Personnellement, je n’ai jamais réussi à construire un truc potable avec des Lego. Que ce soit un véhicule, une base pour mes personnages ou des créations abstraites, tout ce que mes mains parvenaient à assembler ressemblait vaguement à un tas difforme.

Alors quand je vois cette plaque Link et Zelda (époque NES) réalisée par Naneto avec les petites briques de couleur de notre enfance, forcément, je pleure. Parce que c’est beau, et parce que je me dis que j’étais vraiment bidon quand j’étais jeune. D’autant plus quand je tombe la minute suivante sur la casquette New Era réalisée par Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, que je trouve tout simplement dingue. C’est décidé, à Noël je rachète une boîte de briques.

Shit is so sick. The satin college style jacket comes in a navy/white colorway with extensive embroidery details, that are especially impressive on the back of the jacket. Composée de baskets, de T-Shirts et de vestes reprenant des personnages cultes comme les Stormtroopers, Yoda, Luke Skywalker (dans son X-Wing) ou encore Dark Vador, la collab sera disponible en shop à partir de janvier 2010. Le temps que filtrent d’autres visuels et qu’on puisse déterminer si le hoodie Vador est si abusé que ça ou non. En espérant que le style soit avec eux.

This was the first collaboration I ever did with Chalie Boy, for Rapid Ric’s Fistful of Dollars mixtape hosted by Trae and Paul Wall five years ago.

Ric called all giddy, and emailed me an mp3 with the hook on it. I was impressed, and started venting on the uncharacteristically long verse immediately.

I don’t think I’ve done as many joints with anyone as I have with J (of Reelaktz), Element7D and Chalie aka the only one of them who still raps.

For what it’s worth, he was #6 on BET’s 106th & Park today.

Chaque écouteur se voit donc attribuer un numéro et les couleurs d’une équipe, et les 8 modèles réalisés mettent en avant Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, Derrick Rose, Kevin Garnett, Dwight Howard et LeBron James (en attendant que d’autres sportifs participent à la collab). Reste à savoir si la suprématie des Beats de Dr.Dre va être ébranlée par ces gros bouts de plastique à la qualité sonore plus que discutable. En même temps, vu le prix, ils ne boxent pas trop dans la même catégorie.
