Sekarang bagaimana cara menginstall nya di linux, karena saya menggunakan Ubuntu Sabily dan sudah terdapat di dalam paket Repository maka tinggal menggunakan perintah aptitude install seperti langkah-langkah di bawah ini :

Hace unos días descubrí un increíble software, el Celestia. Consiste en un modelo 3D del universo (con menor detalle a medida que nos alejamos de la tierra) donde uno puede explorar libremente nuestra galaxia. Los planetas y soles no son puntos, son esferas con texturas muy buenas.



¡¡Un sistema binario de estrellas!!

Estas son algunas cosas que podemos hacer:
- Ir a Júpiter y ver la sombra de sus lunas sobre su superficie a medida que orbitan.
- Buscar eclipses solares y lunares en el sistema solar.
- Hacer clic en una de las billones de estrellas de la galaxia y con una sola tecla dirigirnos hacia ella
- Observas otros sistemas solares que hemos descubierto.
- Controlar el tiempo: Adelante, atrás, más rápido o más lento.
- Bajar archivos específicos con mejores texturas para los planetas, mayor cantidad de naves espaciales (de entrada solo podemos ver Cassini, Galileo y Hubble), incluso naves y planetas ficticios.

Cada una de las estrellas en esa imagen esta modelada y se puede explorar… y hay más de las que parecen.

Es realmente un software sorprendente que ilustra increíblemente la inmensidad del universo y la enorme cantidad de astros que hemos catalogado y descubierto.

Lo malo es que es difícil de usar, pero con el tiempo y practica se pueden hacer cosas increíbles. Recomiendo altamente que abran en Ayuda la opción de “Controles” y copien el texto al bloc de notas para tenerlos a mano. Algunas recomendaciones:



- Usen “Enter” para escribir el nombre de un cuerpo. Puede ser una galaxia, una estrella, planeta, etc. Lo que abarca este buscador depende de la distancia y las dimensiones del objeto. Por ejemplo, si estoy en Betelgeuse, no puedo ir directo a la tierra, tengo que dirigirme al Sol primero.

- Una vez seleccionado el objeto pueden usar las teclas C para centrarlo en la pantalla y G para dirigirse hacia el.

- Otras teclas útiles son la T para “trabar” un objeto, F para seguirlo e Y para orbitarlo. Si están orbitando la tierra, la tienen trabada y se dirigen a otro lugar, la vista será difícil de entender: procuren destrabar un objeto antes de dirigirse a otro.

- Paciencia. Este programa es muy potente. La cantidad de información que presenta es algo excesiva al principio. Entren en la opción de “Visualización” para configurar como quieren ver la galaxia (ver orbitas y/o nombres de planetas o estrellas o satélites, etc.). Van a tener que usar esta opción a menudo para entender que están viendo.



En fin, pruébenlo, personalmente estoy fascinado con él.

Una ultima cosa: elijan ver las estrellas como “Discos a escala” y luego apreten ] para aumentar el numero de estrellas. Es simplemente…… increíble (ver foto).

I’ve already shown you a comparison between the largest Solar System planets in each category, and then I thought, heck, for the sake of completeness let’s do the same with the smallest ones, also with the help of Celestia. So here you go:

Isn’t this cute? The proportions look very much like those of the largest planets in each group, and if you prefer some numbers here they are: Neptune is 10 times larger than Mercury, wereas Mercury is nearly 5 times larger than Ceres. If you go check the masses, you’ll find that Neptune is almost 290 times heavier that Mercury, and Mercury 375 times heavier than Ceres. Everything very similar to the proportions between the biggest planets in each class. It should be noted, though, that Neptune may be the smallest of the giants but is not the lightest; that is Uranus’ claim to fame. Or one of them, anyway.

And, again, there isn’t much of a point in this. It’s just a visual reminder that if you look at the objects without taking into consideration their positions relative to eachother, the differences between giant and terrestrial planets tend to be larger than the difference between the terrestrials and the dwarfs.

Coincidiendo con la lluvia de estrellas más popular del verano, las llamadas Lágrimas de San Lorenzo o Perseidas, el Año Internacional de la Astronomía ha organizado la 3ª Fiesta de Estrellas, en la que participan unas 40 agrupaciones de astrónomos aficionados y otras entidades.

Para determinar el radiante de las Perseidas a los largo de varios años, necesitamos tener más imágenes. Si dispones de negativos o tomas CCD donde aparezcan Perseidas, y tienes sus datos correctamente anotados, no dudes en enviarlas. Es importante que se indique en que constelación aparece, a fin de identificar el campo.

Desde hace varios años, venimos realizando un estudio astrométrico de los trazos fotográficos de las Perseidas con las imágenes de que se disponen en el Archivo de SOMYCE, además de otras recopiladas de páginas webs y búsquedas bibliográficas.

El objetivo de este estudio es determinar el radiante de la lluvia en diferentes años y ver su posible variación en las fechas del máximo, entre el 11 y 14 de agosto.

 Este trabajo está siendo realixado por José carlos Millán, Francisoc Ocaña y Orlando Benítez.

Se ha realizado la astrometría de 86 Perseidas distribuidas de la siguiente manera:

Respecto a los datos del 2008, los más recientes, queremos agrader la colaboración de Rafaél Campillos (3 imágenes), ASS Delgado del Observatorio MPC J 27 (2 imágenes) y Josep Lluís Salto y Francesc Baldrís de la Associació Astronòmica Josep Maria Esteve-Montsec de Àger y el observatorio Cal Maciarol-Montsec (2 imágenes)

Sin embargo, a pesar del esfuerzo, es necesario tener más información, ya que se requieren tener al menos 10 Perseidas por año, siendo al cifra ideal de 30 o más. En algunos años será imposible tener datos por la presencia de la Luna, pero si sería deseable llegar a 10 Perseidas por año desde el 2008 hacia atrás.

Para completar la información de cada imagen son necesarios los datos de la cámara, película, ASA empleadas, focal de la lente, nombre del observador, observatorio..etc,

Well, I think it’s about time this blog includes a few pictures. And, since posts with pictures tend to require less words, it’s also a great way to give it content without spending in it too much time. So here are two quick renditions I made with Celestia, showing side by side the largest of the Solar System’s giant, terrestrial and dwarf planets:

The Earth in the bottom image is slightly larger than Jupiter in the top image (it isn’t easy to get this just right in Celestia without doing some math, which I didn’t), but I think the comparisons are effective even so. Eris (which doesn’t look like that, by the way; since we’ve never seen its surface, Celestia uses by default a generic texture, the same for all bodies in the same situation) is closer to the size of the Earth than the Earth is to the size of Jupiter. If you need numbers, then they are approximately as follows: the diameter of Jupiter is 11 times that of Earth. The diamater of the Earth is 5 times that of Eris (and no, the rather large uncertainties in Eris data don’t change this by much; at most they may drop that number to 4). More interestingly, if you compare not sizes but masses, which are actually more relevant, you get a couple of very similar numbers: Jupiter is about 320 times more massive than the Earth; the Earth is approximately 360 times more massive than Eris.

And the point is?

There isn’t much of a point, really. This just goes to show you that when it comes to compare sizes we’re not all that gifted. The big boys in the block are really big. And if you look at them from this perspective, the dwarfs don’t seem all that insignificant anymore.

And remember: if you look beyond the Solar System you’ll find other big boys that are even bigger than the big boy from our own neighbourhood, making our planet seem even more puny and helpless. HD 139357 b, for instance, is a behemoth 9.76 times more massive than Jupiter, which is to say 3100 times more massive than the Earth. Yes, that’s three thousand Earths needed to make only one gas giant.

Good thing that it strolls around almost 400 light years away, huh?

Da dove cominciamo?

Direi intanto di chiamarla bevanda a base di malto e non birra.

Riguardo al pack: lattina 33 cl con scritte in francese ed arabo ed un bel 0.0% alc ben evidenziato.

Nella grafica richiama alcune lattine olandesi.

Ingredenti: Acqua, malto, mais, luppolo.

Nel bicchiere ha un bel colore dorato e un cappello di schiuma denso e bianco sporco

Al naso prevale un delicato sentore di agrumi e di grano bagnato

In bocca paglia,  pane di segale, cartone e maizena.

Abbastanza asciutta, completamente senza toni di amaro e molto acquosa.

Voto 5 elevabile a 6 se servita ben fredda prima di mettersi alla guida, comunque paragonabile ad altre bevande consorelle. Io se posso personalmente faccio a meno, ma certamente non è sgradevole.

1. suffer from space sickness, nausea, headaches and difficulty to locate their own limbs? This is caused by the confusing information that gets to their inner ear where balance is controlled.
2. snore less when they sleep in outer space than when they slept on Earth?
3. they season their food with liquid salt and pepper? To prevent the grains reach their nose and obstruct their vents.
4. when they get back to Earth they report difficulty to move their arms and legs? This is another reason why they call it the “second birth”.
5. they claim they can’t get used to falling objects when they drop them? Ha.
6. 18 people have died in space missions, but never in space, it has always been leaving the Earth or returning back.

Raise your hand if you want to eat powder food every day and sleep “standing up” inside a sleeping bag… anyone?, another reason why we should thank the astronauts.

These astronauts weren’t taught that they shouldn’t play with their food, I think that adults become kids again in space Ü.

NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» Kotobukiya has started preorders for a 1/8 scale Celestia figure (of Shining Wind fame) that’s sculpted by Sho Kojima. Celestia is accompanied by a floppy-eared creature that wears a crown and has occasionally been seen with Xecty. Celestia measures 11cm or 4.33″ in height and is crafted from PVC. An open book lays on top of her lap whilst her green dress radiates outwards like a lily pad. Preorders are welcome to ship in October 2009 at JPY5800 or US$68.90.
