Multiple cycles/assignments of learning in operations or functional area at manager, site leader or equivalent level. •	Extensive and proven leadership experience. •	Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence. •	Demonstrated project management experience to manage multiple priorities in a highly matrixed organization. •	Track record of achieving results in challenging assignments •	Demonstrated strong coaching skills at all levels of the organization; especially senior leaders. •	Demonstrated ability to build, manage, energize and motivate high performing teams. •	Able to travel 60-75%, as necessary •	French speaking proficiency</p>

Job Description	•	Lead and direct the European manufacturing engineering groups. •	Lead integrated supply chain manufacturing engineering related functions through a process of change and realignment to form groups focused on sustaining engineering, new product introduction support and development of advanced manufacturing engineering to support future processes. •	Identify and optimize constraint processes using lean manufacturing techniques. •	Key interface for integrated supply chain in new product introduction and value engineering projects and establish roles and responsibility agreements between site engineering teams and product technology groups. •	Plan for and assure that the necessary engineering resources are in place to support the development of new processes and the modification of existing processes to improve the effectiveness of manufacturing operations •	Assist in the development of new products and manage the transition of those products into repetitive manufacturing<br />
Skill Required	•	BS degree in Engineering or relevant scientific discipline •	Significant engineering experience with diverse range of manufacturing processes •	Several years of demonstrated management experience in a multi-site, complex business environment •	Able to travel ~ 50% of the time, including internationally •	Knowledge of Six Sigma Tools, such as Green Belt and Lean strategies •	Strong process management skills/methodologies •	Ability to innovate and drive change •	Proven track record in managing effectively interdepartmental and large projects •	Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at several levels of the organisation •	Must be able to handle difficult, high stress situations effectively and diplomatically<br />
