Albumul de debut al cantaretei Susan Boyle, senzatia de anul acesta de la concursul Britain’s Got Talent, al carei destin semana cu al tenorului Costel Busuioc(castigator al concursului spaniol “Hijos de Babel”, de la canalul TVE),a reusit sa inregistreze cel mai mare numar de comenzi la nivel global pe Amazon, inainte de lansarea sa oficiala, potrivit Reuters.com.

Albumul “I dreamed a dream” va fi lansat pe 24 noiembrie de Sony Music si este debutul lui Boyle, in varsta de 48 de ani, care a luat cu asalt Internetul si a uimit o lume intreaga cu intrepretarea sa de la celebrul concurs “Britain’s Got Talent” in aprilie.

Boyle este dintr-un orasel din Scotia, nu are un loc de munca si este voluntar la biserica.

“Albumul lui Susan in mod clar captureaza inimile clientilor nostri de pe intreg globul,” a spus Craig Pape, senior manager la Amazon.com.

Compania nu a dorit sa dea cifrele ale pre-comenzilor, dar a spus ca albumul a depasit recordul care era detinut in 2008 de japonezii Mr. Children cu albumul “Supermarket Fantasy”, pe Norah Jones cu “Not Too Late” si Take That “Never Forget: The Ultimate Collection”.

Boyle a pierdut finala concursului in fata unei trupe de dans, apoi a fost internata la o clinica din cauza epuizarii.

Cu toate acestea a semnat un contract pentru album prin Simon Cowell, membru al juriului atat la Britain’s Got Talen si American Idol si a interpretat piesa “Wild Horses” de la Rolling Stones in septembrie la America’s Got Talent.

The inaugural Seattle International Cabaret Festival which, after kicking off with the Tiger Lillies at the Moore last week, resumes on Wednesday with dozens of acts performing at four venues. It’s the brainchild of Chris Snell, Can Can’s artistic director and a longtime live-entertainment producer (“anything from opera to punk rock,” he says). His aim, he explains, is to provide a showcase for “the more avant-garde side of cabaret,” especially in music and physical performance. The festival includes acts from across the country and even a few from across the Atlantic. The international component comes from Europe’s Gypsy Sound System, whose Balkan vibe is served up with techno trimmings, and England’s Danbert Nobacon (of Chumbawamba) who’ll take part in “Cabaret Macabre”: an annual shindig orchestrated by Seattle band the Bad Things. “Cabaret Macabre” also features L.A. duo the Peculiar Pretzelmen, and local aerialist/balloon-swallower Michele Francis.

El can can es un baile rápido y vivaz de reputación escandalosa, reconocido por sus movimientos provocativos, las patadas altas y el alzamiento y movimiento de las faldas.
Su origen los encontramos en el Paris del siglo XIX.

Aparece por primera vez en los salones de baile de la clase trabajadora de Montparnasse en París, alrededor de 1830.
Era una versión más animada del galope, un baile rápido en un compás de 2/4, el cual solía ser la figura final en la cuadrilla.
El cancán era originalmente una danza para parejas, se cree que éste fue influenciado por los movimientos de un popular animador de los años 1820s, Charles Mazurier, quien era muy conocido por sus demostraciones acrobáticas, las cuales incluían el grand écart- que más tarde sería una característica popular del cancán.

Para este momento, y durante la mayor parte del siglo XIX en Francia, el baile fue también conocido como el chahut.
Ambos términos son franceses, cancan significa “escándalo”, mientras que chahut significa “ruido” o “alboroto”.

A medida que los bailarines de cancán se volvieron más habilidosos y arriesgados, fue desarrollando gradualmente una existencia paralela como entretenimiento además de la forma participativa.

Unos pocos hombres fueron estrellas del cancán entre los años 1840s y 1860s, pero las mujeres bailarinas fueron mucho más populares.

Éstas eran mayormente cortesanas de mediana categoría, y sólo animadoras semiprofesionales- a diferencia de las bailarinas de los 1890s, tal como La Goulue y Jane Avril, quienes eran muy bien remuneradas por sus presentaciones en el Moulin Rouge y en otros lugares.

La Goulue fue pintada en varias ocasiones por Toulousse Lautrec al igual que Jane Avril..

Estas mujeres desarrollaron los variados movimientos de cancán que fueron luego incorporados por el coreógrafo Pierre Sandrini en el espectacular “Cancán Francés”, el cual presentó en el Moulin Rouge en los 1920s y en su propio Bal Tabarin a partir de 1928.

En 1924 se estrenó la primera presentación en Londres del musical “Can Can”.

En el can can los principales movimientos son la patada alta o battement, el rond de jambe (rápido movimiento rotativo de la pantorrilla con la rodilla levantada y la falda sostenida a lo alto), el port d’armes (girar sobre una pierna, mientras se sostiene la otra por el tobillo de forma casi vertical), el puente y el grand écart.

Además, la práctica del cancán casi siempre incluye gritos, chiflidos y trinos mientras se baila.

El cancán cristaliza la imagen de una sociedad parisina frívola y canalla, La vie parisiense.
Las medias negras y los portaligas toman apodos muy gráficos y con gran connotación sexual.
El cancán simboliza allí un primer panorama de liberación sexual y emancipación de la mujer, que es ahora quien seduce.

Traian Basescu are insomnii ,este tot mai tensionat ,iar tremurul mainilor ,abia daca il mai atenueaza cu cateva sticle de alcool ,care ii inunda creierii zilnic.

E drept ca ne-a demonstrat ca a citit si altceva ,decat etichetele sticlelor de bauturi, atunci cand ,preocupat de starea jalnica a poporului ,caruia i-a facut urari de bine, s-a infiintat intr-o emisiune de divertisment ,unde a facut dovada calitatilor sale de bufon ,recitind o compozitie in versuri, precum cele scrise in oracolele scolare sau pe peretii toaletelor, care se sfarsea cu o floare pe mormantul maica-sii.Basescu ,bufonul ,a hahait ,a bocit,a uitat versurile ca mai apoi, in mod surprinzator ,sa si le aduca aminte si sa le redea cursiv ,in acest timp cand Basescu era bufonul micului ecran,mama acestuia ,care nu se afla nici pe departe in mormant, se afla internata la un spital iar a doua zi urma sa sufere o operatie ,deosebit de grea.Oare cui i se potriveste mai bine zicala :”Tara arde si baba se piaptana”?

Traian Basescu agonizeaza ,galopant,ca o furie nebuna.Este furia sfarsitului ,a sfarsitului total, al omului politic, Traian Basescu !

Dupa o noapte alba ,mahmur a navalit la un post national de radio preocupat mai mult decat de soarta maica-sii ,de soarta Elenei Udrea, in idiotenia sa, a capatat

un lapsus ,referitor la separatia puterilor in stat:cum sa soliciti tu ,presedinte de stat, ca o ticaloasa care a furat, sa nu fie pedepsita?Apropo:Udrea i-o fi scris, poezia?

Traficantul international, de armament ,Traian Basescu ,disperat, a aruncat in campania electorala ,paralela,pe care o desfasura ,asa ca o nada,un fel de „atentia la mine”, o gaselnita ,nu cea din urma,legalizarea prostitutiei si a consumului de droguri usoare.

Asta dupa ce ,ani in sir ,ca o mironosita,a pingarit biserici ,slujbele sale diavolesti au inlocuit pe cele crestinesti, tinute de preoti,asta dupa ce, in vazul presei ,a primit icoane care au aterizat, claie peste gramada ,in portbagajul prezidential…eu cred ca acolo au ramas:ce sa faca diavolul din Basescu cu ele ?

Ca si cand biserica, ar incuviinta ,aceste naravuri ,incurajate de tartorul Basescu,acesta s-a protapit la Targoviste , spre oroarea mea,la poze cu inaltele fete bisericesti…Deh,Dumnezeu vede,sfintite fete bisericesti !Asa i-am spus unui popa, caruia ii dadusem bani ,pentru biserica, si el isi schimbase limuzina.Dumnezeu sa-l ierte si sa-l odihneasca,a murit de tanar….

Diavolul are un nume:Basescu !

Oare traficantul international de arme ,are ceva droguri, din barter, in „stoc” si nu are piata de desfacere ,acum cand Viktor Bout e la racoare?Da,intr-adevar, Romania ar fi o piata foarte sigura…dar mai ales ,usor de controlat...,

Naravit ,sa apara la televizor,in aburii alcoolului ,in timp ce rememora maretul episod cu „322” ,a ticluit un alt rahat :referendumul pentru parlamentul unicameral.Basescu,proxenetul national ,avea reteta ,de fraudare a voturilor, de la acel referendum ,e drept ca mai apoi, ca si in privinta demisiei a intors-o „ca la Ploiesti”…

A fost oare ,o replica la cutezanta acelei comisii parlamentare, care i-a necinstit ibovnica, facand-o „hoata” ?…a fost o incercare de  deviere a atentiei publice, de genul diversiunii George Becali ,atunci cand Mircea Basescu gafase magistral ,pe posturile de televiziune ,cand acestea dezvaluiau matraplazlacurile:Mircea a furat si Traian a acoperit?Cam asa ,bine zice ,domnul Sorin Rosca Stanescu…

A fost un gest cavaleresc?…Bestia asta cu chip de om, chiar o fi indragostit nebuneste ?…Bine,bine ,dar „actele” nu se consuma in Notre Dame ,ci in Palatul Cotroceni?! Ah,e versiunea romaneasca?O.K!

Dupa inca o noapte alba, a aparut pe post si a incercat sa insufle curaj guzganilor portocalii ,tot mai agitati ,pe fiecare zi ce trece ,de certa scufundare a barcazului ,parca ar fi prima,mai sunt cel putin 50 de nave scufundate de Diavolul care (sac) ,a infruntat valuri de 16 metri si nu oriunde ci in…Atlantic (sarade de pirat).

A bantuit blogosfera ,preocupat ,bineinteles,de starea natiunii,de unde a ciupit un cuvant pe care l-a lansat, tot ca pe o sarada,a tinut sa gratuleze cu acest cuvant ,pe super ziaristul Sorin Rosca Stanescu(baiat de baiat),pe curajosul pilot si parlamentar Valentin Vasilescu si bineinteles ,…”tonomatele” lui Voiculescu,”mogulii” ,care nu mai contenesc cu dezvaluirile afacerilor murdare in care Basescu si membrii familiei sale ,amantele, sunt implicati pina la gat…pe linga cei gratulati cu acel cuvant,ma aflu si eu…soricelul care scrie,un ticalos care atenteaza la „onoarea de familist” ,a proxenetului national . Am facut pe mine,m-a luat tremuriciul ,am murit de frica,cand mi-am revenit am scris mazgaleala asta ,ca printre randurile ei ,sa cer:

Doamna Procuror General a Romaniei-Laura Codruta Kovesi,va rog din suflet ,scapati acest popor rabdator, de diavolul cu chip de om , Traian Basescu:

Declansati actiunea penala ,si implicit, urmarirea penala impotriva numitului Traian Basescu, in baza plangerilor mele , in special, in baza plangerii penale numita „Baltagul” cu numarul 922 ,a plangerii numita “Mafia-Traian Basescu traficant international” cu numarul 926,a plangerii “Betivan-Hitler-Basescu”  cu numarul 920,incetati va rog, cu musamalizarea dosarelor lui Traian Basescu si a tiitoarei sale Elena Udrea (poftiti numarul plangerilor scanat,in caz ca s-au pierdut pe acolo…)

Ca un raspuns, pentru participarea partenerilor de coalitie ,la comisia parlamentara Vanghelie-Orban ,dupa ce s-a intalnit ,tete-a tete, cu Elena Udrea,Traian Basescu s-a napustit la Palatul Victoria pe inserat unde, Emil Boc, era cocotat pe scaunul de prim ministru al Romaniei ,sa il vada  maica-sa ,la Rachitele ,in televizor , se caznea ,din rasputeri, sa coboare, de pe scaunul atat de inalt.Emil Boc, ajutat de Basescu ,sa coboare,doar pentru moment,a avut o replica geniala :”Da Traiane,asta gandeam eu cand ai venit!”.Boc, se bucura in sinea lui, ca va fi inca un prilej ,ca  mama sa de la Rachitele, sa scuipe ecranul televizorului, de deochi.

Si-a luat incaltarile cu toc dublu, a tras de microfon in jos ,si a anuntat remanierea lui Dan Nica .A sunat,apoi, la Cotroceni si a intrebat:”A fost bine?”,i-a raspuns Basescu, fredonand:”Ce bine ne intelegem noi doiiiii!”

In fapt Dan Nica il speriase, de moarte ,pe Basescu si era exact cum bine a spus „calcase pe un musuroi de furnici” ,afacerile familiei Basescu,contrabanda cu produse petroliere ,a  unor lideri PDL de la Ploiesti ,dar mai ales cheia invincibilitatii basesciene: furtul electoral,votul cu autocarul si toleranta, interesata, a politiei, inregimentata politic.

Basescu radia,impiedicase cercetarea penala a Camilei Elena Udrea ,cea detinatoare de provizii electorale si erat tot timpul pe ecran ,a fugit la Cluj unde s-a prins in hora ,in timp ce tara pe care el insusi o incendiase,ardea dar nu foarte mocnit,beat a sunat manuitorii de sondaje si le-a cerut o facatura fulger:ii reusise !

Pasul la ofsaid facut ,de intreaga clasa politica, l-a intristat,in zadar a incercat sa dezbine si sa stapaneasca :toate partidele erau fripte,in zadar a incercat sa-l zugraveasca pe primarul Sibiului ca pe un naiv pacalit de opozitie:Johanis vazut de Basescu ca un posibil contracandidat in cursa electorala ,stie mai bine ca noi ,cine i-a plasmuit dosarele penale,oare de unde a tras Basescu concluzia ca nemtii,sasii,germanii sunt popoare sentimentale si naive?

 Sau el cunoaste alta istorie decat cea stiuta de Crin Antonescu, dupa cum devine si expert in vestimentatie capabil sa umileasca un reprezentant al minoritatii armene,unul din acei parlamentari neimbuibati care  alaturi de alti reprezentanti i-au dat „craci,” cum se spune pe maidan la fotbal, lui Basescu si nu au pus botul la cadoul din cocoasa Camilei Elena Udrea de 100000 de euro.

In timpul motiunii de cenzura,cinstitii parlamentari portocalii ii transmiteau live capcaunului „totul e ok”,in fapt asta este sfarsitul oricarui dictator: cand supusii il informeaza mincinos de teama represaliilor, ori bate un vant de Fronda in PDL?

Haideti !E timpul pentru „reconciliere nationala”,citat din Ion Ilici Iliescu.Nu stiti cum e cu dictatorii?Dictatorul si metresa si atat!

Apropo: imi place foarte mult numele dat de eruditul istoric,Corneliu Vadim Tudor,impotriva caruia am formulat si o plangere,impotriva omului politic si nu impotriva istoricului pe care il ascult cu placere chiar cand o ia razna,pentru ca ma distreaza,doamnei Roberta Anastase:”Girafa Muista”… Arata bine in timpul votului motiunii de cenzura…nu, nu a plans.Cred ca au plecat sa sarbatoreasca, doar Paleologu a fost atat de naucit incat a ramas pironit, gandindu-se la cariera sa politica ,care a inceput atat de bine si s-a curmat atat de brusc.Deh,daca te-a mincat in cur,vorba lui Dinescu:sa-l lingi in cur pe Basescu.Te-ai gandit vreodata fraierica, ca numele ,Paleologu este un blazon?

Oare cum o fi castigat asta titlul de Miss in dauna unor femei ca Andreea Marin sau Simona Patruleasa?Suspina saraca, pentru Basescu :cine o mai marita,acum?

„Prostanacul”-Mircea Geoana, este singurul parlamentar roman care a elogiat  ,in aula Parlamentului ,avand si ocazia sa aiba un discurs in calitate de presedinte a PSD,decernarea premiului Nobel ,presedintelui american Barack Obama.

Presedintele Basescu era preocupat de tiitoarea Elena Udrea, de modificarea constitutiei si nicidecum de elogierea presedintelui american Barack Obama ,de  revitalizarea economiei,iesirea din criza sau de creearea de noi locuri de munca.

Deh!Nimeni nu-i ca …Bush!

Placinta Constantin zis Titi,procuror din Ploiesti,celebru prin cazul Viorica Visan trimisa dupa gratii nevinovata 10 ani ,prin cazul Dinu Patriciu unde a facut presiuni asupra procurorilor care instrumentau dosarul in calitate de inspector CSM si sluga a lui Traian Basescu,precum si cazul meu, unde din partea vatamata si petent m-a transformat in infractor ,refuzand sa solutioneze in mod legal o plangere formulata pentru inselaciune pe file CEC in valoare de, aproximativ, 29 miliarde lei vechi ,la nivelul anului 2001-2002 ,doldora de bani,cu conturile pline si zeci de proprietati s-a pensionat.

Este acum un avocat care conduce ,alaturi de fosta procuroare Buliga Georgeta ,morisca spagilor din justitia prahoveana,daca vreti: un centralizator al spagilor.

Pe site-ul avocatului Placinta Constantin se regasesc, in portofoliul de clienti, foarte multi din cei care au primit NUP-uri in anii sai de glorie.Desi nu stapaneste nici o limba de circulatie ,clientii sai sunt din USA,ISRAEL,cel putin asa se lauda ,poate si dl Haysam.

Se pare ca  in urma anchetelor declansate impotriva acestuia,Placinta Constantin  s-ar fi mutat din satul Paulestii Noi in Ploiesti in locuinta care figureaza pe numele ginerelui sau Andrei Volosevici,primar al Ploiestiului.De asemenea se pare ca Placinta Constantin si-a distrus prin incendiere una din vile situata ,parca,in localitatea Varbila sau Varbilau, pentru a incasa polita de asigurare ,ca alternativa la scaderea dramatica a preturilor investitiilor imobiliare.

Constantin Placinta si Andrei Volosevici –primar al Ploiestiului ,au intrat in mod fraudulos ,prin interpusi in posesia stadionului „Ilie OANA” respectiv clubul „FC Petrolul”,in realitate stadionul si echipa a intrat in posesia unor vecini din Paulestii Noi ,cu care Placinta si Volosevici deruleaza diferite afaceri,sau asociati ai acestora.Prin aceasta manopera primarul Andrei Volosevici urmeaza sa finanteze constructia stadionului Ilie OANA,bani care ajung tot in administrarea lui Constantin Placinta si Andrei Volosevici prin interpusii protapiti in conducerea clubului ,care fac parte din anturajul procurorului Placinta si al fostului avocat Andrei Volosevici.

In aceasta vila locuieste, actualmente, primarul PDL al Ploiestiului ,Andrei Volosevici,urmatoarea vila este a antrenorului Valeriu Rachita,ambele filmate din elicopter,ambele in comuna Paulesti.Pina ca Volosevici sa devina primar ,in aceasta casa a locuit procurorul Placinta Constantin,in urma scandalurilor acestia au facut rocada:Placinta locuieste acum in Ploiesti in casa lui Volosevici.Printre vecinii lui Volosevici,proprietarul hotelului”Turist”,un anume Tilimpea…

Sumele de bani virate de la primarie ,de catre Andrei Volosevici, urmeaza sa fie folosite in campania electorala a lui Traian Basescu

Linia de tramvai din cartierul Democratiei nu a fost scoasa conform promisiunilor electorale facute cetatenilor din acest cartier.Iar stadionul „Ilie OANA” arata la fel desi a trecut mai bine de un an.

Tot ce a facut acest betivan de primar, numit Andrei Volosevici,client fidel al restaurantului frecventat in majoritate de drojdieri „Dealu MARE” ,unde bea ca un cretin alaturi de Dragos Patraru,a fost sa puna niste ghivece cu flori si sa apara la TVR 1 sa lalaiasca despre transportul in comun din Bucuresti,plin de o prosteasca ingamfare,despre Ploiesti,mai nimic,parca incerca sa zica:”M-ai vazut Basescule,am vorbit la Tvr,flutura drapelul porcaliu!”

Se pare ca la TVR intr-o anumita functie de conducere exista o fosta absolventa a liceului CD GHEREA Ploiesti,liceu absolvit de altfel si de Dragos Patraru,care in epoca era renumita prin harul de a scrie dar si prin bolile venerice pe care le raspandea,potrivit unuia din scriitorii prahoveni contemporani.

Andrei Volosevici a ajuns primar prin mita electorala.Mai exact,prin intermediul lui Iulian Badescu director la Republicanul a cumparat tacerea ,presei locale,cel putin trei persoane au fost cumparate in campanie din care amintesc doua:Dragos Patraru,Iulian Badescu,al treilea se stie si nu merita.

Privilegiile cu care au fost mituiti cei doi sunt:

• Iulian Badescu,consilier al primarului Andrei Volosevici,senator PDL,director televiziune locala,
• Dragos Patraru,consilier al primarului Andrei Volosevici,director televiziune locala,

 Dragos Patraru ,care are in permanenta chifla in gat ,stie sa rada de bietul C. Anghelescu de la Alfa Tv ,ca sperie platourile la conferintele de presa organizate de cluburile de fotbal.L-ai vazut tu?Patrarule nu toata lumea maninca pe la restaurante santajind ca  va scrie de rau.

               La cata mita iei, trebuia sa denunti la televizor medicul care te-a operat?Asta n-o face nici ultimul jeg,esti un rahat!

               In schimb ,ii dau dreptate lui Rachita Valeriu, si il cred ca e posibil ceea ce reclama ,el stie bine ce spune pentru ca acelasi lucru il faceau, Cristi Colonelu,Bogdan Cont,apropiatii sai, cand invatau galeria sa scandeze:JOS EUGENIU GOICEA!…se intampla acum…

               Ei dar alea sunt alte vremuri ,vremea cand jucatorii Petrolului isi permiteau sa vanda meciurile, fara stiinta presedintelui de club,sau vremea cand presedintii de club vindeau meciuri fara stiinta echipei sau cumparau arbitrii cu sau fara stiinta echipei.

 De ce imi miroase mie ca: Volosevici si Placinta au pus umarul la santajarea lui Penescu intocmai ca Elena Udrea in cazul Becali si ca eliberarea acestuia s-a facut in urma platii efectuate catre Traian Basescu prin intermediarii Placinta Constantin si Andrei Volosevici?

               Penescu a fost pus in libertate la Ploiesti, imposibil ca Placinta Constantin sa nu fi pus botul:o nora judecatoare,alti zeci de procurori si judecatori prieteni…..

 Primarul PDL al Ploiestiului,Andrei Volosevici,fost avocat,socrul sau Placinta Constantin,procuror la acea data,Buliga Georgeta prietena intima a lui Placinta sau “tiitoare”,procuror la acea data,dansand vals,french can-can,in aplauzele unei asistente dar mai ales ale lui…Volosevici,este daca vreti..”mercurialul spagilor din justitia prahoveana”..

 Aici il avem pe procurorul general adjunct al Romaniei Nita Tiberiu Mihail,inlantuit de procuroarea Buliga Georgeta intr-un sirtaki al spagilor ,pardon intr-un mercurial al spagilor la nivel national.O fi incasat Basescu bani de la Becali si Penescu?Sigur ca da ,altfel de ce i-ar fi arestat matrozul chior?Alaturi de Buliga se afla finii acesteia care se ocupa de cumpararea imobilelor la pret de nimic scoase la vanzare de judecatorie si bineinteles clanul Placinta,care nu apare in video,acum.SECIU-PRAHOVA.

Apropo de lins in cur la Basescu:Andrea Pora ,Alina Mungiu Pipidi,Radu Morar sunt lideri.Andreea Pora sau „de ce ai dintii atat de albi,domnule castor?” dupa ce arunca tone de scuipati ,dupa ce indruga verzi si uscate despre servicii si agenti reactivati sa-i curme lui Basescu zborul, mai nou a devenit si bufon al emisiunilor in care nu e lasata sa debiteze ineptiile si sa practice linsul in cur de Basescu.Ma scuzati ca folosesc acest termen neacademic ,il folosesc cu placere fiind imprumutat de la Mircea Dinescu, care intr-adevar a inceput sa mai recite si cate o poezie :”cat o ai?”

Aparitia lui Cosmin Gusa,pardon a generalului Iulian Vlad,in piata Universitatii unde Traian Basescu si ficele sale schelancaiau m-a convins sa ii dau votul.Am uitat de injuraturile taranilor ,m-am gandit:ce stiu taranii despre jocurile la varf .Am fost printre primii care i-am dat votul pina atunci nu avusesem lipici la urna,nu mai votasem niciodata.Lumea nu se inghesuia.

Mi-am pavazat magazinul cu mecla lui Basescu,am impartit fluturasi portocalii,am organizat promotii,i-am facut publicitate electorala in presa locala.

In ziua referendumului cineva de la unul din ziare mi-a adus factura la plata.

Dupa ce i-am achitat mi-a lansat o invitatie care m-a pus pe ganduri :

„-Mergeti cu noi?””   -Unde?”am intrebat,   „-Domnul Emanoil Savin a organizat?”

„-Ce?”   „ Mergem cu autocarele prin tara sa votam!”   „A,nu,nu pot sa las magazinul!”

Am ramas muncit de ganduri,impingand la frigidere si in urechi imi razabateau franturi din discutiile trecatorilor care se postau in fata magazinului si spuneau:”Ne-am pacalit cu asta,nu-l mai votam,numai rau face!”.

Erau multi, iar eu cam singurul fraier care imi pavazasem magazinul cu mecla lui Basescu.Eu care am fost la vot, nu mi-am explicat niciodata de unde capatase atatea voturi …

Cum lupta asta impotriva coruptiei ,cand el insusi fura voturi cu autocarul ?

In tot acest timp, Romania a fost izolata pe plan international,Asta dupa ce Adrian Nastase,Mircea Geoana,Emil Constantinescu au construit ani la rand in politica externa, ca  matrozul necioplit,Basescu ,sa culeaga roadele la inceputul mandatului.

Azi, Traian Basescu nu e primit la nici o masa din vreo capitala civilizata ,poate doar in Siria unde s-a ocupat personal de soarta lui Omar Haysam.

.L-am vazut alergand, buimac ,dupa presedintele american,Barack Obama, atunci cand trebuia sa se comporte altcumva,( asa abordezi un lider influent ?)ca mai apoi sa fie imbrancit de presedintele italian Silvio Berlusconi, cand l-a calcat, ca un mojic ,pe bombeu.

”Sa traiti bine!” a insemnat binele lui ,al familiei sale si al amantelor protapite in pozitii cheie ale statului si falimentul a sute de mii de firme ,niciodata nu a existat o nemultumire sociala mai  mare in Romania si un nivel de trai mai scazut!

A trecut referendumul.Basescu a uitat sa vina in Piata Universitatii la raport asa cum promisese,a fost cel mai prost presedinte pe care l-a avut Romania!

O cacealma de presedinte: o pata pe obrazul Romaniei!

Pravalia mea cea, cu mecla lui Basescu pavazata , am inchis-o,intreaga Romanie este in faliment!

Nu trebuie sa ii mai permitem lui Basescu sa ajunga presedinte prin frauda electorala!

E timpul sa-i inchidem definitiv pravalia lui Traian Basescu !

Ontem meu grupo de Can Can se apresentou na Mostra do CEFID. Foi lindo! Tudo de bom, arrasamos de novo!! A platéia aplaudiu muito, até pq o can can empolga e impressiona bastante com os pulos, battements e grand écart. Ainda não foi perfeito, tem algumas coisas para corrigir, eu mesma me empolgei demais e acabei errando uma coisa boba. Para o dia 11 tudo tem que estar perfeito pois iremos competir no Santa Catarina Dança. Ai, ai, ai, medoo! heeehheh

Segue videozinho da nossa 1 ª apresentação, que foi dia 29 de agosto na Mostra Primeiros Passos. A de ontem mudou um pouquinho pq uma das meninas se machucou e não pode se apresentar, então tivemos que adaptar alguns passos.

A época chamada de belle époque foi grande influência estética na arte do início do século XIX no Brasil.

Daí surgiram movimentos como: Realismo, Impressionismo, Simbolismo, Art Nouveau muito característicos também na arte cemiterial que nos debruçamos há uns bons anos.

Llegue a The Vox, venezolanos y cantaban en ingles, la voz fue la que no me gusto y se parecian bastante a Muse y Arctic Monkeys.

La Guerrilla Clika, pense que se trataba de un grupo de puro hip/hop, pero me sorprendieron estos compatriotas.

Austin TV, personalmente, la mejor propuesta del festival. Creo que fue durante esta presentacion que toco dar un toque de hierba, que no me afecto en lo absoluto, quiza era de mala calidad como dice radicaLibre.

We had our Fantasy Football Live Draft yesterday. Is there anything more stressful than the live draft in a Fantasy Football League? Maybe a thorough examination by an effeminate proctologist with Parkinson’s disease, but not much else.

According to the November 2005 issue of ESPN magazine, Fantasy football cost employers $200 million in lost productivity from its employees. According to the August 21, 2008 issue of amNY news daily, it was estimated that fantasy football cost companies $9.2 billion in lost productivity.

Despite some glitches with my Autopilot turning itself on at various times through no desire on my part, it went pretty well for me. I don’t why it does that, but when your Autopilot is on it automatically picks the next highest ranked player on the overall list regardless of whether you need or want that player on your roster. Much like a military draft. That’s how I wound up with Ronnie Brown of the Miami Dolphins as like my second pick. Could be worse though. If you’re not there for the live draft for instance, your entire team is picked with the Autopilot system. That’s how “Kell Hath No Fury” (one of the teams in my league) wound up with kicker Adam Vinatieri as a 6th Round Pick!  Good god. He’s so screwed. But who knows, there’s a lot of season ahead and plenty of chances for any team to Add/Drop its way to the Super Bowl.

Although the quote, “Heav’n has no Rage, like Love to Hatred turn’d / Nor Hell a Fury, like a Woman scorn’d”  is commonly thought to be from William Shakespeare, it is actually from William Congreve’s ‘The Mourning Bride’ (1697); spoken by Zara in Act 3, Scene 2.

My Team’s name is “This Year I’m Naming My Team T”. I wanted to name it “This Year I’m Naming My Team The…”. But the NFL web site limits the number of characters for a team name so that’s what happened. Now probably everyone thinks I’m a big fan of Mr. T or something.  I don’t know what I’d make of an incomprehensible team name like mine. It’s failed to even grasp the meta feel I was going for. Previously it was named “The Ingloryous Bas-turds” because I thought it was sufficiently funny enough to misspell everything even more than Quentin Tarantino misspelled his movie’s title. I had planned to change it later because I didn’t want everyone to think I was some sort of rabid fan of that movie. I just thought it would be momentarily funny til I changed it before our draft. But there we are. Or at least there I am.

When asked about the misspelled title, director Quentin Tarantino has said: “Here’s the thing. I’m never going to explain that. You do an artistic flourish like that, and to explain it would just take the piss out of it and invalidate the whole stroke in the first place.” Truth is, his title “Inglourious Basterds” was taken from ”The Inglorious Bastards”, the English title of a 1978 film “Quel maledetto treno blindato” by Enzo G. Castellari, which was also about a group of American soldiers fighting behind enemy lines. In Italian, Castellari’s film translates literally as “That Cursed Armored Train”.

But in looking everything over, I’m very happy with my team. I have Peyton Manning as my starting quarterback, looking for him to rebound with a big year, not that last year was disappointing for him but his stats were certainly less than we all had been used to seeing him achieve.

Peyton Manning’s record-setting quarterback season of 2004 included the following statistics:
Most touchdown passes in a season with 49. (Had one six-touchdown game, three five-TD games, two fours, three threes, and five twos. It took him to Week 15 to throw only one touchdown in a game.)
Most touchdown passes in a month (19 in November).
Most consecutive multiple-touchdown games in a season (13), bettering the 12 such games shared by Johnny Unitas in 1959, Don Meredith from 1965-66, Dan Marino from 1986-87, and Brett Favre from 1994-95.
Most consecutive games with at least four TD passes (five games from October 31-November 25).
Became the only player in NFL history to throw five touchdowns four times in a 12-month span.
Threw for 4,000 yards for the sixth consecutive season, the first player to do so.
Set the NFL record for highest passer rating in a season (121.1), topping Steve Young’s 112.8 in 1994.
And one near record: Reached 200 career TD passes in the second fewest games in history (106, behind Dan Marino’s 89).

And I couldn’t resist picking Brett Favre as my back-up QB. I just couldn’t NOT pick him. But I might Add-Drop him as the season goes on. Not even necessarily for another QB, but maybe for a 5th wide receiver. That’s the tricky thing this year. You start 3 receivers instead of two like we used to do a couple of years ago. So it’s smart to maybe have 5 of them to cope with the Bye weeks and the weeks when your opposition is strong defensively.  I only have 4 receivers, so I’ll wait to see who maybe has a break out season this year and try to grab him up.

Brett Favre holds the NFL record for most career passing Touchdowns with 464 (and counting). He has a bunch of other records including this one that he shares with Peyton Manning: Both are 3-time winners of the AP NFL MVP award.

My WRs are Marques Colston of the New Orleans Saints, Terrell Owens of the Buffalo Bills (got my fingers crossed with that pick. What was I thinking?), Steve Breaston (who?) of the Arizona Cardinals, and Devin Hester of the Chicago Bears. With Hester I’m hoping that they start utilizing him more as a receiver in addition to his kickoff and punt returning. The Bears had lousy quarterbacks before this season, so it was hard for them to exploit any of their receivers, but now that they have Jay Cutler who’s got a strong arm, I’m thinking now they can call more plays where Cutler can air it out and have the phenomenally speedy Hester streak downfield and run under the ball. We’ll see.

NFL wide receivers can use the numbers 10-19 and 80-89 on their jerseys.

My running backs are DeAngelo Williams of the Carolina Panthers, Ronnie Brown of the Dolphins, Thomas Jones of the New York Jets (who to my astonishment was still available by the 6th round!!), and then a chancy pick with Cadillac Williams of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The average career of a running back in the National Football League in the last two decades is 2.57 years.

I was happy to find that by not picking a Tight End until round 13, I was still able to snag a very respectable Visanthe Shiancoe of the Minnesota Vikings. Maybe the imminently 40-year-old arm of Brett Favre will be tired enough for him to have to throw short all the time to his Tight End.

In 2009, eDiets.com surveyed over 2,300 people to compare over 60 celebrities and then vote for who had the hottest butt. For best ass, previous winner singer/actress Jennifer Lopez, was beaten by actress and former model, Jessica Biel.

And I drafted Robbie Gould of the Chicago Bears as my kicker but am already awaiting the results of putting him on the Add/Drop list for kicker John Carney of the Saints.

I have two Defense/Special Teams: The New England Patriots and the Carolina Panthers. And I may Add-Drop the Panthers for some lucky WR who is just itching to join the mighty “This Year I’m Naming My Team T.”

We’ve got some other fun team names in the league. I like “Johnny Messypants”. A friend of mine named his team that. It’s named after a character I created called Johnny Messypants who would sort of talk in very blase, slow, lazy, weak voice and then I’d make a raspberry sound with my mouth like a fart sound and  Johnny Messypants would groan pathetically and say in an Elmer Fudd sort of voice, “I’m sorry…but sometimes…it’s hard for me to hold it in.”

We also have a team named “The One Cheek Squeaks”. My college roommate’s son owns that team. It’ll be a battle of the Scatalogical Teams when those two teams play each other. It’ll be “Johnny Messypants” versus “The One Cheek Squeaks” playing in the Toilet Bowl.

The sound that farts make are produced by vibrations of the anal opening. Sounds depend on the velocity of expulsion of the gas and the tightness of the sphincter muscles of the anus.

One year a few seasons ago, I named my team “The Johnsons.” I drafted only players with the surname Johnson. Amazingly I was able to fill every position with a Johnson except the Kicker and the Defense. Coming up with a team logo was fun too. You can imagine.

The Oxford English Dictionary says that “Johnson” is U.S. coarse slang for penis, originating from the surname, while Websters adds a first recorded usage date of 1863. Out of the many theories of origin, this date would appear to make the most likely one being related to British slang John Thomas, which was also slang for penis around 1863. The given date of 1863 shoots down two proposed theories for the origin because they come way after 1863:
1. R. G. Johnson made baseball bats in his Sebago Bat Company, burning ‘R. G. Johnson’ onto the bats which were referred to as “Johnsons.” However, the R G Johnson Company records show it was established in 1970.
2. President Lyndon Baines Johnson was supposedly a braggart about his organ, which then became gossiped about in popular culture. Obviously too late to be thought of as an origin of the slang.
There’s another notion of origin that could be possible due to the years involved. The “Johnson bar” is a long rod in old steam locomotives that the engineer would use to control the speed and forward/reverse direction of a train. It is called a “reverser” in Britain. Historians have not pinpointed why this reversing lever was called a “Johnson Bar” in American railway journals of the time, but it documents back to about 1842 in locomotive history.

One of the more satisfying seasons was when I named my team The New Yorkers, and I drafted only New York Jets, New York Giants and in a pinch Buffalo Bills players.  It wasn’t my league; it was some other league I joined, and I remember some wiseass writing, “I’ll give $100 if The New Yorkers win even one single game.” Maybe he was mad that it seemed like I wasn’t taking it that seriously by drafting my team in such a goofy way. Which was true of course, but amazingly, that New Yorker team of mine not only won games, but it made the playoffs! Came just short of winning the Super Bowl! Hah! It was just the perfect storm of a season for my players, Eli Manning, Plaxico Burress, Tiki Barber, my Jets players. It was hilarious.

There are lots of fun ways to draft players and name your team if your heart isn’t set on winning very much. In one public league I was in, I called by team the Bills. You’re probably way ahead of me already, but I only drafted players named William or Bill.  So go ahead and be creative. Two musical moments for women in as many weeks? Oh, Mad Men. You are the gift that keeps on giving. Last week, I wrote about a scene involving Peggy Olson. Today, I will consider a key scene for office manager Joan Holloway (note: as she married Dr. Greg Harris, she’s now Joan Harris; however, I will refer to her as “Holloway”). And both involve music! Delightful.

Last Sunday, at her husband’s urging, Holloway broke out an accordian and sang  “C’est Magnifique” from Cole Porter’s Can-Can to entertain guests for a dinner party they were holding at home. This scene is in sharp juxtaposition with Holloway’s current situation which, as with everything in Mad Men, is hardly magnificent.

That this scene happens at a dinner party is crucial. Older than Olson by a few years, Holloway is in her early 30s and potentially informed by what Noel Murray might call hostess feminism, where wives define themselves as masters of the art of entertaining — cooking, entertainment, hospitality, charming conversation – in order to impress the work associates of their professional, commanding husbands. If we recall from season two, Holloway is transfixed by Jacqueline Kennedy giving a televised tour of the White House. Her preoccupation with being the great and immaculately turned-out woman behind the great man may also speak to her status as the office sex symbol and why she seems the most shaken when Marilyn Monroe dies.

Hostess feminism seems the most applicable term for Holloway in last week’s episode, wherein she holds a dinner party for her husband’s boss. In our current iteration of feminism (or, ugh, post-feminism), some may argue that playing hostess has been reclaimed as progressive, being fluent in Emily Post as a formidable skill-set, and women throw homefront soirées because they want to, not because society has ordained that they be relegated to the domestic. I get this logic, but don’t think it’s that simple here.

Of course, women opting out of the workforce to be wives and mothers is not inherently bad. Feminism is about choice (though, it must also be noted, opting out of the workforce is also about means). Mothers are key players in our society, in that they keep the species alive and, if they do a good job, contribute kind, well-adjusted, and productive people.

It just seems that being a wife and mother wouldn’t be fulfilling to a professional woman like Holloway. Even when conforming to traditional office gender politics, it’s always under the guise of professional decorum (witness how she handles the humiliating run-in with nemesis Jane, Don Draper’s twentysomething former assistant and the new Mrs. Roger Sterling, who Holloway counts as an ex). She clearly possesses more institutional knowledge of Sterling Cooper than almost anyone. We even got an all-too-brief sense for Joan’s knack for television advertising in a season two episode, a knack the boys unfortunately overlooked. They couldn’t get past the cheesecake to see the burgeoning mad woman.

So, Joan’s decision to throw all of her interests into the domestic – strongly implied by her “maturing” age and that may be running out of time – is a little disconcerting, as she herself seems to realize. It doesn’t seem like she wants this life so much as she’s internalized that this is what’s she’s supposed to want. It’s what’s expected — and if you ever need a dark mirror image of how unfulfilling these roles can be to the women who occupy but don’t connect with them, look no further than Mrs. Mommy’s Time Out herself, Betty Draper.

An additional layer to Joan’s domestic unrest is with whom she’s chosen to make her life. Her husband,  a doctor at St. Luke’s, has proven himself to be far from the great man any woman can stand behind. Last season, we witnessed him raping his intended in Don Draper’s office — an act of violence he probably dismisses as kinky rough play. In this ugly moment, we see Joan’s eye glaze over the legs of a chair as she’s ground further and further into the floor. It doesn’t get much lower on the corporate rung for this office manager than this. In addition to his brutish behavior, he may have scarce professional resources, as indicated by a botched operation he kept from his wife mentioned in passing by one of his colleagues that may result in him getting passed over her residency. In short, this horrible guy she committed her life to might be more of an albatross than she anticipated.

Which brings us to her impromptu performance of “C’est Magnifique.” Though coming from a musical written by an American, after having read Kelley Conway’s piece on the chanteuse réaliste and Phil Powrie’s piece on the role the accordian has played in French cinema in cultivating a national identity, it’s hard for me not to look for links between Holloway’s and Fréhel’s sexualized, economically marginal position. The big difference, however, is in delivery. Where Fréhel celebrates being raunchy, Holloway’s performance is professional, efficient, and unflappable.

It’s also what might be called pointedly empty. Part of this can be attributed to Holloway’s disembodied vocal performance. While it sounds like the voice pushing through actress Christina Hendricks’s mouth is her own, she is also clearly dubbed, her vocal take recorded in some unseen studio some time ago. Thus, there’s a clear break between singer and actor, even if the speaking voice and singing voice seem to match up.

This disembodiedness has an edge to it. Holloway recognizes the cruel irony of the seemingly lovely-dovey lyrics. She may also see a bit of herself in La Môme Pistache, Can-Can’s protagonist. Both women now just how tragic love can be when it turns out to be a lie. My hope is that the character who is working through these issues on AMC this season is proactive in trying to find a viable solution. I’d hate for her to become as hollow as her maiden name implies.

My day was largely overtaken by ruffles!

My photo is of the interior—the yummy part!— of the Can Can skirt I made for Susabella.  I love it!  I have way too much fun with this sort of thing.  With three of my dancers having danced a Can Can number with me before, I only have two new skirts to make for this year’s group, and now one is done!  (Of course, Ginger saw this one, and immediately had ruffle-envy, so there may be some tweaking to hers as well! <wink>)

So that’s the “ruffles” part of my day I wanted to share.  The remembering part of my offerings have to do with Hurricane Ike.  Remember him?  He swept into our lives and changed our world last September, and although hundreds of people still think about him daily, the news media has little to say about him, now.  So, when they do, I find it worth passing along to our readers here at The Daily KRuMB.

Amazing to me, to stop and think that only 65 percent of the folks who lived on Galveston Island before Ike, have even returned to their homes, much less, resumed a life of any degree of normalcy.  One of my new friends, a dear woman I met as a result of Ike and our shared love of writing, has written of the “new normal.”  Much like for New Yorkers, and indeed all Americans after 9-11-2001, life must go on.  But, it is forever changed.  I personally believe that it is all too easy for those of us who don’t live in places affected by these tragedies to forget what others are dealing with on a daily basis.  The news media abandons such stories within hours or days in favour of sports figure scandals and healthcare reform issues.  And in the case of Ike, there was this crazy election thing going on which, perhaps rightfully, took center stage.  Unfortunately, once out of the limelight, Ike was mostly gone forever from news reports.  But, the effects of that storm on so many people, continue to hold the spotlight of their thoughts and their daily lives.  Homes that are still not inhabitable.  Federal aid money still unpaid.  Businesses still in ruin.  Trees that will never again bloom or be green. These things are worth the rest of us remembering.

Giá trị nhập khẩu trong tháng 7 tăng mạnh, đẩy chênh lệch cán cân thương mại tiến nhanh. Không còn sự hỗ trợ của hoạt động tái xuất vàng như những tháng đầu năm, nhập siêu đang có xu hướng đi lên.

Theo Tổng cục Thống kê, giá trị xuất khẩu trong 7 tháng đầu năm ước đạt 32,3 tỷ USD, trong khi số ngoại tệ chi cho hàng hóa nhập khẩu là 35,7 tỷ USD. Với các con số này, Việt Nam đang nhập siêu 3,38 tỷ USD.

Riêng trong tháng 7, giá trị nhập khẩu của nền kinh tế ước tính 6 tỷ USD, tăng khá nhanh so với trung bình các tháng trước. Hàng hóa xuất khẩu trong tháng mang về 4,75 tỷ USD, song nhập siêu trong riêng tháng này đã lên tới 1,25 tỷ USD.

Dệt may là mặt hàng xuất khẩu quan trọng nhất của Việt Nam từ đầu năm đến nay, với giá trị trên 5 tỷ USD. Dầu thô, mặt hàng thường dẫn đầu về giá trị xuất khẩu trong những năm trước, chỉ đứng thứ hai với 3,7 tỷ USD, do giá trên thị trường thế giới năm nay giảm so với trước.

Trong khi đó, máy móc – thiết bị tiếp tục “ngốn” nhiều ngoại tệ nhất của nền kinh tế với 6,23 tỷ USD từ đầu năm. Vải, nguyên liệu cho ngành dệt may, cũng tiêu tốn gần 2,4 tỷ USD.

Câu chuyện Tổng CTCP Vinaconex nếu thực hiện điều chỉnh theo ý kiến kiểm toán viên (KTV) sẽ khiến cán cân lỗ – lãi bị thay đổi, đang thu hút sự quan tâm của đông đảo NĐT. ĐTCK đã phỏng vấn ông Bùi Văn Mai, Tổng thư ký Hội kiểm toán viên hành nghề Việt Nam xung quanh vấn đề này.

Thưa ông, tại sao đã có chuẩn mực kế toán về huẩn mực kế toán chênh lệch tỷ giá, nhưng vẫn có sự vênh nhau giữa công ty kiểm toán (CTKT) và DN như trường hợp tại Vinaconex?

Theo tôi, dự phòng là số liệu ước tính nên sự khác nhau là điều bình thường. Về trường hợp tại Vinaconex, tôi cũng đã có dịp trao đổi với KTV thực hiện kiểm toán DN này. Ở đây có liên quan đến hoạt động của công ty mẹ – công ty con. Gọi là mẹ – con nhưng thực ra 2 DN đều hạch toán độc lập. Mẹ đứng ra vay tiền đầu tư, sau một thời gian giao cho con tiếp quản khai thác, kinh doanh.

Thứ hai là thời điểm chuyển giao dự án nhà máy xi măng trên giấy tờ và trong thực tế là rất khác nhau. Thực tế có thể bàn giao rồi nhưng văn bản, giấy tờ chưa quyết toán, chưa tính tổng giá trị công trình, chưa bàn giao chính thức. Nếu chỉ nói là tính đến thời điểm cuối năm 2008 chẳng hạn thì rất khó xác định chính xác, cụ thể vào ngày, tháng nào. Nếu xác định đó là thời điểm đã bàn giao thì tất cả trách nhiệm thuộc về công ty con, nhưng nếu dự án đó chưa bàn giao, quyết toán thì trách nhiệm thuộc về công ty mẹ. Vướng ở chỗ xác định thời điểm bàn giao.

Theo Chuẩn mực kế toán số 10, trong thời gian công trình chưa đưa vào sử dụng thì chênh lệch tỷ giá hạch toán thành khoản riêng, sau đó phân bổ trong vòng 5 năm…, chứ không tính vào giá trị công trình như Vinaconex giải thích. Thực ra là tính cho đơn vị sử dụng nhưng tính như một tài sản riêng để khấu hao, đó là chênh lệch trong quá trình đầu tư. Còn khi đã hoạt động, nếu phát sinh chênh lệch tỷ giá thì được tính vào chi phí sản xuất – kinh doanh của đơn vị sản xuất.

Trong một BCTC đã kiểm toán mà CTKT ngoại trừ nhiều điểm nhưng DN được kiểm toán không điều chỉnh theo và vẫn thực hiện chia cổ tức. Điều đó có vi phạm chuẩn mực kế toán không, thưa ông?

Trên thực tế thì đã có nhiều trường hợp như vậy. Điều chỉnh hay không là do HĐQT, ĐHCĐ quyết định chứ KTV không ép buộc được. Chẳng hạn, vấn đề trích lập dự phòng chênh lệch tỷ giá nói riêng và các khoản trích lập dự phòng nói chung liên quan đến việc thận trọng hay không thận trọng của DN. Nếu không muốn trích lập dự phòng mà thực hiện chia lãi ngay thì tiềm ẩn nhiều rủi ro về sau. Phần lớn NĐT ngắn hạn sẽ không ủng hộ việc trích lập đầy đủ dự phòng, nhưng cổ đông dài hạn lại muốn đảm bảo nguyên tắc thận trọng… Điều đó đòi hỏi DN phải tính toán hợp lý.

Tôi muốn nhấn mạnh rằng, KTV phải thực hiện kiểm toán theo nguyên tắc thận trọng cao nhất, tính cho NĐT mức độ rủi ro cao nhất, còn quyết định cuối cùng thuộc về NĐT và cả DN. Ngay cả khi DN sai, giấy tờ không đầy đủ thì kiểm toán chỉ có thể cho DN biết là bị thiếu chứng từ và việc đó ảnh hưởng như thế nào, còn việc sửa hay không là do DN. Kiểm toán độc lập không thể bắt buộc mà chủ sở hữu mới là người quyết định việc đó.

Mặc dù không quy định, nhưng việc một BCTC đã kiểm toán có quá nhiều điểm ngoại trừ và DN cố tình không thực hiện điều chỉnh theo ý kiến của KTV cho thấy hạn chế về tính chuyên nghiệp cũng như mức độ minh bạch trong quản trị của DN đó.

Gần đây, nhiều DN trước khi kiểm toán thì có lãi nhưng sau khi kiểm toán lại bị lỗ. Ông giải thích điều này như thế nào?

Tình trạng này chủ yếu liên quan đến việc trích lập dự phòng giảm giá chứng khoán tại các DN có hoạt động đầu tư tài chính. Như tôi đã nói, điều này xuất phát từ quan điểm của DN về vấn đề trích lập dự phòng. Theo DN thì khoản đầu tư này không phải trích lập hoặc trích lập ít, nhưng KTV tuân theo chuẩn mực kế toán thì phải trích lập và mức trích lập dự phòng có thể cao hơn mới đảm bảo an toàn tài chính và như thế là từ lãi thành lỗ. Hiện nay, có một số vướng mắc liên quan đến cổ phiếu chưa niêm yết. Nếu không có giao dịch thì khó có thể xác định được đâu là giá giao dịch thật để xem DN phải trích lập bao nhiêu. Về góc độ tài chính, tôi nghĩ cần sớm có hướng dẫn cụ thể vấn đề này. Mặc dù hiện nay chưa có chế tài cho các công ty có BCTC từ lãi thành lỗ, nhưng việc chỉ ra hiện tượng này cho thấy vai trò ngày càng cao của KTV độc lập. Và NĐT càng cần phải tham khảo ý kiến KTV hơn trước khi ra quyết định đầu tư.

BCTC tóm tắt có phải là tóm tắt lại BCTC đầy đủ không? Vì sao lại có sự chênh lệch số liệu giữa hai loại báo cáo này?

Theo quy định hiện hành (Quyết định số 15/2006/QĐ-BTC), Nhà nước chỉ cho phép lập BCTC tóm lược (tóm tắt) cho BCTC giữa kỳ. BCTC năm trong mọi trường hợp đều phải lập dạng đầy đủ. Tuy nhiên, khi công bố BCTC năm, bên cạnh việc công bố BCTC đầy đủ, trong một số trường hợp khi trình ĐHCĐ hoặc công bố trên các phương tiện thông tin đại chúng, do hạn chế về điều kiện công bố, DN có thể đăng tải BCTC dạng tóm tắt. Tôi phải khẳng định là BCTC tóm tắt bắt buộc phải lấy từ BCTC đầy đủ đã được kiểm toán. Trong trường hợp đó, theo Chuẩn mực kiểm toán số 720, BCTC tóm tắt cũng phải được KTV – người đã kiểm toán BCTC đầy đủ – kiểm tra và xác nhận là đã phù hợp với BCTC đầy đủ đã được kiểm toán với ý kiến của KTV là “chấp nhận toàn phần” hay “ngoại trừ”…

Tôi cũng xin trả lời rõ ràng rằng, về cùng một chỉ tiêu thì BCTC đầy đủ và BCTC tóm tắt phải như nhau. Sự khác nhau chỉ là BCTC tóm tắt sẽ bỏ bớt một số chỉ tiêu chi tiết hoặc phần giải trình.

I’m almost nervous to start writing this, I hope I get carried away with it. So I’m not entirely sure where I left off, but I’ll start where it ended…

Speeding out of Seattle feeling for certain that I do not belong there, but fairly sure I’m a great visitor. Seattle and I parted ways last as enemies, but after the time spent there in the last 2 weeks it was a simple nod of recognition, a truce if you will.  I have such a unique and eclectic group of friends up there who somehow all get along from a Boeing electrical engineer to professional masseuse, I love all those Seattle kids to death.

And back to beginning I extended my time up there as some of you know for a birthday I helped planned for Amanda, my good friend David’s girlfriend who was just turning 21. So between me and 4 other people we planned pretty much the best birthday you could ever ask for. It started with a 1700 dollar Hugo Boss suit that I insisted internally that I needed to have. To hell with it, you only live once, and damnit I wanna look good while I’m livin’ it. We all got dressed up, about 15 or so in all with the intention of meeting up at the Can Can Cabaret in Pikes Place Market. Why I never discovered the absolute amazingness of this establishment while living up here is one of my greatest regrets. It’s only 5 bucks to get in, 10 bucks for preferred seating, and the drinks are reasonably priced. We all showed up to surprise Amanda who really had no idea what was going on, only to be met by some of the best dressed people in Seattle all screaming happy birthday. The show was amazing, with contortionists, silly sketches, acrobatics, and a great deal of crowd interaction all to amazing music which I can only describe as carnival/gypsyesque/rock which is an amazing combination by the way. Seriously if you’re ever in Seattle, you must visit the Can Can, one of the best 10 dollars I’ve ever spent in my life.

After the conclusion of the show we all headed outside and yet another surprise, “YOU’RE GOING TO PROM!”. Complete with a corsage and a limo awaiting the party. We took a bunch of pictures (of which I haven’t uploaded yet, sorry) and took a wild limo ride over to west Seattle, Alki Beach specifically for a great view of the city. By now the “prom goers” were encroaching upon the exact opposite of sober what with the champagne flowing in the limo. A quick drive back to the city and to our friend’s apartment that had been painstakingly decorated earlier in the day in white and blue streamers, balloons, and even a backdrop that had the Disneyland castle in the back with the prom dance title “Starlight Enchantment ‘09″… it was a perfect birthday. I made the punch which of course was spiked and threw a good amount of pineapple in there too. A whole lot of dancing, laughing, pictures, and all that happened. It was a blur to me that wasn’t alcohol induced at all. The thrill of making reservations, buying supplies, organizing people to get together, doing it all behind Amanda’s back, all while drinking every single night I was there…. I love when a plan comes together. I bounced around from person to person, conversation to dancing, and it was just a wonderful night and one hell of a party.

The rest of my time up there was spent seeing as many people as I could, and catching up. If I didn’t take as much pictures as I did I would have most certainly forgot just about everything. I visited a good many breweries on the way up and quite a few within the Seattle Area to include the Red Hook, Six Rivers, Pike Place, Mcmennamins, Hales Ale, and I’m sure a few others. The amount of alcohol I imbibed in the last few months has been… overzealous. This has prompted me to give myself a week of sobriety, where the only brewed thing I’ll be pouring down my throat will be cups of coffee.

The trip back down to California wasn’t all too eventful. I left Seattle around 9ish in the am and made it all the way to Crescent City just across the CA border on the 101. On my journey through Oregon I have came to the conclusion that I would like to own property on the Oregon Coast, you know, when I figure everything out and become ultra rich… sigh. After a wonderful sleep in a really comfy bed I got underway at 8am and drove the rest of the way. Tired of lolly-gagging on the 101, I shot east to the 5 in Oakland and continued on at about 85 mph on average back home getting in around 9:15 or so that night. I regret slightly not stopping at Anchor Steam Brewery, and I’m sure it isn’t as cool as I really imagine it. I picture a old building down by the docks (very appropriate right?) just to go with the whole nautical theme and along with the nature of the bottle design. Perhaps they have a surly bartender who is a not so retired tug boat captain named Thadius… but I think I’m letting my imagination run away with me here. Don’t spoil my fantasy people, I don’t want to know what the brewery really looks like. Again I did not stop due to my self induced misery… I mean sobriety.

So now what? I’m back home sweating my ass off in godforsaken Chino that’s what. I’m spending a day or so here, packing what stuff I have up here, to include my motorcycle, and moving down to San Diego. I’m sad that I’m going to be living out of a room, as opposed to my own place, but it only makes sense to do it this way financially. If I’m leaving for four months in October for dive school (which by the way my unit has mentioned I’m going to go) there’s no sense in paying rent in a place I ain’t livin. So I’m moving in with Matt and the family, which is also good because it’s a better environment to be in I think. I don’t want to start drinking like I did in Seattle a year ago, let alone a few days ago.

A new life, a new Kyle… happy Kyle!
