<p>Snow has finally landed in Minnesota this week. About maybe 4 to 6 inches which isn&#8217;t too bad but the wind was awful. People around here complain about the &#8220;transplants&#8221; that don&#8217;t know how to drive in this stuff but it doesn&#8217;t bother me, probably because I don&#8217;t drive that often and when I do it&#8217;s usually side streets too and from work, or I have become rather patient in my old age. I used to be a driving maniac, I would tail people and jot in and out of lanes while speeding. Then I moved to the cities and realized that kind of behavior was a bit more frequent and when it happened to me a few times I backed off, then I started taking the bus and biking and now when I drive I am probably looked down on as a transplant but really I am just a slow driver who has come to the realization that even if I drove 55 or 75 MPH my arrival time is really not too different, especially in the city with all the stop and go stuff.</p>
<p>I got to bike early in the morning when the storm was still going but tapering off Wednesday morning. The side streets in the Como neighborhood were not touched with a plow so I was lucky to get to trudge through it with my beater mountain bike. These are the dangerous times for us bikers. I know if you are a driver around here we can be quite a nuisance and I would like to assure you  that the great guy you know as Stu is not one of them, though I am not perfect. I do not takes the whole lane and if the path or shoulder is bad I will take the sidewalk but that is usually during storms because Minneapolis is pretty good at cleaning shoulders. During winter time my commute is only 3 miles and it&#8217;s the campus area so most paths are cleared out. I see so many people in these conditions doing some pretty dangerous stuff. Last year I was biking on the shoulder in Mounds View and I hit and icy spot and the bike flew out from under me and right when this was happening a car was passing and when I landed on the ground I saw the wheels buzz by my head, I learned a lesson, stay as far to the side as you can and if it is really that bad get yourself some Nokians or take a break and ride the bus. Bikes have the right to bike in the winter and I love doing it but there comes a time when your life is more important.</p>
<p>So after getting home from a hard bike ride and a long slow truck ride (I drive to the Como neighborhood and then bike the rest of the way to work during the winter) I had this nice little gem in my fridge. <a href="http://www.foundersbrewing.com/" target="_blank">Founders</a> Cerise was one of those beers that I frequently saw at the store but passed up for something else. Not sure why I did this, I think it was the combination of fruit beer and the 9.99 price tag for a four pack.  I like fruit beers but only in small quantities and the four pack was perfect, just the price though. Lately I&#8217;ve been limiting myself to only buying one or two beers a week, if that, so when I do I would like at least something that can carry me into the next day. But I thought, what the hell, might as well and I got my allotment of Summit so lets get this for the night to break up the Summit Horizon Red monotony, which I really don&#8217;t mind. Cerise pours a beautiful red, not bright red but a more cloudy, murky red. The aroma was faint with cherries but that is too be expected, in my opinion if a fruit beers bursting with fruit aromas, then something is fake in there, unless it&#8217;s New Glarus&#8217;s Raspberry Tart. The flavor was more subtle than I was hoping for. When I drink a fruit beer I want the fruit not a hint of it. The mouth feel was the best part of this. It was bubbly and made my mouth happy, it basically took away the lack of fruit that I was hoping for and made it fun to drink. It&#8217;s a really beautiful beer, all Founders needs to do is crank up the cherry and they got a winner that would be well worth the 9.99. Man, do I sound cheep these days or what.</p>

<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><em>The good news is that i seem to be back to my old self again.  i slept so well last night, a full 9 hours and a bit more which is rare for me, and i woke feeling good and have felt great all day.  i slipped out of my satin snake-skin patterned PJ&#8217;s and into a lilac lace bra and matching panties before pulling on a green polo shirt and a pair of khaki shorts to wear around the office all day.  i had no meetings planned for today so it was good to be able to work at my desk with the low sling back stiletto heels Mistress Ana brought me from Thailand.  i did venture out a couple of times during the day though, once to drop off a pile of very dirty field clothes at the local laundry and the other to go to the jewelers to ask them to start Mistress&#8217; pendant.  However, i was disappointed to find that the maker is in hospital and so they cannot do it for the time being.  So, i went to another jeweler nearby and they may be able to do it but i need to go back tomorrow with the design and talk directly to the man himself.  So, we start all over from the beginning.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><em>i managed to chat very briefly to Goddess Joyce today.  She was in the clinic about to have Vincent either induced or delivered by caesarian.  At the time of my call she was unsure what they were going to do but certain that Vincent would make an appearance sooner now than later whichever method they chose.  We spoke around midday and it is now almost 11.00pm and no news so i am hoping all is well.  i will find out tomorrow.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><em>i tried unsuccessfully to chat with Mistress Ana this morning.  She appeared to be online but i had no response so She was probably not at Her desk.  By the time i had been to the laundry and back She was offline so i missed Her.  She will be pleased to know that i am feeling well again.  Mistress had suggested that i go out and buy myself something feminine as a treat to give my spirits a lift and although i was feeling much better today and less in need of the lift, i did buy a couple of pairs of patterned nylon leggings,one in pink and the other in grape colours.  They were on offer in a shop i passed on the way back from the laundry and i couldn&#8217;t resist.  Since early evening, once all the office staff had gone home, with my business associate also out, i have been wearing the pink ones with a short pleated brown mini-skirt and a pink polo top, wig and the pink/cerise stiletto heeled sandals i bought earlier on the trip.  Oh how good it feels to be fully &#8220;en femme&#8221; and feeling my true self once again!</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><em>i spoke to my wife on the phone first thing this morning and all is well at home with Christmas for the family all now sorted.  i am trying to get an earlier flight home.  At the moment, i don&#8217;t get home until December 22nd but finish work in the UK on December 17th and could only get wait listed flights before the 22nd.  However, there is a chance that if i pay for an upgrade, i can get the flight on the 17th and be home on the 19th which will be much better both from a Christmas preparation point of view for the family and also for cleaning Mistress Ana&#8217;s house before the festivities.</em></span></p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><em>And sweet dreams they were!  So sweet in fact that i woke early and extremely horny.  i lay on my back in bed and felt an intense longing both physical and emotional.  It was like withdrawal symptoms i guess.  my body was crying out to be used, my nipples were hard and proudly jutting through my pink satin PJ&#8217;s and i could not resist playing with them even though i know that Mistress Ana would not approve and that i shall be punished for having done so.  Of course, this made my physical arousal all the more intense but try as i might, playing with my nipples myself does not bring me to an orgasm.  It is not the same as when Mistress Ana does it obviously and the more i think of Her the more i miss Her and the more my nipples and indeed my whole body aches.  And so, i did not linger long.  Knowing that touching my nipples would only add to my fruitless arousal, i climbed out of bed and took myself off to the bathroom, but not for a cold shower!</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><em>No, this morning was hair removal morning.  i went over my whole body with the No-No, or at least those parts that i can reach.  i did my face again for i am determined now to try and gradually kill off my facial hair.  i am under no illusion that this will take a long time but all the better then to start now.  After the No-No, i shaved my face and then decided to run the razor over the rest of my body too for the No-No does not get all of the hairs.  The result was a very smoothly shaven roxie indeed!  Next, i showered and exfoliated vigorously.  Oh what heaven it was in the hot stinging shower with my freshly shaved body all pink and tingling by the time i had finished.  After toweling myself dry, i began applying body lotion all over.  The door to my room was closed but it did not stop my business partner from just walking in unannounced.  i don&#8217;t know who was the more surprised or embarrassed, him from seeing me naked or me from not being sure whether or not he saw the CB-2000 before i grabbed a towel or whether he noticed i was hairless or perhaps even noticed the bra and panties that were still draped over the chair from yesterday!  i pulled a towel quickly around my waist as my partner announced he would be gone for the day.  i was delighted to hear this and tried my level best to show no embarrassment or discomfort as i wished him a great day with his lady friend.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><em>After he left, i finished applying moisturiser to my face and hands and then dressed entirely &#8220;en femme.&#8221;  i applied make up, put on my wig and dressed in the same purple bra as yesterday and clean purple lace panties.  i chose a summery dress to wear and then put on a little jewelery, a lovely lapis lazuli and silver necklace and my ladies watch which i discovered in my jewelery bag after all.  i chose a pair of 4&#8243; stiletto heels in a maroon colour that matched the dress and for which i had a matching handbag and then, putting money in the handbag, decided to go out shopping.  First i went to the supermarket to get a few items i needed for lunch today and tomorrow.  Just fresh vegetables really but it felt terrific to be outside in the fresh air, my newly depilated legs cooled by the breeze.  i attracted no attention as i shopped, at least none that i noticed, and the girl at the checkout certainly gave me no second glance.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><em>i walked by to the office/apartment and left the groceries and then went out again.  This time i caught a cab which took me down to Miraflores.  i wanted to just wander around the shops, not looking for anything in particular other than a bargain perhaps.  And i found two!  First, i found a pair of gorgeous sandals in  beautiful dark pink or cerise colour.  It is rare to find shoes my size here in Peru because most Peruvians are small.  But, there they were!  My size, the last pair and on sale for just 50 Peruvian Soles (about $18).  i simply couldn&#8217;t resist.  i know i am supposed to seek Mistresss Ana&#8217;s permission before i buy such things but they might have gone by the time i returned with permission and so i tried them, found they fit and bought them.  You can see them below as well as how well the match the dress i wore today.</em></span></p>

<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><em>But then there was a second bargain!  i wandered into the lingerie department of Falabella (a big department store) and found that they had two-piece satin baby-doll pyjama sets selling for just 30 soles ($10) so i bought two sets, one in red with black dots and the other a sort of snake-skin pattern with white lace trim as you can see.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><em>Satisfied at this, i returned to the office/apartment, eager to try on the pyjamas and shoes.  All fit beautifully and i am so in love with the shoes, i still have them on now as i write, close to the end of the day.  Yes, it is late now, and my business partner has not yet returned but will do soon so i had best either look as if i am already in bed and asleep or change back into male mode.  i think i will go for the former and wear one of my new pyjama sets.  Oh what a wonderful all feminine day i have had.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><em>Oh, one last thing, this evening Lady Dynah was online and we chatted for about an hour.  It was good to have a long chat with Her again, especially on video cam.  She has cut Her hair shorter which suits Her and makes Her look younger in my opinion.  We chatted about my business plans and opportunities perhaps for some of Her friends to invest and then moved on to some of the doubts that She has about the D/s lifestyle and reconciling it with Her strong Christian beliefs.  This is not a new discussion between us and i maintain that as long as both Domme and sub are consenting then each is doing the other a service and so it cannot be a sin.  But is it fornication?  While fornication is considered a sin, then any sexual activity, even within marriage, that is not aimed at procreation would also be a sin and we accept contraception so why should a strong D/s relationship be any different?  Both the Domme and the sub have a need and each satisfies that need in the other so it is a sort of symbiosis, a mutual benefit that does no one any harm and does the individuals a lot of good in satisfying innate physical and emotional needs.  As ever, we parted with Lady Dynah in agreement but then it is Sunday tomorrow and that might just see those doubts return.</em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><em>No contact today with Goddess Joyce.  i had expected to get a phone call with instructions to go to the farmers market for Her but nothing.  i tried phoning Her but got no response so maybe baby Vincent is arriving or has arrived.  i will call again tomorrow.</em></span></p>

<p>Rien de nouveau depuis septembre dernier, nous vivotons sans budgets et sans réelles ambitions. Difficile dès lors de joindre les deux bouts et de rétribuer un tant soit peu nos stagiaires, mais pour l&#8217;instant nous réussissons encore à survivre.</p>
<p>Mais alors <strong>l&#8217;Agence aujourd&#8217;hui </strong>c&#8217;est quoi ?</p>
<p>Sommes-nous devenus une simple boite à dire <strong>&#8216;<em>j&#8217;aime</em>&#8221; </strong>ou <strong>&#8220;<em>je n&#8217;aime pas</em>&#8220;</strong> à propos de telle ou telle campagne ? <strong>Un groupement de publicitaires aigris</strong> critiquant les créations d&#8217;agences qui elles au moins ont le mérite d&#8217;avoir des clients ? Un blog affligeant, rarement mis à jour et chapeauté par un <strong>Planneur</strong> sur le retour dont l&#8217;avis ne mérite que rarement d&#8217;être partagé ?</p>
<p>En partie, <strong>oui</strong>.</p>
<p>Mais ce qui fait probablement la différence et ce qui rend cette <strong>Agence</strong> un peu plus accueillante que les autres <em>(les vraies)</em> c&#8217;est qu&#8217;à l&#8217;<strong>Agence</strong> on peut se permettre de dire tout et son contraire <em>(comme dans les vraies agences)</em> sans avoir de comptes à rendre à personne.</p>
<p><strong>J&#8217;en profite donc pour faire une déclaration fracassante!</strong></p>

Jamais je n&#8217;aurais imaginé qu&#8217;un assureur puisse autant me convenir et répondre à mes besoins d&#8217;une façon si éclatante.</p>

<p><strong>Vous avez senti du non-sens dans ce post n&#8217;est-ce-pas?</strong> L&#8217;objectif que je m&#8217;étais fixé était  d&#8217;éviter de dire du mal de campagnes dont je suis pourtant certain que l&#8217;efficacité est prouvée (<em>reste à savoir si la mémorisation et la reconnaissance sont les seuls outils de mesure de l&#8217;efficacité, mais c&#8217;est un autre débat</em>).</p>
<p><strong>Mais cette supercherie a fait pschitt</strong>&#8230;</p>
<p>Je demande donc pardon à l&#8217;agence <strong>Jump</strong> à qui nous devons cette saga Cerise (<em>bien loin hélas de ce qu&#8217;était la Cerise imaginée par <strong>Y&#38;R</strong>: à voir <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HhvvSvlHq4c">ici</a>, mais qui j&#8217;imagine doit satisfaire <strong>Groupama </strong>comme il se doit</em>), et je prie bien sûr mes lecteurs de m&#8217;excuser pour ces errements en les assurant que cela ne se reproduira pas.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Le clafoutis aux cerises]]></title>

<p> Un plat de 22 cm de diamètre <br />
2 cuillèrées à soupe de sucre<br />
750 g de cerises<br />
1 pincée de sel<br />
150 g de farine<br />
1 noix de beurre<br />
2dl de lait</p>
<p>En principe on ne dénoyaute pas les cerises, le noyau en cuisant ajoutant de son arôme à la pâte. Lavez les cerises, essuyez-les, équeutez-les. Versez-les dans le plat beurré. Préparez la pâte comme une pâte à crêpe. Mettez la farine tamisée dans un saladier avec les œufs entiers, le sel, le sucre. Délayer au fouet. Faites absorber toute la farine par les œufs, puis délayez avec le lait ajouté lentement. Dès que la pâte est liquide et sans grumeaux, cessez de la travailler et d’ajouter le lait. Laissez-la reposer pendant 2 heures. Au moment de l’employer, allégez-la avec le reste de lait ou d’eau, versez-la sur les cerises. Saupoudrez de sucre, mettez au four chaud ( 5-6 au thermostat ou 175 ° C ) .Laissez cuire 40 à 45 minutes. La pâte montera sans deborder puis retombera au sortir du four. Servez tiède .</p>

<p>Every non- French kid knows now what&#8217;s a ratatouille, thanks to a cute little rat who loves to cook. So I am suggesting <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clafoutis">Clafouti</a> as a name for an other hero.  A funny name of a simple, easy  and delicious desert. If instructions are not clear, it is basically a  batter over fruits, and baked in the oven. The traditional one is from <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limousin_%28region%29">Limousin</a> and with cherries.</p>
<p>EDM challenge: draw a  favorite recipe</p>
<p>Grace a un mignon petit rat, fou de cuisine, tous les enfants non-Français savent maintenant ce qu&#8217;est une ratatouille. J&#8217;aimerais proposer comme nom pour un autre héros, <a href="http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clafoutis">Clafoutis</a>. Un nom tout aussi rigolo d&#8217;un dessert facile et délicieux. Si la recette est difficile à lire, c&#8217;est en fait une pate comme pour les crêpes sur des fruits et cuit au four. Le traditionel est du <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limousin_%28region%29">Limousin</a> et ce fait avec des cerises.</p>

Using a little bird in the small necklaces she made, sparked off the idea of using birds within a new range of jewellery.  Having used the dove in the children’s jewellery, she decided to use this bird alongside a garden bird to form the ‘Peace and Joy’ birds.</p>
<p>She said: ‘I like the message and the fact that birds are uplifting, which is something that everybody needs at the moment.’</p>
<p>The pieces are hand engraved and hand cut. And what’s unusual is that there are two birds together. On the back of the bird with ‘Peace’ engraved on it, there are lots of tiny etched stars.</p>
<p>The silver birds cost £80 and the gold is £98 and is made with an extender, so the length of the necklace can be altered. For bespoke engravings the cost of the necklaces will be more.</p>

<p><span style="color:#888888;">En tête de cette médiocrité mercantile, nous avons Groupama avec sa Cerise qui ne nous lâche pas les basques, et évidemment le fameux Sébastien de Carglass qui répare et qui remplace grâce à sa colle miraculeuse en bouchant les fissures de votre pare-brise en 30min chrono. </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#888888;">Est ce que vous avez remarqué la médiocrité et la pauvreté intellectuelle de ces publicités? Et le scénario? </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#888888;">Je me suis posé la question si ces 2 annonceurs le faisaient exprès ou pas de nous prendre pour des demeurés en nous expliquant comme à des enfants attardés comment Carglass pouvait réparer un pare-brise qui fait &#8220;crac&#8221;! avec l&#8217;effet du soleil et de la climatisation (perso moi j&#8217;ai jamais vu ça mais bon) et comment Groupama pouvait  résoudre tous vos tracas quotidiens, grâce au monde merveilleux et super sexy de l&#8217;assurance ! </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#888888;">Parce que oui les problèmes d&#8217;épargne à 4,40% et les remplacement de voiture en cas de panne se sont des sujets d&#8217;actualité graves et il faut en parler !!!<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#888888;">Heureusement que pour s&#8217;adresser à nous les assureurs et les reparateurs de pare-brise nous ont dégoté 2 beaux phénomènes bien lobotomisants! </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#888888;">Une jolie potiche du nom de Cerise qui arrive à rendre humainement compréhensible l&#8217;intérêt et le but de prendre une assurance ou de souscrire à un crédit. Oui parce que Cerise elle est mignone mais elle est fringuée comme un rideau de douche, et elle est blonde, donc si elle, elle a compris comment ça marche chez Groupama, alors nous on va piger aussi, c&#8217;est sûr. </span></p>

<p><span style="color:#888888;">Quel talent d&#8217;orateur pour un simple vendeur ! vous avez-vu, en 1min il nous explique tout avec des mots simples et des verbes pas compliqués du 1er groupe, comme s&#8217;il s&#8217;adressait aux  pensionnaires d&#8217;un service gériatrie !</span></p>

<p><span style="color:#888888;">Alors oui je pense que les gens qui ont réalisé ces pubs ont volontairement voulu faire passer un message d&#8217;une rare médiocrité et de manière répétée, pour simplement nous faire prendre conscience que l&#8217;ont était un peu des teubés, comme les gens dans leurs pubs, mais qu&#8217;on s&#8217;en rendait compte trop tard parce que le message était déjà gravé dans nos têtes&#8230; Pas besoin de vous rappeler les slogans, vous les connaissez déjà n&#8217;est ce pas ?<br />

<p><strong>Préparation </strong>:</p>

<p>Ajoutez le vin, couvrez d&#8217;un linge 48 heures.  Filtrez et mettez en bouteille.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<p><em>For the Cake:</em></p>
<p>1+¼ cup all-purpose flour</p>
<p>1/2 bar good dark chocolate</p>
<p>1/4 bar swiss milk chocolate</p>
<p>2 teaspoons baking powder</p>
<p>2 pinches salt</p>
<p>1/2 cup sugar</p>
<p>1 tablespoon vanilla essence</p>
<p>½ cup milk</p>
<p>½ cup rapeseed oil</p>
<p>2 eggs</p>
<p><em>For the filling</em></p>
<p>1 tbsp Cerise</p>
<p>1/2 cup tart cherries, chopped</p>
<p>powdered sugar</p>
<p><em>For the Ganache</em></p>
<p>1 lb bittersweet chocolate, chopped</p>
<p>1 pint heavy cream</p>
<p>5 1/3 oz unsalted butter</p>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 9 inch (23 cm) cake tins.</p>
<p>Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl. Add milk/water, vegetable oil and eggs.</p>
<p>In a microwave, melt both kinds of chocolate and blend them together. Add the melted chocolate to the mixture, blending constantly to prevent hardening.</p>
<p>Mix everything together until smooth, either by hand or by using an electric mixer at slow speed. If the batter is too runny you may add slightly more flour.</p>
<p>Transfer evenly  to bake tins and bake at 350 degrees until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 35 to 45 minutes.</p>
<p>Once cakes have cooled, remove from pans.</p>
<p>In a small mixing bowl, blend cerise and chopped cherries with enough powdered sugar to make a thick filling. Spread this on top of one of the cakes.</p>
<p>Place second cake on top of the first.</p>
<p>Bring cream and butter to a simmer.</p>
<p>Pour over chocolate and stir/whisk until melted and smooth. Blend in another 1/2 teaspoon of cerise.</p>
<p>Spread the ganache over both cakes until covered.</p>
<p>After it has cooled, cover with vanilla frosting. Garnish with cherries and chocolate slivers.</p>

<p>4. <strong>Mehmet Aygun</strong>, l&#8217;inventeur du <strong>Döner Kebab</strong>, est mort en janvier dernier, et le site <strong>Kebab-Frites </strong>(toute l&#8217;actu du Kebab) lui a consacré un <a href="http://www.kebab-frites.com/news/mehmet-aygun-linventeur-du-kebab-est-mort-244.html" target="_blank">article</a> fabuleux dans lequel on apprend également que Mehmet a créé la sauce blanche, permettant ainsi à des millions de turcs de devenir patrons et de nourrir leur famille. Il paraît même qu&#8217;à son enterrement, le créateur du panini et de la sauce samouraï était inconsolable d&#8217;avoir perdu son rival de toujours.</p>

J&#8217;ai d&#8217;abord cru que c&#8217;était une campagne virale pour la sortie de <a href="http://theyellowkid.wordpress.com/2009/05/13/yelo-ray-les-prochaines-sorties-en-blu-ray/" target="_blank">Terminator 2</a> en Blu-Ray mais en fait non, les cainris sont vraiment fous des fois. <a href="http://www.slashfilm.com/2009/07/05/lol-man-arrested-for-running-around-naked-in-a-casino-claims-hes-a-terminator/" target="_blank">Mardi dernier</a>, <strong>Sean Stanley Smith</strong>, 19 ans et complètement défoncé au LSD et au shit, a été arrêté dans le <strong>Casino Stateline</strong> parce qu&#8217;il effrayait les clients (qui se trompaient de fente pour insérer les pièces) en se baladant nu et en criant qu&#8217;il était un <strong>Terminator</strong> envoyé du futur. Et cette fois ci, pas besoin de métal liquide, de lave en fusion ou de mitraillette géante pour stopper le robot le plus évolué de l&#8217;histoire: un coup de <strong>Taser</strong> a suffit. Par contre, on ne sait pas s&#8217;il a lancé un &#8220;Je reviendrai&#8221; lorsqu&#8217;il s&#8217;est écroulé.</p>

<p>Une<strong> jolie recette d&#8217;été,</strong> en espérant que ça le fasse revenir (l&#8217;été, pas votre amoureux, là c&#8217;est encore une autre mayonnaise). Réfugions nous dans la petite cuisine et pour toute incantation, préparons cette entrée<strong> rafraîchissante et fruitée*</strong>. C&#8217;est une de mes très rares recettes sucrées-salées ;  la cerise y apporte originalité et vivacité, sans lourdeur, et fait office de <strong>brillant petit chef d&#8217;orchestre</strong> et non de cache misère.</p>
<p><!--more-->C&#8217;est en plus <strong>ultra-léger</strong>, l&#8217;utilisation du lait de coco permettant d&#8217;avoir la main légère sur l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Alors allons y !</p>
<p><strong>Ingrédients pour 4 personnes :<img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1123" title="tartare_daurade" src="http://petitecuisine.wordpress.com/files/2009/07/tartare_daurade4.jpg?w=300" alt="tartare_daurade" width="180" height="154" /></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4 filets de daurade royale</li>
<li>100g de cerises (des Napoléons idéalement, ces cerises presque blanches et si acidulées).</li>
<li>7 cl de lait de coco</li>
<li>10 cl d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive</li>
<li>1 citron vert</li>
<li>1 citron jaune</li>
<li>1 botte de basilic</li>
<li>quelques gouttes de Tabasco vert</li>
<li>une pincée de garam massala</li>
<li>Fleur de sel</li>
</ul>
<p>Rincez et épongez les filets, enlever les arrêtes et les parties abimées. Coupez les en<strong> petits cubes</strong> et placez les au frais. Dénoyautez les cerises, coupez les en petits cubes de la même taille que vos dés de poisson.</p>
<p>Ciselez <strong>6 feuilles de basilic</strong>, mélangez au jus du citron vert, à une cuillère à soupe de jus du citron jaune, et à une pincée de zeste de chaque citron, finement râpé.</p>
<p>Au dernier moment, mélangez tout les ingrédients et dressez sur les assiettes ou dans des petits bols. Si la préparation est trop liquide, égouttez légèrement avant de mettre en place.</p>
<p>Pour jouer la cerise jusqu&#8217;au bout, servir avec un pinot noir d&#8217;Alsace <strong>très légèrement</strong> rafraîchi.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>A divorce might not sound like cause for celebration, but owner of accessories boutique Cerise on London&#8217;s Columbia road and online <a href="http://www.ceriseuk.com">Cerise</a> Maria Aidley, found her perfect solution.</p>
<p>Maria said: &#8216;I was in the shop one day when Simon, the resident jeweller, told me about his idea to turn an old piece of jewellery into something new.</p>
<p>&#8216;Rather than moving old unworn bits of jewellery from cupboard to cupboard, covered in dust, Simon could reinvent the jewellery into something wearable, which can lower the cost of having something new. I really wanted something to represent the members of my family, using the diamonds from the jewellery of my second wedding which I never wear. Simon took a look at the wedding jewellery and came up with a design using the stones, but we would need more metal to complete it. So out from the cupboard came the tennis bracelet I bought myself from the divorce settlement of marriage number one. All that stuff is water under the bridge now, so it seemed like a perfect way to show I’ve moved on and get a tasty wearable treat. &#8216;</p>
<p>As the woman with unworn jewellery hidden in the back of her cupboard, Maria later went on to invent her own &#8217;story ring&#8217; for Simon to create. This was a stackable ring with different stones on, one to represent every child of Maria&#8217;s and something lovely for each of them to later inherit. Maria added: &#8216;I love the idea that I&#8217;m getting exactly what I want and that my children will have a ring each to inherit. I will now been able to wear and enjoy the jewellery on a daily basis, and I got a treat out of it that I know will last. I win and so do the kids.&#8217;</p>
<p>Simon Rees, who has been making bespoke jewellery for nearly 20 years, says the idea came to him when he found out his cousin was getting married.</p>
<p>He said: &#8216;They didn&#8217;t have any money for the wedding, so I suggested getting all the bits of gold from the family no one wanted and I&#8217;d make the wedding rings. At the time I had no idea that they would be transformed into such extraordinary colours. I created two bands and because of the various golds used, the outcome was quite unpredictable – but they looked wonderful.&#8217;</p>
<p>The service is super for women who have jewellery that no longer suits their needs, such as those bits of jewellery received as 18th birthday presents or gifts from granny. Rather than wasting unworn jewellery, the idea is to enhance it by bringing it back to life, so that you can fondly remember a relative or special person, as you peer at your new favourite piece of jewellery.</p>
<p>So what jewellery can be made?</p>
<p>Pretty much anything you can think of; bracelets, rings, earrings and the list goes on. And all the golds of any quality can be used. There is an initial fee of £150, which involves two meetings with Simon to discuss ideas, then a model is made of silver so the customer can physically see the piece, before Simon takes the stones out and starts melting the jewellery down. Simon says: &#8216;It&#8217;s a fun process, as customers learn a bit about what&#8217;s involved in making the jewellery and see how the transformation is done&#8217;.</p>
<p>The remodelling costs start at £200 and makes either a perfect gift for yourself or for someone else, especially for Christmas, but bear in mind bespoke takes a minimum of 6 weeks – so don&#8217;t leave it too late!</p>

Il n&#8217;a pas fallut longtemps pour que j&#8217;embauche des p&#8217;tites mains , ni une ni deux distribution de tabliers ..</p>

<p><strong>Confiture de cerises</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 kg de cerises ( lavées , dénoyautées !)</li>
<li>1 kg de Candico ( le sucre magique 2 kg de fruits  pour 1 kg de sucre )</li>
<li>1 jus de citron</li>
<li>1 zeste de pamplemousse</li>
<li>4 clous de girofle</li>
</ul>
<p>Mettre dans la cocotte les fruits , le sucre , le jus de citron , le zeste de pamplemousse  et les 4 clous de girofle , laisser la cocotte tranquille 2 ou 3 heures , le temps que le sucre fonde et que les fruits dégorgent .</p>
<p>Mettre la cocotte sur le feu , dès le premier bouillon compter 5 minutes .</p>
<p>Faire le test de &#8220;prise &#8221; sur une assiette froide . ( Poser une cuillérée du mélange sur l&#8217;assiette froide , si la confiture  se fige , c&#8217;est prêt !!! )</p>
<p>Ensuite , y&#8217;a pu qu&#8217;a (!!! ) mettre en pots .</p>

<p>J&#8217;ai pu faire 8 pots  ( genre &#8221; Bonne Maman &#8220;) et beaucoup de gourmands heureux &#8230; ( Mamick est repartie sans cerise mais avec quelques pots ! )</p>
