京东启动O2O模式 为1万家便利店建入口

3月17日消息,京东集团今日正式宣布启动O2O模式,将为1万家便利店搭建入口,消费者在京东下单,便利店或者京东分拣和配送。

具体形式是通过京东平台上的便利店官网,消费者可借助LBS定位,在其旗下所有门店中找寻最近的门店进行购物。仓储体系共通,便利店可以在网上扩充品类建立线上卖场、生鲜超市、冷饮店等多类业态。甚至在未来,还可以发展出预售模式,让商家按需进货和生产,最终实现零库存。

京东利用线下门店和其中央厨房、冷链、常温物流体系,提供低成本和高效率的配送服务,送货上门。京东联手便利店推出“1小时达”、“定时达”、“15分钟急速达”、“上门体验”、“就近门店的售后服务”等。

基于大数据分析,京东协助便利店对用户进行定向EDM投递。此外,京东通过与社交、地图、搜索、本地生活服务等主流平台合作,引入外部流量资源,为商家提供全渠道流量解决方案。

京东方面称,京东最快将实现15分钟送达。现在准备与上海、哈尔滨、温州、西安、东莞等15座城市的万家便利店合作,快客、好邻居、良友、每日每夜等知名便利店品牌将在信息系统、会选体系、消费信贷体系及服务体系等方面与京东进行深度整合。

此前,京东集团董事局主席刘强东曾表示,今年O2O是京东的五大战略之一,业界认为京东此举正是希望先通过超市入手,率先解决生鲜食品的O2O落地。

对于京东的O2O设想,在肯定思路同时,业内表示,由于超市的ERP标准差异化明显,因此ERP的对接还是有一定的难度。

不过京东方面透露,京东终端配送成本可控制在3元左右,配送生鲜食品成本可控制。“京东此次在O2O方面的决心巨大,而京东这一布局,1号店等食品、生鲜等主打的网上商城压力会骤增。”某业内人士分析道。
