I have been trying to get some more exposure in this tight economy. Business has been dwindling and I desperately needed to reach more potential customers. When I found out that Craigslist gets ten billion hits a month; I began posting text ads. This website that I found (www.ImageAdsNetwork.com) claimed that I would increase sales and I could get my business to stand out more by using Image ads. It worked, my sales are increasing!

Craigslist doesn’t allow embedded flash codes, which means that nice animated ads can not be posted, however, that is not the case on backpage.com. Although back Page doesn’t get me the exposure to my website as effectively as Craigslist does. I do still post there using animated flash ads.

I have an idea, but whether it’s good or not is in the eyes of the reader.

As many of you know I’ve been wanting a New Beetle ever since they made their appearance in 1998. Well, of course I can’t afford one (yet), and will probably be some time before I can, because I have many other things to pay for until I get to that point. Also as time goes on the car that I drive now gets me more and more nervous. Especially now since I make a few trips every week. I could really use something that is dependable and fuel efficient.

For the past week or so I’ve been pushing around some ideas. Even with the lack of people wanting to higher me maybe I can still use my skills and earn enough for a new bug in the process.

A website is my answer. A place where people can donate money to the cause. And for a donation of say $50 I will make the donator a custom logo of their choice. Which is not bad considering that most design places are charging over $100 for a logo.

Also in the back of my mind is an idea to use the bug, and a road trip (or two, or three, or four…), as a way to minister to people, spreading joy and the Good News.

So there you have it. An idea, maybe it’s worth it, maybe not.
