Blijkbaar was meneer J.J.

Before Mark Russinovich sold his company (Winternals) to Microsoft, he used to release the source code to many of his SysInternals utilities. I did some Google-ing and have found much of this code is still online at: http://sysinternals.kompjoefriek.nl/rip/www.sysinternals.com/SourceCode.html

The source code is written primarily in C and includes many of his GUI and console applications. I’ve found this source code useful as a reference for the “right” way to do things, as this code has been used in utilities that have run on millions of computers. Some of these utilities were designed for Windows 95/NT4, but most were designed for Windows 2000/XP.

• Access Enums

This simple yet powerful security tool shows you who has what access to directories, files and Registry keys on your systems. Use it to find holes in your permissions.

• ADRestore

Restore tombstoned Active Directory objects in Server 2003 domains

• AutoLogon

Bypass password screen during logon

• CachSet

CacheSet is a program that allows you to control the Cache Manager’s working set size using functions provided by NT. It’s compatible with all versions of NT and full source code is provided.

• Ctrl2Cap

This is a kernel-mode driver that demonstrates keyboard input filtering just above the keyboard class driver in order to turn caps-locks into control keys. Filtering at this level allows conversion and hiding of keys before NT even “sees” them. Full source is included. Ctrl2cap also shows how to use NtDisplayString() to print messages to the initialization blue-screen.

• DiskExt

Display volume disk-mappings

• FMIFS – ChkdskX and FormatX

Complete source code for chkdsk and format clone programs. These examples demonstrate the use of file system utility functions that you can incorporate into your own applications.

• Fundelete

This utility expands the NT 4.0 Recycle Bin to catch file deleted from command prompts and within programs, and it comes with full source code. Several powerful device driver techniques, including getting a user’s SID within a driver, enumerating a directory’s contents, and generating IRPs, are demonstrated in source code available for download.

• Junction

Create Win2K NTFS symbolic links

• NetStatp

Wonder how TCPView works? Netstatp is a program with source that demonstrates how to program some of TCPView’s functionality. It shows how to use IP Helper interfaces, documented in MSDN, to obtain a list of TCP/IP endpoints. Note, however, that netstatp doesn’t show process names on NT 4 and Win2K like TCPView and TCPVCon.

• NewSID — NOTE that changing a computer’s SID is NEVER NECESSARY

Learn about the computer SID problem everybody has been talking about and get a free computer SID changer, NewSID, complete with full source code.

• NTFSInfo

Use NTFSInfo to see detailed information about NTFS volumes, including the size and location of the Master File Table (MFT) and MFT-zone, as well as the sizes of the NTFS meta-data files.

• PipeList

Did you know that the device driver that implements named pipes is actually a file system driver? In fact, the driver’s name is NPFS.SYS, for “Named Pipe File System”. What you might also find surprising is that it’s possible to obtain a directory listing of the named pipes defined on a system. The directory listing NPFS returns also indicates the maximum number of pipe instances set for each pipe and the number of active instances.

• RegHide

A subtle but significant difference between the Win32 API and the Native API (see Inside the Native API for more information on this largely undocumented interface) is the way that names are described. In the Win32 API strings are interpreted as NULL-terminated ANSI (8-bit) or wide character (16-bit) strings. In the Native API names are counted Unicode (16-bit) strings. While this distinction is usually not important, it leaves open an interesting situation: there is a class of names that can be referenced using the Native API, but that cannot be described using the Win32 API.

How is this possible? The answer is that a name which is a counted Unicode string can explicitly include NULL characters (0) as part of the name. For example, “Key”. To include the NULL at the end the length of the Unicode string is specified as 4. There is absolutely no way to specify this name using the Win32 API since if “Key” is passed as a name, the API will determine that the name is “Key” (3 characters in length) because the “” indicates the end of the name.

When a key (or any other object with a name such as a named Event, Semaphore or Mutex) is created with such a name any applications using the Win32 API will be unable to open the name, even though they might seem to see it. The program below, RegHide(source code is included), illustrates this point. It creates a key called “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Sysinternals\Can’t touch me!” using the Native API, and inside this key it creates a value. Then the program pauses to give you an opportunity to see if you can view the value using any Registry editor you have handy (Regedit, Regedt32 or a third-party Registry editor). Because Regedit and Regedt32 (and likely an third party Registry editor) use the Win32 API, they will see the key listed as a child of Sysinternals, but when you try to open the key you’ll get an error. This is because the Registry editor will try to open “Can’t touch me!” without the trailing NULL (which is interpreted as the end of the string) and won’t find this name. After you’ve verified this exit the program and this special key will be deleted.

• SDelete

Securely overwrite your sensitive files and cleanse your free space of previously deleted files using this DoD-compliant secure delete program. Complete source code is included.

• ShareEnum

Scan file shares on your network and view their security settings to close security holes.

• TokenMon

Watch security-related activity, including logon, logoff, privilege usage, and impersonation with this monitoring tool. Full source code included.

• VCMon

A VCache (Windows 95 disk cache) monitor, from our May 1996 Dr. Dobb’s Journal article on VxD Service hooking. Full source is included.

• VxDMon

VxDMon provides a never-before-seen look into Windows 95 VxDs. See how VxDs interact with one another and monitor the performance of VxD services, including your own.

This morning I made the 40 minute drive to the Marysville Lions Club to attend one of the CC Collectibles shows. The show was a little bigger than your standard mall show and I got to see some of the regular dealers. Former Cincinnati Bengals and Philadelphia Eagle’s linebacker Bill Bergey arrived around lunchtime to sign a few autographs. They had a lot of Eagles memorabilia you could purchase for Bergey to sign, but I took along my football. I think this was the last autograph on this football because its getting a little full.

It didn’t take long to look through many of the dealer’s tables. I picked up the following singles for my personal collection:

Lynn Swann ‘08 UD Premier Dual Jersey #’ed/65 – this was the first Swann relic I’ve seen in person. Goes great with my old relic collection.

Christy Mathewson ‘09 Topps Commemorative 1905 World Series Patch – I know its a manufactured patch, but I really like Mathewson cards and it looks cool. I go by his college and grave everyday on my way to school.

J.A. Happ ‘04 Bowman Chrome First Year – One dealer had an album full of Phillies cards. As soon as I found this one I knew I had to have it.

Shane Victorino ‘03 Bowman’s Best First Year – Another dealer had a huge stack of Victorino cards from 2003. Even though he is in a Dodgers uniform I bought it. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many Victorino rookies at one dealer’s table in all my life.

I also purchased a box of ‘09 Absolute Memorabilia Football from a dealer located in York, PA. I pulled the following hits:

Shonn Greene Jersey/Ball/Jersey Auto #’ed/299

Jason Smith Jersey Auto #’ed/25

“Cadillac” Williams Prime Jersey/Shoe #’ed/50

Leon Washington/Jerricho Cotchery/Thomas Jones Triple Patch #’ed/25

Overall it was a decent show. A lot of Phillies, Eagles, and Steelers stuff. Another dealer had a box full of vintage graded cards going all the way back to the 30’s. It was fun looking through all of those cards. I give this show 3 hot dogs out of 5 (1=poor & 5=perfect).

The issue of liability is not present in the creative commons license – potentially this means that if OER software damaged an end users computer in any way, then the provider of the software could be liable for damage.

Positioning is a big deal for anyone in arenas, but for hunters it is a particular problem. Today I

Positioning is a big deal for anyone in arenas, but for hunters it is a particular problem. Today I’ll present all the information I can in a concise way on the topic of arena positioning. At the end, I will address all the hunter-specific considerations associated with the same.

The number one thing to remember about positioning is that no matter how good a reason you had to “line of sight” (or LOS) your opponents (and in the process, your teammates), it was a mistake unless you told your teammates that you were going to do it. If you prepare your teammates for a move, then it’s on them to execute it well, but if you don’t call out in advance what you want to do and what you want them to do, then it’s your fault when the shit hits the fan. It sounds easy enough, but most people won’t bother to cue their mic to let everyone know where they’re going, and that’s a huge problem. But more on this later.

There’s really two parts to positioning: defensive positioning and offensive positioning. I’ll talk about defensive positioning first, but allow me define my terms.

Defensive positioning is any movement you take towards a position in order to mitigate the damage you’re taking (or to heal up), whereas offensive positioning is any movement or configuration you and your team takes in order to get a kill on someone. Defensive positioning is the kind of positioning that’s easier to plan in advance, and it becomes a big deal when your healers, in particular, have to make a decision between being in LOS or not. If there’s a serious threat to them when they’re in LOS, such as being mana burned or polymorphed or whatever, then defensive positioning becomes crucial. Your healer should be letting you know that he will be behind such and such pillar healing until he has to run back, so if the pressure gets too intense you know where to fall back to. This was really important in BC where games were slower paced and mana was paramount. Nowadays, it’s not that big a deal unless you’re one of the 20 people on every battlegroup who really takes 2s very seriously. This isn’t to say you should never change positioning during a fight except to facilitate a kill, but it does mean that defensive positioning is something you REALLY don’t want to overthink. Because there is rarely time these days to retreat back to a safer place (and, on some maps, rarely a safe place to retreat to) without totally sacrificing your ability to put pressure on the other team, 95% of the time it’s best to just make sure your whole team is in LOS of each other, especially in 5v5. Outranging or LOSing your healer for a split second in 5v5 will cost you the game. Sometimes, as much as it might kill you, you just have to trust your teammates to do their job locking down the other side’s dps

There’s much more that can be said on defensive positioning in particular, but the only additional comment I will make here regards a mistake I see healers make all the time in 2v2 and 3v3. They tend to panic when a teammate outranges or LOSes them, so they will abandon the pillar they were using to LOS the other team, and come in range of everyone just to get a shield or a heal off. THIS IS NOT GOOD. The healer should see what his dps is doing and where he’s going, and call him back when he’s obviously going too far. It seems so simple, but it so rarely happens. Tunnelvisioning is bad, but healers (like parents who spoil their children too much) encourage it by bending over backwards to keep their teammates alive. As weird as it may sound at first, healing is only part of what a healer does in an arena. He also has to avoid being casted on as much as possible, or being caught out in the open and trained down.

Offensive positioning is a complex issue, and even more complex for hunters so stay tuned at the end for more on that. What you want to do in every game is decide whether you can afford to let the other team come to you. On the one hand, if you wait for them to come to you, you can set up all you want and come up with contingencies for whenever the shit hits the fan. On the other hand, if the team you’re playing needs time at the start of every match to setup and decide how they want to tackle your team, then it comes down to whose planning and/or team composition is better. If, however, you have absolutely nothing to gain by sitting around and waiting for them to attack you, then you can just say screw it all and run in to fight on top of them. I would encourage the latter strategy if your composition has a lot of spammable cc, but obviously this is very subjective advice and sometimes the only way to figure out what you need to do is to lose a couple times. [snip-see comment section for revised example]. So you need to decide with your team on a case by case basis what the best way to tackle any given team is. Just make it clear to your healer that he isn’t a dps class and should really avoid being right in the middle of things when the fight gets underway they seem to forget this fact on a regular basis. The other thing I would caution everyone on is chasing people behind a pillar. Sometimes it’s a great idea, sometimes it’s not, and there’s no reliable gauge for predicting the right choice. Just make sure everyone knows if you want to chase or if you don’t, and if you don’t, be ready to find the next target.

Hunters need to be especially wary of positioning. It can be the pivotal factor against any team we play, more important than differences in gear, skill, and coordination combined. If you run with only 1 healer in 3v3, and 2 in 5v5, then you really want to bring every fight into the open as much as you can. Pets can be hard to micro-manage, and if your healer is LOSing you, he’s probably also LOSing your pet, which will make it difficult to get a roar of sacrifice out in time. In 3v3 if you have a priest or shaman healer, you really want your healer to stay mounted and have him be ready to run as far from the opposing team’s melee as possible. Hunters have notoriously bad peels, and it can be hard to get a warrior or rogue off your healer once he gets on. Additionally, when we are being focused by melee teams, our inability to shoot in melee forces us to kite, but our desire to avoid taking damage prevents us from merely kiting back and forth in a tight formation. Our natural inclination is always to just go really far in one direction until we have to turn around, but it’s important that this impulse be resisted. I can’t tell you the number of times I died right out in the open when my healer was in LOS of me because I dipped out of range for a split second. Disengage is another 2-edged sword (like all of our pitiful excuses for defensive cooldowns) which often takes us farther than we’d like to go, or into random objects that block our path, or off of ledges taking us out of the fight for awhile. Kiting in a sort of small triangle formation is what I’d advocate for in any bracket above 2v2, so that the risk of errors with disastrous consequences can be minimized regarding range and LOS.

Chasing is always dangerous for a hunter, but especially so in dalaran sewers. Attacking someone who is humping those boxes is a good way to get feared/polyed/novad, or swapped to once you’re out of LOS of your healer. On RoV you want to be hyper-aware of the pillars and which ones are going up/coming down. The second a pillar goes down, you need to be ready to find a target and kill it, because once your target gets back to a pillar you’re screwed. Alternately, if you’re being focused, you need to know where to run. The most important thing hunters should remember is that having targets run out of LOS is inevitable, but you MUST be ready for it and switch to another target once your first one escapes (or agree that your teammate is going to chase, and you are going to bide your time).

The ultimate goal of this post was to express to you the importance of making your intentions explicit over vent. All the thoughts you have in an arena regarding who you’re going to burst, cc, and kite/LOS should be mentioned so there is no duplication, and therefore waste, of effort. I still don’t call out my scatters, it’s a terrible habit but I find it so hard to kick =/. Good luck guys, I wish you all success with a fun but tricky class.

Make 2 dimension array dp. dp[i][j] keeps optimal solution of the case that take ‘i’ element from right side of sequence from ‘j’th element, and multiply them.

Note that there are negative numbers in sequence. So it’s not enough to keep only maximum number of each step. Because if multiplying negative numbers odd times, the result of that calculation becomes smaller than optimal solution. To figure it out, make two 2 dimensional array and keep both maximum and minimum value of each step.

This is a blog I originally wrote for Musicnsw, written in Sydney, 24 September 2009:

The Law and the PPCA

Under the copyright act, owners recorded songs (artists and record labels) are entitled to licence fees from any business that perform their recordings in conjunction with their business operations. The PPCA was set up as a non-profit organisation to collect these licence fees from all businesses around Australia that perform music to the public.

Tariffs and Lattes

Since its inception, businesses have been required to buy such licences or tariffs in order to play copyrighted recordings of music. The fees collected are then pooled by the PPCA and and the funds are divvied up between the labels and artists that are represented by the PPCA.

This blog discusses the proposed changes to the licence fee that must be paid by the restaurant/cafe industry. Since the beginning of the PPCA, they have required that restaurants and cafes pay a pretty much nominal amount for the right to play recordings in their business. According to the Sydney Morning Herald, a coffee shop with a seating 55 punters currently pays PPCA $69 a year.

The PPCA has finished a comprehensive review of this tariff and has decided to markedly increase this tariff (based on various scales and formulae). So this 55 seater coffee shop will have to pay $5,500 per year – thats something like a 7-800% increase in fees!

Is this Fair?

To figure this out – theres a couple of things the PPCA had to say on the issue:

“Music is widely used by the restaurant and café industry to contribute positively to the ambience and atmosphere of an establishment. For example, research indicates that more than 75 per cent of a sample of cafés and restaurants typically use music in their day-to-day operations.”

“Research also shows that where used effectively, music can lead to a significant increase in the time spent by consumers in restaurant and café environments, and an increase in their expenditure on food and beverages, in a range of between 10% to 70%. “

The Value of Music

Basically, what they are getting at is that there is a significant commercial value in music. Having music in a cafe or restaurant significantly impacts on how much a customer is going to spend and how long they will stay. Up until now, cafes have been getting such a valuable asset in their business for basically a nominal value. Now, after all this economic research the PPCA wants a fairer deal for artists and record labels so that what they get paid realistically represents the impact their music has on the restaurant industry.

In the eyes of the PPCA – the bottom line is this: if you don’t think music is commercially valuable to your business – then don’t use it.

Backlash

Obviously, a 7-800% increase in a cost for a business will not be taken lightly as most restaurants and cafes struggle to break even as it is. Essentially, what lobby groups say in opposition to the increase is that the PPCA has not adequately taken into account the impact these increased costs have on each restaurant’s books.

The PPCA argues that all a cafe has to do is add 10 cents or so to each of its products to alleviate such stresses. But its my opinion that the PPCA has no right to suggest such ‘advice’ as price considerations are purely up to each business and their competitive environments and types clientele. Generalisations on the industry may prove harmful for many cafes.

Many restaurants and cafes have suggested that many cafes will now be silent as they simply cannot afford the huge tariffs. And if restaurants do adhere to the new scheme, they will be forced to increase the costs of their goods/services – by much more than 10 cents. End result? Customers lose.

Potential Ramifications

1. A Boost for Live Music

The PPCA only collects fees from businesses that perform sound recordings in their businesses. So a potential unintended impact of increasing the tariffs by such a large amount may be that cafes and restaurants will be more inclined to hiring live acts to play at their venues. This may, in the end, be cheaper than buying a PPCA licence, and may stimulate Australia’s live music scene (for some genres of course).

2. Music Direct

Another potential impact is that cafes and restaurants (or their lobby group) may go directly to one or two record labels and bargain their own licence deals, thereby bypassing the PPCA. One detrimental implication of this is that such restaurants will only play music from that labels repertoire – thereby leaving small indie labels and artists unheard at such venues.

3. A Creative loophole?

Bit of an aside here – USA in the 1930s: radio took hold of the country and was this was the first time that songs could be sent all across a country to be heard and loved by everyone. Due to the success of the wireless medium in increasing the usage of music, ASCAP (the PPCA of the times) argued that their artists/labels deserved much more income when their recordings were played over the radio. ASCAP then increased their license fees payable by broadcasters by a huge amount.

Instead of complying with such requests, the broadcasters formed a group called Broadcast Music Incorporated. BMI would then collect license fees from radio stations at a rate at which radio stations could operate properly. So instead of playing songs that were licenced to ASCAP, the radio stations were playing music that was free and in the public domain – like old blues and country tracks.

Now, back in the naughties – an unintended ramification of increasing the tariffs by such a large amount is that cafes and restaurants may cancel their licenses with PPCA and in turn play free and public domain music.

The Sydney Morning Herald says that this would definitely suck as music that is currently in the public domain includes things like Elvis and other old stuff. But, the use of new music created under creative commons licenses may be a another source of ‘unrestricted’ music. Music under creative commons licences may waive any performance rights and could be an answer for cafes and restaurants looking for modern music for their customers.

Fairness

Its my opinion that a compromise may be required here. The PPCA have an extremely valid point – music does add significant value to the ambience and experience of a restaurant. The problem arises from the way in which such ‘value’ is calculated.

It is unfair to expect artists and labels not to get a slice of the pie when their music adds to the taste of that pie. But its also unfair to expect cafes and restaurants to take on such increased costs without interrupting or even stifling their cash flows. A compromise needs to be reached where sides can agree on some middle ground or price that is acceptable and valuable to all.

Hey guys! I finally bit the bullet last night (and this morning) and downloaded a whole bunch of stuff from MTS. I got these two really cool mods:

Female Breast Sliders: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=373389

CAS Body Sliders: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=378416

I have the latest patch (1.7), but not World Adventures, I don’t run any other mods, and both of the above are working great so far. I actually downloaded the Body Sliders when they were in the development stage, but they have since been released (sometime early today) onto the downloads page on MTS. I would definitely recommend taking a look at them; if they don’t work for you, it’s not my fault!

I also snatched a bunch of CC hair, clothes, eyes, tattoos, etc. so you will likely see (at least some of) this throughout the legacy. Thank you to everyone that posted their creations on MTS–you almost make me want to restart my legacy just so I can go back to CAS! I will not be crediting the CC each time I use it in a picture, but if you made it, you know who you are, and a million thanks continue to go out to you!

If you as the reader see something cool on one of my Sims and would like to know where I got it, don’t hesitate to leave a comment on the post or email me at meyvelegacy@gmail.com. Remember that any email you get back from me will be from “Cocoa Meyve”, the current heiress and founder, so don’t get scared if you see this.

OK, so email one, to Subway:

Hello Mr. Bridenbaker,

It’s been over a week since your email to me saying that Ms. Gomez would address my concerns and I’ve yet to see any sort of response. I still haven’t had a reply to my initial message to Ms. Seely, or from anyone on your team. I’m disappointed in the lack of comment overall, my first message which was sent on Oct. 28th has still gone unanswered.

I now understand why the employees in your stores have an “I don’t care” attitude. It trickles down from the top, and certainly must be passed on in franchise owners, hiring, & training.

I’m amazed at your total lack of concern for the decline of your once championing establishment. I should perhaps pass on my shellfish allergen and cross-contamination concerns to some allergy awareness groups. Perhaps allergy awareness lobbyists will warrant some attention. Everyone I know already hates Jared and the $5 footlong commercials, so I don’t need to push the issue on that one. The concept of cheese tessellation will obviously elude the average sandwich artist from now until the end of time, so we have no hope there.

Perhaps in copying Quiznos’ idea of toasting subs, you should also adopt their business model in using better quality ingredients and customer service policies. I have had a continued dialog with them regarding your lack of customer service and their seemingly misleading Toasty Torpedo ads with the very tiny hands. They proudly stand behind their ads (however creepy), their innovation, and their customer service.

Not signed. On purpose. Notice all the Cc’s, everyone hates that… I don’t care who you are. I tried to poke at every issue and make empty useless claims about allergy awareness groups, and I brought up that Quiznos is the trend-setter while noting that they’re also not perfect.

And, on a friendlier note to Quiznos, I decided to reveal my intentions to an amicable Mr. Jones:

Thanks Tony,

I must confess, I do have a blog and I have been chronicling my email escapades there. I like to play them as part consumer advocacy, part humor and all goofy. I used to write snail mail letters, but email has made it so much easier & faster. Some friends have encouraged me to keep writing, so I have. I really enjoy the open & honest dialogue that we have going on, and appreciate that you stand behind the product & integrity of your company… and take the time to respond to emails such as mine. Also, you obviously have a sense of humor, which has to be a “must” for any kind of customer interaction. I’m sure you get goofier emails and phone calls from actual crazy people.

I’m intrigued at your suggestion that I get into consulting or franchise journalism. Do you know how I would even go about this? Would I need to obtain a degree in something? I hope to grab followers to my blog just for amusement, but am unaware as to how to make it a profitable venture, ha ha ha.

Thank you once again for your time, I’m actually waiting to hear from some of your Quiznos colleagues, and Subway has still not given me a response beyond “someone will respond”… not that I’m at all surprised by that at this point.

Rock on!
-Eric

Hopefully he writes back in a positive light, and still finds all of this amusing. Still waiting for further comment from his other colleagues, none of which have really delivered so far.

And, now, the fun part… Subway’s response (or lack thereof):

Dear Mr Aixelsyd:

First, allow me to apologize. Secondly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to contact us and share your comments.

At each SUBWAY® restaurant, it is the goal of every owner; manager and employee to produce each sandwich and salad properly made to order.

Our customers provide us with valuable input, which we use to improve our operations. Your comments were shared with the regional office in your area as well as the owner of the SUBWAY® restaurant that you have visited. Since all restaurants are individually owned and operated it is the owner who would be the person to contact you in response to your concern.

I have gone ahead and copied our Training Department so that further lessons can be addressed with owners and their employees on proper handling.

Again, I appreciate you taking the time to contact us. SUBWAY® looks forward to your continued visits.

Sincerely,

Paula Gomez

Heh. “First, allow me to apologize” not followed by an apology is extremely profound, and hopefully intentional. Then, she thanks me for writing, probably through gritted teeth.

This line reeks of copy & paste: “At each SUBWAY® restaurant, it is the goal of every owner; manager and employee to produce each sandwich and salad properly made to order.”

And, I love the long winded “it wasn’t me”/”it’s not my fault”/”it’s not my problem”: “Your comments were shared with the regional office in your area as well as the owner of the SUBWAY® restaurant that you have visited. Since all restaurants are individually owned and operated it is the owner who would be the person to contact you in response to your concern.” Basically, she’s telling me that I’m being ignored by a lower level.

“I have gone ahead and copied our Training Department so that further lessons can be addressed with owners and their employees on proper handling.” With what? Cross-contamination? Cleanliness? Cheese tessellation? How to reply to customer emails?

“SUBWAY® looks forward to your continued visits” …so we can spit in your food? Did she read my emails? Perhaps this whole thing is just a reading comprehension issue. I find it amusing that the e Subway spokesperson declined to comment. Perhaps now is the time to move into old-school W(aL)D mode, and reply that Subway will not be allowed on the moon when I’m emperor.

Are there any psychologists or psychiatrists out there reading this? I’d love to get your take (…if you can tell me without telling me what my own problems are, ha ha ha).

If you haven’t been following, you may want to check out the back-story rundown here: If we’re keeping score, that’s Subway 1 and Quiznos 3½. That should explain the last email, and at the bottom there’s a rundown of all the ones that came before it (with links) if you’re interested.

Also… lots of people have been telling me they’re following… by word of mouth, or Facebook, or Twitter, and even via text message… but I beg you, if you’re reading… post a comment here, and others may have a comment about your comment. I see by the stats that people are reading. Don’t be shy. We’re all friends here. Except for you, people at Subway… Except for you.
