I don’t know how I missed blogging about this amazing family, but better late than never, right? The Hoke’s welcomed a second addition recently, and I couldn’t be happier for them! They are just the perfect parents! I can only dream… Here are some of my favorite shots…

I love fun couples that let me capture their personalities in their true form for our photo sessions. Heather & Trent and I went out on a beautiful fall day to get some relaxed maternity photos, and I was thrilled when they brought their boards and we got some shots of them doing an activity that they love. So when I photographed newborn Edy at a month old it was perfectly fitting for some coordinating wall art. So I picked my two favorites of the new parents and designed the shots onto some recycled skateboards. Can’t wait to see them once they are installed in their home. Congrats to the new amazing parents and looking forward to more images as she continues to grow.

I’ve mentioned a few times here and on my facebook page that I believe it’s such an honor to photograph people and the beautiful moments life brings. My favorite thing about being a photographer is that I get to share in the joy of others, and get to see a side of people that maybe not everyone gets to see. I’m really grateful for the people I’ve worked with so far and this sweet family included! This beauty is their first baby….enjoy!
