CCR a inregistrat solicitarea PRM de anulare a alegerilor prezidentiale,contestatia APD privind nerespectarea procedurilor de organizare a referendumului si o contestatie impotriva deciziei BEC de respingere a unei candidaturi pentru prezidentiale.

A segunda-feira (23) foi de alta nos principais mercados globais de renda variável, que avançaram com dados favoráveis divulgados nos Estados Unidos e avanço das ações de bancos e de empresas ligadas ao mercado de commodities.

As principais bolsas europeias, por exemplo, encerraram com a maior valorização percentual em cinco semanas – trajetória que foi acompanhada por Wall Street e pelo Ibovespa, que encerrou o dia com valorização de 0,73%, a 66.809 pontos. O volume financeiro totalizou R$ 5,19 bilhões.

Bancos Centrais
O otimismo também encontra apoio em declarações de membros do Fed, que apontaram que o programa de compra de ativos ligados a hipotecas deve ser mantido e a Fed Funds Rate provavelmente permanecerá próxima a zero até o final de 2010.

Além disso, o presidente do Banco Central Europeu (BCE), Jean-Claude Trichet, afirmou que a instituição já tem uma estratégia para retirar as medidas de estímulo à economia, e incentivou os governos da Zona do Euro a prepararem suas economias para fazer o mesmo.

Bolsa
Aproveitando as boas notícias do setor imobiliário norte-americano, as ações de Rossi Residencial e Gafisa aparecem entre os maiores ganhos da sessão. CCR, Lojas Renner e Redecard também colocaram suas ações entre as de melhor desempenho do Ibovespa na sessão.

Por outro lado, os ativos de NET, Usiminas, TIM e Eletropaulo aparecem na ponta negativa do índice.

Por sua vez, a Cielo (ex-VisaNet) anunciou a aquisição de 6 milhões de suas ações ordinárias, “para permanência em tesouraria, cancelamento, alienação e, em especial, para atender ao exercício de opções outorgadas no âmbito do Plano de Opção de Compra de Ações”. As ações da empresa tiveram alta de 2,58% no pregão.

Agenda
O número de vendas de casas usadas nos EUA ficou acima das expectativas dos analistas durante os 12 meses encerrados em outubro, com o registro de 6,10 milhões de casas, superior às estimativas de 5,70 milhões do mercado e ao número de setembro (5,54 milhões de casas).

No plano doméstico, o dia foi de atenção à agenda econômica. O IPC-S (Índice de Preços ao Consumidor – Semanal) de 22 de novembro marcou inflação de 0,22%, taxa 0,02 ponto-percentual acima da apurada na medição anterior. Já a balança comercial fechou a terceira semana do mês positiva em R$ 345 milhões, enquanto o relatório Focus mostrou uma manutenção das expectativas do mercado para o crescimento do PIB (Produto Interno Bruto).

Em sua Nota de Mercado Aberto referente ao mês de outubro de 2009, o Banco Central revelou que o estoque total da DPMFi (Dívida Pública Mobiliária Federal Interna) sofreu recuo de R$ 15 bilhões, ou 1,09%, na comparação com o mês anterior.

Dólar
Após fechar estável no feriado do Dia da Consciência Negra, na última sexta-feira (20), dólar comercial encerrou esta segunda-feira em queda de 0,35%, cotado na venda a R$ 1,727.

Buscando amenizar parte da desvalorização apontada na sessão, o Bacen comprou dólares no mercado à vista através de um leilão, realizado entre 12h22 e 12h32 (horário de Brasília), a uma taxa aceita em R$ 1,7228. Na ocasião, a moeda operava em queda de 0,52%, mais acentuada do que a vista no fechamento.

Hey, tell us a little information about yourself.  Who are you and where are you from.

My name is John Mooty and I am a senior at the University of Minnesota. I will be graduating this spring with majors in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management so I have been very fortunate with the alignment of what I have learned and how it applies to creating and running Airtime. Although I do not have any official schooling in design, I have been able to teach myself everything I know up to this point.

What is life like up in Minneapolis?  As far as music, fashion, and popular culture.

From an outsider’s perspective, I feel like it is easy to dismiss the power of the Minneapolis scene. Although it may not stack up to the likes of LA or New York, it is an extremely tight knit and growing community with a lot of history as well as growing influences.

With the rise of solid local hip-hop artists and DJ’s, new events and initiatives by Twin Cities’ street wear shops, and overall support from the community, we have really been able to find a niche in a city that just needed a reason to be involved.

Tell us a little about The Airtime Collection and the people involved.

We really wanted to create something that looked simple on the exterior but had an extreme amount of depth when it came to the concepts and ideas that actually formed the brand.

Yes, we are a company that makes tees, sweatshirts, and hats but really those elements are just the medium we have chosen to get our message across. If you read the quote on the home page of our website taken from Edward Murrow’s Box and Wires Speech (http://www.rtnda.org/pages/media_items/edward-r.-murrow-speech998.php), you can clearly see the parallels between old-time radio and the street wear industry. 

I do all of the artwork but I am not the only one who comes up with the ideas. My close friends are one of the biggest reasons why this concept has so much depth. Through our conversations, ideas, and past experiences, we can each bring unique angles to the table. Most importantly, we have fun doing it.

What are some of your favorite brands out right now?

I am a big fan of simplicity when it comes to brands. Also, I am a tall guy so fit is a determinant as well.  My top three favorite companies right now are Undefeated, The Award Tour, and Supreme. I pull influence from many places but watching these three are huge when it comes to setting my own game plan.

What new upcoming events or releases are you currently working on?

We are waiting on our Fall/Winter release right now, which honestly has been a pain as far as production. Our printer has run into more problems than you can imagine so we are playing the waiting game that I, myself am not too good at.

We also just released a mixtape with Pwelbs.com featuring many up and coming artists from all over the country so I am very excited to let people see the music that directly influences our company.

Last, new hat samples, events, and collaborations are in the works so we have both short and long term things to look forward to…which is nice.

What would you say are the most difficult aspects or being in your line of work?

I am a very trusting and positive individual so in my early stages of running a business, this has been a double-edged sword. On one hand, I bring a light hearted and open mind to all points of operation while on the contrary; people have taken my kindness for weakness and in turn, attempt to take advantage of it.

The fashion and music worlds are often tied together…What music artists out right now are grabbing your attention.

This is definitely true in terms of street wear. Honestly, I listen to everything on the map from CCR to Al Green to Sublime, but in terms of what I listen to on a consistent basis right now I would say A Tribe Called Quest, Nero, Kid Cudi, and Wu-Tang. These guys are so incredible and timeless that it never gets old.

«Înregistrările video din dosarul lui Decebal Traian Remeş sunt nelegale. O constată chiar Curtea Constituţională care a fost de acord că este ilegal să interceptezi şi să înregistrezi persoane faţă de care nu s-a început urmărirea penală, aşa cum s-a întâmplat în “Dosarul Caltaboşul”, transmite sambata “Realitatea Tv”. Curtea Constituţională (CCR) a admis că este ilegal să interceptezi şi să inregistrezi persoane faţă de care nu s-a inceput urmărirea penală, aşa cum s-a intamplat in “Dosarul Caltaboşul”. Probele principale pe care se bazează acuzaţiile din “Dosarul caltaboşul” constau intr-o serie de inregistrări in care apar ministrul Agriculturii de atunci, Decebal Traian Remeş, şi fostul ocupant al acestei funcţii, Ioan Mureşan. După ce aceştia au fost trimişi in judecată, avocaţii au ridicat o excepţie conform căreia nu este constituţional să inregistrezi pe cineva in faza de acte premergătoare a unui dosar.

Şi magistraţii CCR au arătat că interceptările sunt ilegale. “Vom solicita instanţei supreme să constate că aceste mijloace de probă s-au obţinut contrar dispoziţiilor legale şi să le inlăture. Acest lucru inseamnă că judecata nu se va putea sprijini nicipe mijloacele de probă, nici pe probele obţinute din acestea“, a spus Gheorghiţă Mateuţ, avocatul lui Ioan Mureşan. Procurorii au facut inregistrările in baza unui mandat primit de la un judecător in septembrie 2007, inainte să aibă vreo probă solidă pentru a putea incepe urmărirea penală. Cateva zile mai tarziu, acestea au ajuns şi in presă, tot inaintea inceperii urmăririi penale. Dosarul se află pe rolul Curţii supreme.»

> Concluzii logice:

• Bănci, hypermarketuri, magazine, benzinării, instituţii publice sau private, depozite, unităţi militare, etc. vă puteţi pişa pe toate sistemele video pe care aţi dat milioane de euro.

• Spărgători, hoţi şi jefuitori, ba chiar şi criminali, puteţi scăpa de disconfortul purtării de cagule, ciorapi sau măşti pe faţă. Toate înregistrările care vă vor surprinde în acţiune au valoare juridică nulă.

• Magistraţii CCR obişnuiesc, probabil, să mănânce prin supermarketuri, înaintea de trecerea pe la casă. Sau să-şi pună benzină şi să plece fără să plătească…

One thing we bang on about during first aid training is time on the chest when doing CPR. I find I cannot stress enough that the one thing you will do to keep someone alive is chest compressions. It makes sense – keep the blood going round and round, and enough oxygen will get to the important parts that when defibrillation and/or advanced life support get there, they’ll still be in good working order.

The guidelines from the Resuscitation Council changed in 2005 to reflect this emphasis, from 15 compressions with five breaths in between to 30 compressions with two attempted rescue breaths. Get blood going round and round. The idea is that enough air has gone in the lungs in those two breaths that the blood we’re pumping round can carry sufficient oxygen to tissues to keep it alive. The evidence (look at the reference list here, if you’re interested) suggests that this is the optimal ratio.

But we tend to go further – we say that if you don’t want to do rescue breaths, for example if the patient is covered in vomit (they will be) and you don’t have a face mask/pocket mask/(?BVM), then just bounce up and down on their chest. Get the blood going round and round. And hopefully, enough air will get in just through that motion to keep everything oxygenated.

This idea has been knocking around in the US for a fair while, where they’ve dubbed it “Call and Pump“. Call the ambulance, and get pumping. But now they’re extending this idea to professionals, to ALS crews, though renaming it “cardiocerebral resuscitation”. Get called, and pump. And it works.

Visitors to my blog probably know that at my ambulance service we tend to bring back a lot of codes. I talk about it a lot. Back in 2004 our medical director, Dr. Michael Kellum, got us involved in a “Demonstration Project” to bring Continuous Compression CPR or Cardiocerebral resuscitation to a rural area. Since that time, the results have been more than dramatic. Depending on what statistics you look at, we may be “Saving” almost 50% of witnessed arrests found to be in ventricular fibrillation.

I’ll let you go through the material yourself. It’s just fantastically interesting to me to have some fairly strong evidence that CCR is more effective than traditional CPR. No fancy ventilations, just get on the chest. – the ETCO2 monitoring shows that the chest compressions themselves are moving enough air in and out of the lungs to allow respiration to take place, and the emphasis on not checking for a pulse until the ETCO2 shows that ventilations are taking place spontaneously. Staggeringly, what we’ve been teaching lay people as an “it’ll do” technique is actually more effective than the status quo, even in the hands of trained professionals.

And now, finally, I have a scientific answer when that smart-arse says, “so, what’s the evidence behind continuous compression CPR?”

Pentru presedintele Basescu dizolvarea Parlamentului suna ca marele premiu la Loto, ca viata vesnica, ca Jordan si Kate Moss impreuna in dus. Mai ales pentru ca se pare ca nu poate ajunge la nimic din cele enuntate mai sus.

Initial s-a repezit, dupa cum se spune pe la tara, ca gasca la dude, sa declare ca-i va dizolva dusmanii poporului pe 7 decembrie. Apoi, dupa ce si-a luat corectia de la propriul sau consilier, a facut un pas inapoi si a declarat ca s-a exprimat gresit. Exasperat, un judecator de la Curtea Constitutionala i-a tinut un mic curs despre Constitutie. Si iar a dat inapoi, incercand sa sugereze ca de fapt nu vrea sa dizolve Parlamentul, ca el este adeptul stabilitatii. Rubbish!

O Ibovespa abriu em alta e foi a 64.226 pontos, alta de 0,79%, com os investidores ignorando que os futuros dos EUA já estavam em queda, 0,35%, na hora. Em seguida, vieram resultados corporativos e indicadores econômicos dos EUA que desanimaram os investidores. O índice de confiança dos consumidores da Universidade de Michigan, referente a outubro, veio em 70,6 quando no mês passado estava em 73,4 e os gastos dos consumidores recuaram 0,5% depois de terem subido 1,3% no mês anterior. Além disso, as ações do CIT Group caíram 24% com as dificuldades do banco. Essa situação levou ao fortalecimento do dólar frente as principais moedas e o recuo nos preços das commodities. O preço do petróleo fechou em US$ 77/barril com queda de 3,6%. Com tudo isso, a queda se acentuou nos EUA, S&P500 caiu 2,76%, e levou o Ibovespa para baixo fechando a 61.519 pontos, -3,45%.

My friend and I were discussing our favorite Halloween movies. I am particularly fond of Beetlejuice, The Shining, and Ghostbusters, among many others. My friend’s favorite Halloween movie is, Hocus Pocus.

I haven’t seen that movie in forever, but I do remember that the first time I saw the movie (probably on The Disney Channel) I immediately fell in love with the amazing movie. I would LOVE to see this movie, and unfortunately watching all the clips on I can find on YouTube, just isn’t the same.

However, I am bringing you one of the best scenes (that I can remember) from the movie. Aren’t the trio of witches (Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy) just great? And um wow. SJP is in this movie. Look how far she’s come!
