Charles Ray Fuller of Ft Worth, Texas had a “brilliant” get rich quick plan.  He “borrowed” a check from his girlfriend’s mother and added some slight modifications.  His little plan ran into some problems when bank officials became suspicious of the 10 zeros Fuller added to the check. Yes, he tried to cash a check for $360 billion.  Gee, my guess is somebody didn’t pass the math portion of the TAKS/TAAS.

Damn, this isn’t even about stupid criminals, this is just plain sad.

Charles Ray Fuller, a young man from Texas walked into a bank last week and tried to cash, not deposit, cash a check for $360,000,000,000 dollars. Count those zeros, that is not 360 Million, that is 360 Billion…with a B.

Chuckie, do you even know how much cash that is? How much that would weigh? Did you know it would make you the richest man in the world?

You see where he scratched it out? Like he was about to go for 340 Billion dollars and was like…naaaaaaahhhhhh, I’m gonna need an extra 20 billion to really do this thing right.

When police tracked Charles Ray down, they asked him how he got the check and he replied “my grandma gave it to me to start a record label”. I don’t know if all the record companies in the world have ever made $360 Billion.

Some people are so creative. Here’s a story about a man who walked into a Texas bank wanting to cash a cheque made out for $360,000,000,000. For some reason, it raised the suspicion of the bank teller, who determined that the cheque was likely a forgery (you know, clearly they have some very intelligent bank tellers in Texas!). 

The holder of the cheque, Mr. Charles Ray Fuller, claims that his girlfriend’s mother gave it to him as a way of helping him start a record business.

Now, I don’t know about you, but when did it cost $360 Billion to start a record business? And doesn’t Mr. Fuller know that records are not quite profitable a business? I mean really, at least shoot for Eight Tracks or Cassettes!!

The steps to starting any business are definitely getting easier in the digital age. The blueprints of several moguls have been published on line and in print. We all know that Master P, got his start in Richmond, CA, peddling records and ice cream. Through a lot of hard work, a lucky break and the determination to succeed led to a multi-million dollar empire that is still going strong. But, the real emphasis of the story is the ability to start your own record label. At times, we all have to lean on the kindness of strangers to get things done. Charles Ray Fuller was depending on the fact that we are not just gullible, but that we are stupid…

The 21-year-old North Texas man was arrested last week for trying to cash a $360 billion check, saying he wanted to start a record business, authorities said. Tellers at the Fort Worth bank were immediately suspicious — perhaps the 10 zeros on a personal check tipped them off, according to investigators.

Fuller, of suburban Crowley, was arrested on a forgery charge, police said. He was released after posting $3,750 bail.

Fuller said his girlfriend’s mother gave him the check to start a record business, but bank employees who contacted the account’s owner said the woman told them she did not give him permission to take or cash the check, according to police.

In addition to forgery, Fuller was charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon and possessing marijuana, Fort Worth police Lt. Paul Henderson said.

Officers reported finding less than 2 ounces of marijuana and a .25-caliber handgun and magazine in his pockets, police said.

Fuller couldn’t be located for comment by The Associated Press on Friday because there were no phone listings for him in the Fort Worth area.

What were you doing going into a bank with a gun? Regardless of your original intentions, the fact that you have a gun is a sign that you are up to no good. I am not trippin over the weed, unless the discussion is about whether or not the weed made you think that this was a good idea. Whatever ole’ Chuck was smoking must have been some good shit.  I doubt his girlfriend’s mother has 1/100th of that amount in her checking account.  Even if you got your hands on Bill Gates’ check book, a $360 Billion dollar check would bounce.  Even if it didn’t how was one guy going to get that much cash home.  $360 Billion will not fit in a Phat Farm Backpack.

$360 Billion?  Seriously?  I don’t know facts but I have to imagine that’s probably more than the GDP of China.
