Our son has often referred to our family as the Soprano’s. I, on the other hand, have always referred to them as the Kennedy’s. Regardless each in their own right is a family.

This morning around 2:00 a.m. we were called to aid in a family matter. While following MacGyver home, I was flooded with recollections of several past events, which were equivalent to tonight. Events that occurred years ago so comparable in nature as to tonight’s events, it is eerie.

Thankfully, it was an event that was not serious, it was very comical though a sharp reminder of what family is all about. It was also an introduction of sorts to a new family member. I know she felt bad about calling us at 2:00 a.m. this morning to assist, but she handled the situation correctly. There is one rule that is always followed regardless of any disagreements or spats between the family members, and it is very simple but best summed up by this song by B. Scott and B. Russell.

La polizia di Stato di Padova ha sgominato un’organizzazione, gestita in gran parte da donne, dedita al traffico di droga. L’operazione si sta svolgendo, dalle prime ore di oggi, nelle province di Padova, Roma, Frosinone, Firenze, Venezia, Siena e Lodi.

La squadra mobile euganea, con il supporto dei colleghi delle Questure interessate e coordinata dal pm Paola De Franceschi, sta eseguendo dalle prime ore di oggi numerose ordinanze di custodia cautelare emesse dal gip Cristina Cavaggion, a conclusione di un’indagine durata oltre un anno durante la quale è stato accertato che l’organizzazione si è resa responsabile dell’approvvigionamento in Albania di grossi quantitativi droga, soprattutto eroina, che veniva portata in Italia.

Rilevante il ruolo delle donne che non si sarebbero limitate a soli compiti di custodia e trasporto dello stupefacente: alcune di esse infatti avevano avviato un’ attività di spaccio, svolto spesso all’insaputa del capo dell’organizzazione, potendo contare su un vasto «parco clienti»

The “Lede” of the New York Times has a blog post about the recent massacre on Mindanao Island, Philippines. According to latest reports, the death toll has reached 57 and the President has called for a state of emergency.

The Lede alludes to the possibility that the massacre is linked to former provincial governor, and head of the powerful Ampatuan clan, Andal Ampatuan. Many consider the Ampatuan clan a government backed militia used to suppress Islamist rebels, like the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).

Those massacred were from the rival Mangudadatu clan. They were killed while en route to file gubernatorial candidacy papers for the clan’s leader Esmael Mangudadatu. Amongst the dead were Mr. Mangudadatu’s wife and daughter.  Mr. Mangudadatu is a Vice Mayor of a district in Maguindanao province. He was unharmed in the attack.

Filipino broadcaster Marites Vitug, called the clan violence a “monster” created by the government. Vitug further stated “[President] Arroyo not only faces a political problem here but the possibility that there may be massive retaliation or rido. When it comes to rido, women, children and old people are never touched. But Monday’s atrocity has changed all that.”

Clan retaliation (or “rido”) has prompted worries form President Arroyo and the central government. According to a USAID research project, there were 218 cases of rido in Maguindanao province (where the massacre occurred) from the 1930s to 2005.

i black lion nascono 8 anni fa quando il multiplayer era chiamato tale, dove i giochi per pc regalavano molto agli amanti del multy, adesso il futuro e’ fatto di grandi giochi graficamente belli ma con i multyplayer poco validi escludiamo call of duty che ormai’ e’ piu un evento mediatico che altro, gli anni che sono venuti hanno mostrato gravi carenze nell’ambito multyplayer, prendiamo ad esempio giochi che dovevano dare un grande risalto in multy come crysis (che a fatica e’ risucito a migliorarsi nel tempo) ,far cry 2 abbandonato a se stesso da ubisoft e infine il grande Operation flashpoint dragon rising che alla sua uscita era devastato imposbile giocarci on line ed a oggi non dispone di server dedicati e il multyplayer sta soffrendo molto per le scelte fatte dagli sviluppatori

assolutamente NO a nessuno interessano i clan basta vedere gli sviluppatori dei giochi che ad oggi non sono ancora arrivati a capire che il gioco non lo fanno loro lo fanno gli utenti e più tutti i clan.

5)Quali sono le vostre prospettive per il futuro?

Si todavía no has visto la 2ª parte de esta saga te aconsejo que no sigas leyendo esto porque a parte de contener spoilers es una critica-destripa-película. Destripar películas es algo que me encanta. Y no hablaré sobre la 1ª parte porque entiendo cagadas como:

1. que la película era lenta

2. que era pastelosa

3. que la acción en la trama estaba mal introducida

4. que el personaje de Edward no era para tanto

5. que Bella me parece una chica insegura en todos los aspectos

(y no estoy hablando del libro, porque no lo he leído)

Ahora vamos a la 2ª parte que es LUNA NUEVA:

1. la película es demasiado larga y demasiado lenta (lo que se puede explicar en 1h 30min se alarga hasta las 2h 30min)

2. desde el principio sigue habiendo un grado elevado de pastelosidad del tipo (novio-novia al teléfono discutiendo sobre quién de los dos tiene que colgar o quién de los dos quiere más al otro.)

3. que la acción en la trama sigue estando mal introducidad (me explico: las escenas de acción van justo después de algún brote de ira repentino y todo parece una tragedia, además de que son cortísimas – la acción en sí.- vamos, que se tiran media hora hablando super lento y luego de repente sacan los dientes como para darle vidilla al asunto, pero no se la dan.)

4. aquí entra un nuevo personaje que ya nos habían introducido en la primera parte Jacob (el hombre lobo) tras su cambio de imagen. A medida que va pasando la película te quedas más desconcertado. Este personaje se pasa 2 horas de película sin camiseta para lucir tipo (me parece excesivo y monotemático), eso sí, para dormir se pone camiseta… (sin comentarios…)

5. la lentitud de los diálogos hacían que en el cine se oyera más de lo debido algún que otro de mis bostezos. EJEMPLO DE CONVESACIÓN:

- ehm… hola

- hola

- te he traído un regalo

- ah, ehm, bueno, sí…

-uhm…

(Y así toda la película)

6. los actores creo que no dan la talla (aunque me sorprendió la entrada en escena de Dakota Fanning en el personaje de Jane, muy acertado, creo que es buena actriz) los demás quizá si les viera en otra película podría valorar su talento. Lo que sí opino es que una cara bonita no hace a un actor.

7. algo positivo fueron los efectos especiales y los lobos me encantaron.

8. me repateó que se cargasen al negrito de las rastas así de repente, creo que era un personaje que podía dar más juego, en cambio, la pelirroja Victoria me sobra bastante, eso de la venganza por amor está muy trillado.

9.  los amigos de la protagonista me dejaron mucho que desear, era como somos super guays y cuando estás depre que te jodan porque no queremos a gente triste en nuestro super grupito.

10. escenas que no entendí: cuando conocen a la novia del lobo macho alfa y que metiesen el rollo trágico del ataque al corazón del indio comanche para rellenar.

11. los puntazos de humor no eran ni puntazos ni de humor. (esto en la primera parte no existía y lo agradecí, pero aquí la han cagado lo máximo.)

12. la culpa de todo es del director, me ha parecido que no ha sabido dirigir a unos actores con mucho talento pero aún muy jóvenes, no he leído la saga pero si es como parece en la película menuda pena.

13. si tuviera que elegir a otros actores para esta super producción (según los medios: la película del año…) hubiese puesto como personajes a actores más adultos aunque para eso la película se tendría que haber llamado LUNA VIEJA xD

14. lo mejor de la película: LA FOTOGRAFÍA (el director fotográfico ha conseguido crear un ambiente ideal)

15. lo peor: los múltiples tropiezos de la protagonista que parece un pato andando, que vaya de super friki “soy especial” y su frase: “ERES HERMOSO.”

16. en resumen: típica película romántica-pastelosa-con chicos monos y chica guay que crean un triángulo amoroso para quinceañeras.

p.d. a riesgo de caer mal a todas las locas fans de crepúsculo podéis poner amenazas de muerte en los comentarios y cualquier tipo de insulto porque no me voy a molestar en contestarlos.

p.d.2. como podéis comprobar tengo suficientes razones para decir que la película no me ha gustado, no opino sin razón y respeto a todo aquel que no lo comparta conmigo.

p.d.3. que conste que quería ir a ver THE BOX y LA CELDA 211 pero no hacían pases para esas películas a la hora que fui.

p.d.4. lo curioso de todo esto es que a Gonzalo le encantó la película, cosa que me desconcierta conociéndole como le conozco.

As I sit here waiting for my water to boil for my Mac and Cheese at 11:52 at night, I have realized something. I play a lot of Modern Warfare 2, and for the most part think I am decent. A lot of people say I’m really good, I don’t know, I don’t like to judge myself like that really. However, I do go positive 98% of my games. Anyway, enough mumble jumble.

If anyone would like to start a clan, or would like me to tryout for theirs, I will be more than happy to do so. My friends play, but are mostly on Left 4 Dead 2 now. I’m looking for a new gamertag as well, so if it’s a clan where I have to change my gamertag, I’m cool with it.

With that said, when/if I find/start a clan, I will be posting it on here. When that happens, I will be posting the clan tag that will appear in the gamertag. This is where you guys come in. If you tweet me gamertag ideas with the clan tag in it, you will be eligible for a prize. As of now, I will not announce the prize, and leave it a surprise.

Funny thing is, He takes credit for starting something that really, has been in play for awhile now. Example: KSI Court System. There has been several other gaming communities around that have had the so-called Judicial Court System in play to allow members to come back. It may not have been public as it is on KSI, but it’s been used nonetheless.

Wednesday night at 6 pm 5 members of the Campbell clan and 2 adopted members (my dad and My Brother in-law) showed up with an open and trusting heart. We had all been asked to come with an intention for the evening. Mine was, as I said in my previous article, to let go physically of my grandfather and to forge a bond with him spiritually.

The latest from KSI, They’re bribing people to joining the news team and offering them “Ranks” if they join. That’s such a shame.

You know, Here’s the thing I’ve come to realize. The Senior Leader rank really holds no power anymore. Neither does the director rank. Why? Because they offer these ranks out like it’s free popcorn. The more you give the ranks away, The less importance it has, and the Less people feel the need to work hard for it because they have the mindset of “Oh, He got it for doing almost nothing, maybe I can be lazy and get it for almost no work as well” and it hurts the community.

Oh well, I’ll get over it.

ERCOLANO – Due giornate dedicate alla legalità sono in programma oggi e domani al MAV Museo Archeologico Virtuale, in via IV Novembre 44, a Ercolano. L´iniziativa punta a sensibilizzare cittadini e scuoledel territorio ai problemi legati alla camorra e alla criminalità.

Oggi l´assessorato alla Legalità del Comune di Ercolano in collaborazione con l´associazione Partnetproietterà nell´Auditorium alle ore 11.00 ildocumentario ´A´ camorra song iò del fotoreporterSalvatore Sparavigna a cui partecipano le scuole medieinferiori e superiori del territorio; il pomeriggio alle17 il documentario sarà proiettato per la cittadinanza. Domani alle ore 11.00 nell´Auditorium sarà discena ´La Svergognata´ a cura dell´associazione culturale Alquantara. Si tratta di un libero adattamento dall´omonimo romanzo di Sahar Khalifah con Anita Mosca. Supervisione al progetto musicale BkBostik, opere pittoriche Ciro Di Matteo, foto Davide Stasino, costumi Isabella Starace, disegno e luci Ciro Di Matteo. Regia e drammaturgia Anita Mosca. La rappresentazione è rivolta alle scuole superiori ed è promossa da ´I Teatrini´ nell´ambito della rassegna ´Teatri per la Legalita´´. Gli appuntamenti proseguiranno nel pomeriggio: l´assessorato alla Legalità in collaborazione con MAV, Forum Giovanile Radio Siani e l´associazione ´Sitio Mundo´ presenta alle ore 18 nell´Auditorium ´L´oro della camorrà, il libro della giornalista de ´Il Mattino´ Rosaria Capacchione. Interverranno, oltre all´autrice, il sindaco di Ercolano e presidente della Fondazione Cives Nino Daniele, il direttore generale della Fondazione Cives Ciro Cacciola, il presidentedell´Osservatorio regionale Anticamorra della RegioneCampania Tonino Scala, il magistrato Raffaele Marino, ilpresidente della Regione Puglia Nicky Vendola. ModeraVincenzo Iurillo de ´Il fatto quotidiano´. “Continua incalzante il nostro impegno per la legalità dopo i brillanti risultati ottenuti nei giorni scorsi contro la camorra” dice il sindaco Nino Daniele. L´ingresso alle iniziative è libero.

With the album hitting store shelves this week, 50 stopped by The Tonight Show With Conan O’Brien Wednesday (Nov 18th) for an interview and to perform his smash hit single “Baby By Me” off his new album “Before I Self Destruct”.I went aghast when he talked about his new fragance ” Power by 50″ best single encapsulated by “The Smell of Success” ! Meanwhile , Conan help him out to sell his 37 Ba Megamansion in Connecticut and do some little branding..

I numeri non sono ancora tutti disponibili on-line, ma inizieremo a metterli poco per volta.

Attualmente trovate una vera perla quale è il  N.2 della Route, quindi il N. 1 anno 3 (2003) di Orizzonti, con la prima copertina vincitrice del concorso indetto dalla redazione di allora (“Disegna la tua copertina”) e due succosi servizi “storici” di Bisonte riflessivo sulle Aquile randagie e di Pipistrello silente e disponibile sulle origini della FSE, oltre alle notizie dalle varie unità.  

Si aggiungono ai download disponibili alcuni numeri più recenti, relativi al secondo periodo di vita di Orizzonti (dopo 2 anni senza alcun numero ripartì grazie all’avvento di Rana assorta e sincera come Capo Clan).
