A discussion came up at work a while back (okay, maybe a couple of years ago) about Australian made cheeses. Someone in the discussion mentioned they had gone to a great cheese making class at a dairy they had been to on holidays, where the owners of the small family run dairy held classes and anyone that was interested could come along and learn how to make cheese from home – they got to take away their own homemade cheese at the end of the day. 188 more words
