Elle magazine honored Michelle Obama with first place in the category of “political chic” women in its annual Best Dressed list proclaiming Obama is more stylish than her French counterpart Carla Bruni. Bruni came in second on the list.

Obama and Bruni have been compared in the media for their twin fashion senses and political sensibilities. Other winners in French Elle’s annual Best Dressed list were Tilda Swinton, who picked up honors in the “Stylista” category, “Bombshell” winner Scarlett Johansson, and “Red Carpet” champion Penelope Cruz.

La primera dama de Francia y ex-supermodelo y cantante, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, está de acuerdo en estar en la siguiente película de Woody Allen.

Según lo publicado en el Hollywood Reporter, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy no sabe que papel tendrá y admite de que a la mejor es una terrible actriz.

“Allen me pidió de que estuviera en esta cinta” Dijo ella por el canal de televisión Canal Plus, donde apareció para dar una entrevista con Harry Connick Jr.

Cuando le preguntaron sobre que papel tendría, la hermosa dama contestó “No. Pero dije que sí, todo lo que hago lo hago un poquito a ciegas. Si no, no haría nada”.

“No soy para nada una actriz, tal vez y sea absolutamente terrible” agregó.

No han dicho cuando van a comenzar a filmar esta película.

France’s first lady, former supermodel, singer and all round hottie, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, has agreed to be in Woody Allen’s next film.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Bruni-Sarkozy doesn’t know what role Allen has in store for her and admits she could be a terrible actress.

Allen “asked me to be in his next film,” she said on Canal Plus television, where she appeared for an interview and duet with crooner Harry Connick Jr.

Asked if he had told her what part she would play, Bruni-Sarkozy replied: “No. But I said ‘yes’… I do everything a little bit blindly. If I don’t, I won’t do anything.”

“I’m not at all an actress. Maybe I’ll be absolutely terrible,” she added.

Bruni-Sarkozy, now a singer-songwriter, has largely shelved her concert tour plans to make way for her responsibilities as France’s first lady.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy and First Lady Carla Bruni were in a recent episode of ‘The Simpsons’. They were in the November 15th episode entitled “The Devil Wears Nada.”

In the episode, Homer and his friend Carl Carlson visit Paris, where they bump into Bruni at a party. After some brief chit-chat she tells Carl, “I want to make love, right now.” Sarkozy’s segment is more brief, and consists of him saying what may become the immortal line, “You’re getting cozy with Sarkozy,” when picking up the telephone.

French president Nicolas Sarkozy an Airbus A330-200 dubbed “Air Sarko One”, was approved earlier this month in a low key vote. Reserved for use by Sarkozy and his entourage, the A330 has been bought second-hand from the Air Caraibes airline and is undergoing a multimillion-pound renovation.

While still not quite on the scale of Air Force One 747-200B, when finished the 60 metres (190ft) long and 17 metres high A330,  is expected to have a private wing for the head of state, complete with office, bedroom and bathroom, a meeting room for his staff, and seats for 60 people.  The A330-200 was developed to compete with the Boeing 767-300ER.  Power is provided by two General Electric CF6-80E, Pratt & Whitney PW4000 or Rolls-Royce Trent 700 gas turbine engines. It will also have an encrypted communications system to enable the president to discuss confidential matters with his advisers.

Though the French profess a certain disdain for Sarkozy’s unpresidential style, they clearly cannot get enough. “Carla has led many lives,” the noted journalist Christine Ockrent, whose companion, Bernard Kouchner, is the French foreign minister, tells me. “She’s a kind of alpha female. She was never a courtesan like Pamela Harriman—she was more like a female Don Juan.” Carla Bruni is no stranger to privilege.

In the opening scene of her sister Valeria’s semi-autobiographical film, It’s Easier for a Camel … , the female protagonist goes to church to confess, “I am rich—I am very, very rich.” Bruni was born into one of the industrial dynasties in Turin. The family fortune came from the ceat company, which produced electrical cable. Alberto Bruni-Tedeschi, the patriarch, however, was as much a composer and art collector as a capitalist. “He could converse on anything from A to Z,” says a family friend.

Carla’s extroverted mother, Marisa, who appears in Valeria’s films, was a concert pianist. Carla, Valeria, and their brother, Virginio, grew up on a vast estate outside the city. Carla studied piano, violin, and guitar. “Ours were not the kind of parents who would spend time with children,” she tells me. But neither, she adds, were they interested “in the power of money. Maybe because my parents were artists.

I remember that every time my father had to choose between increasing his business and going to the museum he would go to the museum, and I think that was transmitted to us.” In 1975, when the Red Brigades were kidnapping wealthy individuals, Carla’s family moved to Paris, where she attended an Italian school and received a French baccalaureate. Her parents expected her to continue her studies, but she soon tired of the 37 Métro stops it took to get to classes on art and architecture, and she couldn’t wait to be on her own. So when her brother’s girlfriend, a model, told her to try modeling, she made her move. “What I wanted was to be free, independent of my parents,” says Carla. “Modeling is a fast-acting job—right away you get to work, and you learn in two or three months by working.” That became her pattern: take on a big challenge, learn fast, and land on top.

I said goddamn, Carla Bruni. Haters to the left! Her sister also is a singer/actress/model. Very slashy, those Tedeschi girls. Bruni started out modeling for Guess, Dior, and Givenchy, but gave it up to pursue her singing career. She met Nicolas Sarkozy not long after his divorce, at a dinner party in November of 2007. They were engaged by December (it is rumored). I like a woman who doesn’t let any grass grow under her feet, and it also confirms two of her often-reported quotes:

Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, wife of French President Nicolas Sarkozy, is a veritable font of exciting and sometimes head-scratching news. Case in point, she has apparently said in a documentary called “La Premiere Seance” that she refuses to lie on the couch in her psychoanalyist’s office. She sits. (Carla Bruni shirks psychologist couch for face-to-face analysis) First, for the non-French speakers among you, “La Premiere Seance” has absolutely nothing to do with contacting the dead, though it is an interesting title in context. The title translates to “The First Session.”

I must say that I have not seen the documentary nor, living in America, am I likely to do so. My interest in the news bit is simply mild surprise that a wife of a world leader would talk so freely about the subject. It is actually quite refreshing, isn’t it?

In other Carla Bruni-Sarkozy news…

Finding out she was a love child, rather than her father’s daughter, and the death of the man she thought of as her father is what drove her to psychoanalysis. Coincidentally, she broke up the marriage of Raphael Enthoven and had his love child. (The Daily Mail)

She has also managed to offend a good part of Britain with a slightly unflattering line drawing of Sarah Brown, wife of Prime Minister Gordon Brown, featured on her new webiste (CarlaBruniSarkozy.org) though Mrs. Brown tweeted that she is “Bemused in a good way — I think it is really cool,” about the drawing. Oh wait, one more sort of related bit of news that I nearly forgot. The Elysée Palace, where the President of France is supposed to sleep and work (the Sarkozy’s sleep elsewhere), has had an outbreak of scabies. Apparently it seems to have started in the staff quarters which are variously described as “squalid” and “delapidated.” We are assured that work is being done to better living conditions. But, really, is it any wonder Sarkozy doesn’t sleep there? (The Connexion)

Internet, internet, internet ! L’Elysée mise tout, désormais, sur sa communication via le web. D’abord en annonçant l’ouverture, à l’occasion du sommet climat de Copenhague prévu en décembre, d’un compte sur le site de socialisation en direct Twitter où sera détaillée “la démarche” du président Nicolas Sarkozy durant cette négociation, en direct. Ensuite par le lancement du blog de la première dame, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy. Enfin, par toute une stratégie de communication thématique sur Facebook nonobstant des exclusivités en “off” sur ledit site.

En baisse dans les sondages, le chef de l’Etat veut maîtriser entièrement sa communication « descendante ». L’Élysée se doit d’être à la pointe de la modernité en matière d’Internet et d’équipements audiovisuels, surtout dans la perspective de 2012…

Le détail du budget 2010 de la présidence de la République montre que Nicolas Sarkozy n’a pas l’intention de lésiner sur ces dépenses. “Afin de conforter l’action de la Présidence, les moyens techniques, notamment dans le domaine de la communication, devront être modernisés”, souligne le “bleu” budgétaire de la mission “pouvoirs publics” du projet de loi de finances.

Le chantier de remise à niveau du site Internet entrepris en 2009 “sera poursuivi en 2010”. “L’amélioration des moyens au service de l’audiovisuel sera recherchée”, indique le document budgétaire. Des objectifs qui viennent gonfler légèrement le poste consacré aux “équipements et travaux”. Ce dernier va passer de 1,395 million d’euros à 2,49 millions entre 2009 et 2010, soit un bond de 79 %.

“Une volonté de modernisation et d’amélioration des équipements doit accompagner les actions entreprises par les équipes de l’Élysée, justifie le document. À ce titre, figurent parmi les priorités les matériels et équipements propres à la communication : audiovisuel, Internet, télécommunication et informatique.” Le renouvellement d’une partie du matériel est programmé ainsi que le “développement des services nomades” et la “modernisation du parc de terminaux sécurisés”.

Au passage, on apprend que la rénovation de la chaîne TV/vidéo-diffusion est aussi “envisagée pour 2010”. Une “expertise” est aussi en cours quant à l’amélioration du studio de télévision installé à la Présidence.

Échaudé par les derniers couacs qui ont entaché l’image présidentielle, Nicolas Sarkozy entend ainsi reprendre la main en instaurant une palette d’outils destinés à véhiculer une information plus contrôlée et à contrer l’impact négatif des récents dérapages entre le « pauv’con » présidentiel et les « blagues » auvergnates d’Hortefeux.

Ainsi, sur le terrain du Net, le site de l’Élysée présente quelques nouveautés comme la diffusion de reportages et plus récemment la diffusion du « making off » de l’interview du chef de l’État depuis New York dans les journaux de 20H00 de France 2 et TF1 qui, par ailleurs, obtient un nombre très satisfaisant de visionnages depuis sa mise en ligne sur Dailymotion.

Le web c’est bien, le maîtriser c’est mieux
Si Ségolène Royal répète à l’envi qu’elle a servi de modèle aux équipes d’Obama sur le versant participatif de la campagne des présidentielles de 2007 (ce qui reste à être démontré mais qui fait toujours sourire les professionnels, surtout américains…), le candidat Sarkozy n’était pas en reste sur les plateformes communautaires, loin s’en faut.

Grâce à sa « web dream team », l’UMP s’était étendue comme une trainée de poudre sur tous réseaux sociaux et plus particulièrement sur Facebook où l’on dénombrait d’innombrables groupes de soutien au futur chef de l’Etat. De quoi en découdre avec les équipes structurées de « Désirs d’avenir » et avec la « Netscouade » (équipe web de campagne de Ségolène Royal).

Pourtant, une fois passé l’enthousiasme de la campagne, force est de constater que le suivi des bonnes intentions technologiques n’est pas toujours au rendez-vous. La vigilance s’estompe. Pour preuve, le groupe officiel de l’UMP sur Facebook comptant 3500 militants a été victime de pirates du Net.

Ces « Kamikazes » s’attaquent aux groupes en déshérence et dépourvus d’administrateurs. Ils ont ainsi pu ouvertement détourner le logo de l’UMP, écrire des insultes par mailing interne et écorcher l’image du parti de la majorité sans que les patrons de l’Internet du gouvernement ne réagissent, plus prompts à vendre leur professionnalisme sur les plateaux de télévisions.

De quoi provoquer la colère des militants qui avaient pourtant fait remonter l’information depuis plus de deux semaines : « je ne comprends pas ce que foutent les gens de l’Internet à l’UMP, qui fait quoi ? Que font ces types qui se pavanent sur Envoyé Spécial et dans les médias à longueur de journée ? » (source : INTELINK PRESS – juillet 2009).

Si aujourd’hui, tous les communicants et les acteurs politiques reconnaissent au web une puissance radicale des messages diffusés, ils ne sont pas encore totalement conscients de la réactivité immédiate et parfois ravageuse que les dits messages peuvent générer sur la toile.

La démocratie sur la toile : un leurre !
L’interactivité revêt assurément des atours très démocratiques mais le « 2.0 » est souvent dangereux. C’est l’endroit idéal des critiques, du déversement de frustrations et des attentes populaires sans risque.

Sous pseudo, caché derrière un ordinateur, en pantoufle à la maison ou en costume au bureau, le citoyen se transforme très souvent en révolutionnaire, en syndicaliste, en journaliste satirique de la première heure. Chaque mot et chaque image, sont observés, disséqués et détournés selon l’argument ou le leader qu’il défend. La seule loi est celle du « buzz », c’est-à-dire du nombre de lecteurs que l’information aura recueillie. Peu importe la véracité des propos, de l’argument, de la posture ou de la sincérité de l’information initialement diffusée. Le web est un monde radical, impitoyable.

L’exemple du lancement du nouveau site Internet de Ségolène Royal est, à ce propos, très éloquent. En pointe sur la communication participative, l’échec à peine croyable de son site témoigne aussi du danger d’un excès de confiance de l’agence web en charge de ce projet : un suicide numérique en somme.

Ce raté invraisemblable était, bien entendu, relayé comme une traînée de poudre sur la toile et notamment dans un article impitoyable de 20minutes.fr : «Rassurez-moi, c’est un fake, un hoax, un bug, une blague?», s’interroge le webproducteur Nicolas Voisin, sur Twitter. La mise en ligne, mardi en fin d’après-midi, de la nouvelle version du site Désirs d’avenir (DA), de Ségolène Royal a semé la stupeur sur le site de micro-blogging.

Après un nombre incalculable d’erreurs, le site s’affiche finalement. Premier choc : le design. Un coucher de soleil – visiblement un fond d’écran d’ordinateur récupéré sur le net- sert d’image de fond en page d’accueil. Sur son blog politique, Marc Vasseur y voit un «revival des années 90». «On pourrait penser à un faux grossier, une blague de potaches… non ce truc hideux a coûté près de 40.000 euros…», poursuit-il. D’autres, à l’instar du blogueur Embruns, y trouve une ressemblance avec un site de secte: «Mon mari rentre du boulot, voit le site DA à l’écran : “C’est le site des Témoins de Jehovah?”».

A tel point que certains s’interrogent sur un possible piratage du site, même dans les médias: «Histoire de vérifier s’il ne s’agissait pas d’un piratage du véritable site, Rue89 a quand même contacté l’entourage de Ségolène Royal, qui nous a confirmé qu’il ne s’agissait pas d’une attaque malveillante, mais bien du nouveau site», peut-on lire. «Toutes les fautes ont été accumulées», estime pour sa part Net & Sans détour, «design cheap, glauque et peu engageant, concept erroné, des liens vides et mal renseignés».

Et les fautes ne concernent pas que le design. L’architecture du site Internet est basique, note-on sur Internet, proche de celle d’un blog. Jambon buzz s’inquiète également d’un autre aspect : le référencement. «Ce nouveau site est une catastrophe pour un référencement qui n’avait pas l’air mauvais. (…) un site laid, illisible par les moteurs de recherches et fortement attaquable. Il conclut avec un «message au donneur d’ordre de ce site : vous vous êtes fait entuber bien profond.»

L’heure du bilan, notamment à Marseille
Novices pour la plupart dans ce domaine, les hommes politiques ont été les premiers à s’être pris les pieds dans la Toile. Aujourd’hui, forts de leur expérience issue des précédentes campagnes électorales, ils entendent bien éviter les mêmes écueils quitte à, comme le Président Sarkozy, rectifier le tir et pallier les défaillances de ses conseillers Internet sans ménagement.

Car désormais, la recette du succès sur le Net tient dans un savant mélange d’anticipation, de proximité et du choix judicieux des équipes. On se souvient de la dernière campagne municipale menée dans la cité phocéenne et dont « Marseille, un autre regard » a été un observateur privilégié.

Tandis que Jean-Claude Gaudin fut difficile à convaincre sur l’opportunité du Web, son adversaire socialiste, Jean-Noël Guérini anticipait déjà, non sans perspicacité, l’importance croissante des nouvelles technologies.

Ayant constitué ses équipes dès son entrée dans la bataille, en septembre 2007, il conserva ainsi une longueur d’avance sur sa stratégie de communication tout en misant sur la proximité et l’ouverture. Ainsi, une véritable armée d’internautes fut levée pour relayer les propos du candidat alors que le maire sortant, Jean-Claude Gaudin misait, 5 mois plus tard, sur une peopolisation de son site de campagne (avec des champions de sport, des stars de télés…), ce qui a failli lui couter la victoire. Il l’admet in petto aujourd’hui.

Conscient qu’un déni du Net peut être synonyme de défaite, l’édile marseillais a d’ores et déjà procédé à une refonte de son site officiel. Avec une bannière minimaliste offrant comme information la seule déclinaison des agendas de l’hyper actif patron qu’il est : maire, sénateur et président du comité de la majorité, entre autres… Toutefois, aucune possibilité pour les internautes de commenter. On donne à voir, pas à commenter! Silence ! Pas d’interactivité donc. Mais avec quelques vidéos, ce qui est une évolution notable et salutaire. Dommage de ne pas en faire plus car J.-C. Gaudin y excelle. vraiment.

Les citoyens devront aller voir ailleurs pour s’exprimer. Un site Internet très début des années 2000…Figé, on vous dit ! C’est un choix, respectable, mais difficile à accepter pour les internautes d’aujourd’hui… Nul doute qu’une fois encore Jean-Claude Gaudin s’inscrit pleinement dans la politique conduite par son parti, incitant ministres et autres élus locaux à suivre l’exemple présidentiel en se rappropriant leur communication et stratégie Web. Mais du côté de la mairie de Marseille, pour l’heure, on est encore loin du compte : pas de blog, pas de compte vidéo. Une offensive Facebook semble néanmoins se mettre en place. L’ensemble est plutôt bien référencé.

Jean-Noël Guérini, quant à lui, n’a pas à rougir. Il fut l’un des premiers à s’être doté d’un blog qui, selon les classements, arrivent dans le top 100 des sites politiques les plus consultés de France. Conscient de la puissance de tir de l’image. On ne compte plus ses vidéos sur le web. Son compte vidéo personnel Dailymotion (hors campagne) vient de dépasser les 15 000 visionnages… Et sa présence sur Facebook omniprésente : 4600 amis (le maximum étant 5000), et une dizaine de groupe de soutien comptant pas moins de 12 000 contacts.

Ainsi, tous les élus locaux l’ont compris, le web est désormais incontournable. Mais la règle du jeu est désormais claire pour eux : préférer la compétence technologique et la proximité aux stars surmédiatisées des agences web nationales, fort coûteuses et pas forcément très efficaces…

Depuis lundi 05 octobre 09, Vous pouvez vous rendre sur le site officiel  de Carla Bruni Sarkozy. Après un lancement chaotique suite à un nombre trop important de connexions, le site est enfin accessible : carlabrunisarkozy.org Victime de son succès !!!

 Design qui reflète l’ image de la première dame de France, féminin, épuré, des couleurs pastels. Rien de très audacieux…Sur ce site on trouve ses activités et ses engagements officiels en tant que première dame par contre rien sur son activité musicale. Pour cela il faut se rendre sur son ancien site consacré uniquement à ça. Trois parties qui mettent en avant sa propre fondation (fondation Carla Bruni-Sarkozy), son rôle en tant qu’ambassadrice du fonds mondial contre le sida, le paludisme , la tuberculose et son rôle auprès de son mari en tant que première Dame.

La fondation Carla Bruni-Sarkosy a été crée le 23 avril 2009, pour l’instant il n’y a que la présentation et les idées des projets à l’étude. Les premières actions débuteront au mois de novembre. Cette fondation lutte contre les inégalités sociales, en favorisant l’accès à la culture et à la connaissance. Les premières orientations et missions concerneront: l’illettrisme,  la formation à la culture, l’aide à la numérisation et l’accès à la culture pour les personnes exclus (dans les prisons). Il est possible, si vous avez des idées, de soumettre un projet sur le site.

 Vous trouverez aussi, un abécédaire biographique de Carla, et une galerie comprenant des photos de ses visites officielles et des illustrations de politiciens, de villes, de pays et enfin d’artistes. Ouf j’ai cru que l’art avait été oublié !!!

Grosse déception, pour ma part, je pensais que Carla Bruni-Sarkozy était l’auteur du site, mais désillusion totale. La conception est de Julien Civange (témoin de mariage de Carla) et les auteurs sont  Ludovic Perrin, Cléa Martinet et Frédéric Morlot. Je trouve chouette le concept de sa fondation.L’art et la culture sont des vecteurs qui  créent des liens humains là où il n’y en a plus et aujourd’hui encore  beaucoup de personnes n’y ont pas accès , et il faut  agir contre cela. En tant artiste je me sens concernée tous les jours par ce combat.En revanche, je trouve le site fade et sans beaucoup d’intérêt sauf si vous souhaitez connaître le calendrier protocolaire de la première dame… Dites moi ce que vous en pensez?

Après une page Facebook, un site au nom de carlabruni.com et carlabrunisarkozy.org, un compte Twitter pour l’Elysée devrait aussi être inauguré lors du sommet de Copenhague.

Bref, afflue de visiteurs ou DDoS, on ne le sera sans doute jamais.

Della nuova collezione, ispirata ai reali di mezzo mondo, ma specialmente alle scarpe che Elisabetta II chiese di creare al più famoso designer di scarpe dell’epoca, ovvero proprio Roger Vivier, in occasione della sua incoronazione. Le scarpe della regina erano rosse, con tacco a spillo e tempestate di rubini. Ed a queste si ispirano i sandali della collezione A Princess to Be a Queen, disegnati dallo stilista in varie versioni: simili a quelli della regina, in rosso e con decorazioni, o con giglio di pailettes oro su sfondo nero, abbinato a un tocco rosa.

Non solo scarpe con tacco, ma anche ballerine, pochettes e guanti. In una recente intervista a Vanity Fair, Bruno Frisoni ha immaginato di dedicare i propri modelli a regine, principesse e first ladies, dichiarando le ballerine Queenie perfette per Michelle Obama o Carla Bruni Sarkozy (alla quale ha già dedicato una borsa), mentre dedicherebbe la clutch Lily della capsule collection a Letizia Ortiz. E chi meglio di Charlotte Casiraghi e Beatrice Borromeo indosserebbe i sandali con plateau?

Aspetteremo di vedere se le donne citate dallo stilista indosseranno questi accessori, ma c’è da scommettere che faranno gola non solo a loro, ma anche alle celebrities: anche loro vorranno essere regine per un giorno.
