall having heard preaches of similar doom in relations to things on a global scale. Although, what was that thing that was threatening to cause catastrophes, flooding, draught, famine, war and eventually 2012?
I know what you are all thinking: “Is bush going to come back to power and somehow get another 8 years in office?”
NO, although you can’t hold it against me if I think that would be funny. You got to love that guy! He was amazing! If you like good stand-up comedy… (He was funny in the same way you laugh at slapstick, knowing that it is the least creative or intelligent form of comedy ever to exist.)

Lets just give Barack a chance!

“Yes we can!”

Better yet:

“Yes I can try! Just don’t hate me because I misled myself (into believing that I could sway the USA into the right direction, but finding out that there is a reason why the US government is the worlds biggest ‘FAIL’ in terms of common sense, as it finds itself superior but is sadly not aware that the joke is actually on them, making it all the more fun for the rest of the world) and even though now the people who did have hope in me and the change I promised are growing impatient, I am doing my best”

Does that sum it up? Just about.
I genuinely feel bad for him, especially when he was given that Nobel Peace Prize. The world’s expectations are now putting an even large pressure on him to do well, giving the opposition the opportunity rip him apart the moment he makes any mistake at all. Well done Nobel Prize Committee!
FYI, I have no relation with the USA and intend to keep it that way. For now.

In the eventuality that you did not think of Bush when reading the various references to terrible events, your most probable answer would have been something like… Global Warming! (perhaps the energy wasting aspects gave it away)
Personally I have no clue if global warming is occurring.

I don’t care.

The world has had endured changes of much larger extramities; resulting in much more inhospitable and devastating effects. Thus this seems to be nothing special in the big picture. But we are scared. What if we are responsible? The world does change, the environment is destroyed and the human race is reduced to nothing more than desperate beings in a savage world?
God forbid we have to take responsibility for what we have done!
If we really are responsible, then I guess we should have thought of that before we decided to waste more than necessary. Maybe we should have taken care of the world and thought about the implications of our actions.
To the world, it does not matter. The trees and the animals, they don’t know any better. It is only the human race that will fear their imminent annihilation. Worse yet: the ‘developed world’ having to give up their luxuries, when nothing is left!
(You know its going to be the poor people living in places where there is NOTHING that will survive the longest. Nothing changes for them! They will thrive, relative to the rest of the world! I think I am going to move to Africa in the summer of 2012, just in case.)
What it comes down to, since the birth of mankind we have been flawed. Our so called intelligence, allowing us to manipulate the world around us for our comfort, has led us to selfishness. We take all we can, give nothing back. We try to take as little responsibility as possible for everything in our life. If it was possible we would blame others for all the worlds problems, not ourselves.
Sadly we do.

Buy hey! For all I know its not our fault, in which case we are still doomed. It just sucks that we can’t stop it.

“JUST LIVE WITH IT.”

But maybe it is not even happening at all! Let’s just go for the easy option and save ourselves the hustle of panic and fear until the day we all die. hows that?

“IGNORANCE IS BLISS!”

If you went for the highly plausible ‘Global Warming’ analogy, I must break it to you: It is not.
Sorry?

The ‘Burning Food’ is nothing more than what it is. There is no analogy or deep metaphoric meaning. That is life, we choose to give meaning to things. We fabricate our lives to make us feel and think.
Sad, but true. It would have been a damn good dish!

I just hope that the awful smell doesn’t linger too long!

I will be posting my next Blog entry soon… when I feel like it!

So you have got hold of your video files, now how the hell do you turn them into a DVD that you can

So you have got hold of your video files, now how the hell do you turn them into a DVD that you can watch on your DVD player, Xbox or another PC? Keep reading for the solution…

I won’t go into how to get hold of your movie files as these could come from handycams, mobile phones, torrents (not that i’m suggesting you illegally download them) or your own DVD rips. However you get hold of your digital movie files you have the issue of actually watching them. Do you suffer the smaller computer display(okay I know some people have 37 inch displays etc) or turn them into a DVD to watch on your large HDTV that you bought for that very reason?

Well I’m guessing you would go with the TV. I’m also assuming you don’t want to stream over wifi to an xbox or ps3? That would be a whole other story which I’ll address later on.

The software I would suggest as it has always worked well for me is DVD Flick

DVD Flick is FREE! And it is nice and straightforward to use. It has loads of features but keeps it’s easy for begginners too. Full info can be found here , this explains all the file formats it supports.

All you need to do is find the file you want to burn to DVD, decide on menu options, if you want it burnt to disc after encoding or an iso for burning later, and then click Go.

As it’s free give it a go and see what you think, I would not suggest running it on a low power processor though, as it will take till the end of time to finish.

Enjoy.

Data Capacity of CDs [Tutorial]

Abstract
You can fit on a S/VCD without overburning:
- approx. 735 MB of MPEG data onto a 74min/650MB disc
- approx. 795 MB of MPEG data onto an 80min/700MB disc

You can fit on a CD-ROM without overburning:
- approx. 650 MB of data onto a 74min/650MB disc
- approx. 703 MB of data onto an 80min/700MB disc

—————————————————————-

Introduction
Let us ignore for now the terms of megabyte for CD capacity and try to understand how the data is stored on a CD.

As well all know, the data is stored digitally as binary data. This means, however the actual information is actually kept on the disc, this information is in the form of “1″s and “0″s. Physically, the information on a CD is as pits on a thin sheet of metal (aluminium).

An a CD-R disc, the data is physically on an organic dye layer which simulates the metal layer on a real pressed CD.

—————————————————————-

How is the information structured
Now, on the CD, the information isn’t just organised from beginning to end willy-nilly. Otherwise, it would be really hard to find a useful piece of information on the CD.

Rather, the information is organised in sectors. Consider a sector as like a page in a book. Just like you are able to quickly find something in a book if you know the page number, you can quickly find something on a CD if you know the sector number.

Now, remember that the CD was original made to hold audio data. It was decided, that the CD would would 75 sectors per second of audio. Although I cannot guess where this number comes from, it is quite appropriate for the audio CD. It means that you can “seek” an audio CD accurately to 1/75th of a second — which is more than enough for consumer purposes.

Now, with this in mind, we can work out the total data capacity of user data for 1 sector.

—————————————————————-

The total data capacity of user data of 1 sector on a CD
CD audio uses uncompressed PCM stereo audio, 16-bit resolution sampled at 44.1 kHz.

Thus 1 second of audio contains:
16 bits/channel * 2 channels * 44100 samples/second * 1 second
= 1411200 bits
= 176400 bytes

Since there are 75 sectors per second
1 sector
= 176400 bytes / 75
= 2352 bytes

One sector on a CD contains 2352 bytes max.

—————————————————————-

The concept of different MODES and FORMS of burning
Now, audio CD was well and good, but the medium would become much more useful if you could store other data on the disc as well. This became to be know as CD-ROM of course.

Now, the audio-CD uses the ENTIRE sector for audio data.

However, for CD-ROMs this caused a problem. Simply, CDs and the CD reading mechanisms were not 100% faultless. That is, errors (indeed frequent errors) could be made during the reading. For audio CDs, this does not matter as much as you could simply interpolate from the adjacent audio samples. This will obviously NOT DO for data CDs. A single bit error could lead to a program being unexecutable or ruin an achive file.

Thus, for CD-ROMs, part of each sector is devoted to error correction codes and error detection codes. The CD-R FAQ has the details, but in effect, only 2048 bytes out of a total of 2352 bytes in each sector is available for user data on a data CD.

This burning mode is either MODE1 or MODE2 Form1.

—————————————————————-

MODE2 Form2 sectors of VCDs and SVCDs
Now, for VCDs and SVCDs, the video tracks do not necessarily require the robust error correction as normal data on a CD-ROM. However, there is still some overhead per sector that is used for something other than video data (e.g., sync headers).

S/VCDs video tracks are burnt in what is called MODE2 Form2 sectors. In this mode, only 2324 bytes out of a total of 2352 bytes in each sector is available for user data.

This is MUCH MORE than for CD-ROMs, but still less per sector than audio CD.

—————————————————————-

The disc capacities of CD-ROMs, audio-CDs and VCDs
Now, obviously what ultimately determines the capacity of a disc is the total number of sectors it contains. This is similar to the total number of pages in a blank exercise book (if you recall the book analogy).

The secondary determinant is the burning mode of the disc.

For audio CDs, it is as if you could fill each page from top to bottom with audio data as the entire sector is used for audio data.

For CD-ROMs, it is as if you need to first rule a margin and then leave the bottom part of each page for footnotes (headers + ECC + EDC). The amount of text you can actually write per page is then less due to these other constraints.

For S/VCDs, we still need to rule a margin on the page, but we don’t have to worry about the footnotes (headers). We can fit MORE text than a CD-ROM, but less than an audio-CD.

Now remember, 1 second on a CD = 75 sectors.

Thus:
- 74 min CD = 333,000 sectors
- 80 min CD = 360,000 sectors
Data capacity in Mb for an audio-CD
74 min
= 333,000 sectors * 2352 bytes / sector
= 783216000 bytes
= 746.9 Mb

80 min
= 360,000 sectors * 2352 bytes / sector
= 846720000 bytes
= 807.5 Mb
Data capacity in Mb for a CD-ROM
74 min
= 333,000 sectors * 2048 bytes / sector
= 681984000 bytes
= 650.4 Mb

80 min
= 360,000 sectors * 2048 bytes / sector
= 737280000 bytes
= 703.1 Mb
Data capacity in Mb for a S/VCD
74 min
= 333,000 sectors * 2324 bytes / sector
= 773892000 bytes
= 738.0 Mb

80 min
= 360,000 sectors * 2324 bytes / sector
= 836640000 bytes
= 797.9 Mb

—————————————————————-

Conclusions
As you can see, the often quoted capacities of 650MB and 700MB refer to CD-ROM capacities.

Due to the fact that S/VCDs use a different burning mode where MORE of each sector is available as user data, the relatively capacities are HIGHER.

Now, since S/VCDs are not composed of PURELY video tracks and have some unavoidable overheads, the actually total capacity left for video tracks is a few Mb less for each disc (about 735 Mb for 74min discs and 795 Mb for 80min discs). This is where the often quoted capacities of 740MB and 800MB come from. They are quite accurate.

All these capacities are available BEFORE overburning. Overburning is where you burn MORE sectors than the disc is rated for. If you overburn, you can typically achieve about 1-2 minutes of additional capacity (depending on your drive and media).

—————————————————————-

So there I was, late at night, drinking a beer and redecorating my room…..on YoVille. Yeah, I

So there I was, late at night, drinking a beer and redecorating my room…..on YoVille. Yeah, I need a life. Ya think?

My virtual apartment is coming along. I managed to purchase a fabulous canopy bed for just under $700 (in YoCoins), and you should see the tiger print rug I got for under $300 YoCoins! It’s gorgeous!!

As I was decorating and budgeting, trying to work in a new couch that fit my budget, it dawned on me that I have completely gone mad. It also dawned on me that I think I know the reason these virtual games are so much fun. It’s because it allows us to live a lifestyle we wouldn’t normally have if we’re broke (like me) and scrambling to find gas money.

I know, I know….I’m sure you’re all sick and tired of hearing about how broke I am. I swear it won’t be for much longer as I have a “plan” that will make me rich, or at least capable of no longer fretting over the lack of gas money and that ever important crap we call food. And, what about clothes? HA! There’s nothing wrong with Mr. T wearing pants that make him look like he’s waiting for a flood. Nothing at all wrong with that. I got teased for the same thing when I was a kid. It made me stronger, which enabled me to beat the hell out of anyone who dared mention the word “flood”. Call me sensitive. I knew every inch of my principal’s office, and the smell of her perfume is etched into my memory – Roses, blech!

The only thing missing on YoVille is a car (or a crossover like I got for reals), but I’m afraid I don’t make enough money…err….YoCoins at the sweet factory were I work that would enable me to afford such a luxury anyway. Why don’t I make enough YoCoins working at the factory, you ask? I tend to burn whatever it is I bake because, believe it or not, I do have a life outside of my computer room. Don’t laugh. I know some of you find it hard to believe, but it’s true.

The sweet factory is where I’m forced to work because that’s all the game offers. It’s like living in a kingdom where they tell you where you will work and give you, as pay, the honor of living in their kingdom and a few crude coins. The YoCoins I do manage to make, when I’m not burning my cookies to a crisp, goes right into more household items. Unfortunately, and because I tend to burn things, the YoCoins come in slowly and all I can do is lust over someone else’s things (much like real life). I hate not having what so and so has {whine whine}!

Then, a terrible thing happened! Mr. Sober, who very rarely sets foot in his virtual apartment, decided it was time to decorate his. This occurred while we were talking on the phone and text messaging each other on facebook (we do both, we’re multitaskers!). He did it in secret too. Every now and then all I heard was breathing on the phone and his replies to my texts were coming in sporadically, if at all, and sometimes those were down to one word responses. Something was awry and he wasn’t telling me. At one point, I texted “I know you’re up to no good. What are you doing?” He just giggled, and in the background I could hear his fingers clicking his mouse like a mad man. Once in awhile he would ask me a question like, “How do I move what I have in my inventory into my room?” or “How do I remove furniture from a room?” HA!!! I knew what he was doing. I asked him if he was decorating and all I got was him breathing, heavily, as if he was running the quarter mile (poor him is old and little things tucker him out, haha!).

Finally, he told me to go into his bedroom and have a look-see. Now, people, if you read my post on how I feel about going into a man’s virtual bedroom, y’all know this request would make me a wee bit uncomfortable. I didn’t know what I might find in there (lucky for me I know, because I tried, that there’s no winky winky allowed in this game…phew!) and I wasn’t sure I wanted to know. I tried playing it off by telling him I was currently busy sending YoVille gifts to my neighbor’s, but he wasn’t having any of that. “Go into my bedroom!” he whined. Oh, good LORD! ALRIGHT! I’m going into your bedroom now! I entered his bedroom and, to my surprise, found it to be decorated real nice. I was impressed. It was a complete opposite of his living room, which is bare and cold looking. He even had a wall sconce candle holder above his bed! Huh. It was nice and I was green with envy. “Where did you get the candle holder?” I texted him. He didn’t reply, so I asked him on the phone. Again he stayed quiet. I asked again, and this time he said, “Ohhh, you like that, huh?” then he giggled. At this point I considered hanging up on him because he was being a turd. But, instead, I persisted because I wanted to know and I knew he would never tell me if he’d been hung up on (see sweetness, I do know you.) My futile attempts appeared to be ignored “Where did you get that candle holder?!!”

See, the thing is, because Mr. Sober so rarely plays this game, seeing that he had a wall sconce came as a big surprise to me. Suddenly, I felt as if he was living a double life, and that I wasn’t included in on his virtual one. Not only that, but his having something so cool (and not me, who deserves it more, teehee) made me jealous. I get jealous like a big baby, I admit….there are issues, but that’s not the point. The point is, he had this wall sconce and I wanted it! If he could tell me where he got it, I could go find one for myself, an even bigger one, and maybe more than one, so there!! But he wasn’t telling! Argh!!! He was so lucky he wasn’t within strangling distance from me.

Finally, after I asked him why he was being so secretive about the damn sconce and whining at the perfect pitch, and the one that grates his last nerve, he confessed. Someone gifted it to him. Well well well!! Nobody has gifted me a wall sconce! Again, I am a big baby and oh so jealous!

After that night, I decided I wanted to copy him (cause I’m a copy cat like that) and I went “shopping” for things to create a nice ambiance of my own for my virtual bedroom. That’s how I discovered the canopy bed, and the rug. I soon ran out of YoCoins, but that was okay. I made peace with myself over it. Everything’s cool. If I’m patient, like in life, I will get what I want. Right? Please humor me by agreeing.

I’ve since managed to save enough YoCoins to allow me a new fridge and possibly a big screen television. I’m still on the hunt for the wall sconce, but I’m hopeful I’ll find it. I have a secret of my own, that I am NOT sharing with Mr. Sober since he likes to be so secretive himself (hmph!), that will get me pretty much anything I want on the game. It’s not a cheat, it’s legitimate, but I can’t use this secret until I’ve saved more than I have now. What I should do with the YoCoins I’ve managed to save is hire myself a baker, since I can’t bake to save my damn life.

You know…..I should write the creators of the game and request a car and hired help. I’d never leave the freaking house if I had those conveniences all tucked into my computer. Heck, why not suggest they connect to a real supermarket so’s I can order my groceries while playing the game? Dang! What a fantastic idea!!! I’m brilliant!

Goodness, I need a life!

My earliest career choice wasn’t to be a princess like most little girls want; I think I had a stron

My earliest career choice wasn’t to be a princess like most little girls want; I think I had a strong enough sense of reality to know princesses from the “happily ever after“ genre really didn‘t exist, and Prince Charming would never ride up on his white stallion and carry me away. Instead, I longed to be a mermaid. That’s right–a very concrete dream–much more “do-able” . . . that desire lasted several months, and was repeatedly at its peak every time I was in the bathtub. I would shrink down into the tub, becoming one with the steaming liquid that covered me, spreading my long brown hair as if it were drawn in a piece of Japanese art, floating about my head with curly-Q‘s on the ends of each strand. Inevitably, my toes would pop out of the cooling liquid and become lodged into the large water spigot, my only lifeline to the physical world, and I would be abruptly transformed back into reality. Like a thief in the night, the thoughts of mermaids, peaceful underwater surroundings, and the hauntingly beautiful music sang by much better voices than mine, must have quietly slipped down the drain with the icy water.

Once upon another time, I fancied myself a photographer–or at least an aspiring photographer. I found I had a passion for developing and playing around with black and white film in my college’s darkroom and couldn’t wait to build one of my own. That dream was cut as short as the blinding pop of a camera’s old fashioned flashbulb, and ended up in the same place one would put the blacked orb of glass, with it’s shattered filament, when I had an interview for admission to the Department of Cinema and Photography at Southern Illinois University two years later. They would have actually accepted me into the program, but I was wise enough to realize I couldn’t come close to competing with the kind of work I saw displayed in the Dean’s office and on the hallway walls. Fortunately, photography did serve as enough of a diversion that it saved me from being a permanent business major. Yikes.

Somehow, the old photography hobby must have been the foundation for my taking pictures at a friend’s wedding several years later. I know I didn’t volunteer to do it–I would never do that–because when I put my camera down, I really put it down. So, my friend must have asked me, and knowing the persistent soul she is, all the protesting in the world wouldn’t be enough reason for her to back down from what she thought was a brilliant idea. I took roll upon roll of wedding photographs until out of the corner of my eye, I spied a candelabra in serious trouble. I watched vigilantly as a candle slipped further and further down the brass holder, with its flame being forced by a ceiling fan, dangerously closer to a beautifully tied bow and most certainly, onto the carpeted floor. Being the impatient soul I am, the candelabra and I could wait no longer for the many firefighters in the wedding party and in the family pews to come to the rescue. Exactly midway into the wedding vows, I sat the camera on a pew and ran to the fully engulfed bow. Instinct took over, and I picked up the entire holder, towering well over my 5’2” frame, with upwards of 12 burning candles on it, over my head and teetered toward the nearest door. The only fear I recognized at that point, was that the door might not be tall enough or wide enough to fit the entire flaming fixture and me through it. By the time I reached the door, several firefighters lifted the prize from my hands, deposited it on the ground outside, and expertly stomped the flames with their shiny, patent leather shoes. It was a sight to behold, but no one got it on film. I did get chastised by a couple of firemen, for not leaving it where it was and letting them handle it. Ha–they didn’t even see it until I paraded through the front of the sanctuary with it. Shame on me. And thus, I ruled out yet another potential career–albeit one that had never been lovingly lingered over like the previous two–that of firefighter.

Are there 15 fat burning foods that you can eat and lose weight? Perhaps. There are foods that you can eat that help you feel satisfied, full and content. Feel that way and you will usually eat less and maintain or shed weight. That may be a good thing. I may share 15 food concepts for losing fat, but first a little background. Two hormones produced in the pancreas, glucagon and insulin, figure out how your body uses carbohydrates.

Want To Lose 30lbs In 30 Days Like Phil For Free? CLICK HERE

The percentage of these two hormones is what truly is vital for sugar use. Consuming natural fat burning foods is one of the finest and fastest ways to get rid of determined belly fat. There is no reason to spend your money on expensive fat burning tablets and weight reduction additions because they do not work for long term results. Natural fat burning foods work in this fashion that you burn more calories then you consume. With these foods your constitution works harder too.

The start of your weight reduction journey starts with your nourishment and I would like to give you 15 fat burning foods that you can add to your diet today. These foods when broken down will start burning fat and enhance your energy levels. Not only will you feel a rise in energy levels, but you will be promoting weight reduction at the same time. Steep in fiber and an excellent source of protein as well as iron, a single serving of beans is very filling and can satisfy your appetite for hours. The cool thing is that they come in many varieties including lima beans, black beans, kidney beans, navy beans, green beans, wax beans, northern beans, and garbanzo beans. They’re excellent for helping to keep the blood sugar level balance. Eating a balanced meal won’t lead to fat production, it could even lead to fat loss.

Also a balanced meal won’t lead to muscle loss, it could even lead to muscle gain. Some of the other fat burning foods are asparagus, beet root, cabbage, beet, zucchini, spinach, garlic, artichokes, tomatoes, carrot, apple, blueberries, and melon. You may think that eating bulk quantities of fat burning foods is the wizardry wand for becoming pin thin but basically it is not that straightforward because you will barely be able to eat daily 5 kgs of broccoli, for example.

Of course, all of the ten servings should be fat burning foods. If you add exercise to your eating burning foods, you’ll achieve even better results because exercise will speed up your metabolic rate in addition. There are more than 100 foods that are fat burners among the stronger fat burning foods. Also, there are synthetic fat burners, so if you’re not fond of chewing vegs all day, you can have some pills as a substitute, though there is no doubt that taking fat burning foods the natural way is the best path.
of course you’ll have to add in sprouted grain foods and lean meats, these 15 fat burning foods is just a sample. These keep the body in a healthy balance. Knowing that fat in the body is just stored energy can give anyone the motivation to burn it. By eating fewer calories in foods, the foods will process themselves as well as burn the extra fat cells in the body. There are more natural fat burning foods in mother nature’s palate. These fifteen are probably at the head of the list of best foods for burning fat. Next time you plan your meals, include these fat-burning foods for a healthier, leaner you!

1.	Klik Start > All Programs > Nero > Nero 9 > Nero Express.
Show real recorder write speed while burning”.
6.	Tekan OK untuk menutup jendela Options.

Mulai saat ini, semua disk yang dibakar dengan Nero akan menampilkan kecepatan bakar yang sebenarnya.

For a while now I have had my xbox updated with the latest iXtreme firmware, 1.51 being the latest I updated to. After not being able to play for quite some time I signed on to find a new xbox update. I checked online and everyone said it was safe, so I updated. Unfortunately there were no games I was really wanted to play, other than eagerly waiting for MW:2 to leak. I checked online daily to find a week olater that MW:2 had leaked. Burned, patched, played, banned. I have no clue how they found out it was me. I was playing offline, on a new non xbox live account, deleted the account after I was done, loaded a new legit game on my main account, saved, then got online. I’m at a loss for words, Microsoft stumped me on this one. Anyone else have this problem?

So now after buying a new xbox I eagerly await iXtreme LT!
