Voila le résultat d’une petite expérience que j’ai démarré l’année dernière. Je voulais savoir à quoi ressemblerais la toile d’araignée de mes trajets s’ils étaient tous cartographiés. J’ai reporté sur une carte tous mes déplacements pendant un an, en notant les trajets d’une couleur différente selon le moyen de transport que j’utilisais : en voiture, en transports en commun, à pied ou en vélo. J’ai essayé d’être le plus exhaustif possible sans être redondant. Si je suis passé dans une rue à pied, en vélo et en voiture, je n’ai tracé qu’un trait de la couleur correspondant au premier moyen utilisé.

Sur les longues distance je n’ai utilisé que le train à l’exception d’un trajet entre Paris et la Franche-Comté. Sur les courtes distances en Ile de France je me déplace à pied, en vélo ou en métro et RER. Toutefois le vélo est prépondérant sur la carte car les trajets peuvent varier beaucoup et en un an j’ai utilisé presque toutes les possibilités entre Saint-Maur et Paris (notamment dans le bois de Vincennes). Le RER lui passe toujours au même endroit. A pied j’ai traversé tout Paris du Trocadéro à Bercy et de la Villette à la cité universitaire mais j’ai surtout sillonné l’hyper-centre entre l’Opéra et Gare de Lyon avec une extension jusqu’à Bercy à cause de la présence des cinémas. Outre les tracés des lignes ferroviaires partent de Paris aussi les longues balades à vélo que j’ai effectué vers Chartres, la Normandie et l’Oise, Provins ou encore Orléans. On voit aussi nettement la ridicule distance parcourue à pied au sud de Saint-Étienne !

Durant l’année écoulée j’ai effectué environ 10000km en train, 8000 en métro et RER, 2500 en vélo et 1000 en voiture. La distance parcourue à pied me semble difficilement quantifiable.

Se tem um tema que todo mundo gosta, esse tema se chama polêmica. Seja num post humorado sobre motos, uma discussão virtual (!) de blogueiro com “astro da tv” ou a tal twitteira que disse ter conquistado os seus seguidores “pouco a pouco” quando todo mundo sabe que ela simplesmente não sabe brincar e prefere roubar no jogo.

Isso acontece por duas coisas: a primeira eu não faço idéia do que seja e a segunda é porque todo mundo se sente importante demais. Ninguém se permite ser zoado ou rir de si mesmo. É como sacanear o time adversário e ficar bravo quando sacaneiam o seu, ou falar que a sua irmã é chata pra caramba mas defender ela quando outra pessoa diz a mesma coisa.

É como o dono da bola no jogo de futebol. Enquanto ele se diverte, tudo bem, mas se os outros se divertem mais do que ele e COM A BOLA DELE! Aí o bicho pega. Não é difícil ser bem humorado, o difícil é aguentar o mal humor dos outros.

Holocaust Revisionists are a special kind of Jew hater. To call them Holocaust Revisionists is of course way too kind. They are actually Holocaust Deniers. There are 3 types of Holocaust Deniers. Those of low intelligience who believe the malarkey that there was no holocaust its trumped up to make the Global Zionists look like victims. Those who desperately want to satisfy their hate; so they want to believe. Even if though their consciences always speak from their shoulders trying to remind them where reality is. And then the third and most evil type is those who know very well the Holocaust happened but their agenda to bring back institutional persecution of the Jewish people.
They believe  their spoken falsehoods will erase the truth enough to reintrduce this persecution  withs its acommpanying false charges of blaming Jews for every ill in existence. They might even wish for another Holocaust.
Holocaust Revisionists like Will Carto or Rivero jumped on way to ridicule and delegitimize the Holocaust by staing not only was it invented but there was an attempt to invent it in the post World War 1` period in famine stricken Europe. They brought out of newspaper archives the ads you see above about starving people in Central and Eastern Europe and said “this” proves that the the Holocaust of the 1920’s was invented. Of course they neglect to mention THEY invented it. They say it cant be a coincidence that 6 million in the 1920;s is the exact nuber of the 1940’s Jewish Holocaust. They fail to mention that the 1920’s figure includes Jews and Non-Jews while the Nazi Holocaust was 6 million Jews and 5 million Non-Jews.  But if you carely read the ads or calls to aid the European victims, Jewish and not, you see there is no attempt to invent anything. I have taken these ads andto pointed out what the Revisionists (Deniers) dont want you to see (or think).
What I am referring to in the title is that these Revisionists and their devoted bigoted lapdogs have made the charge that the 6 million figure wad a speciall kabbalistic number that is supposed to “haunt” Jews. Its fiction like what all Holocaust Deniers say. Its meant to demean anything Jewish!

I usually pride myself on the notion that if the world were ever in danger and all we needed to survive was knowledge on late 80’s cartoons that I would easily become a superhero. But today while viewing a random clip off of the youtube my fantasy bubble was demolished.  I stumbled across this video of ten pretty radical intros for shows I cant even vaguely recall.

I only knew two of those shows and if the Apocalypse is immanent than lord bless us all.

Ventricular tachycardia as a group , constitute a major  group of cardiac arrhythmias. Most of the VTs are managed  by cardioversion  followed by medical management.  Few require , implantable defibrillator when there is severe LV dysfucntion .(ICD) Localising the origin of  VT and subsequent , ablation is the treatment of choice in some of the  patients  with VT.

Traditionally VT was thought to arise fro the endocardial aspects of myocardium. Now  we realise many times VT originate from the epicardial aspects of  ventricle.

Epicardial VT : Defintion

 How to recognise epicardial origin of VT by surface ECG ?

• Terminal S wave in V2 and q in lead 1 strongly suggest VT of sub epicardial origin.
• Pseudodelta wave 
• Intrinsicoid deflection time of  85 ms
• RS complex duration of  >120msec

Suggest   epicardial origin of the VTs.
