a christmas album came out this week called “a very special christmas album 7″. it features many artists such as colbie caillat, miley cyrus, kristinia debarge, mitchel musso, leighton meester, carrie underwood, and ashley tisdale. i love listening to christmas music sung by artists i enjoy so i really liked this album. the songs i recommend for you are do you hear what i hear?, jingle bell rock, christmas (baby please come home), hark! the herald angels sing, last christmas, and silent night.

I ordered 3 cds and one music related DVD for $30. Carrie Underwood’s latest album (Play On) is only 6.99 @ Amazon.com. The MP3 album is $10 so I got the hard copy. I also ordered the latest from John Mayer & Miranda Lambert.

And I got Rent Live on Broadway on DVD. I already have the movie dvd and I saw it in theaters…and off Broadway.

I love Amazon.Com I’ve been shopping there for over 10 years wen they were known for selling books. Now they sell everything. I live there.

Very Edward of Twilight in the lyrical theming of her Cowboy Casanova song delivered with a very strong live performance too. Dig it.

A nice song, seeing that Twilight’s current New Moon blockbuster movie is actually a modern gothic Western film. Cowboy Vampires (outlaws and sherifs) meet Wolf Pack Indian lads in New Moon, but in Carrie’s movie-song; Underwood becomes Kristen Stewart’s Bella in this song, and her heroine chooses the Cowboy vampire to fall dangerously in love with.

She’s very pop-culturally savvy with a touch of country twang. Carrie Underwood can do no wrong. Sweetheart.

Without question, Kelly Clarkson has always been my favourite Idol winner and arguably the most successful (closely followed and/or surpassed by Carrie Underwood).

But I just saw the latest musical release from Jordin Sparks, being featured in the single “Art of Love” by Aussie singer Guy Sebastian.  I’ve never heard of him, but homeboy has got a voice!  Jordin Sparks is always at her best in collabs w/ other R&B singers, I think.  And this song may not be as successful as “No Air” with Chris Brown, but I think it’s a much better track.

This song gave me the chills.  Love love love Jordin’s powerhouse voice.

Men jag kan inte bara pausa och vila en sekund, jag har inte hjärta att svika ett löfte så.

Ikväll är det “Julgodis” på tonår, så det blir tufft att hålla händerna i styr. Mitt godis/chipsförbud tillåter mig inte… Just i denna sekunden ångrar jag att jag lovade mig själv att inte äta sånt förrän jag har tagit studenten.

突然发现Carrie Underwood在AMA典礼上，表演的着装。和Project Runway第六季的finalist，Carol Hannah在最后的runway show中，第一件走台的衣服。实在是太相似了，相似到你已经不能把它当作灵感雷同。

So the world premiere of the video was late Tuesday. To coincide with the week of his debut album. Right off the bat I think the video has a very “Slave 4 U” vide except not as well lit. Definitely goth, and he blurs the lines of sexuality which has always been his staple. The song sounds WAAAY better here than it did live at the AMAs on that fateful Sunday.

After 11 weeks on top, Kings of Leon relinquish the #1 spot to Kelly Clarkson. “Already Gone” is Kelly’s 2nd #1 on the Hot AC chart.  Her last song to reach #1 was “Behind These Hazel Eyes” back in 2005. That song spent 5 weeks on top of the chart.  Whether Kelly gets to spend that long on top depends on how much the chart slows down for the Holiday season and whether “Fireflies” can keep up its momentum. About 1000 spins separate the two songs (#1 and #7 this week), and “Fireflies” gained over 400 spins this week alone. It will be fun to watch. Kelly has had 4 #1s on the pop chart. Otherwise the top 10 songs have little movement, and no songs enter or exit the top 10. Moving into the top 20 this week are Kris Allen at #19 and Green River Ordinance at #20. An artist gets a new high peak on HAC this week: Michael Buble moves up to #23 with “Haven’t Met You Yet”. His previous high mark on the chart was at #24 with “Home”.

The biggest mover on this week’s chart is “Life After You” by Daughtry. In its second week on the chart, the song jumps 8 notches to #26.  Other decent moves this week on the chart include “Whatcha Say” (38-34) and “Two Is Better than One” (40-35).  Debuting on the chart this week are Carrie Underwood with “Cowboy Casanova” at #37 and Britney Spears’ “3″ at #39.  It’s Carrie’s 4th hit and Britney’s 9th.

No último American Music Awards fiquei beeem decepcionada com os looks mostrados pelas celebs que compareceram ao evento. Nada de novidade, ou até mesmo clássicos que chamam atenção. A escolha da maioria foram looks batidos e até vulgares am alguns casos. Como a maioria exibiu o corpão em dia, o resultado não foi tão desastroso.

Rihanna foi quem se saiu melhor, com um vestidão super volumoso Marchesa, com detalhes vasados. Parecia um origami. Atenção pro make, com delineador colorido. O cabelo que ninguém merece né!!!

Alicia Keys, de Giorgio Armani, fez um look  todo combinadinho: vestido, sandália e make. Apesar de ser bem colorido, faltou ousadia nas escolhas, arriscando outros tons.

Carrie Underwood foi de vestido nude com aplicação de pedrarias Theia e make clarinho, só com o olho mais esfumaçado. Opção clássica.

Shakira foi beem ousada colocando os pernões de fora num curtíssimo Herve Leger cheio de aplicações. O make foi leve e o cabelo recebeu apenas duas tranças de raiz na lateral.

E por último Fergie, que foi de vestido longo Armani Privé, com acabamento de zíper. No estilo rock’n'roll, combinou apenas com scarpin preto e make leve com cabelos soltos.

Reba McEntire and Billy Currington will be part of the 83rd Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade tomorrow morning.  Reba will perform as part of CBS-TV’s “Early Show” coverage of the 2.65-mile parade route.  Billy will be riding on a float in the parade, which will be hosted by Matt Lauer, Meredith Vieira and Al Roker on NBC, beginning at 9am in all time zones.

Taylor Swift will be celebrated as one of NBC’s People of the Year tomorrow night in a special hosted by Matt Lauer.  The hour-long special will celebrate “the most fascinating, inspirational, heroic and notorious figures, and most-talked about stories of 2009.”  Taylor will be profiled along with Susan Boyle, Kobe Bryant, Captain “Sully” Sullenberger and other notable figures of 2009.

Carrie Underwood will be part of CNN’s Celebrity Salute to Heroes airing tomorrow night.  Carrie joins Neil Patrick Harris, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Nicole Kidman, Kate Hudson and host Anderson Cooper from CNN to salute ordinary people for their good deeds.
