ESPN Training Programs (2 years): ESPN offers recent graduates 2 different training programs. In the Content Associate Program, you are hired into an entry-level Production Assistant (PA) role and have 2 years to be promoted to Content Associate (CA). You support the product of lived or taped studio shows and events, work on highlights and video and support ESPN’s various international networks. For this reason, fluency in Spanish can be highly desired. You must also have elite-level sports knowledge and solid knowledge of at least one international sport (soccer, cricket, etc.). You must also be very familiar with ESPN. The second program the Production Operations Associate Program offers several rotations through the Productions operations department, including working as a Master Control Operator, editing content, operating a studio camera during live broadcasts and taped segments, monitoring clips and more. Applicants must be passionate about behind the sciences TV production and have flexible schedules to accommodate a variety of shifts. Nearly all of the positions in both programs are located in Bristol, CT.

Disney (6 months- 2 years)

Disney (6 months-2 years): Several post-graduation options exist with Disney. Their post graduate programs are available from January to June or July to December. Some of these positions are open only to students who completed an internship with Disney during college. For accounting or finance majors, the accounting rotation program is a 2- year, full-time program in which analysts complete four 6-month rotations in different business across Disney. Analysts must take their CPA exams during the 24 months (and are reimbursed for all associated costs). Rotation analysts are eligible for senior financial analyst positions upon completion of the program. Positions are located in multiple areas of the U.S.
