The US Dollar continues to trade at major lows against major forex counterparts, and there is admittedly little scope for an immediate turnaround. Yet we wrote in our

As with EVErything in trading, timing is absolutely critical and extremely difficult to determine. Yet we suspect that the weeks ahead could produce significant price moves across all US Dollar pairs.

Momentum2 was by far our best performer through the past week of price action, as the relatively fast-shifting strategy latched on to nascent Trends across key currency pairs. Momentum1 actually lost on aggregate as it was much slower to adapt to quick and noteworthy shifts in sentiment. As it stands, we believe Momentum2 remains attractive. And the similarly fast-shifting Breakout2 strategy shows promise on the jump in Forex Options Volatility expectations. Range2 has ironically begun trading at arguably the worst time for Range trading systems. We have shifted our bias towards momentum and Breakout systems, and Range2 looks comparatively less attractive in the week ahead.

Definitions

Volatility Percentile

– The higher the number, the more likely we are to see strong movements in price. This number tells us where current implied Volatility levels stand in relation to the past 90 days of trading. We have found that implied volatilities tend to remain VERy high or VERy low for extended periods of time. As such, it is helpful to know where the current implied volatility level stands in relation to its medium-term range.

Trend

– This indicator measures Trend intensity by telling us where price stands in relation to its 90 trading-day range. A VERy low number tells us that price is currently at or near monthly lows, while a higher number tells us that we are near the highs. A value at or near 50 percent tells us that we are at the middle of the currency pair’s monthly range.

Range High

– 90-day closing high.

Range Low

– 90-day closing low.

Last

– Current market price.

Strategy

– Based on the above criteria, we assign the more likely profitable strategy for any given currency pair. A highly volatile currency pair (Volatility Percentile very high) suggests that we should look to use Breakout strategies. More moderate volatility levels and strong Trend values make momentum trades more attractive, while the lowest Vol Percentile and Trend indicator figures make Range Trading the more attractive strategy.

EXCLUSIVE-Guinea-Chinese deal rests on $100 mln deposit
12.15.09, 8:46 AM ET

Guinea -

* CIF has deposited $100 million in Guinean central bank

* Funds unusable, meant to guarantee mining deal

* Future payments uncertain after assassination bid

By Saliou Samb and Richard Valdmanis

CONAKRY, Dec 15 (Reuters) – A Chinese fund has paid Guinea’s ruling junta a $100 million deposit to guarantee a mining deal but the vast future proceeds seen flowing from the accord remain uncertain, Guinean sources have told Reuters.

The deal, signed before the political crisis sparked by a botched Dec. 3 assassination bid on junta leader Moussa Dadis Camara, was initially valued at $7-9 billion and seen as a lifeline to a government facing international isolation.

But the wording of the accord stipulates that even the initial deposit cannot be touched by the junta, according to the sources, while any future revenues depend on whether the West African state can return to some sense of stability.

“They have made a deposit of $100 million into the central bank, but we cannot touch it,” said a Guinean central bank source who requested anonymity.

“They (the Chinese) know there is a risk that if there is a change in power, their agreement will be cancelled,” a separate government source said of questions hanging over the country’s future leadership while Camara recovers in a Moroccan clinic.

Defence Minister and Camara loyalist Sekouba Konate has taken temporary control of the country, the world’s top exporter of the aluminium ore bauxite and home to operations of major firms like Rio Tinto , Alcoa , and RUSAL.

The country is also believed to have untapped reserves of iron, gold, diamonds, and offshore oil and natural gas.

While there has been no move to impose a broad trade embargo in Guinea, it faces a ban on arms imports and junta members have been targeted with visa bans and other sanctions since a Sept. 28 crackdown on pro-democracy marchers that killed over 150.

ACCESS TO MINERALS AND ENERGY

China has boosted its resource investments around the world in recent years, particularly in Africa where it is seeking to lock up energy and minerals concessions to feed its rapid economic growth at home.

According to a source with knowledge of the accord, Camara allies clinched in June an accord with the Hong Kong-based China International Fund (CIF) to form a joint venture called Guinea Development Corporation (GDC).

Guinea would hold direct and indirect stakes amounting to 32 percent in GDC, with the rest held by CIF and majority-owned Angolan joint venture China Sonangol International, he said.

A copy of the accord seen by Reuters showed it was signed on June 12 by Energy Minister Mahmoud Thiam and two other Guinean officials.

Under its terms, GDC would have access to all the country’s minerals and energy resources not currently being exploited by other companies. Some of the revenues realised by Guinea would be used to fund electricity, water and transport projects — including a national airline, two government sources said.

It was not clear what conditions were attached to the release of the $100 million guarantee.

Thiam declined comment when reached by phone on Saturday and Monday, and has not responded to repeated calls since then.

Beijing has distanced itself from CIF’s mining deal, but a U.S. Congressional report earlier this year said some of its members work for the Chinese government. When contacted by telephone, the Chinese embassy in Conakry was not immediately available to comment on the deal.

With Camara still out of the country, it is not clear how future provisions of the deal will be implemented.

A separate central bank source said that an additional $200 million was now expected from CIF, but he could not give details on the timing of the payment or conditions for use.

In Emily Hill’s article published on Guardian.co.uk’s Comment is Free page last Wednesday, while discussing the commoditisation of pink, the Evening Standard reporter noted, ‘Shops provide what customers want to buy – not the other way around’.

When the time comes that your child confronts you about Santa Claus, leaving you without any option but to backtrack on all the conservations you had with them on the topic for the past few years, don’t despair.

Your child from now on is not going to disbelieve everything you teach them in life, just because you chose not to instead tell them from the start about the myths of St Nicholas, so that whilst they wouldnt have believed in Santa, they could have believed that it was him who the Christmas gifts came from. I’m not sure how that one would have worked either.

No, what you must do instead of worrying over your child recognising you’ve lied to them all these years, you ought to look deeper than that. What have you done each Christmas up to this point? Denied the influence of marketing on your life by serving an ideal for your child at the end of every year.

While your child did believe in Santa, whether you were worried about any consequences of your child receiving more or less on Christmas Day compared to your child’s friends, because of the difference in bank balances concerned, think of it all another way.

Now that your child has reached an age where they no longer believe in Santa Claus (in an estimation made by adults on familyeducation.com most children stop believing in Santa between ages 8-10) they have reached an age where they are old enough to make their own decisions as consumers. Until that point, you the parent got “grouped” on your child’s behalf, but at the point they no longer believing in Santa Claus, they must assume the responsibility for themselves.

Be aware that following such a rule could cause increased guilt in certain purchases you make in other areas of your life. However, if said guilt does get the better of you, perhaps that’s not such a bad thing to happen after all.

SO WHAT ARE THE PRESS GOING TO YELL ABOUT AFTER MANNING?

(Nice banner, John. Mind if I borrow it?)

Banner above is from John Rentoul's blog - http://johnrentoul.independentminds.livejournal.com/101428.html

The habitually courteous and fair John Rentoul casts a gentle swipe at the usually reasonable Andrew Sparrow for his “Minute-by-minute coverage of what could be the most interesting hearing yet”.

I share with Rentoul a genuine admiration for Tony Blair. Yes, yes, I know, I know, what am I on? I actually believe EVERYONE is innocent until proven guilty – even Blair.

We few, we happy few need to stick together. But I quite enjoy Sparrow’s running commentaries. He seems almost “one of us”.

He’s not a Daily Mail hack, John! Then again, I haven’t had time to read the whole three hours worth. Perhaps Sparrow really IS a little CIFer in disguise, like half of the infiltrators there.

(Sign the Ban Blair-Baiting petition if you’re not, Andrew! That’ll make it FOUR honest, justice-loving journos. )

Btw, dear reader, I’ll update you later via the good offices of Julie, as for last week’s reports from the Inquiry. I’ll bet you can hardly wait!!!

A reasonable headline on BBC Radio 4 at 10:00pm: Manning, former policy adviser to Tony Blair, said, “It would be wrong to assume that Mr Blair took the eventual decision to invade Iraq, because Bush told him to.”

Some highlights from today at the Trial of Tony B… Iraq Inquiry:

Security arrangements should have been handled differently after invasion.

America at fault for any failure here and not Blair.

The ‘withchhunt’ against Ba’athists (Sunni) party was not right.

De-Ba’athification – he said he does not know who took the decision, he thought Ambassador Bremer, but not sure if it was his decision alone. It took Britain and Rice completely by surprise. There is a shared view in Britain that this was a mistake.

Problems with troop numbers – inadequate – to seal border with Syria and Iran – which left sources for insurgencies wide open.

Americans seemed to lose focus in immediate aftermath of invasion, which they have admitted.

Co-opting the Iraqi military – some Americans wanted it – he spoke to Rice on this – and Rice accepted that. Divided views in Washington as to how to handle this.

Panel member said, “evidently Britain did not have much leverage. Did we have any options?” Manning: “we had the option of not going. But Blair thought he had to take military action, so he went to parliament for endorsement of the decision. Blair keen to keep UN option open. But by 2nd week of March he had concluded that the UN route was not going to work.”

Manning said he had been telling the US that a 2nd resolution was essential, (because it would have kept international community together.)

US military were pressing on Bush “to get on with it”.

Manning was asked,”Was it a factor for UK as well?”

Reply, “Only because it was a factor for US.”

27 January report by Blix saying UN inspections were not working. Saddam was not cooperating.

Manning says he wanted the inspections to run longer.

Also said the French wouldn’t approve of a 2nd resolution anyway, and the Americans had had enough.

Asked what did we expect from the invasion internationally?

Positives

Iraq would be rid of WMDs.

Stability/co-operation in The Gulf. (Clearly they believed theat WMD existed)

Also the liberation of a lot of people in Iraq.

Negatives

West seen to be picking on an Arab nation.

War in Iraq Vs peace in Middle East.

From OC Varsity – La Mirada coach Mike Moschetti said he saw a more athletic Santiago team during film study than the one he saw on the field Friday, when his Matadores defeated the Cavaliers, 40-0, in a CIF-SS Southern Division quarterfinal at Garden Grove High.

Perhaps Santiago’s players should have spent more time studying for classes, said Cavaliers coach Aaron Shahrestani, adding that seven were declared ineligible when the school’s first-quarter grades were issued.

The roster depletion created a problem on an already-undermanned Santiago squad, and La Mirada (11-1), led by two-way standout J.T. Torres, wasted little time in putting the game away and setting up a semifinal matchup against Laguna Hills.

Torres ripped through the middle of the Cavaliers’ defense for a 60-yard touchdown run on the Matadores’ first play from scrimmage, added a 55-yard receiving touchdown later in the first quarter off a fake toss-sweep by quarterback Daniel Ponce De Leon, and bounced left for a 4-yard scoring run that gave La Mirada a 26-0 lead with 8:32 left in the second quarter.

“J.T. is the heart and soul of this team: He also blocks, tackles and plays great defense,” Moschetti said. “He’s a special player.”

Ponce De Leon found Julian Matta on a fade route for a 22-yard touchdown pass on the Matadores’ next possession, pushing the lead to 33-0, before Santiago (9-3) embarked on its best possession of the night.

Starting at their 20-yard line after yet another touchback — Matta drilled all seven of his kickoffs into the end zone — the Cavaliers marched 66 yards on 13 plays, coming up 3 yards short of a first down on a fourth-down completion from Chris Ortega to Oscar Languren at the La Mirada 14.

When Julian Martinez left the game because of an injury, Santiago inserted receiver and backup quarterback Missael Lagunas as the primary tailback. He came through with 81 yards on 16 carries, the lone offensive bright spot for the Cavaliers.

Torres and Ponce De Leon rested during the second half, when Alex Munoz took most of La Mirada’s carries and found the end zone on a 1-yard plunge two plays into the fourth quarter for the game’s final score.

Segerstrom trailed, 13-0, early in the second quarter and had marched within inches of the goal line before Valenstein’s return.

The Jaguars (7-5) never recovered.

“(The fumble return) changed the game, but not the outcome,” Jaguars coach Mike Maceranka said. “We needed to play a perfect game and we didn’t. That gave us no chance against a great team like Laguna Hills.”

Hawks coach Bruce Ingalls said, “Sometimes, especially in the playoffs, you have to be good, but you also have to get some breaks too.”

The Hawks (10-2) — the defending Southern Division champions — didn’t need many breaks Friday. Laguna Hills had only seven possessions and scored on five of them.

Quarterback Joey Bonutto had two touchdowns on runs of 2 and 4 yards, and Tommy Vorsheck, Jonathan Miranda and Alex Salera each added rushing scores for the Hawks.

“It was a team effort,” said Valenstein, who also had a key interception for the Hawks in Week 2 during their 33-14 victory over Segerstrom.

“Without Mike Vandal making a great play and stripping the ball, and a couple of blocks, I don’t make that play. It was a total team effort tonight.”

“He must like this field,” Ingalls said. “He was at the right place at the right time tonight.”

Segerstrom’s scores came in the second half. The first was on a 1-yard run by Justin Mills, and the second was a 29-yard touchdown reception by Atlas Smith from quarterback Brian Murrietta. Murrietta finished 8 of 10 for 141 yards.

Laguna Hills advances to the semifinals where it will face La Mirada, which routed Santiago, 40-0, on Friday.

“We’re happy to be in the semifinals,” Ingalls said. “We’re playing well at a time when we need to be playing well.”

What it doesn’t say in the above description is that this demographic is also most likely to include more people who believe in God.

Would it therefore be safe to assume that if non-believers pro-create on a smaller scale, that eventually the people of the world will become generally less decadent? Malik argues that this is unlikely, as modern capitalist society offers too many benefits to all, so there is never likely to be a social and cultural shift in any major direction contrary to that which continues to accompany the decline of the birth rate in Europe today.

Murrieta had a 56-yard touchdown run on the fifth play of the game, to go along with 108 yards passing on 13 of 21 attempts.

Running back Matt Navarro rushed for 112 yards and four rushing touchdowns of 17, 1, 5, and 4 yards.

He had two crucial touchdown runs in the fourth quarter to tie the score, 35-35, after his team was down two touchdowns.

Navarro scored his last touchdown after a pass interference call, and that sent -the game in overtime.

Julian Martinez’s 34-yard fourth-quarter scoring run iced the game with 1:14 left and gave him 138 yards on 23 carries.

“We wanted to establish the run and get the lead, and once we did, we got conservative and made sure we got the win,” said Santiago Coach Aaron Shahrestani, whose team improved to 9-2 and earned a quarterfinal home game against No. 2 seed La Mirada.

The Cavaliers’ possession advantage minimized the usually potent air attack of Costa Mesa (6-5), although Brian Waldron hauled in 10 passes from Todd Davis for 130 receiving yards in the final game for both seniors.

From the La Cañada Valley Sun

One night. Two games. The La Cañada football team learned their fate about halfway through the fourth quarter: with San Marino defeating Temple City, 19-14, at home, La Cañada would have to hold on to defeat South Pasadena in the regular season finale at South Pasadena High, then try to beat Temple City in a playoff overtime game about one hour later at the same stadium.

Hold on the Spartans did, as La Cañada (5-4, 3-2 in Rio Hondo League play) defeated the Tigers, 39-20, in the regularly scheduled season finale here at Solari Field, then went on to defeat the Rams, 15-14, in triple overtime of the tie-breaker game.

With the consecutive victories, the Spartans ended a three-year playoff drought after what first-year head coach Dan Yoder called a gutsy yet successful two-point conversion play on the final possession of the second game to secure a postseason appearance.

Monrovia (10-0, 5-0) had earned the top spot in Rio Hondo League earlier in the season, but San Marino’s (8-2, 3-2) win over Temple City earned them the second spot because of their overall record. La Cañada’s win over South Pasadena tied them with Temple City and the tiebreaking win earned them the third and final spot. Had Temple City (5-4-1, 3-2) won either game, they would have earned a playoff spot through the league, but now they’ll have to apply for an at-large bid.

I write this moments after posting a comment on Comment is Free. I shall reproduce it here as I doubt it will get published any time soon.

Dear CiF Mods,

I posted links to four photos that I own the copyright to and are licensed under a very liberal method that actively encourages people to download and use in any way they choose and what happens? You censor my post. I’m sure that in a discussion about copyright issues this has an irony that is not lost on most readers.

So, dear Mods, was it because some of the content contained mildly satirical criticism of Lady Mandelson? Too many links? Is it because I is black? I’d love to know.

By the way, before you deleted my post over 3,500 people got to see and/or download the images so it was all a bit of a stable/horse/bolt situation anyway. Rather like Mandy’s disconnection policy. Oh look, bonus irony.

Even more ironic is that there are plenty of comments on this article that actively explain how to circumvent Her Ladyship’s new policy and avoid the long arm of her law. It really does make me wonder why my post got removed.

A question too for Lady Mandy’s special friend David Geffen. Is that a politician in your pocket or are you just pleased to see me?

A call for an investigation into allegations of ‘a perception of a bias and discrimination

A call for an investigation into allegations of ‘a perception of a bias and discrimination’ has been issued by a protest group calling themselves the Citizensagainst Cif-sandiego.

They are accusing the governing board for high school sports in San Diego, the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF), San Diego section, of a pattern of discrimination in administering its rules, unfair and unequal administration of the rules and regulations, and of holding a biased attitude against schools from disadvantaged areas.

One of the main issues cited to me by a parent from a school that is regularly discriminated against in the city, is that …”the CIF punishes and investigates athletes and schools South of the I- 8 freeway more extensively and more rigorously, and are punishing them more severely, then they have done with the athletes and schools in the more affluent areas of the city North of the 8”…

The affluent areas that she speaks of North of Interstate 8 in San Diego are places like the Scripps Ranch ,Rancho Bernardo, and Poway. One of the areas discriminated against in San Diego is called Southeast San Diego.

Poway residents have on an average a median income per household of $96,474, and the median income for a family living in Poway is estimated to be $103,972, making it the 25th most expensive zip code in the United States.

In the last census taken in 2000, just to get an idea of the population in Poway, the racial makeup of the city was 82.85% White, 7.46% Asian, 1.67% African American, 0.48% Native American, 0.28% Pacific Islander, 3.27% from other races, and 3.99% from two or more races. Across all races 10.35% are Hispanic or Latino.

In Scripps Ranch, The median household income was $122,840; 46% of the 11,661 households made $100,000 or more and 7% made $29,999 or less, and the racial makeup of the neighborhood was 71% White, 15% Asian & Pacific Islander, 7.8% Hispanic, 3.7% from other races, 2.4% African American, and .01% American Indian…The source for this information is Wikipedia, so the information is an approximation, but does give you a realistic view of the areas in question.

In contrast, our source describes the make-up of Southeast San Diego like this…. Southeast San Diego had long struggled with an image problem plagued by street gangs, drug dealing, assaults, and homicide throughout its communities. Many of the inhabitants in these neighborhoods are working class or lower-income. The racial make up of the area is approximately Filipino (35%), followed by Hispanic-Latino (34%), Black (21%), and non-Hispanic White (4.0%),… (quoted from Wikipedia).

The source also states that at one of the discriminated against high schools in southeast, …roughly 63% of the student body is eligible for a Free or Reduced-Price Lunch, a figure that reflects the working-class nature of the area…

I am from one of the areas that make up a part of this community, and I am familiar with Poway and the areas north of I-8.In fact, when I was an instructor at a local art college in the Mission Valley area of San Diego, I would frequently be called to go on recruitment events at the local high schools during their career days. All the schools do a career day, and typically colleges and trade schools promote themselves and recruit for new students at theses events.

I was always happy to do it, and for the most part I was always well recieved. We were very succesful.

After a while, I noticed that I was always lecturing and recruiting at the high schools in the Northern county of San Diego, where the public school facilities are impressive, but never at any of the schools South of the 8 freeway, in the southern parts of our city.

I thought that it was just bad timing, and that it was a coincidence that I was never booked to recruit in the city, and that they were sending someone else, who possibly prefered those area high schools.

I eventually asked to go to school in the southern district, to recruit for new students, and I was told that there was no ongoing effort to recruit students from those areas because the tuition for our school was out of reach for the majority of the students at those high schools, so we do not go there.

I cite that example above to illustrate the basic attitude here in San Diego. If you have ever been to San Diego,or have visited here on a vacation, you were either in the Gaslamp district downtown, which is like the French Quarters in New Orleans, or you were at the beach and north of interstate 8.

You are probably surprised to hear that there is a minority community in San Diego, because what you see is that 49.36% of the population is non-Hispanic white.

The city has traditionally harbored an apartheid attitude towards the minority population here in the cit of San Diego. They have famously been discovered to have a policy of racial profiling and over policing of the urban communities, and for it to be such a small percentage of the population of San Diego, I have to ask, what is the threat?

The powers that be in the cities high school sports governing board are perpetuating this well deserved perception of racial and economic elitism by unfairly administering the rules, and using them as a weapon to selectively prosecute our children in the affected areas that include the Southeast San Diego and Eastlake schools, and systematically destroy the athletic programs and traditional dominance of these schools.

Without this type of hinderance that is the obsession of commissioner Dennis Ackerman, whose staff enforces CIF rules and investigates possible violations involving improper recruiting and player eligibility,The schools in the Northern part of the city would not ever have a hope of winning any type of CIF sports championship, outside of surfing and volleyball, tennis maybe, golf and fencing.

That is how it had been for years, until the more affluent parents and school councils in the rich areas colluded to break up the physical dominance of the Southeast schools in sports, by wielding the unfair and harsh application of the rules like a weapon to slaughter the hopes and dreams of our urban inner city children.

It is an old trick, and these little devils all read from the sam book of tricks. In the political arena, they call it redistricting, and what that does is recreate community boundaries in order to include a disproportional amount of white conservative voters, so they can continue to unfairly handle the minority citizens of their community.

In the CIF, the commissioner is just blatantly practicing his biases with the rules, openly, because, frankly, Dennis Ackerman knows that no one that has any real power or authority in San Diego is going to care less if he discriminates against the urban children or not.

It is quite possibly the mandate he had when he was given the position by the powers that be in the city of San Diego. They probably gave him a raise.

My parental source, Citizensagainst Cif-sandiego organizer and parent to a local high school football star,Cathy Dean, gave me this report as an example of the CIF Dennis Ackerman discrimination and bias with administering the rules….

…”Generally when doing investigations against schools South of the 8, it is long and drawn out, people are called in and questioned, and if according to the CIF that ’’so called” sufficient information is found, the punishment is severe. When that same investigation is applied to schools in the North, like Poway high, the investigation is usually real swift and most of the time, if there is anything done ,it is usually left up to the school to take care the of the problem, in-house, without any outside governing from the CIF commissioner…

She also states this specific case as a great example of commissioner Ackerman’s double standard….

…”A prime example would be the Robinson twins, excellent ball players in both football and basketball. They attended the Rock Academy as 8th graders..only 8th grade. They decided along with their mom to attend high school at their neighborhood High School, which is about 5 minutes away from their home. That school is called Lincoln High school, and is where football Hall of famer Marcus Allen and several other NFL veterans went to school.

Their coach from their junior high school called Ackerman at the CIF and an investigation was started .

The claim was that the boys were being influenced by outside recruiters to attend Lincoln, which is a violation of CIF rules.

They boys have always participated in sports within their community, while growing up. So it was pretty much academic that once they moved on to high school that Lincoln would be where they would end up. The basketball coach from The Rock school called CIF, and what started off as a basketball issue became also a football issue. The boys were held out of the first couple of games, had to answer questions along with their mom to the CIF…at the end of the day they were cleared and making and are making a contribution to their team, but had this been a school and athletes that are North of the 8 like at Poway or Scripps Ranch, then it wouldn’t have went down like this…

Several students and parents feel the same as Cathy, when it comes to the CIF section in San Diego.

The perception of unfairness stems from this example that was reported in the San Diego Union-Tribune ….

Several players from the Eastlake High girls basketball team report that the San Diego Section booted the Titans from the playoffs last year, accusing them of having an ineligible ninth-grader who used false addresses to gain enrollment at Eastlake middle and high schools. Eastlake team members denied it. Coach Janet Eleazar recently was fired amid such allegations of improper recruiting, which she denied….Others at the meeting asked why the wrestling and baseball programs at Poway, where section Commissioner Dennis Ackerman lives, didn’t face serious penalties after facing similar accusations. Eastlake and San Diego High, in a similar case, ended up with fired coaches and forfeited games….

The answer to that question lies in the fact that Dennis Ackerman is a Poway resident, and has a son on a Poway sports team, which he is actively involved in, if not just as in involved parent.

This is the classic ”Fox” …watching the hen house”…and Ackerman is the fox, and the minority children are his hens.

How can the city of San Diego allow this obvious conflict of interest, and blatant discrimination go on.Even if some of them agree with the effects of the discrimination, their business sense should kick in, and they should understand that the glare of the national media investigating all involved in these allegations will not be positive for our tax base, which is decimated due to the Republican created recession.

Ackerman is defeating the urban children with his power as a commissioner, doing what he knows Poway high and all the schools in the North counties could not do physically on the field of competition, in a fair sports match.

I know that he wants his friends and neighbor to be able to enjoy a CIF championship with his kids, and obviously he wants to ensure that will happen. The weker North county schools were never dominant in sports in the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s, and he wanted to return the CIF to the traditions that occurred prior to civil rights, when the black and mexican schools by law were not allowed to compete against the white schools.

Segregation was and is the only way for the CIF to have championships outside of the inner city in physically demanding sports like football, baseball, and basketball.

What they want to prevent is another Marcus Allen or Terrell Davis to happen. These football legends come from the inner city, became local football stars, got scholarships to college, wo championships in college, won Superbowl in the NFL, made a ton of money, and came back to our community to spread the wealth, encourage future athletes, and act as positive role models for our youths.

They hate this, because they would like for our kids to look up to gangsters, drug dealers, pimps, and career criminals as their role models for their futures.

Ackerman looks at our children as trash, and has no hesitation in crushing their dreams, and forget about human compassion. It is the same motivation behind those that protest against universal healthcare for all that can not afford it. The racist see that if minorities can not pay for healthcare, then our children will not be strong, and we may die off quickly, which is not quick enough for these local CIF bigots.

Our families will not sit back and allow this to happen to our children, any more without dissent!

The spokesman for the protest group says that they are not against the rules, but they are against the unfair administering of the rules, and has a report on several instances of this impropriety.

They want them to be applied consistently and fairly, which is not happening at this time.

On Tuesday, the CIF board that supervises Ackerman,Larry Perondi, listened to several citizen complaints on this matter and committed to opening an investigation on the allegations against the CIF San Diego section.

The CIF contends that it is not a racist organization, but Rush Limbaugh claims he is not a racist as well.
