After studying Art & Design in Bath and Cambridge her professional career took her overseas, where she has spent much of her adult life. Caroline continued to paint and exhibit wherever she was assigned, worked under the mentorship of renowned artists Anoma Wijewardene in Sri Lanka, and was sponsored by the British Council for her solo show in the Slovak Republic in 1999.

I have something to say to the Catholic Church and anyone who espouses its anti-gay, anti-woman teac

I have something to say to the Catholic Church and anyone who espouses its anti-gay, anti-woman teaching. I want to be very clear about this, so please read carefully

FUCK YOU.

I am so sick of these robed, self-righteous pieces of shit doing everything they can to thwart gay equality and a woman’s right to choose, while they ignore the real moral travesties taking place in their own goddamn Church. A commission report into Dublin’s Catholic Archdiocese has found “no doubt”…let me repeat that…”NO DOUBT“…that the archdiocese and other Church authorities have a long, hideous track record of deliberately covering up the sexual abuse of children by priests between 1975 and 2004.

…the welfare of children, which should have been the first priority, was not even a factor to be considered in the early stages…Instead the focus was on the avoidance of scandal and the preservation of the good name, status and assets of the institution and of what the institution regarded as its most important members – the priests.

And, as we all know, this isn’t some isolated freak case in Dublin. This is a systemic problem within the Catholic Church. Children have been victimized by predators in robes within the Church, their cases covered up, lives ruined – for what? For “the avoidance of scandal.” For “the preservation of the good name, status and assets of the institution.”

In the meantime, these right-wing freaks within the Catholic Church have conducted a never-ending assault on gay equality here in the United States. Just earlier this month, the Catholic Archdiocese of Washington issued an ultimatum; the Church will actually shut down its social services for the poor within the District of Columbia if the city legalizes same-sex marriage. These rabid, foaming-at-the-mouth zealots will actually simultaneously screw every single poor person in D.C. receiving services from the Catholic Church if marriage equality becomes a reality in Washington. These services include services relating to homelessness, health care, and adoption.

And what about the Catholic Church’s war on women? The Church played a key role in adding the draconian, anti-woman Stupak Amendment to the House health care bill, which threatens to effectively ban abortion for low- and middle-income women. If the United States of America returns to the Dark Ages of back-alley abortions, the Catholic Church will be the primary reason.

All of this, while the Catholic Church has a proven record of covering up the sexual abuse of children. All of this, while Church authorities have disregarded the safety of defenseless children in an effort to save the Church’s “good name.”

A little Scripture may be appropriate:

Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?

(CFD.net.au – Contract for Difference, Share, Forex, ETFs, Commodities Traders) – Deputy Prime Minister Julia Gillard says the plight of 255 Sri Lankan Tamil asylum seekers who were attempting to make it to Australia is in the hands of the Indonesian government.

The asylum seekers‘ boat was intercepted by Indonesian authorities after Prime Minister Kevin Rudd personally spoke to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and is now moored at a port in Western Java.

Last night members of the group made a direct plea to Mr Rudd for help, telling reporters they were fleeing “genocide” in Sri Lanka and feared being killed if they were returned to the country.

“We came until the last point believing that Australia will accept us into their country,” said one asylum seeker, identified as “Alex”.

But Ms Gillard says the asylum seekers‘ fate is a matter for Indonesia.

“Matters in Indonesia are dealt with by the Indonesian Government,” she said.

“Our message is very clear. We say to people who are engaged in people smuggling, they are engaged in a vile trade that seeks to profit off human misery, and anything we can do to stop people smugglers plying that vile trade, we will do.”

Opposition Leader Malcolm Turnbull, who has stepped up his attack against the Government’s asylum seeker policies, says the asylum seekers should not be allowed to come to Australia.

“If they seek the protection of the United Nations High Commission on Refugees in Indonesia then they should be dealt with accordingly. But they should not be rewarded for this effort by being admitted into Australia,” he said.

The latest boat carrying 56 asylum seekers arrived in Australian waters on Tuesday.

The recent influx has filled the Christmas Island detention centre almost to capacity and the Government is sending about 80 demountables to the island to cope with increased numbers of asylum seekers.

But when asked about the contingency plan today Mr Rudd said he was not aware of it.

“On the detail of that I can’t comment. I’ve not seen that report,” he said.

There is this thing called the EU. It has three main institutions: the European Council, Parliament

There is this thing called the EU. It has three main institutions: the European Council, Parliament and the Commission. Commission is the executive organ of the EU and it has 27 Commissioners who form a college – a cabinet.

What, you knew all this?

Sorry for the history lesson but it seems the Commission seems to have sunk down the media agenda. After choosing Van Rompuy and Lady Ashton it was apparent that member states were not comfortable with a high profile EU but seriously, to completely neglect the whole thing?

I am of course talking about the nomination of the EU Commissioners from each member state. But if you haven’t looked very closely at BBC’s website, you’re forgiven for not knowing anything about it. In fact, the BBC seems to be the only one covering it.

If you blinked, you might have missed it

Admittedly it’s only the names of each Commissioner from all the countries and their portfolios haven’t yet been decided but I would have assumed it would have some news value to it. At least dig up some background stories on who they are instead of just listing a country and looking who’s “done it before”.

Happy to see that at least Irish press has a small mention on it, considering one of the concessions made for them to vote right yes was that everyone gets to keep their Commissioner, resulting to the massive amount of 27 portfolios being distributed among the member states.

So far the only one we know for sure is Lady Ashton who will be the Vice-president and foreign affairs High Representative. I know Finland is lobbying for some economics portfolio for Olli Rehn whilst Ireland is apparently keen on getting the innovation portfolio.

I’m quite excited to see how things go but I guess I’m the only one.

Baroness Ashton questioned over CND and Soviet money

The Telegraph, by Bruno Waterfield and James Kirkup

Baroness Ashton, the new European Union foreign minister, is facing questions over her role in the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament amid claims that it may have had financial links to the Soviet Union.

Not only was she once in the CND, calling for Britain’s disarmament, she is an unelected Labour life peer who helped ram the Lisbon Treaty through the House of Lords. “I spent 76 hours of my life getting the Lisbon Treaty though the House of Lords. I would very much like to see it come into force,” she is on record as saying.

The UK Independence Party has written to Jose Manuel Barroso, the European Commission President, asking him to investigate whether Lady Ashton was party to payments allegedly made to CND from the Soviet regime in Moscow.

The letter, based on allegations made by Vladimir Bukovsky, a former Soviet dissident, claimed that it is “very likely” that CND received “unidentified income” from Moscow in the 1980s.

“CND was notoriously secretive about its sources of funding and did not submit its accounts to independent audit; however, after public pressure they were audited for the first time in 1982-1983,” Gerard Batten, a Ukip MEP, wrote.

“It was found that 38 per cent of their annual income (£176,197) could not be traced back to the original donors. The person responsible for this part of CND fund-raising, from anonymous donors. . . was a member of the Communist Party of Great Britain.”

Only allegations but the financial links between CND and the Communist Party of Great Britain still remain. And not only that but CND had links with the Communist-linked Labour Party of Old. Of course, the entire European Union is Government model is a replica of the old Soviet system, democracy only for the chosen, freedom is slavery, that sort of socialist utopia.

Nigel Farage, Ukip’s leader, was officially reprimanded for asking in the European Parliament whether Mr Barroso would to investigate whether Lady Ashton had received money “from enemies of the West”.

He said: “I do not think she is a fit and proper person to do this job.”

Jerzy Buzek, the parliament’s president, has summoned Mr Farage for a meeting where he will be told to “restrain his language and refrain from making improper comments in the chamber” or face disciplinary action.

Lady Ashton’s office declined to discuss CND’s funding in detail. It said that she “left CND in 1983 and had no involvement after that”.

Her spokesman said: “Like many young people in the late 1970s, Catherine Ashton was involved in the big campaigns of the time.

“She never visited the Soviet Union, she had no contacts with the Soviet Union and she never accepted any money from Soviet sources. The first time she ever visited Russia was as trade commissioner. She has never been a member of the Communist Party.”

A CND spokesman described the Ukip claims as “decades-old unsubstantiated allegations”.

Even if Baroness Ashton didn’t know about it, she was in the Commie-infected, Marxist-loving, Labour party so is corrupt by association in my short-sighted (and very much pissed-off) mind.

Yet who to believe in all this. Lets see.

Motives: The European Economic Community has become the European Union run by unelected officials who have lied consistently and will continue to do so until the Empire is complete? Or Soviet Dissidents like Vladimir Bukovsky who is from the USSR and has experienced first hand the horrors of Soviet Style Communism?

Then there is the plausibility of such events occurring. It is highly likely that Soviet Russia would prefer a Nuke Free Britain. It would serve their interests. It is highly likely that the CND, through outside help, would take whatever help was offered in either the misguided hope that Peace would prevail or the perverted desire to see a Communist takeover.

I’ll take my chances with the dissident as the EU has told too many porkies.

Solution: Treason needs to be re-instated as a hanging offence. It will get rid of the corrupted and also employ over 20 million people, from the executioners to the undertaker, burger stands and programmes, live entertainment. All Parties opposed to the Big Three, the Gov’t Cartel, the Three Stooges, Liblabcon, the Corruptibles, the liars, cheats and traitors, time to start spreading the message, NOT YOUR PARTY MESSAGE but by constantly reminding all and sundry of the nefarious activities of the State apparatus in the hands of the Crooked and Corrupted.

My only fear now is that our complete enslavement is not long away, for if the EU flexes it’s muscles now it has control over the whole of Europe, we shall not be allowed to leave peacefully. What they will pull out of the hat is anyone’s guess but just like the Baroness, it will be for the Greater Good of Europe, or so they will tell us.

We are suffering the death of a thousand pricks and will soon be in the morgue, we need resuscitation fast for if we are to survive as a Nation. We are constantly fed the fear of death by war, death by disease, death by CO2, and if we’re really naughty, no doubt the hairy runts’ would bring out the scriptures and inform us of our impending doom from the four horsemen of the fucking apocalypse.

Those who can, should. Next chance you get, take it. When people have nothing left to lose, they have everything to gain.

With Neelie Kroes (NL), Connie Hedegaard (DK) and John Dalli (MT) on Tuesday being nominated to the Commission, Mr. Barroso will now be able to start his distribution of portfolios. The Commission will then be up for the approval of the European Parliament, a process that probably will begin in Januar.

Looking at the 27 names, I am glad there are more women – nine in total – on the list than five years ago. With one of them being Catherine Ashton, who is up for the influential post as High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy, it is pleasing that the EU is making progress in the area of gender equality.

Mystery of Light – The Marriage at Cana

A new stained glass window on the theme of the ‘Luminous Mystery’ or ‘Mystery of Light’ has been celebrated and dedicated at St Colman’s Church, Cosham, Portsmouth, Hampshire UK.

The window is modern in design but uses traditional stained glass techniques and materials in its construction. The newly commissioned stained glass window is the work of Sunrise Stained Glass and glass artist Jude Tarrant AMGP. Jude works with hand-made antique glass and painted kiln fired pigments and silver stain to achieve subtle graduations of colours, tone and detail. Although the subject is mainly figurative the design is semi – abstract and uses a palette of blues and reds, rich in symbolism appropriate to this theme.

Design Description: The theme of the new stained glass window of the Manifestation of Jesus at Cana is one of abundance and joy; the mystery of Christ’s transformation of the water into wine, and the fidelity of marriage and the strength and unity of the family.

Mary acts as intercessor and Jesus responds with an act of compassion and a sign pointing to the future time of the message of the Last Supper and the Eucharist. He holds a cup, a plain earthenware cup of the type that would have been set upon the table at the marriage feast. He gestures at the water jars, and this is the moment of glorious transformation, of water into wine. The red of the wine flows down from the six jars and surrounds and fills the space with warmth and plenty. The words ‘You have kept the best until now’ emerge from the blue of Mary at the top of the lancet window.

The lower part of the window is the marriage scene, with an elderly married couple embracing in joy and central to the table of family members and friends who surround them – an abundance of love in the family. The circular arrangement of the wedding feast suggests completeness and unity.

The blue colour of Mary is echoed in the colour of the water flowing from above and as Mary’s blessing and protection to the gathering of the family and community at the feast below. The interweaving of both the purple/red of Christ and the blue of Mary unite the themes of the story, and link the whole window into one flowing rhythm of life and love.

At the foot of the window in glass of rich red and ambers the text celebrates the Hudson family, parishioners at the church since 1929.

‘Luminous Mystery’ stained glass – Dedication sermon by Fr Sean Tobin.

“Those who attend St Colman’s church must surely have noticed the new stained glass window. The window depicts the Marriage Feast at Cana, from the ‘Mysteries of Light’, the newer mysteries of the Rosary. In the window we see the large figure of Jesus, surrounded by the stone water jars as He transforms the water into wine. Power is poured into Him from above, and that power comes out of Him too, in order for Him to perform this great sign. Jesus is still clothed in the mantle of His mother Mary, symbolized by the blue He wears, for it was Mary who made Him aware of the needs of the people as she said to Him, ‘they have no wine’. At the bottom of the window we see the wedding feast in full flow as the young couple sit surrounded by their family and friends. Then below that is the young couple grown in years, still bonded together by the love they still share. Use the windows to aid your prayer, and know Mary still intercedes for us as we long for the wine of peace.” The transformation of the water into wine is marked by the words at the top of the window ‘You have kept the best until now’.

This is the fifth of six modern windows of stained glass of the Rosary ‘Mystery of Light’ or ‘Luminous Mystery’ at St Colman’s Catholic Church. If you would like to see some of our other windows of contemporary design and stained glass of the Rosary windows follow this link….

The ideal world of affiliate marketing does not require having your own website, or dealing with cus

The ideal world of affiliate marketing does not require having your own website, or dealing with customers, worrying about refunds, product development and maintenance. This is one of the most basic ways of launching into an online business and generating more profits.
Assuming you are already marketing an affiliate program, what is your main goal? Double, or even triple, your commissions, right? How do you do that?
Here are some powerful tips on how to boost your affiliate program commissions overnight.
1. Research the best program and products to promote. Obviously, you want to promote a program that will enable you to achieve the greatest profits in the shortest possible time.
There are several factors to consider in selecting such a program. Choose the ones that have a generous commission structure. Choose a product niche that you might have some background knowledge on. Have products that fit in with your target audience. And ones that have a solid track record of paying their affiliate easily and on time. If you cannot seem to increase your returns, dump that program and keep looking for better ones.
The fact that there are thousands of affiliate programs online allows you to be selective. You really want to select the best to avoid losing your advertising dollars.
Purchase and use the product you are selling. From your familiarity and experience with the product you can then write free reports or short e-books (see item 3) to distribute from your site. It is most likely that you are competing with many other affiliates who are promoting the same program. If you write a short informative report related to the product you are promoting, you will be able to distinguish yourself from the other affiliates.
I use a simple free automated system to distribute my articles (including this one) and in turn gain valuable backlinks to my websites, which increases my sites page rank in the search engines. Have a look at Free Traffic System. I recommend it.
In the reports, provide some valuable information for free. If possible, add some recommendations about the products. With ebooks, you get credibility. Customers will see that in you and they will be enticed to try out what you are offering.
2. Set up an autoresponder to collect and save the email addresses of those who download your free ebooks. There are a few reputable autoresponder systems online such as Getresponse and Aweber. I personally use Aweber. Autoresponders help your webpages do most of the work on autopilot but that is another subject in itself that I will write about in the near future.
It is a known fact that people do not make a purchase on the first solicitation. You may want to send out your message more than six times to make a sale.
This is the simple reason why you should collect the contact information of those who downloaded your reports and ebooks. You can follow-up on these contacts to remind them (in a nice way) to make a purchase from you.
Get the contact information of a prospect before sending them to the vendors website. Keep in mind that you are providing free advertisement for the product owners. You get paid only when you make a sale. If you send prospects directly to the vendors, chances are they will be lost to you forever.
But when you get a clients details, you can always send other product recommendations to them and so create the opportunity to earn multiple commissions from a variety of products instead of a one time sale only.
A word of warning though: Always allow the client to unsubscribe in your email. Otherwise the notorious and unpleasant tag of Spammer will attach itself to you and this could be very bad for your reputation and business!!
3. Publish an online newsletter or Ezine. Subscribe to online article publishers and blog sites. Inhabit forum sites. It is always best to recommend a product to someone you know than to sell to a stranger. This is the purpose behind publishing your own newsletter. This also allows you to develop a relationship based on trust with your subscribers.
This strategy is a delicate balance between providing useful information with a sales pitch. If you continue to write informative editorials you will be able to build a sense of reciprocity in your readers that may lead them to support you by buying your products.
4. Be cheeky and ask for higher than normal commission from merchants. If you are already successful with a particular promotion, you should try and approach the merchant and negotiate a higher commission for your sales.
If the merchant is smart, he or she will likely grant your request rather than lose a valuable asset in you. Keep in mind that you are a zero-risk investment to your merchant; so do not be shy about requesting for addition in your commissions. Just try to be reasonable about it.
5. Write strong Pay Per Click ads. PPC search engine is the most effective means of advertising online. As an affiliate, you can make a good income just by managing PPC campaigns such as Google Adwords and Overture. Then you should monitor them to see which ads are more effective and which ones to dispose of. PPC marketingThis type of marketing can however be daunting to newbies and takes a bit of trial and error and study to start achieving results.
Try out these strategies and see the difference it can make to your commission checks in the shortest of time.

To best explain website popularity and it’s relevance to your site, lets start with a quick ex

To best explain website popularity and it’s relevance to your site, lets start with a quick example:
Let’s say that you are approached by a friend asking your advice about the best place to buy golden widgets. Now, as a person of some knowledge, you happen to know that there is an over-abundance of widget specialists around, many of whom sell golden widgets – but what you don’t necessarily know is best place for your friend to shop.
You’ve never had cause to use a golden widget yourself let alone buy one and, as far as you know, one golden widget shop is as good as the next. One thing you do know for sure is that there’s a particular supplier of golden widgets across town where it seems a lot of people go to shop … and you also know that there are some very important people around town, people who know more about such things, that speak very highly of that particular store.
So it would be quite natural then to tell your friend that there is an abundance of widget shops, many of whom stock the golden variety … but there’s this one particular store that is regularly frequented by some of the most highly respected “widgeteurs”.
Your friend would be grateful for this advice. The internet is the same in that when someone searches for golden widgets, the search engine aims to present it’s user with recommendations on the same basis as you would. The search engine database is overwflowing with addresses of websites that are related to widgets and, more specifically golden widgets. Some websites appear to the search engine to specialise in them exclusively.
But, in determining which order to display it’s recommendations, the search engine needs to consider which are more popular than others – particularly those who are being recommended by other well-respected, popular websites.
How do they do this? Well, their spiders follow the links to and from your website, they count how many there are, they look at the relevance of those that link to you and they look in turn at the popularity of those websites.
Google, for example, keeps this type of information about your website (and every page within it) on its database and makes it available for everyone to see. They call it Google “pagerank” and if you have a google toolbar in your internet browser you can instantly see the pagerank of every web page that you visit.
As a side note, I highly recommend that you download the Google toolbar as soon as you’ve finished reading this article if you don’t already have one – it is absolutely free and will be very handy for you in seeking out potential “popular” linking partners as well as measuring the progress of your own websites’ pagerank.
In short, for your website to get maximum exposure it not only needs to be relevant to the search terms used, it needs to have as many important websites linking to it as possible.
But not all at once!
Just like you, a search engine would prefer to recommend the golden widget merchant that has become consistently more popular over time than one who has just arrived in town with instant popularity … probably because this is an indication that the popularity may have been artificially induced – as opposed to popularity that has been earned by reputation over time.
How do you achieve this? Gradually, systematically and also with a bit of help. As I have stated in previous posts I use a simple free automated system to distribute my articles (including this one) and in turn gain valuable backlinks to my websites, which increases my sites page rank in the search engines. Have a look at Free Traffic System. Its free and I recommend it.

I got in the mail yesterday my commission from Jim Lawson. I asked him after the interview for this stellar drawing. It only cost $60, and the money was more than worth it for this beautiful piece that is now my favorite in my collection. To be just a super creep, I attached the stickers that Lawson wrote my address and his address on to the print on the back for when it’s framed.

I forgot to turn my camera’s resolution up, so some of these pictures are (crisply) blurry.

Some Show and Tell!

Doesn’t that look fantastic! I was so happy when I took this out of the cardboard that I just stared at it for a good ten minutes despite having guests over that I hadn’t seen for a year!

Close up on Leo.

Lawson did such a kickass job on this commission that I’m really considering another one. Maybe I’ll convince my sister to buy me one since she owes me a couple presents for various things.

Oh, I also got a print by Albert Rothstein off of eBay in the mail yesterday. I ordered a bunch of artwork off of eBay in addition to this that I’ll soon be getting in the mail, and I ordered a Michael Dooney Leonardo Sketch!

We know you can make money online from direct sales and adsense, but are there any other methods to

We know you can make money online from direct sales and adsense, but are there any other methods to make money by using your blog? Well, there are a number of options, but three are more popular than others: 1) lead generation; 2) affiliate marketing; and 3) newsletter subscriptions.
Of all the other methods that can make money for you, lead generation may be the most promising. This is an especially true if your blog niche is related to finance. Mortage and insurance leads are particularly popular with prospective clients who are employing the convenience of the internet to make online enquiries. Your commission will come when you generate the initial lead which will simply entail getting someone to fill out a completely free form.
The other means you can use to make money via your blog include affiliate marketing and newsletter subscriptions. Affiliate marketing generally consists of either directly signing up as an affiliate through someone’s website or signing up as an affiliate through a third party. A very popular site where you can sign up as an affiliate to a whole range of different information products is Clickbank. The idea is that you use your blog to market products for a share of the total price. If you sell information products from Click Bank or Commission Junction, you can earn as much as 75% per sale; however, if you sell physical products, such as chairs and tables from Link Share retailers, you will earn a 7-15% commission at best.
If these methods don’t sound appealing, you can always consider newsletter subscriptions. You can create an opt-in page, or a squeeze page, on your blog and offer a trial subscription to your newsletter. If you provide quality content and promote your blog, you could end up with hundreds of subscribers over time.
Other methods to make money from your blog include selling advertising space directly and selling site memberships that allow visitors to access certain server-side tools.
Making a plan is a crucial part of the construction of any monetized blog. But what does it usually involve? Generally, planning how to make an income from blogging consists of two things: working on a traffic generation plan and improving conversion rates. When planning, you may want to work on the conversion side first. If you begin sending traffic to your blog before it is monetized properly, your conversion rates could be too low to earn a significant return on your investment; this is especially true if you are paying for traffic from pay-per-click sources, such as Adwords.
To be succesful at blogging, the bottom line is that you will need a large readership base. A great way to attract visitors is to post on other blog sites and forums with a backlink to your blog membership page. I use an effective free membership that not only distributes your articles to various publishers of your choosing, it matches your articles genre to a choice of the most effective publishers based on selected keywords. The benefits are that this is a free site at its base level, and there are many resources available to aspiring bloggers. Not only does this membership distribute your blogs, due to its nature it also has the ability to increase pagerank of the websites that you insert as a link on your blog.
One important thing you must consider when creating your plan is how you can improve the quality of your copywriting. If you do not feel that you have the expertise or writing skills to convince someone to buy your product, you may want to hire someone to write your salespage for you.
With the recent boom in freelancing markets, you should be able to find a talented copywriter on elance.com or guru.com for a relatively low price per word or page. If your copy is bad, your conversion rate will also be bad, which means you are wasting traffic.
Additionally, you should consider including pre-selling tactics. You may want to include such pre-selling methods as giveaways, cash prizes, or some other form of interaction for visitors.
The other important part to consider while planning is your traffic generation methods. No matter what the topic of your blog, you generally have five basic traffic generation methods: pay-per-click programs, which allow you to pay for targeted traffic; natural search engine traffic, which you can build by optimizing onpage and offpage factors; link-based traffic, which you can build by purchasing links from link brokers; list marketing traffic, which you can build by purchasing solo ads from list-owners; and repeat traffic, which you can build by giving visitors a reason to return and by persuading them to bookmark your site.
All things being equal, you must concentrate on traffic generation and conversion rates for your plan to have any success at bringing in an income.

Paul to Liberhan: How the Commission Reports work for corrupted Indian polity Note: The coincidence

Paul to Liberhan: How the Commission Reports work for corrupted Indian polity

Note: The coincidence has been remarkably similar and as it provoked me, I have decided to record here. I may require more proof, as time has been elapsing, memory lapsing and people forget even just-past!

26th November Mania grips Indian Politicians: One Manmohan Singh has been out of India tactfully making another Manmohan Singh to run riot in India on the eve of November 26th! As November 26 comes nearer, the secular Indian politicians want to exploit the emotional Indians to get excited and forget the real issues. Thus, they are made to forget about the rising prices of rice, vegetables, oils etc., but the rising temper. However, for some the past does not die soon. November 26th has been a Black Day in Indian history, as on that day many atrocities, murders etc., have been taken place. As this period marks auspicious for Hindus and Mohammedans, the Mohammedans had taken opportunity to attack Hindus on that day[1]. In the context of comparing political events how Commissions have been reporting, two one-man Commission Reports are coming to mind because of striking similarities. As November 26th comes nearer, obviously and consciously two politicians have been so worried – one Sonia and another Karunanidhi.

Sonia and Karunanadhi: These matured Machiavellian politicians of Secular India have been maneuvering and none can match them. On 26-11-1980 – “26th November” Subramania Pillai Executive / Verification officer of Tiruchendur Murugan temple was found murdered mysteriously. On 26-11-2009, the Islamic Jihadi terrorists bombed, attacked and killed many innocent Indians in Mumbai, of course, including the fishermen on the boat. Sonia and Karunanidhi have been so worried about the widows of the victims, as they have been haunting and daunting them every day. While the widow Sonia herself is so worried about the coincidence, the wives of Karunanidhi are so worried.

Justice C. J. R. Paul Commission Report: Paul Commission was constituted to inquire into the cold blooded murder of a Hindu Religious & Endowment Board right inside the Tiruchendur Temple in Templenadu. Paul, the retired Judge had reportedly presented his report, but not only the report disappeared, but also Paul, as his whereabouts were not known since 1970. However, in 1999, Karunanidhi indicated to newspersons[2] that “he managed to get a copy containing Jayalalitha’s demands, the same way he had obtained the C J R Paul Commission’s report on the mysterious death of Tiruchendur Murugan temple executive officer Subramania Pillai in 1982 during the M G Ramachandran regime”. Thus, it is evident that “he managed to get a copy containing Jayalalitha’s demands, the same way he had obtained the C J R Paul Commission’s report”. Thus, for the people in power getting copy of Commission Reports is not at all a big thing. Here, the question is how it disappeared!

Justice Manmohan Singh Liberhan Report: The Justice Manmohan Singh Liberhan Commission of Inquiry was appointed on December 16, 1992, 10 days after the demolition of the Babri Masjid[3]. He was, then a sitting judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, was assigned the task of probing the sequence of events that led to the occurrences at the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid complex on December 6, 1992, resulting in the destruction of the structure. In a notification issued, the then Union Home Secretary, Madhav Godbole had said that the Commission would submit its report to the Central government “as soon as possible but not later than three months”.

17 years investigation -48 extensions-16½ hours presentation- 900 page Report: But with 48 extensions, the Liberhan panel became the longest Commission of Inquiry in the history of Independent India. The last extension was in March this year for three months. It took the Commission 16-and-a-half years to submit its 900-plus-page report. By June 30, 2009, when the report was submitted to Prime Minsiter Manmohan Singh, the Union Government had spent over Rs eight crore on the commission, making it the most costliest ever. Most of the expenses was spent on salary and perks of the supporting staff. As part of its brief, the Liberhan Commission had been asked to look into the role played by the then chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Kalyan Singh and his ministerial colleagues, officials of the UP Government, central leaders and by individuals, agencies concerned and organisations in bringing down the structure. The commission held 399 sittings and in the course of its investigation, examined powerful people like former prime minister P V Narasimha Rao, BJP leaders L K Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi and Kalyan Singh, VHP leader Ashok Singhal, the Congress’s Arjun Singh, and former UP chief minister Mulayam Singh Yadav.

Karunanidhi’s official involvements in murders and assassination, acquitted later[4]: People generally forget the recent past. In how many murders and assassination, Karunanidhi was officially involved? In fact, people, particularly, the non-Tanilnadu citizens know very well that he was one of the accused in the Indira Gandhi attempted murder along with 6 others in 1969. Indira Gandhi gave relief to him by withdrawing the case. He has been also under the suspicion of assassination Rajiv Gandhi, as he was / is having links with LTTE. Even when Priyanka met Nalini one of the offenders and undergoing punishment in Vellore jail, she was asking as to any political parties were involved in the assassination plot of his father? He was also involved in the cold-blooded murder of the Tiruchendur temple priest and people might have forgotten the Justice Paul Commission Report. The report itself was made disappeared ad the Judge made kept quite.

Karunanidhi and Commissions: Karunanidhi has always been a man of two faces, many tongues. He keeps harping publicly that he is willing to face any inquiry against him. But when an inquiry commission is instituted, he always runs away from it. He tried to run away from the Justice Sarkaria Commission constituted to inquire into corruption charges against him. Another example is the case where the Justice Paul Commission Report was stolen. A case was registered and in this connection in the Madras High Court his attitude of non-cooperation was heard by Justice Singaravelu. Karunanidhi, the fourth accused in the case, refused to cooperate. In fact, the learned Judge[5] observed that “Even if the 4th accused is brought to Court through some coercive steps, it would be futile and the proposed remedy would only aggravate the malady…‘ Karunanidhi had obtained the C J R Paul Commission’s report on the mysterious death of Tiruchendur Murugan temple executive officer Subramania Pillai in 1982 during the M G Ramachandran regime[6]. Ironically, the verification Officer of Hindu Religious & Endowment was murdered[7] on 26-11-1980, “26th November”!

Sonia daunted and haunted by widows: After the Sikh widows meeting, Sonia, the widow was totally upset by another group of widows meeting her. There were moments in the meeting, according to sources, when the women talked about the similar situation inflicted on them by fate. “I also went through a similar situation,” Sonia reportedly told Kavita, recalling the time after Rajiv Gandhi’s assassination[8]. However, the fact being that none of the widows are happy with Sonia. Not only the Sikh widows[9], now the Sri Lankan Tamil widows have also been in the same feeling, as if they were betrayed.

‘Don’t challenge my character…get lost’: Upset over the “leakage” of his report on Babri Masjid demolition, Justice (retd) Manmohan Singh Liberhan on Monday said he was not a “characterless” person who will hand it over to the media. “I will not speak on the report. If the report is with the media, then go and find out from where the media got it and who provided the report,” a visibly angry Liberhan told reporters at his residence in Sector 9 in Chandigarh. When it was pointed out that the opposition had been alleging that the report was “selectively leaked” and asked whether it was leaked from “his side”, Liberhan said, “let the opposition say anything, but what do you mean by this? “Don’t challenge my character…get lost,” a perturbed Liberhan, who lost his cool, said. “I am not a person who is accessible to you (media)…I don’t want to talk about it,” he said. “I am not that characterless a person that I will hand over the report to the media before being placed in Parliament,” Liberhan said.

The outburst of Manmohan Singh and Karunanidhi: The flare-up of Manmohan singh is something inexplicable and unwarranted, as it is open secret what these “One Man Commission” would deliver! Here, also the reaction has been remarkably striking! Karunanidhgi retorted to the media persons, when he was questioned about his son – Azhagiri’s involvement in a murder case. Immediately, he flared up and started accusing in a derogatory way, “…You are the murderer…..I tell you are the murderer……..”. “I am not that characterless a person that I will hand over the report to the media before being placed in Parliament,” Liberhan said. Yes, had he been so conscious about the justice, he would not have taken 17 years with all government perks and all enjoying life and finally present the “Prepared Report” to Congress at a particular time. And Karunanidhi obtained the C. J. R. Paul Report and reportedly destroyed as none knew where it had gone!

Justice delayed is Justice denied: Perhaps, even a student knows what it is. Then with all character conscious retired Judge should not have delayed his report. In fact, he could have resigned and gone sensing the political interference and his self-exploitation of becoming “Yes Master”. But he has not done. Nowadays, everybody knows the practical nuances of 900 pages report. How it is typed, corrected, retyped, corrected, and finally, correct or accepted copy is taken out, out of the printer! So can we say that the report has been so fool-proof that it could not have been accessed by anybody, even the “accepted copy” or “final draft” was being read by him up to his satisfaction! Then, he must have typed himself in his own computer, taken rough drafts, made corrections and then the final report. He must have destroyed all the early copies. Has he done that exactly, so that he can assert that the report was not leaked out!.

· Therefore, instead of presenting the facts to the people without any controversy, why the learned Judges, and others indulge in such emotional outbursts?

· Having delayed, he could have suggested releasing it after 26th November, instead of before 26th!

· Can Indians find any difference between the visibly cognizable sycophants like Navin Chawla and himself?

· The general public may doubt their credentials, as the happenings go in different way!

Neil Kinnock is a traitor if this is true. And the allegation is serious enough to warrant a thorough investigation into this matter.

Many thanks to ukipwebmaster for uploading.

But of course his European Masters will surely protect him. For the entire Establishment is crooked, either though fear, blackmail, greed or just a sadistic mentality.

We need a total clear-out of all the Corrupted, no more NuGov, no more Tories and no more Lib Dems. They have had more than enough time at the helm. All the old parties are run by the same old men year in, year out so have the same plans year in, year out. Want change you can believe in, vote BNP. Justice will be fair and swift.

Otherwise, we may have to resort to Mob-rule, plenty of rope and the decoration of our lampposts. Enough is enough. For if we cannot trust those who are sworn to protect us, what other option is there?
