Recent emails obtained by Reuters prove that the White House and State Department officials were informed a mere two hours after the terrorist attack on the U.S. Embassy in Benghazi, Libya that killed Ambassador Christopher Stevens. The Executive Office of the President was included in the emails about the attack on Sept. 11 by a radical Islamic militant that claimed responsibility. So with this new revelation, there is absolutely no way President Obama did not know about the attack and did not know it was directly related to terrorism.

President Obama, Joe Biden, UN Ambassador Susan Rice and Press Secretary Jay Carney as well as unnamed others all knew exactly what was going on immediately after the attack on the Consulate in Libya, but instead purposely and willfully mislead and lied to reporters, as did the Vice President during the debate and to the American public at large.

Here is the timeline of the emails as reported by Reuters:

The first email, timed at 4:05 p.m. Washington time – 20-30 minutes after the attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission allegedly began – carried the subject line “U.S. Diplomatic Mission in Benghazi Under Attack”

The text had reported that the diplomatic mission in Benghazi was “under attack. Embassy in Tripoli reports approximately 20 armed people fired shots; explosions have been heard as well.”

The message continued: “Ambassador Stevens, who is currently in Benghazi, and four … personnel are in the compound safe haven. The 17th of February militia is providing security support.”

A second email came in at and timed 4:54 p.m. Washington time with the subject line “Update 1: U.S. Diplomatic Mission in Benghazi” and the text said that the Embassy in Tripoli had reported that “the firing at the U.S. Diplomatic Mission in Benghazi had stopped and the compound had been cleared.” It said a “response team” was at the site attempting to locate missing personnel.

Then the third email came in at 6:07 p.m. Washington time and carried the subject line: “Update 2: Ansar al-Sharia Claims Responsibility for Benghazi Attack.”

There you have it, Jay Carney said this attack was as a result of the some stupid video the next day in the press room of the White House. UN Ambassador Susan Rice went on Meet The Press the next weekend and said that their best intelligence in fact, did you get that, In fact showed that this attack was a result of a spontaneous protest because of that same video Jay Carney referred.

That’s baloney and we now know it because these emails prove it!

So far we have no comment from the President or Press Secretary Jay Carney.

ATHEIST ACCUSES CHRISTIANS OF TREASON OVER BELIEFS

That there have been those who oppose Christianity in all its forms and expressions at any time anywhere isn’t new. Those are personalities like Mikey Weinstein, of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, who recently said, “We face incredibly well-funded gangs of fundamentalist Christian monsters who terrorize their fellow Americans by forcing their weaponized and twisted version of Christianity upon their helpless subordinates in our nation’s armed forces.”

The fact the military is listening to him is new.

That was confirmed in a report by Fox News’ Todd Starnes, who said Weinstein “and others from his organization met privately with Pentagon officials on April 23.”

“He said U.S. troops who proselytize are guilty of sedition and treason and should be punished – by the hundreds if necessary…” Starnes reported.

And the military seems to be listening, he noted, based on a statements obtained from Lt. Cmdr. Nate Christensen: “Religious proselytization is not permitted within the Department of Defense. … Court martials (sic) and non-judicial punishments are decided on a case-by-case basis and it would be inappropriate to speculate on the outcome in specific cases.”

“Someone needs to be punished for this,” Weinstein told Fox. “Until the Air Force or Army or Navy or Marine Corps punishes a member of the military for unconstitutional religious proselytizing and oppression, we will never have the ability to stop this horrible, horrendous, dehumanizing behavior.”

The Washington-based Family Research Council, which recently came under the gunfire of a leftist who said his goal was to kill as many people as he could, said the situation simply doesn’t make any sense.

“Why would military leadership be meeting with one of the most rabid atheists in America to discuss religious freedom in the military,” asked FRC chief Tony Perkins in a Fox interview. “That’s like consulting with China on how to improve human rights.”

Lt. Gen. William Boykin, who retired from the military and now is vice president at FRC, said, “If this policy goes forward, Christians within the military who speak of their faith could now be prosecuted as enemies of the state. This has the potential to destroy military recruiting across the services as Americans realize that their faith will be suppressed by joining the military.”

He said, “Our brave troops deserve better. If chaplains and other personnel are censored from offering the full solace of the Gospel, there is no religious freedom in the military.”

The organization has launched a petition to the Pentagon to scrub plans to censor religious beliefs.

The FRC petition states, “Our brave troops deserve better. Subverting the religious freedom of our troops both hurts the morale of our troops and puts our nation at risk by labeling courageous military personnel as enemies.”

“I urge you to resist the demands of anti-Christian activists who are calling for a court-martial order upon chaplains and service members who share their faith,” it says.

Tens of thousands of Americans already have joined the effort, which was brought about, according to the FRC, because of claims that “religion is one of the chief problems plaguing our troops. … [with] some saying that ‘religious proselytizing’ is at the top of the list of problems in the armed forces – even on par with sexual assault.”

The FRC noted the Washington Post reported that the Air Force had created a document “with the directive that leaders of all levels (including chaplains) may not ‘promote their personal religious beliefs to their subordinates or to extend preferential treatment for any religion.’”

Ron Crews, of the Chaplain Alliance for Religious Liberty, told Starnes, “Saying that a service member cannot speak of his faith is like telling a service member he cannot talk about his spouse or children. I do not think the Air Force wants to ban personnel from protected religious speech.”

Washington denies Daily Mail report that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was pointed to as potential security threat a year before the attack

Saudi Arabia in 2012 sent the United States a written warning naming alleged Boston bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev as a security threat, Britain’s Daily Mail reported on Wednesday.

The 2012 warning was a “very specific” one and explicitly named Tamerlan as a suspect, an unnamed Saudi official told the Daily Mail. The message, sent to the US Department of Homeland Security, warned that “something was going to happen in a major US city,” though it didn’t give an exact time or location, he said.

Police believe the 26-year-old Tamerlan and his 19-year-old brother, Dzhokhar, were responsible for the Boston Marathon bombings which killed three and injured over 170 people last month. Tamerlan was killed in a shootout with security forces and Dzhokhar was severely injured before being apprehended.

Saudi authorities also rejected a 2011 request by the older Tsarnaev brother to visit Mecca because of security concerns, the source said.

The report was denied by the US Department of Homeland Security, which told the paper it “has no knowledge of any communication from the Saudi government regarding information on the suspects in the Boston Marathon Bombing prior to the attack.”

The national security council also denied the report, saying it had “no record of such a letter being received” by any American official or office.

The mother of the alleged bombers was added to the terrorism database 18 months before the attacks, the Associated Press reported last week

According to the report, the CIA asked for the elder Boston terror suspect and his mother to be added to a terrorist database in the fall of 2011, after the Russian government contacted the agency with concerns that both had become religious militants, according to officials briefed on the investigation.

About six months earlier, the FBI investigated Tamerlan Tsarnaev and his mother, Zubeidat Tsarnaeva, also at Russia’s request, one of the officials said. The FBI found no ties to terrorism, but the names were added to the list.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia sent a written warning about accused Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 2012, long before pressure-cooker blasts killed three and injured hundreds, according to a senior Saudi government official with direct knowledge of the document.

The Saudi warning, the official told MailOnline, was separate from the multiple red flags raised by Russian intelligence in 2011, and was based on human intelligence developed independently in Yemen.

Citing security concerns, the Saudi government also denied an entry visa to the elder Tsarnaev brother in December 2011, when he hoped to make a pilgrimage to Mecca, the source said. Tsarnaev’s plans to visit Saudi Arabia have not been previously disclosed.

The Saudis’ warning to the U.S. government was also shared with the British government. ‘It was very specific’ and warned that ‘something was going to happen in a major U.S. city,’ the Saudi official said during an extensive interview.

It ‘did name Tamerlan specifically,’ he added. The ‘government-to-government’ letter, which he said was sent to the Department of Homeland Security at the highest level, did not name Boston or suggest a date for his planned attack.

If true, the account will produce added pressure on the Homeland Security department and the White House to explain their collective inaction after similar warnings were offered about Tsarnaev by the Russian government.

A DHS official denied, however, that the agency received any such warning from Saudi intelligence about Tamerlan Tsarnaev.

‘DHS has no knowledge of any communication from the Saudi government regarding information on the suspects in the Boston Marathon Bombing prior to the attack,’ MailOnline learned from one Homeland Security official who declined to be named in this report.

The White House took a similar view. ‘We and other relevant U.S. government agencies have no record of such a letter being received,’ said Caitlin Hayden, a spokesperson for the president’s National Security Council. Read more…

The clamor and call heard all across the country from socialist-communist led liberal Democrats is that America needs reform in our immigration laws. Naturally the new reforms these traitorous former loyal Americans seek are new regulations which would allow, in fact, encourage wild and uncontrolled open borders and safe passageways for illegal aliens from any source to walk right in uncontested and stake out territories for themselves even if owned by legal citizen Americans.

Socialist-communist liberal Democrats call this “reform”.  Merriam-Webster Dictionary (MWD) defines reform as an action to “put or change into an improved form or condition.”  Opening our borders to free and open passage for any and all foreign and illegal alien incursions without restrictions can in no way be interpreted as MWD states above “change into an improved form or condition.”  It is giving unimpaired permission to take possession of land that does not belong to persons with no authority or stake of ownership in that land at the violation of a legally entitled registered citizen who pays taxes on that land.

Our communistic Democrats, and believe me, I’m beginning to believe that there are no patriotic Americans left in that political party who believe in our Constitution and the laws created thereunder.  The high echelons of the Communist Party, led here in America by billionaire George Soros and his followers like Barack Obama have made the Democrat Party into minions of the corrupt and One World group that infest the United Nations.  Each day finds our president pledging his loyalties to that devastatingly anti-American organization in ways that are geared to the ruination of our country. Jihadists use Beantown for base, report says

Muslim extremists with ties to al Qaeda have been using Massachusetts and the city of Boston as a jihadi headquarters since at least 1993, according to a recent report by a top terrorism analyst.

At least 26 residents were found to have ties to al Qaeda, according to the report by the Henry Jackson Society. The activity dates from before the Tsarnaev brothers, radical Muslim immigrants to the United States, were identified as the suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing.

Jihadist activity has taken place in Massachusetts since at least 1993 and includes in-state fundraising for terrorism, “those convicted of planning jihad, and even those who have been killed while fighting abroad,” according to the report by terrorism analyst Robin Simcox.

“The city [of Boston] and state of Massachusetts has a long history of ties to AQ [al Qaeda] and AQ-inspired militancy,” the report states. Read more…

Though James Madison has been given the title, “Father of the Constitution,” a case could be made that Gouverneur Morris was second in importance only to the Virginian in shaping the final version of the document. Morris spoke more often (173 times) than any other delegate at the Constitutional Convention of 1787. Though he was often on the losing side of issues and was not a political theorist on the level of Madison, Morris was a leader of the nationalist bloc at the Convention that ultimately carried the day. In addition, it was the native New Yorker who actually crafted much of the language of the United States Constitution.  Download the complete lesson.

Before we go any further, I’d like to remind you all exactly what the Second Amendment states:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Let’s analyze this a bit. Some argue that the term “militia” means National Guard or state forces. Hmmm. Ok, let’s see. Yes, yes. That sounds reasonable, right? Let’s define the term as Wikipedia (whom the left seems to love so we’ll go with it):

A militia (pron.: /mɨˈlɪʃə/),^[1] generally refers to an army or other fighting force that is composed of non-professional fighters; citizens of a nation or subjects of a state or government that can be called upon to enter a combat situation, as opposed to a professional force of regular soldiers or, historically, members of the fighting nobility. Some of the ways the term is used include:

• Defense activity or service, to protect a community, its territory, property, and laws.^[2]
• The entire able-bodied population of a community, town, county, or state, available to be called to arms.
  • A subset of these who may be legally penalized for failing to respond to a call-up.
  • A subset of these who actually respond to a call-up, regardless of legal obligation.
• A private, non-government force, not necessarily directly supported or sanctioned by its government.
• An official reserve army, composed of citizen soldiers. Called by various names in different countries such as; the Army Reserve, National Guard, or state defense forces.

Yep, the term “militia” can and does refer to an official reserve army. So there we go. I guess we regular citizens really don’t have the right to bear arms. But it also mentions a private force not supported or sanctioned by government. Hmmm. Well, that’s confusing. Let’s keep reading through a little, just for the heck of it.

The next phrase is “security of a free State.” Ok. So, how do we define “free State?” Well, we could assume that it means one of our 50 states. But then, if we use the term literally, then Washington, D.C. would be excluded from the Constitution. While D.C. certainly likes to pretend they are not beholden to the same rules as the rest of us, that is not the case. Clearly, the use of “State” here is something a bit more abstract. Let’s consider what the term “free State” meant when our founding fathers were around. During the 18th Century, “free State” was often used by the writers who are known to have substantially influenced the writers of our Constitution and the term was well understood to mean free country, in opposition to despotism.  And let us not forget that Madison’s original proposal included the term “free country” which was later changed to “free State.” This also means that in regards to the Second Amendment, “free State” does not refer to states’ rights, but freedom from despotism. But we’re not here to talk about states’ rights today.

Now, since “free State” means freedom from despotism, then “militia” could not refer to any state force, right? But it could still mean a National Guard, correct? Well, let’s keep going.

We now come to the next and most exciting part yet of the Second Amendment.  I love this phrase, “…the right of the people to keep and bear Arms…,”

The who? That’s right, the PEOPLE! That’s you and me, baby. That’s your mom and your granny and your cousin and your uncle. Not the military. The PEOPLE! Think about it. Think about where these guys came from and from what they were running away. They created a government OF, BY and FOR the PEOPLE! They had freedom in mind and they weren’t in it just halfway. There is no question whatsoever about what the term “people” refers to in our Constitution. It’s all of us. So, that knocks out any illusion of the term “militia” referring to a military. WE are the militia!

Oh, but wait. Wait, it gets better! How, you ask? How could it get any better than that? It does! We’re finally at the dessert portion of this wonderful meal:

“SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.”

That is a wonderfully beautiful bow on a gift from our founding fathers. But, don’t mistake it for just decoration. It’s far from decoration. It’s the pièce de résistance. The finale and the parting benediction. Shall not be infringed. Shall not be infringed by the government. Shall not be infringed by those who desire to control us. Shall not be infringed by those who think their rights matter more than anyone else’s. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

Oh, and you still want to know why I need an AR-15? It’s none of your damn business. But, look for a future posting on the many reasons you may want one.

                The bill passed despite the lack of reliable data on the amount of sex selection abortions performed. In 2008 2 Columbia University economists did a study that suggested aborting female fetuses,  which is relatively normal in some countries where parents prefer males, is being done on a limited basis in the U.S. Pro-choice proponents say that there is not any evidence of such procedures in Kansas. Pro-life supporters believe it is a growing problem that is exacerbated by the sophistication of prenatal resting.

               This bill also requires doctors to tell women about the disputed link between abortion and breast cancer. Which again shows that the anti-abortion stance of the Republican party is a bit of a witch hunt. It again shows their disdain for the Constitution and the 1st Amendment. There is nit supposed to be an establishment of religion, therefore a lawmaker cannot force their religious beliefs on anyone at anytime, for any reason. Roe vs. Wade is Federal law and the Constitution stated that Federal law is the law of the land.

             Despite the fact that the legislation is 70 pages long, it apparently doesn’t state everything Governer Brownback wishesto stay on the issue of abortion. Before he signed HB2253 into law, an AP photo reveals that he made a few additions of his own in his notes. He typed a couple of phrases; building a culture of life and all human life is sacred. He ended up using these on his speech to abortion opponents before approving the bill. He also wrote Jesus and Mary at the top of the page.

                 While hardly the first time a politician has used his religious beliefs to justify their anti-abortion stance. It is a relative slap in the face of the historical seperation of church and state. This is because the pro-life movement has branded reproductive freedom as blasphemous to the Christian faith. Catholic lawmakers are often very hostile towards abortion rights.

              But even as the Republican party and the Tea Party use Christianity as the reason for their position, their position is not really reflective of the Christian Coalition in the U.S. Abortion rights aren’t always in sharp opposition to religion. Over 75% of white Protestants, along with 65% of African American Protestants and 63% of Catholics support a womanish Constitutional right to legal abortion services.

              So once again it seems the Republicans and their conservative base are manufacturing an issue to keep focus off of their inability to help the country. Again they work against the majority as if they were dictators. President Obama and Democrats need to stop thus insanely push to control a womanish body and choice or it may lead to something worse. The Republican ignorance of the Constitution borders on treasonous in many different areas. You cannot be a protector if the Constitution if you only believe in enforcing the parts that work for you.
