Swiss Meringue Buttercream

Swiss meringue buttercream is delicious! It’s light and buttery, silky smooth and easy enough to make.  SMB does take a little more effort and time than a standard birthday cake type icing sugar variety buttercream, but it’s a great alternative if you prefer an icing that isn’t overly sweet and great for piping/decorating.
