What did this year’s Thanksgiving feast remind you of?

Did you set an intention to receive answers for your urgent questions before the dinner gathering? Questions that

we’ve been talking about that intuition would help answer? I hope so. I hope you also noticed which mode of intuitive reception you use more? These are four examples of intuitive methods – seeing, hearing, sensing/feeling, and knowing.

Taste Intuition

Tom was getting used to the middle of the night phone calls and my time spent skrying into my black mirror and trancing out with my tarot cards.  Still, I was grateful to have a night alone.

Some journalists, although they’d never admit it, surround themselves with pictures of crime victims.  A producer I worked with, back in my TV days, once confessed that he asked a homicide victim for direction in solving her murder. “I’d say to her, Jennifer, I  know you’re out there.  I need your help.”

I prefer crystal balls and black mirrors.  I started out with a tarot reading that night.  Sometimes that gives you a lead.  I laid out a Celtic cross.  Queen of cups crossed by the 2 of swords.   Laila had two roads she could have taken. Beneath, her foundation, was was the Empress – a mother figure.  A motherless child perhaps.  Perhaps a foundation of no female role model had left her blind when it came to dangerous situations with men.  Above her was Justice – the law.  It all made sense so far.  Behind her was The Devil – addiction.  Her own?  Jared’s?  Laila was addicted to her work, certainly.  Maybe this whirlwind romance was a part of love addiction.  I sighed.

“Addiction?” I asked. “Or maybe it meant ‘watch your step,’” I smiled weakly.  I could feel her warmth.

Before her was Death.  It was clear she was transforming. How she viewed herself – ace of pentacles, fertile, full of ideas, ready to start a new life, a new home.  Family and friends, the 7 of swords – paranoia, concern.  My heart warmed up.  Their protectiveness touched her deeply. Even now. Hopes and fears – 2 of rods – good news, gifts from out of the blue.  “I hope for the same,” I whispered.  The outcome – The Judgment.  Her family awaited divine judgment.

“Okay, baby,” I said, climbing on my bed with the black mirror.

A black mirror must never be exposed to light. It’s a concave plate made of shiny, black glass and witches use it like a crystal ball.  Some witch upstate made this one.  When you stare into the mirror at just the right angle, you see clouds.  Then the clouds part and right before your very eyes, images as clear as HDTV, and sometimes even clearer, start fading in and out of the dish.

I watched the night clouds part.  A few stars dotted the sky.  And when they cleared, I saw the inside of a bar with mahogany walls and huge, old mirrors behind the bar itself.  Jared was chatting up one of the waitresses.  She seemed to be aurically pushing him away.  If only I could place the bar.  He could have been anywhere.  I tried to zoom in on the couple. They were outside now and she was handing him a ring.

“Sean?”

“Jesus, Norah. It’s 11:00. I get up early to write.”

“I’m sorry. It’s important.”

“Okay, what’s up?”

“Well, I was skrying, like I’ve been.”

“Skrying. Norah, speak English and breathe.”

I laughed and tried to settle down. “It’s a wiccan and occult way of trancing out until you see things – like crystal ball gazing.  I was using a black mirror – I’ll explain it some other time.  It’s a black plate and you see things after staring into it.  Anyhow, I saw Jared in a bar and he was talking to a waitress. It was definitely a girlfriend situation. You need to find her.  Please?”

“I’ve already checked out his watering holes, babe.”

“Well, check again, Sean.  Look for a waitress or a bartender with shoulder length, wavy, dark hair.  She wears it in braids sometimes.  He proposed to her at one point, because I saw her place a ring in his palm and close his fingers around it.  They were standing outside the bar.”

“Street? Avenue? Steps? No steps?”

“I’m not sure.  It looks like maybe that bar with the harp outside on the upper west side.”

“Thanks, kiddo.  Thanks.”

I sighed.  “Better?” Sean asked.

“Much. Thanks for taking my call. Sorry. I wasn’t thinking again. Time for bed, eh?”

“Good night, Norah.”

It was the end of a pretty quiet night shift. For some reason, I’m always exhausted when things are slow. It’s an adrenaline thing, I guess – or just boredom.

My cell started playing, “May This Be Love,” a ringtone I’m sure everyone around me had grown sick of. It was Sean.

“Hey, Sean,” I said tiredly.

“Slow night, eh?”

“You guessed it. Whassup?”

“I’m outside that bar you saw – the one on 72nd and Amsterdam.”

“And?”

“And there’s a waitress here who fit that description, so I asked if we could talk after her shift.  You know, told her about the book and stuff. We met outside and – are you there?”

“Yeh, I’m all ears.”

“Okay, so she starts telling me how Jared was kind of a serial proposer.  She wasn’t the only one he proposed to and apparently he used the same ring over and over again,” he chuckled.

“Not one nibble?”

“Doesn’t sound like it.  She knew of one other woman, but she wouldn’t give up her name. Both of them told him he was crazy. She said he popped the question after dating her only a few weeks.”

“Goddess. Same as Laila.”

“Exactly.  I used to think he was doing it because he was in desperate financial straights, Norah, but I’m not sure anymore. He just sounds violent and nuts.”

“That’s my editor on the other line, Sean. Talk tomorrow?”

“Sure, baby.  Talk soon.  Have a good rest of the night.”

Good Morning to Me! and to You!

I whirl myself up onto the highest plane of pure light love and truth, I invite a sacred connection with my unseen friends of pure light love and truth, I ask to speak directly with my highest self.  and so it is.

Here I am here you are and Here we always have been.  Have you enjoyed all of the insights we have been  into you my dear? Oh we know at times you may feel so bombarded by thoughts that you have come to filter out what you do not know to be reality, but we are sending these thoughts to you to help you recreate your reality. We understand it is the human condition to Need to See feel and touch all that you are affirming, however please remember that what you are seeing feeling and touching in this moment right now and right here is simply what you were thinking and manifesting a while back, come to fruition in this moment. If you are not feeling a distinct connection and resemblance of what you have now to what you are desiring now it simply explain the difference in where you were to where you are energetically. Do you see?

Yes now as you explain this I am remembering. You must understand the difficulty in feeling differently about my current situation while i am still in it.

Yes we do understand – which is why we guided you to begin this process of Active Listening for your own purpose. You see the guidance you give to others can only be fully realized when you give guidance through spirit to yourself as well. You may have a wonderful ability, but if you lock yourself in your own non understanding of your process and distrust in our love and guidance for your own life, how ever will you be able to explain and guide others with your words? You have made your path in this way so that you too can fully experience this reality and see through each persons energetic diagram of their life. You will never place blame or judge another for finding themselves in a life they do not desire. You will simply be able to see through and pin point, as you do, the exact moment they created a thought pattern that became a reality. ‘I do not want this I do not want that.’ This is how we first play with the idea that we want to carve out of our life. We think that if we simply identify it then it will never have control or power over us, ‘I do not wish to spend all of our savings, I do not wish to get sick,’ and so on. however we have now created our point of attraction our point of importance. We have sent out our rocket of non desire – however when it goes out into the world energetically the not wanting falls away – and it is only the desire in its positive that is left. With this knowledge you can shift your reality in a split second.

yes but how do I change someones else path? I feel like I am slowly coming along on my path, however I cannot make my husband get a job simply by declaring it for him, isn’t that right? I mean if I could then it would have happened a long time ago.That is where I get caught up. I am doing my work and loving what I do, I am slowly creating more business relationships and attracting clients who I really enjoy helping and they always come back to me and thank me. I feel like I need to get my name out there more and then the more people who work with me the more they will spread the word. I just don’t know how to attract that without paying  for advertising. I feel a little lost with that.

Your process is coming into fruition with your work, you are holding back in areas my dear. You are judging your outcome with your classes and so never starting them. You declare a desire and then immediately shoot it down energetically.

I feel like I have a lot of ideas but not sure which one to follow, its like you said earlier, I am bombarded by many ideas – I Have to filter ones out otherwise I wont be able to move forward in any direction.

We wish for you to choose one and move forward with it. Your desire to teach parents to guide children into meditation is an important aspect of your path. Delve into this one more and let the others pass for now. gain clarity through research and experiment with your own children – try out all the methods you wish to teach and try them over and over, after tantrums, after illness, after arguments. try it all, do not filter which instances you will try it in. You will see my child, a connection to god, spirit whatever you may choose to call it, when it is created early in life and each person is given the tools and encouraged to use these tools, marvelous things occur.

We wish to close this with you with this saying my child:

“When you do not imagine the reality of what you wish to become, you will not become the reality of what you desire to be. ”

Our 18-year old baby Sylvia passed away the summer of ‘09. :’( At least she was happy and curled up in a blanket by out sunny window when she passed on. She is now in kitty heaven!

1. Babybun

Babybun is my baby! I have had him since I was 7. My Gma even wrote him an ode…I may put that at the end of the post. We got Bunny from my stepbrother. He was keeping some cats at his apartment illegally and when they found out, they were evicted (the cats at least), so we took him!

2. Kat

How we got Kat and Onyx is an interesting story. The day their mother had them, she was hit by a car. We literally raised them from birth! Kat was the runt and Mom wasn’t sure he would make it through the night, but he did and now he is one of our biggest kitties!

3. Onyx

Kat’s sister. This picture is when she was just a baby! It is also my favorite stone and a character in a book I have been working on since 8th grade.

4. Clairvoyant

Claire is my cat from college. One night it was storming and my roommate, Jenn, and I heard a meowing in the night. We opened up our sliding glass door and in ran Claire. He just made himself at home and has been part of the family ever since!

5. Dusty

Dusty is also 18, she is my Grandma’s cat who lives with us! She’s very picky about what she eats and throws a fit if Kat or Onyx get in the room. She protests by going under the bed and pooping. Lovely…

6. Slinky

We got Slinky from one of my best friends, Sadie. She didn’t look like she was going to make it, but she is a healthy, beautiful kitten now!

7. M-U

We got M-U from one of my little brother’s friends, Dustin. He was moving away with his mom and no longer allowed to keep her. So, of course, we took her in. She and Slinky are best friends.

I named Taz back when I was into this anime/manga series, Fushigi Yuugi. He was one of the main characters on the show.

9. Patches

Patches is the brother of another one of kitties we lost to a car accident. His name was Boots. Patches had kittens with Eclipse (Twilight, Sneakers and Socks). Socks was named after Patches brother, Boots, as they look identical!

10. Citrus

Citrus is Patches’ arch nemesis for whatever reason. We found him by a dumpster at Rick’s C-Store here at the Lake. Another little kid was trying to coo him into the car, but he ran. When I tried, he came right to me and curled up in my lap!

11. A.C.E. (Attack Cat Extraordinaire)

ACE is my Mom’s baby, she likes to “hold him like a baby”, where she curls him on his back and cradles him like a small child. The crazy thing? He loves it!

12. Lisa

Lisa came from my old friend Shelby. She plead her case to my mother…they were moving and her Mom was either going to just leave them there or take them to the pound. We couldn’t let that happen…so lovely Lisa became our own!

13. Twilight (named before the books, thank you)

Twilight is a sweet, slinky (and fast!) kitty. He is one of Eclipse’s sons.

14. Eclipse

Eclipse is the big mama of Socks, Sneakers, Twilight, Lump of Coal, Naughty and Nice. Then we got her spaid.

15. Socks

Socks came to us from Eclipse and Patches. He was named after Patches brother, Boots, who looks just like him! Boots is on the left, Socks is on the right. Our little Bootsie passed away when he was hit by a car. They didn’t even stop. :’(

16. Naughty

Naughty is one of Eclipse’s sons, he and the next two are more ‘garage’ cats and they are hard to snap pictures of! He is tiger striped like Patches.

17. Nice

Nice is one of Eclipse’s daughters. She is also tiger striped.

18. Lump of Coal

Coal is black and white, he got his coat from his mama, Eclipse.

19. Sneakers

Sneakers is Socks’ brother. He looks more like his papa, Patches.

20. Amelia Pickford
Amelia is the second cat that goes to college with me. She was born on April 20, 2009. She is one of the cutest kittens I have ever seen and poses in the most un-cat like poses I’ve ever seen! She also likes to climb into anything she can fit!

Well, I would love to share the sequence of my interests, experiences and discoveries in chronological order with you on this blog, but that’s just not going to happen. Sorry. You will just have to take it in whatever order my silly mind spits it out. I’m not the greatest writer the world has ever known.   I’m trusting that eventually you will come to feel like you know me, as well as what I think about, quite well! If you leave me comments, then I can get to know you too, which I would love.

There is a lot of strange stuff in my life at the moment that I am making sense of.  I run a kind of paranormal topic group for my community. I attract various speakers on topics that we are all curious about.  Last month’s speaker was a trim and neat appearing woman with a background in corporate America, whose path had radically shifted. She is now a shamanic practitioner and explains that she is aware of her multidimensional existence.  In one of these dimensional existences she attends meetings of something called “earth council” and often communicates with aliens and beings from other dimensions.  Yeah. exactly. You can take a minute to read it again.

Now, I watched the x-files like so many of us, and even grew to develop a deep crush on Fox Mulder for many years (it still lives somewhere deep inside me….*sigh*. He was so PASSIONATE about finding the truth, God love ‘em).  But somewhere along the way in my life, I started to feel that there was too much paranoia and disfunction in the ufo/abductee community for me to be able to take it seriously.

So when I met this woman who explained she frequently spoke with and saw aliens, I was stumped. You see, as a doctor, I have sat with many people who see things we don’t see and need medication to make their lives functional–schizophrenics, those with schizoaffective disorder or depression with psychosis.  You get the idea.  I have always suspected that these folks may be tapping into some kind of spiritual realm at times, but that something has gone terribly wrong with the regulation of that within the brain. The bottom line is, they don’t do well in the physical world and are the poster children for “crazy”.

Well, this lady had nothing in common with them. She was educated, focused, intelligent and articulate.  She was not sharing her information for monetary gain. And she stood the risk of public ridicule and rejection.

She was so different from my stereotype of one who loses functional contact with reality, that I was forced to do some reading.  So, after a good 20 years having passed from my childhood queries, I re-investigated what was available about UFO’s and aliens.  And my paradigm definitely has changed, just in the last two weeks! For the witnesses coming foward have become more credible, and the amount of documentable facts has grown to something I cannot ignore.

There is this recent giant leap in my paradigm regarding other forms of life in our universe and its contact with us.  Simultaneously, I have begun spending time with a talented clairvoyant (Pat Bruckmann, www.36stones.com )who works at an upscale  resort. She too has a corporate background, and is very intelligent and articulate.  She wholeheartedly believes that her intuition (which can be so accurate that it creeps her out at times) is a concrete brain function.  She is as curious about getting into her head and poking around to see how things work as I am!

Our personalities are a natural match and we have become friends, and also partners in doing her weekly channeling work.  I am there to probe, prod and ask questions as she brings forth some incredible material.

Lastly, I have signed up to do a remote viewing workshop in a few weeks. The gentleman who runs it claims that he has only met one person who could not learn this function from him.  Well, I’m ready to put myself to the test and try.  They say you need to set the logical mind aside to do it, so I am going to have to really work to get there, but I absolutely believe that I’ll get it. The CIA used it, we know this now for a fact. Also, many corporations are now using it.  Isn’t it odd how everyone is cashing in on its usefullness, but no one is saying “OH MY GOD, what does this then mean about the way everything works!!!??!!”. Its implications are HUGE, yet constantly overlooked by our culture. interesting.

These are examples of the current topics that I am sorting my way through. I will share it all with you as it unfolds. Just please give me a shout out once in awhile in the comments section. There are days when I already feel crazy enough…don’t want to feel like I’m talking to myself!

Ako ay isang Nurse at may Profession isa sa kilalang  Hospital sa Metro Manila. Ang Hospitals ay maraming ibat-ibang klase ng ghost, Sa tinggin ko mas marami pa kung ikukumpara sa sementeryo. Bakit? Kasi kapag namamatay ang mga tao, ang kanilang kaluluwa ay gumagala parin kung saan mismo sila pumanaw.

At karamihan sa namamatay ay sa loob mismo ng hospital kaya ang kanilang spiritu ay nagala parin doon. Di tulad sa sementeryo mga naaagnas nalang na bangkay nila ang naroon at nakabaon sa lupa. Ibabahagi ko sa inyo ang isa sa di ko malilimutang karanasan ng makaencounter ako ng supernatural. Pamagatan nalang natin itong”SUNDO”

PM shift duty ako noon 3pm to 11pm ang duty ko around 3rd week of October 2009. 3 kaming duty na nurse noon and I’m the only boy that time. We have a critically ill patient. An old woman attached to a mechanical ventilator to help her breath. Around 4pm nag bibiruan pa kami kung ganu katagal pa siya mabubuhay. Kasi base on our assessment pangit na talaga ang kondisyon niya and hindi na talaga tatagal pa. Kanya kanya silang hula ng time. ako sabi ko ma’am 5pm is my deadline. Sabi nila, ah? Tagala? O sige let’s see.

So ayun ginawa namin ang trabaho namin, madaming pasyente nung mga panahon iyon busy din kami. At exactly 5pm naka-upo ako sa station kasama ko ang kaco-nurse tawagin nalang natin sa pangalan na marry, and yung isang nurse e umalis lang sandali so dalawa lang kaming A.S.A Station ng biglang may maaninag akong spirit just beside me passing the nurse station going to the patients ward. He is wearing a white t-shirt, short hair, about 5′3 in height. Alam kong multo siya dahil malabo siya, hindi mo makikita ang mukha, and the way he moves para siyang lumulutang. Saglit kolang siya nakita and bigla din nawala in my naked eye. Bilang isang clairvoyant may parang mental telephaty na nag sabi sa isip ko na yun na ang sundo nung isa naming pasyente.

Madalas sakin mangyari yung parang may kumakausap sakin sa isip. One time sa bahay ng classmate ko habang kumakain kami sabi ko sakanila may kasama tayo hindi tao, lalake siya asa mid 40’s. Sabi nung classmate ko na may-ari nung bahay nakikita mo tito ko? dead anniversary these week dito siya namatay sa bahay. Binangungot hindi na nagising. Nagulat ang lahat kung panu ko nalaman na lalake and pati yung age bracket. Sabi ko hindi ko siya nakikita pero nararamdaman ko kung asan and parang may nag sasabi sa isip ko nung description na kung bata o matanda. Kung boy o girl siya.

Well back to the story bigla kong sinabi sa kasama ko na si nurse Marry na ma’am… Malapit ng mamatay isa nating patient. Nagulat siya, sabi niya huh?!! Panu mo nasabi? I said ma’am andito na sundo niya dumaan na. Natakot siya at tumabi sakin, sabi niya wag kang mag bibiro ng ganyan. Sabi ko ma’am I’m not joking. Then may dumaan na isang relative ng pasyente sa station biglang sabi niya ang lamig ha. Naramdamamn kodin yung lamig nayun humangin ng malamig. Pero that time maalinsangan and mainit talaga ang panahon. What i did is kinuha ko na ang stetoscope para i assess na yung pasyente ko. Kasi nga alam kong mamamatay na siya. Pag puntang pag punta ko nag zero na yung heart rate niya. Kitang kita kasi naka hook siya sa isang machine na tinatawag na cardiac monitor. Bumalik ako agad sa station and sinabi ko agad sa doctor. Natakot ang mga kasama ko dahil nag ka totoo ang hula ko na 5pm siya mamatay and mas natakot pa sila dahil nung sinabi kong nakita kona yung sundo e namatay nanga talaga. Mula noon ay lagi na silang nag tatanung kung may nakikita nakong susundo. Pero as of now wala panaman ulit. 1st time kopalang yun makakita ng sundo and I know marami pakong kababalaghan na makikita habang tumatagal ako sa pagiging isang nurse.

9-14-09 Saturday Evening 6:30 p.m.  Message from Jesus

I rec’d this message clairovoyantly, while driving in my car to dinner on the highway.  I did about 3 heartfelt Ohms.  My mind was quiet and open.

I saw Jesus in his white robe and gold braided tie around his waist as I usually see him.  He said that there will be a baby boy born in the South Pacific in the atoll islands in 2011.   He will be a very special boy and very powerful.   I see an image of  a large crowd of people reaching out to the boy when he is in his 20s.    Many people will adore and follow him.  I see  Jesus next to the young boy, who has Asian type eyes.  Jesus is teaching him.    Jesus wants me to write about this.

I get the name of the tribe that the boy will be born into- something like  manohoarian-manahorian or something.   It is a name I am not familiar with.  I google the name but don’t get any hits.

The famous philosopher Socrates said “Beware the barreness of a busy life”. I think that’s a very interesting quote! Have you noticed these days how busy we all are? Much of our attention is focused on the outside, what needs to be done today, tomorrow…or right NOW.  Our brains are moving in a thousand different directions. How do we mangage our jobs (or lack thereof), families and responsibilities? How can we create and manifest more money? Find the love of our lives? Be FREE? Why is this or that happening in our lives? As the holiday’s are quickly approaching we find ourselves with even more “busy-ness” and yes, stress! Wouldn’t it be great if we could all experience a peaceful, Norman Rockwell painting type of holiday? Or how about  just have a moment  when the world wasn’t buzzing in our heads so loud it’s almost deafening? I call that ‘loud head’ btw…not exactly a psychic term but I think it describes it pretty well!

It seems to me that the “barreness” Socrates is talking about is in many ways our own spirit. The joy of being safe in the body, at peace and in alignment with the earth, the universe and our very own selves. Occupying the space of our INNER SANCTUARY! There is much talk about centering, alignment, creating (manifesting), being in the body etc. There are different beliefs & modalities as to how to get there, how to BE and how to manage it all in this world of “busy-ness”.  It can also feel very unsafe to be in the midst of it. The reality is that it is a challenge at best with our busy lives to merely sit down, let alone quiet the mind and be still.  After all there’s so much we need to DO! So what’s the bottom line? Well, read on dear ones!

All of this has to do with YOU taking CARE of YOURSELF! Actually taking the time to heal yourself, rejuvinate and bring back YOUR energy so you have access to it! This of course means ALL OF YOU! MIND, BODY, SPIRIT AND SOUL! Not only CAN you do this but WHEN you do this, you will find you have more energy, less effort and things will begin to manifest themselves. Here are some interesting questions for you to ponder…. Do you care for yourself, answer to your own needs, nurture yourself and take as much time for YOU as you do for others? Do you take the time to quiet your mind, make your body safe, focus on your essence and what makes YOU happy? Do you feed your spirit & soul just as you feed your body?

For me, the answer lies in finding my INNER SANCTUARY. It’s really amazing how your “reality” will shift when you take time out of your day to access your inner sanctuary. It is a place of peace, a time to step out of the “busy-ness” of daily life. A place of safety where you can begin to clear whatever you have taken on from others. It is a place to re-discover all that is YOU and get in alignment with the flow of your desires & dreams. Getting grounded and making the body safe is the first step. When you are grounded, releasing all you have taken on and focusing on the flow of energy you can effortlessly move into your INNER SANCTUARY. Your own personal place of peace & calm. There is a true joy in feeling YOUR energy flowing in YOUR body! This is how you care for your spirit! It’s how you heal, rejuvinate and access the unique essence that is your true self.

As I mentioned in the beginning, the holiday’s are quickly approaching (in the States Thanksgiving is merely 2 weeks away) and it will be even more important to find time to care for ourselves.  We will be inundated with  added obligations from family & friends. It can be an overwhelming and stressful time for many. When you have the tools* and take time to care for your spirit, you will experience more joy and the true spirit of the holidays!

For those of you who know me, you know that ELEVEN is just about one of my favorite numbers! And tomorrow marks the first time in 99yrs (1910 was the last) that we will encounter the rare phenominal, auspiciousness of this master number!! (2+0+0+9=11)

So what does this all mean? Well if you aren’t familiar with numerology you might wanna brush up on your math. Numerology is very basic mathematics with incredible outcomes and meaning. In general, 11  is a wonderful time for creation or manifesting.

I’ve personally been intrigued (ok…more like obsessed) with 11/11 or 11:11 or just plain old 11 since my father’s ‘passing’ in 2003 on November 11th. I never saw eleven the same way.

I began to see it as a serendipitous, melodic flow of life. It would appear on digital clocks, on signs, in messages, even in shadows (if I was delirious enough LOL). Basically, it consumed me and it still continues to. Not in a negative way, 11/11 has been a number of positive changes and growth for me and many others.

Since it is a power (master) number it also has very confusing energies attached as well. Master numbers are highly charged with productive, potential in turn creating inner tension for the manifestor. It can be used for destruction, rebirth and such. All in all, it’s a cycle.

Eleven is a great number for using your intuitive abilities as well, being considered the psychic’s number. I can remember like yesterday the day of my father’s death, there were signs pointing to the soon-coming change but I ignored them. (I mean really, I don’t think anyone at that age would equate their chest pains to the pains of someone who lived over 20miles away!)

Gaining insight can greatly enhance life’s quality! You will begin to acquire you desires, set goals and obtain them, and life a more SPIRITUALLY fulfilled existence.

Now “there is no one way to get to God”, in other words, you can find what methods work best for you for receiving insight but these are just a few examples:

1. Begin by centering yourself. Clearing your mind through some form of meditation will help to eliminate mental chatter. You can’t possibly decipher chatter from insight. That’s why mediation is key! 
2. Then, ground yourself through visualization. When you enter into the ethers, essentially you are no longer on solid ground. It is pertinent to keep your base rooted so that you’re not out of balance. 
3. Once you’ve cleared your thoughts it’s important to raise your vibration in order to receive intuitive insight. That can be accomplish through simple intention or breathwork. Here’s a proven technique: Inhale for 4counts, hold 4counts, exhale 8counts, repeat 4-5 times. 
4. Then you want to open your chakras! Chakras are how we receive extra sensory perceptions or ESP. I’m an empath/feeler (clairsentient) and psychic (claircognizant) and receive most information via my 2nd and 7th chakras (although I implement the 4 Clairs in everyday life and intuitive consultations). Clairaudients (hearing intuitives) get their info via their throat chakra, clairvoyants (seer) work with their 3rd eye chakra and claircognizants (clear knowing) download info via the crown chakra. We all have psychic abilities that need to be honed so practicing with opening chakras is a wonderful technique to finding and fine-tuning your abilities. Chakras can be opened by visualizing them expanding outside of your being. Imagine them spinning clockwise in vivid colors corresponding with each chakra.
5. Lastly state your intention. What is it you wish to gain insight towards? Become clear on your question or concern and verbalize it. (You can mentally verbalize as well, some feel that if the vibration actually is given via words then it is more potent. Either way, thought vibrates, find what works for you!)

After you’ve cleared the chatter, grounded and vibrated higher, you’re now ready to receive. Now the fun begins!!! Just sit and let the information come through! It’s really that simple. Let it come through without analyzing. Take notice of the feelings you have while receiving. What visions are you seeing? What words are you hearing? What do you just ‘know’??

Now that you’ve tapped into your intuition, use tomorrow’s positive energies for grasping what it is that you truly wish to manifest in the next coming weeks and months. Visualize your desires, document them and feel the flow of positive emotions that accompanies acquiring your goals.

Tomorrow’s energy will only increase up until November 29th, 2010 (remember.. 2+9=11) so take the few weeks to really become clear on what it is you wish to see come into fruition!!!

Now is a good time to go through your old stuff that has been set aside or hidden away and begin to pull out old unnecessary items that you no longer need (This can be physical or spiritual).  This will help clear the way for bringing in new items or projects into your life.  I see this will help allow you to focus on the here and now, to properly evaluate your current actualities in life, so that you can see a clear path for what you want to create in your life.  This creating from the here and now rather than the past will enable you to manifest from the core of your true self that you are now,  rather than based on images and memories from your past.  This way you can create your true desires.  Through this clearing out you may also discover things or parts of yourself that you have forgotten about and would like to bring out again and integrate into the new you that is emerging.

I’d like for y’all to meet Debbora. In her very first sentence, she says something Cassaundra, the heroine in BLIND SIGHT, tells the hero. Is it great minds or a woo woo event? You’ll have to answer that.

 First off, I would like to say that everyone is born psychic.  I don’t think their is a person on the planet that hasn’t had a prophetic dream that has come to pass, or followed a “gut feeling” that proved to be correct, or had a “hunch” that proved dead-on correct, or people who just “knew” something was wrong with a child, a parent, a friend or spouse.  It’s just that over the centuries we have put “psychic skills” under manhole cover names, like “woman’s intuition” any many other names to hide what they really are – data collected from a place that does not include our five physical senses.  So this is where we get the label “psychic” or “of the mind.”

1-   What is the definition of a clairvoyant?

Simply put, the word clairvoyant means “clear seeing.”  It means that the person who has this skill primarily processes their incoming “psychic” data through the sense of sight first or with images.  This is not to say that their other senses are not engaged – they are – but only that this is the strongest “download” link.  Other psychics may have other senses that are dominate like clairaudient – or clear hearing – which means they process their data through sound first  or clairscentiat which means they process data with feelings and so on.  Almost all people are Empathic too.

2-   What’s it really like to be a clairvoyant?

Since I was born a clairvoyant it’s hard for me to answer this one.  It’s like asking someone what’s it feels like to have a right hand.  Since you always had that hand it’s hard to imagine what it would be like without it.  But perhaps the best way to answer this is that I pick up and process more data on more levels than most people. 

It’s kind of like radio reception.  Most people are plugged into just one radio stations at a time like 101 AM (physical reality) and 102 AM (dream reality), 101 FM (Intuitive reality) and so on.  Strong psychics are tuned into broadband reception and pick up many more stations at once, like satellite radio or TV so to speak.

Having that broadband reception is a natural part of who I am – so I don’t feel any different than anyone else.  However, other peoples reactions to my skills is very often a mix bag of pain, annoyance, joy and sometimes fear.  A small percentage of the world’s population has displayed psychic skills since the dawn of time.  People like Joan of Arc (a clairaudient), the Witch of Endor (biblical-medium), Nostradamus (clairvoyant), Edgar Cayse (Trans-medium), Jesus (Clair-everything) and many others.  Sadly, the general population not understanding how these people accessed their data and their understandings of nonphysical data put most of these gifted teachers and psychics to death.  True psychics today get a lot heat from history, religion and the misconceptions of psychic skills that are altered to fit Hollywood film scripts or in books. There is also a ton of fraud in this field too.

To someone like me that was born with the skills that’s a ton of baggage to work through. True psychics are healers and the best ones throughout history were ALL healers. Sadly today, many people look at psychics like carnival fortune tellers, and I will agree that there are many of them out there.  I’m not one of them. So when someone comes to me says something like, “Tell me something about me.”  I know they are looking for the carnival fortune teller and I walk away. 

To me this is like going to a doctor and asking them to describe your clothing.  You already know what you are wearing, so it’s a waste of his skills and time – and yours to even cover the topic.  However, if you have a problem or a crisis and need help, this is the best reason to consult a psychic for help, direction and HEALING.

Clairvoyant’s process their data in images and with time and training they come to understand what those images, feeling or senses mean and how to use that data to heal.  Clairvoyants tap into other levels of reality and often see, sense, hear or feel what other people miss or can’t sense.  The best way to describe what I see and sense when I’m working, is that I tap into an alternate reality or energy with half my mind, travel back or forward in time and space, capture images or data in a place where someone asks me to look and bring all that data back to relay it to the person seeking help. This whole process can take seconds or minutes. So in a way it’s a skill in working with active energy – what I call the Dynamic Energy of the universe.

Another misconception about psychic’s in general is that we walk through our whole life with our psychic sensors wide open all the time.  This misconception may be the reason why we get people that just walk up to us and say, “tell me something about me.”  They assume that our psychic sensors are ON all the time. This is not the case.  True psychics are super sensitive to vibration energies in peoples aura bodies, animals aura bodies and everything physical and nonphysical.  So we learn to shield our aura body sensors from the constant bombardment of unwanted data.  Otherwise, it would be like listening to a 1000 radios and TV’s at once.  This static would (and has) driven people crazy.  So we learn NOT to go probing or poking unless we are asked.  So finding and using the OFF button or shield in this case is critical.

3-   How is a clairvoyant trained?

People who are born with or who acquire strong psychic skills in their lifetime often seek out professional training to get control of their skills or to train those skills to broader and finer tuned receptions.  For example, if a clairvoyant has a vision of something that’s ok – unless you are driving down the Interstate at 70 miles an hour – then that’s a huge problem.  Many strong psychics get professional training to get personal control of their own on and off switch.

When I was about 14 years old I came to the understanding that I was getting data that other people were not getting.  I knew I needed control of my “off” switch but there were no psychic schools out there then.  So my logic at the time said, well Jesus was a psychic and I have a few of those skills so I’ll study Him.  But after studying over 15 religions in detail – they never taught me where to find my off switch. So I became a read-a-holic reading all things psychic – I learned a lot of wonderful things reading hundreds of books – but that was not enough.

Lucky for me that I found the Astrological Institute of Integrated Studies which is the same school that trained John Edward of the popular TV program Crossing Over and Cross Country.  Studies at school include a wide range training exercises including meditation, learning how to shield your mind, how to open your mind, how to find objects, how to heal, how to direct energy, how to gather energy and how to turn on and off your perceptions on command and how to tune into other levels of reality – like crossed over light beings.  We are also encouraged to read widely and are trained in professional ethics.  This is where I learned I had an off switch and learned to control it.

4-   What do you do with your gift?

Everything.  I feel that people like me don’t come here to play with skills as strong as mine, so I help people in any way I can.  While I am trained to do the standard things people expect of a psychic, like give readings to see things in future, or the past, or lock on to life paths to find truth, I also find lost objects, pets or people and from time to time I do mediumship and any number of other things.

However, my favorite work is teaching people how to use the psychic skills they were born with – to empower their lives to be fuller, richer and how they can have greater control of their own reality.  I’ve written 8 online books teaching EASY step by step directions or understandings on topics like; Touch Healing, The Psychic Da Vinci Code, Paranormal Mysteries Unraveled, Psychic Science, Dynamic Ghostology 1 and 2.  The Angel Protection House Blessing was written by request this year when I was approached by a group of paranormal investigator hobbyist who were having trouble with “critters” following them home from investigations and needed help setting up home protections.  So other peoples needs often direct my writing and teaching.

Also I am the director and organizer behind PsychicSchoolHouse.com where I and several teachers teach everyday people how to use simple psychic skills to empower their everyday lives.  I also do lectures and workshops on metaphysics at sci-fi conventions, psychic fairs and other public events.  I also do weekly online workshop at my web site and I also work with psychic children and their parents.

5-   When did you first realize you had this gift?

The first validation of my psychic skills came when I was 4 years old.  In the 50’s they had several TV programs that were aired live.  One of these programs was Route 66, where the last shot of the show was aired live when the credits ran.  Route 66 was my mother’s favorite show. During one of these live shots, I went  crazy crying and screaming  ”Mommy he was hurting and I have to get to him.”  So I proceeded to try and climb into the back of the TV set - which in that time was an array of  hot glass tubes. My mother wrestled me out from behind the TV, rolled me into a ball and rocked me for over an hour to get me calmed down.  And that was that…or so she thought.

However, the next Sunday my mother read in the newspaper that at the close of “this weeks” Route 66 episode, George Maharis (one of the stars of the show) was taken by ambulance to the hospital with sever stomach pains, which turned out to be a life threatening case of food poisoning.  At that moment, my mother looked at me like I had grown two heads – she didn’t understand how I felt what he felt or how I did that – she only knew that I did and it was validated by the newspaper.  She knew something was different about me, but she didn’t want to discuss it either.  

6-   Has it ever caused you problems?

Many times.  Between the ages of 8 and 11 I accurately saw (in detail) and predicted 3 deaths in the family – a trend that stills hold true today. This is extremely hard to cope with now but even harder when was an 8 years old.  So having a skill like mine is sometimes like a double edged sword – it cuts both ways.

Also rarely (Thank God!) the powers-that-be will send me a warning for someone – I have gotten about 5 of these in my lifetime – so they are very rare.  On the other hand they are very accurate.  It’s a hard thing to approach someone cold and share a warning.  And 4 times out 5 the people just blew me off with nasty comments and did not take the warning at all.

One these rare warning I gave to a young single mother with a 5 year old child.  I saw that the man she was dating was going to harm the child in a horrible way – I saw the entire scene unfold.  I warned her strongly to never leave the child alone with him ever.  She blew me off telling me I was nuts, and she married the man.  Six months later she got overseas duty and left the child with him.  Then the couple had a big fight on the phone and he was so enraged he turned his anger on the child and brutally beat and rapped her – she was 6.  He eventually went to jail and the child had to have several surgeries to repair the physical damage – but the mental damage…

In situations like this, the psychic beats themselves up, wondering over and over if they could have said or done anything more to turn that reality around.  So sometimes having pre-knowledge of events is a very heavy responsibility to bear.  We just have to keep in mind that in the end it is that person who his the final decision on their life path’s decisions…all we can do is provide direction and hope they will make a change or take action.

7-   Can you tell us a couple of stories?

I was once contracted by Federal Marshals to work on a cold case that was 7 years old.  They gave me no data at all except the name and age of a child. Slowly, I connected into this child only to discover she was dead – horrible feeling to drop into that without warning! I get her location in the mountains, buried in a dense woods which was too vast to search. They already they knew all this. Over a few weeks time they had me “see” the crime and then they had me turn my attention to the perpetrator of the murder. Since I’m a clairvoyant and see in images and I’m also a psychic artist, I sketched an image of man and faxed it to them.

Using my sketch, they found the man (they said my sketch was a prefect match of him) and located his residence – just three miles from the location of the crime.  Carefully, they set up legal reasons to search his residence where they found article of clothing and other things taken as trophies from more than 7 missing little girls.  He was arrested and was eventually sent to prison. So I played a small role there in helping them get a criminal off the streets.

I also work with private investigators from time to time on cold case murders – its not my favorite work it’s very painful for me, but I help were I can for the families involved.  I’ve also helped locate lost parents for adopted children, helped locate lost objects like wedding bands and rings and I’ve done a lot of psychic healing’s.

My favorite work is teaching people how to program their own realities. I work from time to time with the local abused women’s shelter to help these women reprogram the abuse cycle and get their lives back. This last spring I had an older couple come to me for a consultation that were in a sad state.  They had no home, no jobs, no car and they were living with a woman who was abusing them.  Both felt hopeless with no way out.  Step by step I taught them how to program their own reality and told them if they stuck to the program religiously they would see good results.  Three weeks later (I’m NOT kidding) they showed up at my house.  The two of them had 3 jobs, they picked up a mobile home for a song and moved it onto her property and moved in. They were in town to show me the used van they just bought.  I’m always amazed at the wonders of what people can do when they are given a few tools to empower their own lives. It’s a beautiful thing to see.  

In my opinion, a professional psychic with strong ethics is all about finding the healing path for people.  So it’s not about “fortune telling” even though that comes with psychic skills, it about healing people so they can get their lives back and walk in present time with all the joy and happiness they want.      

Sadly, this is not the driving force for all psychics. As you know fraud runs deep in this profession – as it does with many other professions.  As for me I help and heal people with my skills one person at time.  That is the life of a true psychic – helping others.

The Sun:

This is a time for new awakenings, with people having a more positive outlook in the world around them.  People will be able to see what positive they can create and bring into this world.  I see hope for a new day with celebration and joy.  This is a time for beginning to work on these new projects while keeping in mind the positivity that is being created.  It is also a time for looking at how we can begin to heal and mend the riffs and discord between one another.  To begin to become a community of humanity once again,  and to love one another and to see each individual’s worth.

Last time shares fell I was there 6 months before seeing in a vision tears and crying over finances they fell people bought up all the cheap shares and I said they fall again and again and they did and they did..

Now just last month I saw the same vision .

Actually worse this time as I saw more tears..

I feel in around early months in 2010 the shares will start to again head down now

Im not famous for exact timing what I am famous for is nailing the events that occur in order of occurance and then they occur as i said. ball park timing usually…

Ok now we are coming up to November and december things are starting to change people moving away from unhealthy sticky sugary junk foods and starting to eat pure and natural foods..pure drinks water and natural things for the body not just health nuts but everyone.

Renewing the earth and renewing their bodies slowly .This change of consiousness is what is renown for coming up to the great changes that most spiritualist talk about as the 2012 overhaul well we are 2010 now and its not that long till then…

wild weather has been the talk of 2009 and I feel coming up to 2011 this will increase I cannot really liste out the things as you would think im a doom and gloom person but im actually only looking to posititive direction thru the maze

Please know that I was not bought up in a religious fashion and am not familiar with the Christian/Catholic religion at all,  as I was born out of the country.  Growing up, I did not attend church and have very superficial knowledge of Jesus Christ.  Based on below happenings, I must either be being prepared for something from those beings of light and love that guide me like my angels and spirit guides, or I am channeling some religious spirit. I a doubt it’s the latter because I don’t see a clairvoyant image of my mind of one.  Only see Jesus Christ and new in the last few days, Mother Mary has appeared clairvoyantly to me.  These last few days, even during the day or during exercise, I see Jesus Christ .  This is not unusual as other people I know regularly see him. However to me, this has been a new development within the past few days.  Jesus has come to me, clairvoyantly  2x before during a meditation as my Master Teacher with short messages, but not as often as he is coming now.  I see him even during the day when I am not in a meditation.  That is fine!  It is all beautiful and am so very grateful to have his presence around and that I know it.

The last few days I have experienced the following.

1) Spontaneous desire to pray - It  is just like I always want to say the Lord’s Prayer.  I have a yearning to go to an old cathedral and sit in in a pew for like an hour and just pray fervently or read scripture.  I also want to pray in the language of  the country, which I can speak very brokenly, forget praying.   I feel the urge to channel these foreign prayers.  It just rises in my throat and I can hear it in my mind.

2) Spontaneous rosary hand motions – I will be driving in the car and just sit in a loving vibration and my left hand fingers

starts moving as if I was doing the rosary.  I have never done a rosary to this point.

3) Spontaneous making the cross sign – I will be working out of the house or driving in the car and I just want to make the sign

of the cross on my chest over and over again  and say ” The Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit” .  Honestly, I don’t even know what this signifies.

These spontaneous hand movements are called kriyas.

4) Hearing clairaudient voices during the day -  The last 2 days, I feel there are conversations taking place in my head.  They are very distant. At times, I can make out single words like “force”  & ”healing”.  This is surprising.  Usually these voices may come in during meditations or in my sleepy/wakey state and not during the day like this.

5) Resurrection  &  Battle - The last 3 days, I keep hearing these single words, not together, separately.  They are always popping into my head.

I sense I am becoming a more open channel .

I love the poet, Muriel Rukeyser, because she understood that “the world is made of stories, not atoms”.You don’t have to be a poet to understand this, but it helps. Have a look around. Stories are a force of nature. We didn’t evolve from apes; we sprang into life, full-blooded and thoroughly anxious, embodied by “tales of the tribe”.

Story is our essence, the source and expression of every dream, dread, vision, death, birth and discovery. Our humanity and inhumanity is rooted in it, tangled in the mystery of “how come?” and the suspense of “what next?”

When James Joyce was asked where he came up with the stories that inhabited his books, he gestured round the pub: “from that couple over there, and those men by the door, and that woman washing up behind the bar…”

Story is Nature’s way of becoming conscious of itself, and as storytellers we work with it in order to become conscious of ourselves. One writes a story to find out why one is writing it, and in the process discovers that the story is writing us as much as we are writing it.

This issue of THE GROUP was meant to be an exploration of screen storytelling, but alas – it has taken on a life of its own. What is common to all the contributors in this issue is their willingness and ability to “enter the drama”, and through that courage to offer their audience a chance to enter it as well.

Many of the writers, artists, filmmakers and poets that appear in this issue work as “mediums”. To work as a medium is not so much a matter of what an artist does, as what he/she doesn’t do; it is akin to the Chinese idea of wu-wei (non-action), a concept that denotes effortlessness, spontaneity, or what Chuang Tzu refers to as “flowing”. It is the ability of getting out of the way and letting the event, emotion, experience express itself-as-itself.

Every well-told story and poem flows, as does the act of every artist when he/she operates “mediumistically”. The art of flowing, requires that the artist/writer get out of the way. A dramatist must become “empty”, unobtrusive, so that the characters can become whatever the characters are, so that that which is yet-to-be can come into being, allowed to birth itself through the agency of the storyteller-made-medium.

Indeed, one might say that unless a story – or any work of art – is birthed in this manner it can have no lasting raison d’être, and as such, cannot endure.

I got this message-my first- from my father who passed away 17 years ago.  I got this message at about 11:00 p.m. when I was in bed in between my dreams and was having trouble sleeping.

I transcribed it as it was coming thru, clairaudiently, on my white notepad that I keep by night stand.  My father, Ralph, speaks another language and was born out of the country.  There was some male interpreter person there, translating his words to me.

11-1-09 Message from my Deceased Father

While in bed last night, I heard clairaudiently,  someone is here to see you.  Clairvoyantly, I saw I was  on a front white porch.  I turned.  There was my father, Ralph, sitting in a white rocking chair.  He had a soft yellow collared shirt on.  He got up.

“He says he is touched by your heart and how large it has become.  He says his friends are amazed that you can do it. (Comment: I think this may be related to the spirit crossovers that I did in dreams that I have posted about.)  He says his friends are amazed that you can do it. (Comment: I briefly see his 3 friends.  They are his war buddies).  They just watch and shake their heads.  They can’t believe it is his daughter.  They never would have thought Ralph “Raci’s” daughter can do such things.  He says he loves you, he misses you but he is always around you.  He has been assigned to be close to you to make your transition easier to the higher realms.  He says to tell your sisters,brother and mother that he is well and happy and has no leg pain.  He has not reincarnated yet because he has work to do with me.  He will be coming back for one more lifetime  and that’s it for him.  He said, never to worry about him. He is fine and protecting your sisters and brothers, too though they don’t realized it.  He goes to your mother to comfort her.  He tells her to let it go, that he is fine and in a good place.  He is so happy at the kind and giving life she has led.  All her prayers go to heaven.  They are looking forward to when her journey ends on earth and when she come up.  He is waiting for her but knows that she still has uncompleted work on earth with her grandchildren.  He loves the whole family and all his grandchildren.  He sends them many blessings.  He wished everyone health, happiness and a long life of joy and gratitude. 

Your brother is doing much better now that you helped him.  He (Ralph) was waiting for that to happen as he knew it would.  He loves your brother and is very proud of him and his kind heart.  He is so glad that he is his son, though it was hard to show it when he was on earth.  He (Ralph) has learned a lot from the school they sent him to.  He is at peace because his family is doing so well, so he is so very happy and proud of everyone. 

He wants you to know that he never meant to hurt your feelings or be so rough & emotionless (Comment: I would have never called my father rough, but he must think he was). But it was his way. He has changed now.  Clairvoyantly, he gives me a red rose and tells me make sure I give everyone the message as he has been waiting a long time to deliver this and finally, the time has come and he is so happy about this.  He loves you with all his heart and loves everyone as well. Tell mom to make sure she gets this message.  He has been telling her but doesn’t think she heard it clearly, only bits and pieces. 

I say “I love you, dad.  Thanks for everything.”

He sits back down in the white rocking chair with a smile.

As I take my own personal growth steps, clear my energy and find my own truth, it seems that one picture or another reappears so I can yet again find my truth. This time from where I am in present time with a deeper level of understanding. Thus is the way it is with energy. When you take a “step up” in your vibration you have the opportunity to work on something from an even more unique perspective…you might even say at a deeper level with new awareness of how it has been effecting you. I have chosen to share a bit of my personal growth with you as you may find some of your own answers from just reading it. The image I chose for this blog is one of my favorites and may strike a chord with you as well! It is a reminder to be sure!

In meditation last week I was humming along clearing energy when I got a bit stuck on some pictures of how other people see me and feel about me. I try to live my life as a caring, loving, happy little spirit. I love to teach and inspire so every now and again I try to see myself as others see me. In fact I have spent many an hour wondering how people perceive me. I want to live from a loving heart can others see that? Do they see me as capable? Successful? Am I seen as happy? Sweet? With a caring, giving heart?  Do they GET me? I have even asked the question why can’t someone see how much love I have to give? I was looking clairvoyantly from the OUTSIDE…IN… trying to SEE what others SEE. As I began my own healing, calling  energy back from the questions and  “pictures” associated with them, it hit me right between the eyes….LITERALLY since I was looking from a clairvoyant space! lol I was trying to see ME from someone else’s perspective…from the outside IN not looking at myself from the INSIDE out!

Now I should probably take a moment to explain that when I do energy work for myself or others I like to “follow the bouncing picture”. That means when I see a picture or energy, I see it, acknowledge it, call my energy out of it, let it go then allow the next picture or energy to appear. I then clear that and so on. In this case, it lead me to look at the pictures about; How do I SEE myself? and How do I FEEL about myself?  WOWZA!!!! HELLO!!!! How do I perceive myself?! I KNOW that sounds simple and yes I have found and cleared these pictures before but for whatever reason, it was time to examine them AGAIN for the very first time! With neutrality and a deeper level of awareness I found my answers. How others SEE ME, what they FEEL ABOUT ME, AND how much they UNDERSTAND ME is directly related to HOW I SEE MYSELF, WHAT I FEEL ABOUT MYSELF AND HOW MUCH I UNDERSTAND MYSELF!!!!

I was so excited about this new, yet once again, discovery that I told my dear friend Jessica, who by the way has a wonderful site Askandallowonline.com. She immediately began laughing hysterically at me! Her only words were “now YOU know THAT!” Well she was right, I DO KNOW that but when I began looking at myself I found some pretty gnarly lies I had bought into and took on as my TRUTH. Once I blew out these pictures I once again experienced CERTAINTY! I was able to VALIDATE myself and found  JOY and LIGHTNESS at a vibration I hadn’t experienced before! Not only that, I had so much of my energy back that I’ve been creating and manifesting at light speed! This is what happens when you clear out a lie, blow a picture and get your energy back!!!

 So as with all my blogs, I invite you to take a moment to look at yourself. Do you ever wonder what people think of you? or How people see you? Ever asked the question “Why doesn’t anybody GET me? How come they can’t see how capable or loving I am?” Have you ever asked…(and dare I even ask if you’ve ever asked this question)… ”what’s WRONG with me?” Is there something in your life that you have spent YEARS or even most of your life trying to get someone(s) validation for? How do YOU see YOURSELF? How do YOU feel about YOURSELF?

Well my dear lovely ones, look in the mirror and see what looks back! The very thing you seek is right in front of you! All of your answers lie within that beautiful YOU! The answers to the questions you may have spent a lifetime asking can be answered with these simple questions…How do you see yourself? How do you feel about yourself? Do you understand YOU? It is said, “what you think about, you bring about.” So if you think of yourself a certain way, that most certainly will be how others see you. Change your thoughts and you will change your world!!! Just like the kitten looking into the mirror, see yourself as you wish to be seen!

What a beautiful and wonderful world we live in to have such loving beings, watching over us!

I also want to share my experiences with previous channelings.

Comments:  At about 4:30 p.m today, I visited a website that had a web page that had the sound bite of OMs.  I heard OMs like 3x.   This was after I got the messages from beyond in my email subject header (Please see my post on this.)  Immediately after, I felt like I wanted to hum.  I don’t hum by nature and don’t have the best voice. In fact, some may call me tone-deaf. LOL! Okay, so I start to hum. I can sense it is a very special melody.  I feel it growing with in me.  I hum louder going up and down in the notes ( Ok, you can tell how musically savvy  I am).  I make the hum from a special place in my larynx.  That’s the way, I sense, it is supposed to be hummed.  I go high up in the notes like I never have done.  The melody is very beautiful. Clairvoyantly, I see my angel’s face in my 3rd eye.  It is just her face. It is luminescent.  She is wearing white.  She has blonde, wavy hair.  Her song is sung from the heart.   I didn’t want to stop humming this song.  It felt so nice to hum it. 

Angels are known for their beautiful angelic songs and music. 

Immediately after the channeling, I go into my 3rd eye.  I ask her telepathically if her name is Alexandria.  That is what another medium had told me her name was.  She says “yes, that is my name”.  But then I got Alexia.  She said “no, it’s Alexandria”.   She said she is my protector and is there to guide me.  I hear this clairaudiently.   

I thank her profusely.  I ask her to come again to me in a way that is clear and that I can understand, feel or sense.   I asked her to come to me the past 2.5 months, since I have learned about angels. I have been asking to see her, feel or hear her.  It has been a challenge.  During my closed eye meditations, I made contact with her for messages, but the messages were very stilted and one word or 2 words phrases.   I don’t feel like I even sensed her presence around me, though I try.  Only 1 time I felt her presence and that was in a dream and we were flying together.  I felt her angelic presence and body next to me in mid-air.  I have met people who say they see their angels all the time and have conversations with them. 

I am surprised she came to me, and I picked up her beautiful melody. I wasn’t even in a semi-trance or deep meditative state.  I was so happy that I channeled her melody. 

A great introductory book about angels is Messages from your Angels by Doreen Virtue, Ph.d.  This book is chock full of info on angels and how to connect with them and how they communicate with you.  This book says we each have 2 guardian angels.  They are just waiting for you to call them for guidance.  If you haven’t done so already, close your eyes now and ask for them to come to you. 

 I wonder if I channeled this angel song so easily because my crown chakra was more open from the dream I had in October.  In this dream, alien beings performed a spiritual healing on my head and opened up my crown chakra. (LOL, rereading this, I see how funny this sounds.  Please, see my post on this alien being dream). 

 My husband, Tom, was home when this happened.  I sense it was a message for him, too. In the last few days, he has been attempting contact with his angels for the 1st time.  I sense this was a sign to show him that, yes, angels are out there.  Keep believing!

Previous Channeling 

I have spontaneously channeled about 5 other times in the past 3 months.  

Female Shaman

- 2x it  was a chant from an female Shaman from an Incan tribe in Peru that came to heal my big toe.  This was in my bathroom in my house.  This happened VERY spontaneously.  I was just looking at my toe to see how it was healing.  There was an infection on it.  All of a sudden, I could see my aura clearly around my foot.  Then, the aura spiked suddenly about 1. 5 feet around my toe.  I have never seen my aura that far out from my body.  Also, usually, it takes a few minutes of focus to see an aura.  Then, I saw an image of the Shaman clairvoyantly.  She was an older thin, short woman like in her 80s  with white hair.   Then she starts chanting and dancing. Before you know it, I am chanting from deep within like an old lady.  My eyes start to water because the chant is so intense.  I am chanting from a deep place within my solar plexus.   After the chant, I feel wiped out.   It was strong!

 In a meditation on 8/4/09, I asked  telepathically where she was from and her name.  That ’s how I got that she is a  Shaman from an Incan tribe in Peru.  Clairaudiently,  I got she is known as graceful dove/sparrow ( unsure about the bird word as I think it was a type of bird that I was unfamiliar with) rising over still waters.

8-3-09 Monday nght 7:00 p.m.I know she is a loving being because she had come to my earlier at a healing session at a metaphysical church in our church when a well known healer came to talk about the healings she did with John of God in Brazil.  http://www.johnofgod.com/index.php/about-john-of-god

I was sitting in the back of the church.  About 30 people had attended.  At the very beginning of the talk, I was just watching and listening to the healer’s words.  The healer had begun her discussion on her trips to Brazil to aid John of God.  Then my eyes started to water.  Then I felt all this love over me. It was beautiful.  This has happened to me before where I felt spontaneous love and my eyes water and sometimes I cry because it is just so beautiful.  It has happened driving in my car.   I sense the healer had all her loving healing entities in the room and it just bought it on for me.  Then my head was suddenly being pushed back while I was sitting in my chair. It was like a pressure on my forehead pushing my head back.   I couldn’t fight it. I sat in my chair with my head dropped way back looking at the ceiling.  Mary, a woman, sitting next to me, asked me if I was ok and I said my head was stuck.  I couldn’t lift it back.  There was pressure being applied to keep my head back.  Then I saw an image of indian type medicine woman.  It was the Shaman. She was chanting and whirling around.  I almost felt like I was going to chant  & whirl around with her right there between the seats of the chapel! I had this fear that I couldn’t control these actions if they came over me.  Anyways, the healer had to come next to me and said some prayers and snapped her fingers.  My head went into normal position with considerable effort. But it still wanted to go back.  Then I started to spontaneously sob quietly. Then I went to like a open eyed trance in my seat and couldn’t get out of it for like 15 minutes.  I couldn’t move or respond.   One of the Reverends, who sat next to me and just comforted me and gently tried to get me to focus.  I was out of it!  Then I returned to Earth

On the 2nd OHM, I feel strange, like someone else is OHMing  thru me.  Then I sense it is the female shaman.  She chants through me.   I sense she wants to do her healing through me.  I sense she has waited a long time to find someone to do her healing work and now she has found me.  She is slightly impatient and wants to heal through me.

Since that time, I sense her clairvoyantly, very close at hand to me. She is like always there.   I sense that I must do my Reiki since I am recently Reiki 1 certified but have not had a chance to practice it.

11/16/09 Monday about 2:00 p.m- I do an energy healing session on my husband.  This is the 2nd time I have done this on him.    I start off with 3 heartfelt Ohms.   He is laying down on a exam table in our house. I sense the female shaman is there clairvoyantly.  But I cannot let go to have her work thru me and do her chanting as I have not done this in front of anyone, even if is my hubs. 

11/16/09 Monday about about 4:30-  I am in the bathroom with my husband.  I sense that the female shaman is right there. I feel like something is stuck in my throat.  I tell my husband that she really wants to come to heal him.  I had suppressed her earlier that day.   My husband is open to her healing energy.  I do 1 OHM, then on the 2nd OHM I feel the shift.  I feel like I am going to cry.  She is coming through.  I am totally conscious.  I go toward my husband who is standing and start to grab and shake him on his shoulders.  She is very physical and hands on.  I turn my husband around and am chanting.  I take his head and rub his head with my hands.  I let her guide me.  I end up by placing my fingers on his closed eyes and wrapping my hands around his head.

I stop chanting and stay like that for like 3 minutes.  My head drops more and more.  Then it ends.  As soon as it stopped, I feel an enormous release, like I am so relieved.  I feel like I need to take deep breaths for air.

This is the 1st time I have channeled a spirit on a third party.  French Singer

- 1x it was as a French song from a French woman who told me clairaudiently that she came to me “to sing” when I asked why she was coming to me.  I also saw a clairvoyant image of her  from a distance of a large matronly type woman with dark hair and fair skin on a stage.  I don’t know French at all.  This happened in the car as I was driving.  I was very relaxed and had done about 5 minutes of straight heartfelt  OMs just because I felt like doing OMs. 

Foreign Languages

-2x I channeled Sanskrit words or tongue.  Not sure what they were. It was unrecognizable to me. Some sort of language .  Again, this happened in the car as I was driving.  I was very relaxed and had done about 5 minutes of straight heartfelt OMs just because I felt like doing OMs.

11/13/09 Friday During my run for my morning exercise, I spontaneously felt like rolling my tongue and doing these French “r’s.  It is odd.  This is like the 2nd time I felt like doing this.

11/14/09 Saturday evening about 6:30 p.m. while driving to dinner, I did a few Ohms in the car just because I felt the urge to do so.  Then a French man appeared clairvoyantly.  I sensed he was a French diplomant.  I sensed he was in a high rise office in Paris.   He was talking in French.  I could see French words written  in my mind.  He showed me the bookshelves in his office.   He opened up a book but it was in French.  I asked my angels and wise spirit guides to please send me an interpreter so I may understand him as I don’t understand French.  No such luck!!  I sensed he wanted to me finish his manuscript that he hadn’t had a chance to finish before he passed. 

I am open to channeling words or writings if they are higher level of love & light.  I just don’t want many spirits ,who have passed and may be lower level, to come to me constantly to channel them.
