This helps in fighting factors connected with stroke, and heart attacks. It slows down bad cholesterol processing which clog the arteries and prevents blood platelets from clumping. However, flavonoids contents may also vary. Some foods are more flavonoids enriched and more active which include cocoa, the main ingredient of chocolates. Consuming the right amount of Belgian chocolate can also improve the condition of the artery.   Knowing these medical benefits of dark chocolates really helps. It is not only about eating but also learning its ingredients to know both the advantages and disadvantages. So, think twice before you give up chocolates in your diet.   Cara membuatnya :
  1. Lelehkan coklat putih untuk chocolate souvenir dengan cara di tim atau dengan menggunakan microwave.
  Cara menge-tim top chocolate. Chocolate Top dipotong-potong kecil, letakkan dalam wadah yg bersih. Siapkan tempat lain yg lebih besar, isi dengan air dan jerang di atas api. Wadah yg berisi coklat untuk souvenirs chocolate diletakkan di air.
  Catatan : Selama menge-tim atau melelehkan coklat dari souvenirs shop, hindarkan coklat untuk gift souvenirs dari air meskipun hanya 1 tetes. Akibatnya sangat fatal. Coklat yang dibungkus dengan chocolate box bisa menggumpal dan warna chocolate gift akan buram.
  Update : Seharusnya wadah air lebihh kecil daripada wadah coklat yang nantinya diletakkan di souvenirs box, untuk menghindari cipratan air masuk ke dalam coklat untuk souvenirs gift. Kemudian tips yang lain, begitu air mendidih segera matikan api dan aduk terus coklat dari shop chocolate hingga semua coklat dari shop gift mencair, karena kalau suhu terlalu tinggi gift chocolate putih dari souvenirs shop bukannya mencair tapi malah menggumpal.
  
  2. Beri warna box chocolate sesuai selera. Sebaiknya beri warna 1 tetes dulu kemudian aduk rata, kalau warnanya masih kurang baru tambahkan lagi.
  
  3.   I’ve found a new recipe on Chocolate Mousse today, here it is:

  Chocolate Mousse with Macarons

  Ingredients
  140g/5oz good quality plain chocolate, broken into pieces
  40g/1½oz butter, melted
  4 egg yolks
  55g/2oz caster sugar
  2 egg whites
  12 small macaroon biscuits
  150ml/5fl oz good quality red wine, ideally St Emilion or Merlot
  1 small orange, zest and juice only
  1.Break up the chocolate, place in a bowl and melt over a pan of hot water, or melt for 30 secs on High in the microwave.
  2.Put the egg yols and sugar together in a large bowl and, using an electric hand whisk, beat until the mixture is pale, thick and forms a ribbon when the whisk is lifted.
  In a clean separate bowl, use a clean whisk to beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Leave to one side.
  3.Take 6 large wine glasses. Soak half the biscuits in 2fl oz red wine, then place 3 biscuits in the bottom of each glass. Stir the melted butter into the chocolate.
  Stir orange zest and juice into the sugar and egg mixture, then quickly fold in the melted chocolate, and then the egg whites carefully.
  4.Fill the glasses halfway with the mousse. Soak the remaining biscuits in the rest of the wine, then layer in the middle of each of the glasse. Fill the glasses up to the top with the rest of the mousse. Place in the fridge overnight to set.
