When you hear in the market everybody says you should know the management skills to run a company. That is right the market say but everybody forget to mention in that management skill you should know about the rules and regulation of the government laws and taxes. But it’s difficult to get knowledge of each law and codes of the government taxation’s. For that, majorities of the company choose for the professional tax consultant

But if u doesn’t want to hire a tax consultant and want to pay the taxes by yourselves then the government of many countries have introduced software tool or you can say it as online tool where they provide with u a service to pay your taxes. These are called online tax return service.

Even online tax return service is not understood by many of the contractors and business person so they take the help of professional accountancy firm. If the start up company is small one and he has the knowledge of online tax return services, he can use the benefit of it.

Many companies which is started by the contractors to save more money and to increase their money resources at the start for making a good and big firm the start using umbrella service provided by an umbrella company. At the start this helps the contractor to escape from the heavy taxes and policies of the government, which reduces their money resources.

From many years, it has been seen that the government introduce new laws and codes in the taxation book of the country. These laws show the increase in the percentage of taxes for the business or commercial or contractor people. To help and to escape from the burden of taxation and codes and laws there is a need of a professional tax accountant or you can say a tax consultant, who can handle the codes and laws of the government easily.

But for the contractor people such as freelancer contractor, sloe trader contractor and especially IT contractors there is another section of code such as IR35 regulations.
For those contractors the professional accountancy group should provide service like umbrella service. They should not only provide umbrella service but also services like nanny pay roll service, setting up a company for new people who want to set up a company who want to have ease on the paper
IR35 or MSC rules and regulation create hurdles for the company. These hurdles reduces the net profit income of the contractors
To overcome IR35 and MSC concerns that make the income of the umbrella company, umbrella services are provided by many Umbrella Company or accountancy
Umbrella service is for those people who want to take pleasure of freedom and the benefits by working as a contractor without dealing with the burden of paper works they take umbrella service.

Lucky family, we were all off an extra day due to the heavy snow this past weekend. So, what did I do with my stolen day? I made Valentine’s Day candy bags for my son’s class, hubby’s co-workers and my co-workers. Not sure when my kids will go back to class considering the state of our roads today but I suspect the Federal Government will make us all go back in tomorrow. Darn but that’s okay, it’ll give me a chance to pass out my treats. The fancier treatment was for Brian’s co-workers since there are only the four of them. Jacob’s 30 are standard classroom and my 24 are small but sweet. I didn’t personalize my office treats because of the volume. Toppers for treat bags are a great way to use up bits of patterned paper.

Every year, I see the government make new rules and regulations and increase the tax for commercial business which becomes difficult for the company to increase their income. To face this situation they require an accountancy group who can handle the tax issues of the government for them. The accountancy firm should provide services like umbrella service for the umbrella company, set up a company or contractor expenses. The rules such as IR35 or MSC make an obstacle for the company going ahead in their net profit income. To resolve the issues of IR35 and MSC faced by the umbrella company the accountancy should provide them with the umbrella service. People who want to enjoy the freedom and financial benefits of working as a contractor without the burden of dealing with endless paperwork use the umbrella service.
When you start up a company many factors should be considered like people with whom you are setting

When you start up a company many factors should be considered like people with whom you are setting up a company, the rule of the government and how to attract the customers etc. To make something customers actually want, you must make sure to know that you can provide the required service to the customer that is you must be capable of providing the best service to the customers.

If you start a business and it goes really well then you will be earning more than a salary of a job. You would be very eye catchy and will feel proud of being independent. But sometimes it also happens that the business fails due to lack of knowledge and many skill sets which could be more frustrating.

Sometimes at the start up of company and to save more money the company uses the umbrella service from an umbrella company who handles every contracting affair and also maintains your payment of taxes to the government. This provides the benefit or you can call them to escape from the government taxation policies and rules such as IR35 and MSC. For that you must seek a professional umbrella company.

Even in setting up a company you should also know the management skills. You should know to maintain relationship with customers. Relationship can be maintained by providing good service in reasonable rates that the company can best offer.

If it’s a small company you can also use the benefit of tax return service online. If you are trying to pay taxes by yourselves then there are online tax return services that provide you the software to do it independently.

For the good growth of your company only you need is – brilliance, the people, and the confidence to maintain good relationship with every one

It’s almost Valentine’s Day. Do you know what I love best around this time of year scrap-wise? I love all the hearts and the sweet kiddie valentines. What is your favorite thing about Valentine’s Day? Leave me a post for a chance to win this very book!

For this project, instead of using cardstock or chipboard pages, I used mini file folders I found at Paper Source last year. I held on to them until I figured out what project I would use them on. They were perfect with this paper collection.

What we learned from watching last night’s episode, without bringing up the “so 5 minutes ago” subject of Rozlyn and the Staffer:

*Christina claims to be “the normal girl”, but soon after proclaiming, she became annoying.

*Ali’s plan of faking her fear of flying paid off. It got her a one-on-one date with Jake, giving the producers of the show a perfect opportunity to play the theme song, “On the Wings of Love”.

*Elizabeth will not kiss Jake until he chooses her as the winner. In other words, Elizabeth will not kiss Jake. But she did say he could, “make out with my forehead all night.”

*Evidently if one contestant asks another contestant to “steal Jake away for a minute”, they can not refuse.

*Jake is obviously being forced by the producers to keep Michelle around since viewers are taught to yell at the TV: “What? She’s weird! Why would he pick her?” Adds token perceived depth to the show.

This is what I think of when I hear "on the wings of love"...

Last Nights’ Awards:

Kudos to Jake Award: Unlike Jillian, he doesn’t kick off the contestants he doesn’t get to know very well. He keeps them around in hopes to give them a chance: Kissimee (Corrie) and Quiet Mouse (Jessie).

Can’t Blame Her Award: Goes to Tenley. Though Jake gave her the perfect opportunity to tell him about her unfortunate previous marriage to a douchebag, she decided to wait for a better time. A time when she will not be rushed by another contestant asking to “steal Jake away for a minute”.

New Nickname Award: Goes to Michelle. I originally called her Psycho Stalker. But now that she unconvincingly threatened to walk off the show because of her lack of a date with Jake, her new name is Stalker Walker.

“To Which Gender are the Producers Truly Trying to Convince that Jake is a Hunk? Award”: Goes to the producers. Shirtless Jake. Tight Jeans Jake. Ray Bans Jake. The playing of the song “On the Wings of Love” while Jake flies his plane into the sunset.

How can I say it? This season seems a little less heterosexual than normal…

When Cloud 9 was recently launched in India with R.P.Singh as their brand ambassador I gave my early

When Cloud 9 was recently launched in India with R.P.Singh as their brand ambassador I gave my early comments on the brand.

Last few lines which I wrote about Cloud 9 in my previous blog.

Will the brand ever make it big? May be may be not

Will they ever beat any of their competitors? I have my doubts with that.

I seriously feel Cloud 9 should come out of the sky to the earth and study Indian Consumers before taking any step.

(If you want to read the entire article)

Over a period of time Cloud 9 is doing great in the market, slowly and gradually they are covering the entire market.

First they launched the brand with Shilpa Shetty and got a huge PR buzz and then with R.P.Singh they exploited mass media.

Initially to start with they had flavor of Pomegranate but now they have different flavors like Wild Berry and Red Grapes. If consumers have apprehensions with Pomegranate they can have another one.

With huge advertising spends they got into the consumers mind, now consumers very well know that Cloud 9 = Natural Energy Drink. They know the difference between Cloud 9 and Red Bull, Cloud 9 is Natural Energy Drink and Red Bull is Energy Drink.

As a consumer, if I want to have something I think of the category first and then I think about the brand.

For e.g. I want to drink something, what should I have?

Let me have water hmm no, I will have cola instead or no no I will have white drink arey no no let me have energy drink.

Once you decide on the category then you decide on the brand. Let’s say I want to have an orange drink I will ask for Mirinda or Fanta or whichever my favorite brand is, if Mirinda is not available then I will think of having Fanta.

You want to have an energy drink so you go to the store and ask for it, let’s say, Red Bull and if Red Bull is not available and in the refrigerator you see Cloud 9. What will you do?

You will either go for it or you won’t…. if brand is properly registered in the mind then probability is higher that you will go for it.

In the end, the game is on distribution. Cloud 9 is bang on with distribution. They are getting more and more powerful in distribution. Wherever you get Red Bull you will find Cloud 9 and wherever you won’t find Red Bull you will find Cloud 9.

Recently Cloud 9 came out with new commercial saying Drink and Drive with Cloud 9. A very simple line but its catchy, now a days traffic guys are catching people who drink alcohol and drives. Here is a brand saying drink and drive but only with Cloud 9. This gave a talking value to the people. Again Cloud 9 penetrated inside the mind of consumers by giving people a talking point to chit chat about.

I don’t know somehow I am liking Cloud 9’s strategy to cover the market. Cloud 9 has exploited all media and they should exploit one more medium to reach out to their consumers and the medium is experiential marketing. Engage consumers and make them experience the brand. Cloud 9 should go to their target audience through different BTL activities. This will make more and more people experience their product and get firsthand experience with the brand.

One more thing I would like to say, if anyone from Cloud 9 reading this blog they should use this line in their communication to have a marketing battle head on with the main competitor, if the main competitor reacts to your communication you have won the battle.

The Line is:

why to have wings when

you are already on

Cloud 9 ….

Before the holidays I had a chance to talk to Dora Award-winning costume designer Judith Bowden. When we spoke, Bowden was in the middle of working on costumes for Mirvish Productions’’s upcoming presentation of Cloud 9. It was a fascinating and free-ranging conversation about a very interesting production of British playwright Caryl Churchill’s 1979 play. Directed by Alisa Palmer and featuring some of the most intriguing actors appearing in front of the footlights today, including: Megan Follows, Anne-Marie McDonald and Yanna McIntosh, Cloud 9 is a challenging piece to mount and the whip smart Bowden is definitely up to the task.

How did you get into costume design?
I did an undergrad in Clothing and Textile Design and one of my teachers said that my work was inappropriate for manufacture. I took that as a sign and did a masters in Set, Costume and Lighting Design.

What keeps you going?
I’ve been really lucky. I graduated in 1992 and have been working full time as a designer ever since.

What keeps me going is that there is an element that is collaborative. My design ideas are augmented by the people I work with: the directors, actors, set designers.

What inspires you?
In theatre design, you are trying to tell a story. It’s a plastic medium. Like all design it comes from a human base — in this case, the characters. You make style choices and conceptual choices, but the costume you create is in constant movement. Ultimately the design is driven by the actors.

What were the challenges of designing for Cloud 9?
Cloud 9 is highly theatrical for sure. It has a kind of Brechtian feel. The challenge was how to have the costumes in Act 1 [which is set in Victorian times and has a Magic Realism to it] relate to Act 2 [which is set in a grittier 1979]. How do you make it seem like they are in the same play?

Cloud 9 was first performed in 1979. Like many of the playwright’s early works, the play is an exploration of gender, class and sexuality. To keep the balance between the two acts, Bowden clothes for the first act are not totally period, but instead suggest the corsets, padding and stiffening of the Victorian era to illustrate the constraints of that age (see the drawings above). She also mixed in some 1970s-era pieces to “cross pollinate”.

As for Act Two, she scoured the second-hand shops for street clothing that was true to the ’70s, as opposed to shiny disco gear that has become shorthand for that decade.

Why did you choose real clothes for the second half?
By using street clothes, I’m trying to work against stereotypes. Not just in clothing but in behaviour. I didn’t want to be obvious so that the audience can react to or against the stereotypes that are explored n the play.

In Cloud 9, there is colour-blind casting as well as men playing the parts of women. How do you help the guys inhabit the clothes?
It’s funny, the guys are going to want to know how to walk in a long dress and high heels, but look around you. How many women walk around in a long dress and high heels? Yanna [McIntosh] wants to know how to sit in bustle too.

Another theme of Cloud 9 is Colonialism. Churchill originally linked Britain’s history of empire to sexual equality. The effects of Colonialism have been much parsed in the 30 years since the play débuted. What was raw and immediate in 1979 has itself become a period piece.

How did the creative team address this?
There’s no point in modernizing the play. The real question is: What is the point of the play? Sometimes [the passage of time] can add layers. For example, it’s interesting doing the play in Canada, itself a former colony. And sometimes the play is just supposed to wash over you.

Cloud 9 runs from January 19 to February 21 at The Panasonic Theatre (651 Yonge Street, Toronto). Click here for ticket information.

Having finished the Tiger Leaping Gorge in more or less one piece we decided to make our next stop a

Having finished the Tiger Leaping Gorge in more or less one piece we decided to make our next stop a tamer, more low lying one. According to our trusty guidebook, Yangshuo was as tame as you could get, the kind of place where you handed over a few yuan at the front desk of your hostel and they did the rest – choosing and booking tours, organising a guide to walk you 100m to the bus station and hiring a motorbike to take you 5 minutes down the road to the Li river in time for your evening appointments.

In a word, it was everything we had spent the last two months trying to avoid but were just about ready to give in to. It also had the advantage of being pretty damn scenic, with karst rock formations jutting up between houses, looming over lakes and making what should have been a drab, flat town one of the most iconic locations in China. Add to that the fact that Dan and Ashley were heading that way too and were willing to let us leech off of their travel arrangements and we had a sure fire winner.

So we arrived at the Li river and dutifully booked two tours the second we landed in Flowers Hostel. The first up was a nighttime cormorant fishing excursion. Cormorant fishing is an ancient local practice whereby a savvy fisherman uses a flock of trained cormorant birds to do his work for him. The birds skim along the water beside the fisherman’s bamboo raft, diving below the surface occasionally to catch fish. Appetising as his catch probably is, the cormorant is unable to swallow his prize because the fisherman has placed a tie or ring around his neck. Instead, he hands it over to his master and in return, the fisherman allows him to eat one in every 7 fish.

At least that is the idea. The section of the Li around Yangshuo is now so over-fished and polluted that there are very few fish living there anymore, one-time cormorant fishermen now make their living through organised tours like ours although the practice is still widespread in central and southern China (I hear it is possible to hop onboard with a fisherman at Er Hai if you are really determined).

Not that that bothered us massively though – truth be told, you have to take every “authentic experience” with a pinch of salt in China when it comes in packaged tour form and nowhere is this more true than in Yangshuo. The cormorants however, were not so impressed by the developments. During our 50 minute punt about the river, they managed to come up with only one large fish between the six of them. Or so we thought. As it turned out, they were harvesting a dozen or so more between them, hidden in the depts of their bills and halfway down their throats in the hope that their master wouldn’t find them. No such luck, the shrewd old fisherman (who, with his withered but wistful face, bearded chin and faraway look was everything we were hoping for) eventually pulled in the boat, chased them down, grabbed hold of their feet and, holding them over his basket, expertly milked their throats like a cows teat.

Fruitless and commercial as it was, the trip left us in high spirits so the next day when the alarm went off to wake us for our second organised tour, we leaped out of bed in record time. This tour was to be an old-school trip down the Li river on an old-school bamboo raft. First though, we would have to get a bus to another town and a taxi to the boat followed by a 45 minute boat ride and then a three hour trip home on the bus. A little excessive perhaps but we had heard that the Li was wonderful, magical, not to be missed.

Of course it was wonderful and magical and we were glad we went but more to the point it was bitterly cold. Dressed in our thermals, hats and gloves we were still the coldest we had been in a long time and with the wind biting viciously at our still-sunburned faces, there was only so long that a pretty river was going to hold our attention. After we tired of discussing how absolutely lovely it was and what a wonderful time we were having we put an end to our charade, started shivering uncontrollably and, to take our minds off it, sang Christmas carols at the top of our lungs (much to the amusement of our boat driver and the other tourists punting their way downriver.) The best bit of the trip was when we got off the boat and our boatman (Tony) brought us to his beautiful village to meet his Mum, Dad and dog and to try some strange orange-like fruit.

Our final organised activity was definately our best – a Chinese cooking class in Cloud 9 restaurant. The lesson, taught by a 19 year old girl with fluent english and 4 years of full-time work experience under her belt, started out at the local food market shopping for ingredients (but thankfully not any of that nasty dead, rigermortis affected dog.) After explaining all of the products to us our pint-sized teacher brought us back to the restaurant where she taught us how to cook Gongbao Chicken, Sizzling Beef and Fried Noodles in a purpose built kitchen on the roof. She was a bit of a slave-driver, always shouting “Don’t cut your fingers off” this and “Watch that wok doesn’t go on fire” that but we had a lot of fun and, in the end, managed to whip up a pretty tasty three course dinner if we may say so ourselves. And we may because this is our blog.

There was something missing the whole time though and, try as we might, we just couldn’t shake that strange feeling of loss. Finally we put our finger on it though – since we were staying in different hostels and they were a day behind us, we hadn’t seen Dan and Ash in ages. Leaping into action we grabbed our bags and ran, falling over our own feet in our eagerness, to the hostel where we knew they were staying – Monkey Jane’s. True to form we found them drinking in the rooftop bar where a game of King’s Cup quickly ensued (we have been making it our mission to spread the word/intoxication).

On our last day in Yangshuo we helped Dan tick of the last box on his To Do In China list with a scenic cycle through the countryside which took in Moon Hill which – if you ever get to the top of the ridiculously long and steep stairs – you will see notice has a hole the shape of the moon in it. Technically you have to pay 15 yuen into the hill but, having gotten carried away at happy hour again the previous night, we were all pretty tapped so under Jay’s recommendation we opted for the “local route”. For 5 yuen a pretty old and harmless woman led us down a quiet street, shushing us all the way, over a wall embedded with shards of broken glass, through some dense bamboo trees, up a dirt track and finally, to the official route. As earnest as she was in urging quiet, it was pretty hard not to giggle at the sight of her stealthily hopping the wall and the image made the subsequent climb up the stairs a little easier.

As nice as Yangshuo was and as much fun as we had in Monkey Jane’s though, Yangshuo looked predictably overcast, overcrowded and overtouristed after the wide open spaces of Tiger Leaping Gorge so it was with a fond farewell but dry eyes that we said our goodbyes to mainland China and headed for Hong Kong. Next stop, Chungking Mansions.

More pictures from Yangshuo are available in the gallery

“Good morning teacher”. Sekata je bebudak tingkatan 3 Waja menyambut kedatangan Pn Lucy Khor, guru bahasa Inggeris yang kecik molek lagi seksi tu.

Pn Nancy Khor terus memulakan sessi pembelajarannya hari tu.

Seperti biasa, Nuzairi bersandar sambil meletakkan tangannya pada paha Shah. Kadang-kadang jemari Nuzairi nakal menguis-nguis paha Shah. Kadang-kadang Nuzairi sengaja meraba kemaluan Shah.

“Shah makan la dulu, kita kongsi macam biasa. Tak best la makan sorang satu.” Ayat tu dah biasa Shah dengar.

So sweet.

Shireal Renee's Things Inside Me

My life has taken me on a roller coaster ride of a journey; and I am loving every minute of it. I am not saying my life has been perfect and furthermore I am definitely not saying I am perfect…but I am my own perfection. At an early age I found a way to channel my imperfections into acting and writing. I used writing as a tool to create many of my own little worlds and fantasies. And I thank God for it because it has helped me keep my sanity in times when I didn’t think it was possible.

My determination and dedication to my passion pushed me further when a dear friend of mine Carlton D. Bembry encouraged me to start my own publishing company so that I could share my visions with the world. And today through the love of God, my family, true friends and steady believers I find myself in a state of success. I have accomplished something that I have been working my whole life for…and now I want more. It’s the most satisfying thing I have ever experienced. MY BOOK IS OUT!

I once told myself “the definition of success for me is when I hear my words and they are not coming out of mouth”. In the last week that has happened to me more than I can keep count. I still can’t believe it. It has changed my life, when something is not going as planned in my day, I just think…I published my book. Then everything is better. “I published my book”. “I published my book. I did it”. I feel like a child and everyday is Christmas. Funny thing is I got the best Christmas gift yesterday that I have ever gotten in my life. I sold my first book off of my website. I saw the email come through and it stopped me in my tracks. Instantly I was filled with joy. I wish I could give just a little bit of how that made me feel to everyone so they can experience it. It was nice. I still feel high from it.

On December 13th I had an incredible book launch party. Some amazing performers came out to support me. My favorite poets, Mind Evolution, Influence, Peaches, Baub, Tabu, and Constantly. CT’s hottest performers, Ru Williams, Laree Salmon, Life Star, Paso, and Kyle “KayWhy” Young. My girl E-Boogie one of my newest friends did a beautiful job at hosting the event along with the multi-talented Paso, lots of love to Joe Young for taking his time out to do my introduction. DJ Wydow who kept us going through the after party and Kerson and Vanessa for letting me use the magnificent Cloud 9 as the venue. I really felt the love from all of you.

I have to thank my family for always being there to support me my Mom and Aunt Shireat for making a huge investment in my dream, for believing in my vision and never losing faith in me. For my father who always supports me and encourages me to keep going just by looking at the pride in his eyes. For my Uncle Robert who treats me like a daughter and was the first to invest in my dream. My Aunt Sonia who continues to take care of me. Calton D. Bembry for always knowing just what to say and for contributing the cover designs and layouts. Mrs. Crystal for always having my back and getting BRV the Pocket Wireless sponsorship. Street Connfinement Magazine for being supportive and helping me get to the level I am, for being one of the first outlets to let me express myself and trusting in me to take the publication to another level. And to all my good friends who were in attendance and came out in the rain to make sure the event was a success. To you all I am forever grateful.

So now the book is out and the next step…Number 1 best seller! This book is truly a must read! I am not just saying that because I wrote it…lol. It is available for sale on my website By Renee Visions.com and right now you can pick up a copy at Tru Books 3155 Main Street Hartford. Also check out my website for updates on the progress of the book. My signing tour with Pocket Wireless and the “Wide Open” book tour. Sign up for the newsletter to be the first to know of all BRV updates, signings, tours, authors and publications.

Never give up on your dreams, anything you believe you can achieve I am a living testament of this. Lot and lots of love Shireal Renee.

And Yes, like I said the wait for the website is over too so don’t forget to check it out. www.byreneevisions.com

Cloud 9 energy drinks promote drunken driving in its new TV ad campaign An energy drink is launched

Cloud 9 energy drinks promote drunken driving in its new TV ad campaign

An energy drink is launched in the market. Shilpa Shetty is the face that launched this drink. But need to have hype. The marketing should be eye-catching. Shit to all moral ethics.

This is the case of newly launched energy drink Cloud 9. Not going into the merit of the product would share my deep anguish at their TV promos airing now-a-days. I saw it on famous youth channel 9Xm. The short commercial urges the Youth to ‘Drink and Drive’…Creative liberty or plain mischief….viewer, particularly the experimenting youth, would feel attracted to this drink. But the message is Drink and Drive. On legal terms it is imlied that drink non-alcoholic Cloud 9, but at the sub-concious the message ‘enjoy drunken driving’ is being pushed.

But anyway who feels for ethics if it is sales driven!!!
