Adicione bugs: http://code.google.com/p/skypilot-sharing/issues/list

Teste

Onde Encontro o Projeto

SKYPILOT-Sharing homepage: http://code.google.com/p/skypilot-sharing

Download: http://code.google.com/p/skypilot-sharing/downloads/list

Faça download do *.war e do *.jar.

Wiki: http://code.google.com/p/skypilot-sharing/w/list

Top-performing companies were 15 times more likely to apply analytics to strategic decisions than their underperforming peers, according to a new IBM study of the role information-based decision making is playing in successful business strategies during the current economic cycle.

Overall, IBM also found that relatively few organizations have supported business analytics and optimization at this level. IBM’s consultants have determined a number of key areas where organizations looking to position themselves to break away from the competition need to focus:

Advanced Toolsets – including predictive analytics, information visualization and content management tools.

Actionable Information – identifying actionable and relevant insights from the structured and unstructured information residing in and outside their enterprise.

Putting Data to Use – connecting information to business objectives and across business functions.

Driving business change – focusing on the people and process change, governance and organizational alignment needed to implement new analytics projects.

IBM announced the world’s largest private cloud computing environment for business analytics, which will provide IBM sales teams and developers new levels of insight to better meet the needs of clients worldwide. The cloud will launch initially with more than a petabyte of data, the equivalent of more than 300 billion ATM transactions.

IBM also announced a new solution, the IBM Smart Analytics Cloud, for clients to build their own private cloud environments based on the same Cloud infrastructure that IBM is using internally.

Fordham University and IBM are collaborating on a new business analytics curriculum to help prepare college students for careers in key industries such as energy and utilities, healthcare, education, transportation and public service that are expected to benefit from $1.8 trillion in global stimulus investments.

On 5th and 6th of December 2009 i gave a half day session to my juniors who gathered for the IBM winter camp.

day 1: 5/12/2009

i started from home earlier but mom didn’t leave me from spot asked me to finish some rituals that to be completed as a part of pooja, so i was late to the class by 10 min. IBM COE lab has excellent environment for the lecture hall along with the systems. morning the session seems to be boring since i went too technical and didn’t mind of their comments. i had lunch with the organizers and college staffs had a casual talk about college and some others issues.

After lunch went with few topics and again got a break. went to staff room and had a chat with HOD. there was a staff meeting at that time so we finish the chat soon and i moved to ITSG room to have some discussion about the upcoming projects. we completed the discussion by 4.30 pm. that is the time to leave college. all the students gathered on the ground expecting their turn towards the bus. i started to home on urgent call from Raman sir asking me to start the class by 5.30 while the time was 5.25. college is 15km away from class so started immediately to class.

stop stop.

i forget to say some things.. really the team has organized it well let me post the photos of this sessions shorlty

Retailers have large repositories of point-of-sales transactions and data derived from those transac

Retailers have large repositories of point-of-sales transactions and data derived from those transactions, and their primary use of that data has been in query/reporting of past sales. Hectic Mondays with category and operational managers trying to access weekend sales data to plan for their upcoming week and weekend are legend in the industry.

Two of the world’s largest mass merchandisers are beginning to look forward instead of backwards to plan their sales, using the analytics in InfoSphere Warehouse to create a truly dynamic warehousing environment.

Target Stores led the way in enabling buyers to forecast future sales rather than just examine reports of past sales. The same data that buyers have for years examined to find hints about customer preferences is now being used by InfoSphere Warehouse to automatically forecast trends and make suggestions on how stores should be stocked. The system is so simple that the buyers don’t realize they’re doing data mining, and believe they are still simply pulling reports. These reports, however, are about the future instead of the past.

‘SixthSense‘ is a wearable gestural interface that augments the physical world around us

‘SixthSense‘ is a wearable gestural interface that augments the physical world around us with digital information and lets us use natural hand gestures to interact with that information.

This is amazing technology. Using components that cost around $350, Sixth Sense technology changes the way humans interact between the real world and the cyber world using hand gestures. Unlike the famous Minority Report display, images can be projected on any surface anywhere. Wearing a Sixth Sense device you can retrieve data about an object, use any flat surface to project a movie or play a video game, take text from a document and “pinch” it over into your computer, and many more. You can even take pictures by simply framing an area with thumb and index fingers. As the inventor, Pranav Mistry says, “The imagination is the only limit.”

Download: Web Service Eclipse/DB2|Construindo/Consumindo Serviços

create table load_table (id char(5), name varchar(25),dept varchar (10),grade char(1),salary decimal(10,3) )

2. Buat sebuah file bernama “data delimited.txt” berisi sebagai berikut
10001Budiman 101 A10000
10002Andrew 101 A20000
10003Deny Sutani 102 A25000
10004Johanes 102 A30000
10005Paul 103 A15000

LOAD FROM “C:\data asc.txt” OF ASC MODIFIED BY NULLINDCHAR=Y METHOD L (1 5, 6 30, 31 40, 41 41, 42 46) NULL INDICATORS (0, 0, 0, 0, 0) MESSAGES “C:\log” INSERT INTO “8SDENY”.LOAD_TABLE (ID, NAME, DEPT, GRADE, SALARY) COPY NO INDEXING MODE AUTOSELECT;

Jika berhasil maka akan menghasilkan gambar berikut

Selamat mencoba

Great news on the virtualization front – VMWare just announced that IBM DB2 is VMWare Ready. I

Great news on the virtualization front – VMWare just announced that IBM DB2 is VMWare Ready. IBM DB2 is the first database software to receive the coveted mark that is given only to those that “deliver outstanding performance and reliability when deployed on VMware vSphere (TM).” By virtue of its exclusiveness, the VMWare Ready logo “simplifies the purchase and deployment process for customers and prospects.”

This announcement comes at a time when numerous industry leaders have cited virtualization as an important, if not the most important, IT initiative for 2010. With the stress on both greens (environment + dollars) to continue into next year, it’s important that CIO’s align purchase decisions to those priorities. In the words of Bernie Spang, Director, Information Management Strategy, IBM: “We are living in an age in which businesses must have access to vast quantities of information as a tool for making smarter and faster decisions, at a lower cost. Through the VMware Ready(TM) program and the long-standing collaboration between our two companies, our mutual clients can confidently enjoy the cost and energy savings both IBM DB2 software and VMware virtualization technologies deliver.”

This is a sweet deal for IBM DB2 ISV’s who can take advantage of many FREE offers, by joining the VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) Program – Free Licenses (Enterprise, vCenter, and Workstation for 1 year and Lab Manager for 6 mo.s) and Free Technical Support (technical training and online assistance).

create table load_table (id char(5), name varchar(25),dept varchar (10),grade char(1),salary decimal(10,3) )

2. Buat sebuah file bernama “data delimited.txt” berisi sebagai berikut
10001;Budiman;101;A;10000
10002;Andrew;101;A;20000
10003;Deny Sutani;102;A;25000
10004;Johanes;102;A;30000
10005;Paul;103;A;15000
