The only concern is the proximity to Bacolod. Both Amaia and Avida are both kilometers interior from the national road, which is still in Talisay. Because of the distance, you may be isolating yourself and making it hard for neighbors to come to you for a few years. You should wait 3-5 years before the place becomes alive, then you can sell it.</p>
<p>Avida is a long-term investment.</p>
