If you are not already a member of  www.bigcrumbs.com, hopefully you will be by the time you finish reading this post.  Big Crumbs is an online cashback site, that offers great deals, coupon codes, and of course, cashback for local and online only retailers. You can find just about any website you could imagine on Big Crumbs, and with each site, comes a percentage of cashback you could earn, just by clicking through the link, and making your purchase online.

I really do not know what else to say, to explain the greatness that this site has to offer; so, I figured I would show you, more or less. So, because I have WAY to much time on my hands, combined with the fact that I am broke, and refuse to buy anything at full price these days, I have composed a list of some of the major deals Big Crumbs has up for grabs right now. Take a look at my list, then head on over to the website, to see even more!

Here is how this works: I will list the store/website name, (all of these are online retailers, but some of these are also local stores that you may have in your home town), I will give the cashback percentage for that particular site, and then I will give any promo codes, or current deals that are applicable to the website, as well.

Here are a few important details:

• You MUST sign in to your bigcrumbs account (create one by clicking on the link above, or the banner) in order to access the cashback deals.

• Once you sign in to your account, you can browse all of the online retail stores you want, and see details on cashback, coupons, and other deals. There will ALWAYS be an option to “click through” to the website, and you MUST do this, in order to get the cashback.

• Do not open up the best buy (or any other) website, and buy something, expecting to get cashback in your bigcrumbs account. You must first sign in to your BC account, and once you do so, you can search for the site you are interested in buying from, directly from the bigcrumbs homepage; or, you can browse all retailers, by accessing the search options available.

• When you find an online store you want to shop from,  click on the “shop this site” option, which will immediately redirect you to the retail website, where you can shop away.

• Your bigcrumbs account will automatically track your purchase, and deposit your cashback, within a week or two prior.

• The money will go into your bigcrumbs account, and on “payday” bigcrumbs will do a direct deposit into witch ever payment method you have on record.

• There are no fees, or hidden costs. Trust me, I have used this site to buy two big ticket items, and each time, I have received my cashback promptly, and it was deposited into my account on BC payday, just as they state.

• You can even earn a percentage cashback for referring people to create a bigcrumbs account. For example, Best Buy offers 5.6% cashback for any purchase made through a bigcrumbs account, and they also give .06% cashback to you, for every purchase made by someone you referred. So if you refer your  mom to create a bigcrumbs account, be sure to remind her to use it, when making online purchases, so that you can get some cashback for the money she spends!

As I mentioned yesterday, I love Bing’s shopping engine. In no small part because I can earn some serious cashback. As long as I make sure I’m getting the lowest price in the first place, the cashback makes it worth using Bing.

So, Google Product Search can wave all the new fancy features in front of me that it wants, if I ain’t getting a kickback, I ain’t using Google!

OK, maybe some of you aren’t quite so price conscious as me. Maybe for you, shopping is more about the journey, than the destination. If that’s the case, you’re going to love the scenery Google just added.

Cuando el tiempo se detuvo…..

Muchas veces uno ve en las películas, como se detiene el tiempo cuando los personajes de estas, se encuentran por primera vez y de algún modo quedan flechados. Es un momento donde nada se mueve y todo se paraliza. Claro, si uno lo analiza objetivamente es imposible que eso pase y es una fantasía y parte de las mamonerías propias de los films de hollywood. Igualmente la gente tiende a decir y manifestar en algunos momentos, que esto existe. El amor es algo esquivo para mí, por eso creer en estos conceptos no iban para nada conmigo. Yo siempre me reí y me burlé que esto pudiera pasar y hace casi un año viví algo muy particular, que pienso, se acerca mucho a esto. Ví a una mujer que realmente paralizó el mundo por unos segundos. No era la hermana de Hiro Nakamura (Heroes) ni mucho menos. Era una simple y mortal mujer que conocí y al verla realmente algo extraño me pasó. Me pregunté si ¿habrá sido amor a primera vista?, algo que tampoco me había pasado antes. A mi lo primero que me llama la atención de una mujer es su cara y era realmente hermosa y al conversar un rato con ella,  la encontré sumamente interesante y divertida. Fue algo extraño y que me llevó a querer conocerla un poco más. Para no entrar en detalles ni ponerme triste (mentira, el pasado es pasado), ella pololeaba y uno al estar enamorado se ciega demasiado, por tanto nunca tuve oportunidad de conocerla como quería ni demostrar nada.

Eso sí, guardo ese momento como algo súper especial, ya que es la única vez que me pasó algo así. El final no fue para nada hollywoodense. ¿Final feliz? quizás en otra vida. Ahora ambos seguimos nuestras vidas por separado y alejados uno del otro.

Con esto entendí un poco más el slogan de  TNT: “Pasa en las películas, pasa en la vida real”. Acá les dejo la escena final de “Cashback”, que es una tremenda película inglesa que trata este concepto del amor de un punto de vista genial. Y además una canción de Zoé que grafica un poco lo que me pasó con esta chica, hace mas o menos, 365 días cuando la ví por primera vez.
