<title><![CDATA[Asia-Nudeln]]></title>

<p>Für 2-4 Portionen:</p>
<ul>
<li>100g Mie-Nudeln</li>
<li>1 kleiner Chinakohl</li>
<li>Knoblauch</li>
<li>1 säuerlicher Apfel</li>
<li>250ml Hühnerbrühe</li>
<li>Sojasoße</li>
<li>1 TL Chili-Flocke</li>
</ul>
<p>Die Mie-Nudeln vorab in einem Topf (nach Packungsangabe) kochen und nebenbei den Chinakohl klein schneiden. Den säuerlichen Apfel in dünnen Scheiben schneiden.</p>

<p>Danach den gehackten Knoblauch in einem Topf/einer Pfanne anbraten und den Chinakohl zusammen mit den Apfelstücken hinzufügen.</p>

<p>Hühnerbrühe und 3 EL Sojasoße zugeben und mit den Chili-Flocken würzen. Nachdem das Ganze etwas vor sich hin geköchelt hat, die abgetropfen Mie-Nudeln hinzufügen. Die Asia-Nudeln dann noch ggf. mit weiterer Sojasoße nachwürzen.</p>
