Sobre o video da aula do dia 25/09.
Pude perceber na atitude daqueles homens que se moviam para lá e para cá, equilibrando o peso para que cada companheiro pudesse ouvir a musica da caixa, que é preciso estar disposto a abrir mão de certas coisas para que o “todo” se beneficie. Quando buscamos o bem comum, seja onde for, na família, no trabalho ou em qualquer outro lugar é preciso entender a necessidade de ceder, ter essa disposição faz toda a diferença! E ter claro na mente que para eu ganhar não é preciso o outro perder. O universo é abundante, tem de tudo para todos! O egoísta sofre à toa preocupado em ter tudo para si mesmo, além de causar danos as outras pessoas. Ser egoísta é burrice! Quem quer tudo só para si acaba ficando sem nada…É a mais pura verdade!

On perd nos dents de lait.
On perd notre virginité.
On perd des amis, des amants, des parents.
On perd la vue, l’ouïe, et l’aisance de la mobilité.

On égare, on abandonne, on cède, on laisse.

Chaque fois que l’on perd, une certaine affliction s’enclenche. Chaque fois qu’elle est conclut, on perd une fraction de mémoire. On oublie. On omet. On désapprend.

Cette perte de souvenir, c’est ce qui justifie de recommencer.

Faut-il tellement aimer pleurer ou faut-il simplement gagner, perte après perte, l’assurance de mieux récidiver?

Depois de um tempo solteira acabei por reparar no namoro alheio, tendo uma visão de fora, ás coisas são diferentes.

Uma dela é que namorando você para de fazer coisas porque o outro não quer e solteira você nota que os casais fazem isso, claro que solteira, você acha absurdo.

Tem coisa até que rola, exemplo:

‘Não vou a Tribe (maior rave atual) porque meu ficantezinho não vai e irar se chatear’

Ok é uma rave, se ele fosse ela não gostaria, relevante.

Porem tem coisas que não tem relevância alguma, como por exemplo ‘proibir’ de usar uma peça de roupa. Simplesmente é absurdo, tem homem que gosta de ver sua garota mal arrumada para outros não paquerarem, aí a namorada fica uma baranga e ele paquera a arrumadinha por trás. Independente disso, a garota precisa estar bonita pra sí, auto estima.

Mais que auto estima, opinião própria, afinal, se o cara me conheceu assim, é assim que sou, defeitos óbvio devem tentar ser policiados, mas não trocar a personalidade (e o guarda-roupa) pelo cara. Um X é você usar, por exemplo, uma cor que ele goste, outro X é você não usar alguma cor que antes você gostava simplesmente porque ele não gosta.

Mais do que isso, acho justamente que o ‘ceder’ tanto arruína relacionamentos, afinal quem gosta de quem concorda com tudo?

El autobus y el metro esta lleno de medicos absolutamente geniales, te diagnostican de un vistazo descartando inmediatamente la necesidad que tengo de usar baston y por supuesto de ceder un asiento ya que soy muy joven y toda afeccion es mas grave que la mia (segun ellos).

Digamos que en el bus aún alguien te cede un sitio si ese dia los planetas se han alineado pero en el metro es imposible.

Otro de los problemillas es que el 90% de las veces en los asientos reservados hay personas mayores y algunas veces han perdido el juicio (como la señora de ayer que me conto su vida a voces).

Cede y seras cedido en un futuro.

CEDER 2009 went off very well, all things considered. You might have thought there wouldn’t be many people in Bucharest interested in listening to a bunch of bad news. Instead, the Novotel hall was full almost the entire time, with people moving outside for lunch into the hot sun on the terrace.

There was a lot of good debate that took place, but the reality is, there are simply so many more questions than answers at this point. One of the biggest questions is if there will be a nasty rental default phase to this recession. A year from now, at CEDER 2010, it will all seem horribly obvious.

For the moment, with virtually no transactions having taken place in 18 months, prime yield levels are anyone’s guess. Panelists said that opportunity funds are still looking for deals at 12 percent. But there’s been precious little distress on the property markets, meaning that those who wait for firesales have to start wondering if anything will materialize.

My business is located in Cedar Park. I never thought about what that name meant until this week. Turns out I have a cedar allergy and Cedar Park is full of… well, cedar. The cedar tree (it’s actually a Juniper tree, but they are in the same family) mates in December and January, and when it does, it releases a bunch of pollen. Pollen that makes me feel super crappy. I had a sore throat, stuffy/runny nose and congestion until I tried some medication called Zyrtec which I pretty much want to lick to show my gratitude for making me feel better. Zyrtec for president, man.

Anyways, I hope this goes away soon. I’ve never had an allergy in my life (save my cilantro allergy which just makes my throat itch…oh and there’s also that sparkly lip gloss which has the same effect on me.) We were thinking about buying a house, but now Anthony questions whether I want to buy a house in central texas with CEDAR FEVER on the loose!

Well, it’s 3:47 AM and I’m still at Fumee. I just finished up my work so I think I’m going to go home, although I did kick around the idea of just spending the night here. I almost died tonight. Ralph corked a bottle of champagne last week and tonight I picked it up, and the pressure made the cork pop right out… and shoot into my arm. It hurt like a mo-fo. I thought I would die of a blood clot or something. But it looks like I’ll just have giant bruise. I’m just glad it didn’t hit me in the eye.

I was hoping that tomorrow I would be able to get some family tasks done, you know, the laundry, pay the bills, write thank you notes for Christmas presents… but instead I’ll be picking up a day laborer to sand down our new cigar lockers, and buying some supplies for the store. Bah. I need a day for myself one of these days. Luckily I just joined a bunco game on Sunday nights, and I’m super excited about it! Girl’s night out for bunco, heck yeah.

I am getting better at balancing my life- which you probably don’t believe since I’m at work at 4 AM still, but it’s true. This week I’ve been taking a few hours a day for myself and it’s been very helpful for my mental health. One day I’ll figure all of this out and I’ll have a happy work life and a happy family life!

P.S. I really want a Doener Kebap.
