Marathon Training Update: 20 More Miles in the Books

The process of training for this year’s Country Music Marathon in Nashville continued today with a 20 mile run…in the rain.

I finished the run fairly strong and really didn’t feel too badly during the run, but an hour and a half later, I feel like I normally do after all the long runs:  I feel like I’ve been curb-stomped.   858 more words
