oh my god, it’s over two years since i started this one. that is insanity. anyway, i’ve been to europe (i absolutely adore it–i will live in paris, dammit) and had a bit of a pregnancy scare (no one knows about it! i truly thought i did get knocked up in ireland..it seemed like the logical place during that time). aren’t you lucky knowing all these juicy tidbits about my adventurous life.

i am currently in south korea (hence the screwy time for this post), a soon to be english teacher. all the information i’m getting here is trying to be scary–to be honest, i’m not that much phased by anything, sadly. culture shock left my system a decade and then some ago. i plan to employ what i’ve experienced from all those foreign language classes i had (korean, japanese, french, latin, spanish). i can’t say i’m excited about anything else, really. the new object of tangible infatuation is the same type of cuteness that made me breathless about three years ago. how hopeless.

I think most of us can say we’ve seen Survivor or Fear Factor where we’ve seen some of the craziest things. From eating disgusting bugs, cow stomachs, bugs and facing your worst possible fear.   After thinking that I’ve seen the worst, I was wrong….there is always someone always trying to reach the limit.

But doing into public view where your wife can see…now that’s a different story…hahaha

I think he liked it….the grunting was just for show….as a gay man…I must say that this show has started to catch my attention….LOL

Finally I found that  inspiration I need to work out!  Now if your like me your sitting at home looking through the web trying to find the best possible way of working out.   For me it was running!   My friends inspired me and well there was also a page on youtube.   My inspiration was Scott Herman….if you don’t know who he is then its best that you get a small preview below…

I don’t know what it is but I LOVE this video.   Check out his site and become a member I recommend it.   He’s positive and does give you an idea of who he is.  By the way…he wears the same shorts in all of his videos YAY!

Now to be serious…I did look at his videos and no not as a pervert, but I saw his videos as an inspiration and thanks to them I lost a total of 50 lbs! Now I’m looking to lost another 20 and I will have reach my goal.   It was a tough ride, but I did it!  I began since March of 09′.

The Irony is that of all the time I saw his videos there was only one suggestion I followed…..push yourself…..other than that it was just nice looking at him!
