Ein aktueller Hinweis des Erwerbslosenforums für Menschen in Köln, hier weitergegeben:

Am Vormittag des 9. Juni 2009 begleiteten mehrere Menschen eine Frau zur ARGE Mitte in der Luxemburger Str. in Köln. Diese hatte ihre Geldbörse verloren, brauchte aber dringend Geld, um sich als Diabetikerin mit Insulin zu versorgen.

Zwar konnte eine Barauszahlung erkämpft werden, aber die von der ARGE herbeigerufene Polizei eskalierte die Situation und räumte gewaltsam. Zwei Menschen aus der Begleitung wurden seitens der ARGE mit einem Hausverbot belegt und Klage wegen „Hausfriedensbruch und Widerstand“ erhoben. Der Prozess findet am 30.11.2009, um 12:00 Uhr, im Amtsgericht direkt neben der ARGE statt. (Luxemburger Str. 101) Noch weitere acht Menschen erwarten in gleicher Angelegenheit Prozesse.

Wir werden deshalb am 30.11.09 schon um 9:30 Uhr an der ARGE Luxemburger Str. sein, um dort mit Euch gemeinsam einen Umsonst-Flohmarkt mit Frühstück zu machen. Bringt also Dinge zum Verschenken mit!

Purport:

Baba, You are so loving and close– even then it is not possible to
recognize You. Just when I think that I have recognized You, then my
consciousness gets completely enveloped by the Cimmerian darkness.

Baba, Your divine Presence shifts from one extreme to the next. On the
one side You are so tough and other times You are very soft and sweet.

Baba, sometimes You are vehemently sounding Your sermons by the beating of
the marching drum and blowing of the military trumpets; and on other
occasions You are smiling sweetly and showering Your causeless grace with
the flower pollen. Baba, such is Your beauty.

O’ Baba, in the end, in the lonely, isolated moment, I see that
everything happens by Your grace. What You desire, that is what happens–
that is the final truth.

O’ Parama Purusa Baba, in Your grand Kingdom, everything belongs to You.
I cannot boast that anything is mine; indeed to think that something is
mine is a crime. Because everything is created by You– this whole
expressed universe is Your mental projection. Then how can I say that
anything is mine.

Baba, only You are mine; everyone is Yours. Baba, everyone longs for
Your karuna’– divine compassion.

Baba, to recognize You is not possible without Your grace. Baba only
with the showering of Your grace can one realise You– otherwise not. Baba
please grace me…

These days more and more Baba story books are coming whereby various Marga
authors are giving their perspective. And still more publications are in
queue since there are several hundred or even thousands and thousands of
hours worth of recorded Baba stories– a.k.a. Sansmaran– on tape. So from
various directions these stories will be coming into print. Yet for we
Ananda Margiis, Baba’s own guidelines about bhakti and devotion remain as
our gold bar standard– without which some simple persons might take fall
into the current of those new Baba stories.

Here are some excerpts from these various Baba story books; everyone can
read and review these below accounts on their own to see how far they are
running parallel with Baba’s own pristine teachings.

Naginaji has written in Ananda Katha,

“I have always been attached to the prestige of my status and so was very
anxious to save my prestige. I was not able to get leave and go to Baba,
therefore I wrote a letter about my problems to Him. I also wrote in the
letter that I would prefer death to demotion and was least prepared to face
a downfall in my rank.”

Naginaji posted the letter at the post office, and it reached to Baba. And
then Naginaji tells,

“At first Baba scolded me on my writing about my death. “You consider death
to be a plaything.”

“Then He (Baba) explained how promotion and demotion are part of a service
career and one should not be perturbed at these. He also told that
attachment to the status of a post is wrong. He advised me that it would be
in my interest to accept the demotion that was coming.”
“I (Naginaji) was not at all ready to accept this situation.”

Baba tried to convince Naginaji.

Baba told, “This is a samskara of your past life and it would be best to
suffer it.”

“Even so, I (Naginaji) was not ready to accept it.”

“Baba then began to coax me in the same manner as parents do when a child
begins to insist on something.”

Naginaji did not follow Baba’s suggestion and he (Naginaji) furthermore wrote,

“I thought over Baba’s words for some time and then it came to my mind that
everyone in this world wants to rise. No one ever wants demotion.”

As we all know Naginaji, the author of the above story, is one of those
early Jamalpur sadhakas. And here is more background about that.

Some margiis think that those sadhakas of the early Jamalpur days were
great devotees– that they were ideal. So thinking like this, they accept
their fashion of doing as the proper way. As if everything that those
Jamalpur sadhakas did was perfect or dharmic. But we have to watch and
logically assess the situation and see how far their actions were truly ideal.

The sense is a rational approach is always needed because otherwise a wrong
conclusion misleads the entire situation. For example, in various
communities many people blindly believe that everything their ancestors did
was great. So with that feeling they follow all those dogmatic things done
by their fore-fathers. All because they failed to use their own rationality.

The key issue is that a wrong conclusion or following dogma is always
problematic– producing negative results.

Keeping all of the above in view, here following is the next story for
evaluation:

The below topic is related with one commonly known Baba’s story during the
very earlier days in Jamalpur. The scene is that Baba wanted to do an
important demonstration and execute one very needed task for the welfare of
all. Since Baba’s central aim behind performing this demonstration was to
protect humanity from the evil minded strategies of Stalin.

So in gracious mood Baba lovingly expressed His desire to one
sadhaka. Baba requested the sadhaka if he would like to do this. Baba was
seeking his compliance and Baba comforted and reassured that sadhaka that
everything would be okay. But the sadhaka in a very blunt and direct manner
turned down Baba’s suggestion– he told Baba that, ‘No I cannot do this’.

Perhaps it should be made clear that this sadhaka was one important margii
of those early days, who was initiated prior to 1955. In our AM society
that sadhaka receives a lot of respect.

So here follows that fateful part of the story where this sadhaka
outrightly rejects Baba’s important request.

“Baba was sitting in the tiger’s grave in Jamalpur…. Haraprasad Haldar
(commonly known as Hara da, the father-in-law of Kinshuk) was with Him.
There was also another person whose name was not known. Baba was discussing
something with them. Baba then suddenly asked Hara da if he would like to
experience death. Hara da was afraid and refused… Baba said to him that
he had nothing to fear and that he would be brought back to life. Still he
did not agree.”

Thus in gracious mood Baba is giving this sadhaka the extraordinary
opportunity to comply with one great work. And Baba goes so far as to give
full assurance & guarantee that all would be well. That 100% of His grace
would be with him and the outcome would be auspicious. But still that
respected Jamalpur era sadhaka refused Baba.

But because Baba had a strong determination to execute His dharmic task so
He did this work by the following way. The story continues like this.

“Then Baba called a person walking past the tiger’s grave wearing
Territorial Army uniform. He was a Bojpuri speaking person and Baba spoke
to him in that language. Baba asked him to sit near the grave on the
ground. He assumed special mudra (posture) with His hands. Suddenly that
soldier collapsed on the ground. Baba asked Hara da to check his pulse.
Hara da found that he was dead. Baba said that He was bringing a Vidhehi
Atma or a body-less mind into that body…”

Then after the great work of dharma was complete then Baba restored perfect
health and life back into the soldier’s body. The story continues:

“He [Baba] then ordered the soldier to return to his own body. In a while
there was again some movement in that dead body. A while later he woke up
and sat… [And] after a short while he got up and walked away neither
knowing that he was dead for a while or nor anything about all that had
happened through the medium of his body.”

So this is one story which directly or indirectly guides us to always
comply with the Lord’s wishes. No doubt on the one hand when Parama Purusa
desires then He gets work done by any way or any method. And that time Baba
was forced into such a situation because that Jamalpur era sadhaka was not
willing to cooperate.

But we should pay heed to the inner sense and spirit behind all of this–
namely that that devotees should be ever-ready to respond to the Cosmic
call of the Lord.

And these following teachings of Baba lead in that very direction– that
the best devotees are always ready to toss aside their unit desires and do
anything and everything to please Parama Purusa, to satisfy His every
request and comply with His every wish.

Baba says, “What should be the nature of one’s love for Parama Purus’a?….
those who are A-grade devotees will say, “We will establish a loving
relationship with Parama Purus’a not so that we can derive pleasure from
it, but rather so that He will be pleased thereby. Whether I get pleasure
or not is immaterial.” (SS-11)

Then comes the famous story how the devotees of Vrindaban were ready to
sacrifice their everything for the Lord.

Baba continues, “There is a story that once Lord Krs’n'a fell seriously
ill. Various medicines were administered, but the disease could not be
cured. Many physicians were consulted but no one could diagnose the
disease. Finally Lord Krs’n'a Himself was asked, “What is the medicine for
this disease?” He replied, “See here, if any of my true devotees agrees to
give the dust particles of his feet, only that will cure my disease.” Then
the sage Narada made a frantic search throughout the world to find such a
true devotee, but as was expected, nowhere could such a devotee be found.
Whomever Narada approached was shocked to hear such a proposal and
protested, “How can we give the dust particles of our feet to the Lord?
That would be the highest blasphemy, and for that we would be doomed into
the lowest hell!” No such devotee as Lord Krs’n'a had suggested was to be
found anywhere.”

“At long last Narada went to Brajabhu’mi, and there he explained the
situation to the people. No sooner had they heard the news of Lord
Krs’n'a’s illness than they cried out in chorus, “Alright, we are ready to
give our foot-dust for our Lord!” Flabbergasted, Narada asked them, “How
can you say this? If your foot-dust is smeared on the forehead of the
Lord, will you not incur great sin thereby?” The Brajabhu’mi replied
unhesitatingly, “Perhaps we may incur sin thereby, and we are ready to
enter hell for that. But if the dust-particles of our feet can cure our
beloved Lord, that would be wonderful.” This is the epitome of devotion,
and to please Parama Purus’a we must develop this type of exclusive
devotion.” (SS-11)

And here below Baba furthermore guides us that the greatest devotees live
their lives with one goal in mind– to serve and please Parama Purusa.

Baba says, “The devotees with [the highest type of] kevala’ bhakti in their
hearts do not ask Parama Purus’a for anything…the devotee says, “I serve
Him, I worship Him, because I want Him to get bliss from my devotion or
service or worship. I don’t want anything for myself. I want Him to enjoy
the bliss.” This type of devotion is called ra’ga’tmika’ bhakti, and the
type of devotee having this sort of non-attributional devotion is called a
gopa…. ‘A gopa is one who gives pleasure to Parama Purus’a, one whose
very nature is to give pleasure to Parama Purus’a’.”

And there are so many guidelines leading in that direction that one should
be ever- ready to always do anything and everything for Parama Purusa.

But unfortunately the sadhaka from that early Jamalpur era acted in such a
way that runs contrary to the spirit of what a true devotee should do.

Here again is that story where the sadhaka rejected Baba’s request.

So these are some incidents from that Jamalpur era which speak about how
some of those sadhakas behaved.

At the same time, we should always remember that those who are fortunate &
blessed, those devotees are always ready to follow the command of Parama
Purusa. They have no personal desire rather they think that the desire of
Parama Purusa is everything.
Parama Pita’ Baba Ki– Jai!!!

If people receive respect in the social sphere then that is one matter.
But unfortunately often enough common people due to their own innocence and
naïveté, they mix up social status with spiritual or devotional
realisation. They confuse these two things. They think that ‘he or she was
this relation to Baba’, or ‘that way he was close to Him, or ‘during that
time he was GS or PA or xyz, & that is why he is great’. So in their
simplicity people confuse that such social post or position automatically
means that that person is a great devotee also. But this is not the case.

For example, if we look into the history of the Mahabharata days then we
see that the Pandavas had huge social status whereas many devotees of
Vrindaban did not have such social prestige. But those Gopis had more
devotion than the royal Pandavas. Baba reveals this very concept in not one
or two but in several Prabhat Samgiita. In contrast, Baba hardly composed
any songs related with the greatness of the Pandavas in the devotional
sphere.

By all this it is clear that social post has no bearing on the height or
level of one’s devotion.

These following quotes all lead in the same direction. That the
highest grade bhaktas base their entire existence on giving pleasure to
Parama Purusa.

Baba says, “The final stage of bhakti develops in a spiritual aspirant. And
what is that bhakti? What is that devotion? It is ra’ga’tmika’ bhakti. “O
God, O Na’ra’yan’a, O Krs’n'a, I love You. Why do I love You? Not for my
own pleasure. I love You because I want to give You pleasure. I want my
love to give You pleasure. That’s why I love You.” (SS-24)

Baba says, “The highest-grade devotees say, “I want all my actions to give
You joy. It’s immaterial whether that brings joy or pain to me, it doesn’t
bother me at all. My only task is to give You joy”. This is called
ra’ga’tmika bhakti and is the devotion of the highest category. One should
possess this type of devotion. “I will do those actions which will make
Parama Purus’a happy, but which may or may not bring joy to me.” Human
beings should act in this way. (DKG)

Baba says, “Only those sa’dhakas are great devotees who do not aim simply
on attaining bliss but work for giving bliss to Para’matma’.” (SS-19)

Baba says, “Bhaktirbhagavato seva’.” “I don’t want anything from You, I
don’t want even to know You, I only want to serve You.” Herein lies the
excellence, as well as the superiority of Bhakti.” (AVM-15)

Baba says, “In the final phase of devotion, the devotee says, “No, no, no.
I love You not because I get pleasure by loving You. I love You because I
want that You should get pleasure by my love. That is, my love is just to
give You pleasure, not to give me pleasure. In order to give You pleasure,
I love You. I want nothing. And I don’t want You — I want that I should be
Yours. I don’t want You — I want that I should be Yours.” (SS-21)

Naginaji writes,

“In order to prepare the constitution of this Samgha, some disciples
gathered on the 25th December 1954.”

“In the room we spread a blanket on the floor and started deliberating on
the constitution. On one side there was a small wooden bed with cushions on
it. On that bed there was a photograph of Baba in varabhaya mudra, in a
beautiful frame. Shri Pranay Kumar Chatterjee used to stay in this house
and we were under the impression that this was his quarter. Baba had given
demonstrations in the back room of this very same house during the previous
month of November 1954. After some discussion the composition began and
everyone asked me to write. I (Naginaji) started doing so under their
dictation.”

“The writing continued for a long time. At about three in the afternoon I
sought permission to go out for give minutes for a stretch. They sensed my
need and asked whether I (Naginaji) was going out for a smoke. I replied in
the affirmative.”

Naginaji continues,

“As I was about to light my cigarette, Shrii Pranayji who stayed in that
house, took away Baba’s photograph to another room.”

Naginaji furthermore tells,

“I lit the cigarette and after one or two puffs it went out. I tried to
light it again, but meanwhile the last match burned itself out without
lighting the cigarette.”

Naginaji continues,

“Shri Deep Narayanji and myself (Naginaji) started towards Baba’s place.
When we reached there, we found Baba very angry. Just looking at His face
we understood that this was His ‘rudra rupa’ or face of anger. I had never
seen Baba in this mood before. Both of us therefore were frightened.”

“In this state of fear we tried to do pranam, but Baba said in an angry
tone, “Get away”.”

“I was completely abashed.”

Naginaji concluded,

“Baba said in the same angry tone, “Go from here now”.

Baba says, “Unfortunately so many so-called spiritual teachers are
inculcating defective and narrow ideas in the name of spirituality to serve
their own self-interests…These ‘religious merchants’ with their
non-integral outlook– want to divide humanity into different communities.”
(APH-5, p.301-02)

Note: In the above teaching, Baba is indicating and making reference
to those degenerated acaryas who are spreading the poison of groupism in
the minds of margiis.

As most people know by now, Copenhagen will host the climate meeting Cop15 in December.
It has been around for a while and the time is closing in! – will Obama join? will the different politicians take any decisions? Will the African nations be heard? Will Nepenthes save the threes and WWF save the pandas or polar bears?
The questions are many and only time will tell. Or what?

The other day I watched a board discussion hosting: Knud Pedersen, Vice president at Dong Energi, among others. He presented Dong´s strategy to become a more CO2 neutral company. During the next 30 years the will shift the figures from: 15% CO2 neutral energy and 85% Goal driven energy – to 85% CO2 neutral energy and 15% energy containing CO2 emissions. This is a pretty hardcore strategy to become a Co2 friendly company. If the companies are ready to deal with the climate issue, and the politicians are too, then why are we talking about the fact that there might not happen anything during Cop15? if it all is just one big scam and get-together, then why even bother having it? What is the energy concumtion of hosting that meeting gonna cost compared to how much it will safe?

There are many things that I am curious to see in December!
Kadaver have been in contact with a broad perspective of people dealing with small events, happenings, campaigns, conferences, exhibitions etc. A lot of things are going to go down at the same time, and most of it is extremely interesting.
Then there is also the whole aspect of all the travelers coming to Copenhagen to stay during Cop15. The hotels has been booked for quite a while now and great initiatives like: New Life Copenhagen has been established in order to host people from a grassroots level too. the Couchsurfing network is heated and a broad specter of activists are preparing for December.

The Demonstration on December 12th, is estimated to have approximately 60.000 participant! All yelling for climate change! If you know of any great initiatives thats gonna happen, then feel free to drop a comment or an email. Then we will post it here on the blog for others to see and participate.

Kameradinnen und Kameraden!

Am kommenden Sonnabend, den 28.11.2009, sind wir alle dazu aufgerufen im Herzen des Ruhrgebietes für unser Recht auf Zukunft und damit für die Idee des nationalen Sozialismus zu demonstrieren!

Unter eben diesem Motto “Recht auf Zukunft – Arbeit, Freiheit und Brot durch nationalen Sozialismus” veranstalten die regionalen freien Kräfte in Zusammenarbeit mit der JN sowie anderen parteifreien Verbänden und Einzelkamderaden des volkstreuen Widerstandes eine Demonstration, welche Höhepunkt und zugleich Abschluß der vielfältigen Aktivitäten der regionalen Strukturen in diesem Jahr werden soll. 

Angesichts der sich stetig verschlechternden Situation unseres Volkes unter dem unseligen Regiment des aus sich selbst heraus scheiternden Liberalkapitalismus ist es notwendig auf jede nur denkbare Art und Weise die Fahne einer neuen Zeit hoch zu halten und unseren immer noch von Umerziehung und Demokratentum  betörten Volksgeschwistern klar zu machen, daß Deutschland keine Zukunft haben wird, wenn nicht endlich die Zinsknechtschaft des internationalen Casino-Kapitalismus abgeschüttelt und eine gerechte Ordnung durchgesetzt wird, die unserem Volk und damit einem jeden Einzelnen von uns ein lebenswertes Dasein in einem souveränen Staat ermöglicht. 

Gerade im Ruhrgebiet, das mit am meisten unter den Krisen der Demokraten zu leiden hat, tut es Not, den Menschen von notwendiger Veränderung zu predigen und zum Widerstand gegen die täglich zunehmenden Ungerechtigkeiten in diesem Systems aufzurufen! 

Lasst uns deshalb die Gelegenheit der Demonstration in Recklinghausen am Samstag nutzen, um  gemeinsam mit den Aktivisten aus der Region ein Zeichen zu setzen: Für Freiheit, Arbeit und Brot! Für ein Recht auf Zukunft! Gegen System und Kapital! Für nationalen Sozialismus!

Der Abend war bis vorhin ruhig, ein paar E-Mails wurden noch getippt. Dann drängte sich ein Schwall von Stimmen in die Wohnung und ich fragte mich, was draußen denn los ist. Auf den (qualitativ minderwertigen) Fotos (s.u.) könnt ihr sehen, dass ein Protestzug von ein paar Hundert in Schwarz gehüllten Linken die Schönhauser Allee in Prenzlauer Berg hinab zog. Dass ich ihren Schlachtruf trotz Chortöne akustisch kaum verstehen konnte, lag wohl an der Kolonne an Polizeifahrzeugen, die im Schritt-Tempo direkt hinter und seitlich der Demonstranten für einen ruhigen Verlauf sorgten. Auch Hubschrauber kreisen gerade noch tief über den Kiez. Berlin ist vorsichtig geworden.

Ähnliche Demos erlebte ich schon in den letzten zwei Tagen in Prenzl’ Berg, als ich mit dem Auto in einem Stau stand: Rechts von mir plötzlich rennende und grölende Linke in Schwarz. Links marschierten im Eilschritt Polizisten in Schutzuniformen mit Helmen heran. Ganze Seitenstraßen waren leer und unter den Augen der Polizei abgeriegelt  und mit großen Scheinwerfern belichtet. Ich war froh, als der Stau sich schnell wieder auflöste und viele Autofahrer (sichtlich nervös) aus dem Brennpunkt fuhren.

Generell sei gesagt, dass alle Deutschen das Recht haben, “sich ohne Anmeldung oder Erlaubnis friedlich und ohne Waffen zu versammeln. Für Versammlungen unter freiem Himmel kann dieses Recht durch Gesetz oder auf Grund eines Gesetzes beschränkt werden.” (Artikel 8 unseres Grundgesetzes). Dies wird es durch das so genannte Versammlungsgesetz. Demnach kann eine Demo u.a. nur dann von der Polizei aufgelöst werden, wenn sie …

• nicht angemeldet wurde (ausgenommen Spontandemonstrationen)
• von den Angaben in ihrer Anmeldung abweicht
• gegen gesetzte Auflagen verstößt
• zuvor verboten wurde.

Was die Linken scheinbar oder vorsätzlich nicht wissen, ist, dass sie sich durch das häufige Vermummen strafbar machen (siehe dazu § 17 im Versammlungsgesetz). Demonstrieren ja – dann aber auch das Gesicht zeigen und für das stehen, wofür man demonstriert!

Vom Inhalt der heutigen Demo kann man sagen, dass die Linken nach eigener Aussage “gegen Staat, Nation und Kapital” sind (BZ-Artikel). Vorschläge wofür sie sind, wurden nicht kundgetan. Schade eigentlich, wenn man schon eine Demo veranstaltet. Ich will alle anderen Menschen dieses Landes dazu ermuntern, ihr Recht auf Versammlungsfreiheit friedlich und konstruktiv zu nutzen. Denn gerade dieses Recht wird vom (oft aus dem linken Lager verpönten) Grundgesetz  gewährleistet, um dem souveränen Volk einen Kanal zur aktiven politischen Partizipationsmöglichkeit zu bieten. Für mich ein ganz persönlicher Grund, dem 60. Geburtstag unserer Verfassung einmal mehr Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken.

Ich hatte neulich ein recht interessantes Gespräch mit meinem Dad über die aktuellen Bildungsstreiks. Er war der Meinung, dass es vor 30 Jahren so was wie Studiengebühren nicht gegeben hätte. Damals sind die Studenten wegen ganz andere Sachen auf die Straße gegangen und bei Gebühren fürs Lernen hätten diese Straßen gebrannt.

Ich pflichte ihm da bei, auch wenn ich das nicht beurteilen kann.

Allerdings stehe ich den heutigen Protestaktionen auch eher skeptisch gegenüber, da ich deren Auswirkung für eher gering halte und viele der Forderungen einfach schwachsinnig finde. Jemand meinte mal „Ich möchte das studieren was ich will, wo ich’s will, wie ich’s will und so lange ich will!“ Die ersten zwei Punkte unterschreibe ich sofort! Den dritten Punkt nicht unbedingt, weil es nun mal Standardfächer vorhanden sein müssen, wobei es momentan einfach ein paar viele sind. Dem vierten Punkt widerspreche ich jedoch vehement!

Klar ist das Studentenleben cool. Man kann sich entscheiden zuhause zu bleiben, wenn man will, ist (je nach Studienrichtung und –Fortschritt) recht wenig in der Uni und kann häufig mal richtig einen drauf machen und dann verkatert in der Vorlesung sitzen. Ich würde das auch gerne noch etwas länger machen… da liegt allerdings auch die Krux!

Irgendwann müssen wir von der Uni in die wirkliche Arbeitswelt. Und wenn ich mich im Alter von 35 Jahren irgendwo bewerbe und in meinem Leben nix anderes als Uni und nen paar Nebenjobs stehen habe ist das… eher unvorteilhaft! Und es gibt einfach ein paar Studis, die einfach unendlich lange studieren würden, wenn sie nur könnten. Etwas Druck muss halt gemacht werden.

Die Bundesregierung wählte dazu die Studiengebühren. Ne Scheißidee, ganz klar, vor allem weil man auch andere Konzepte hätte nehmen können. Meine Freundin fände es z.B. besser, wenn man praktisch nur für die Semester über die Regelstudienzeit hinaus bezahlen müsste und ich pflichte ihr da bei!

Dennoch bin ich nicht so ein wütender Feind der Studiengebühren wie es viele meiner Mitstudenten sind. Denn ich sehe da Folgendes:

Der Staat hat in den letzten Jahren eine sehr große Menge Geld für die Rettung seiner Wirtschaft ausgegeben, welche ins Wanken geraten ist, weil irgendwelche Heinis Mist gebaut haben und dies inzwischen auch wieder mit Freude tun. Dadurch is nen riesiger Haufen Kohle verbrannt worden. Weg!

Der Staat hat seine Ausgaben über höhere Verschuldungen finanziert. Sprich: Wir sind noch mehr pleite als sonst! Und das will der Staat bestimmt ändern.

Ich vermute mal, dass der Staat bestimmt auch wieder bei den Unis den Geldhahn weiter zuziehen wird, wodurch die Bedeutung der Studiengebühren für unsere Bildung weiter zu nehmen wird.

Dennoch finde ich es scheiße, dass ich für etwas, was dieses Land groß gemacht hat (die Bildung) Geld zahlen muss! Nur damit das klar ist: Ich bin kein Freund der Studiengebühren, ich versuche sie nur zu verstehen!

Auf ner ganz anderen Seite, finde ich die Art und Weise wie gestreikt wird auch irgendwie seltsam. Alleine das Wort „Bildungsstreik“ ist lachhaft! Die Aussage die dahinter steht ist: Ich lerne nicht für eine Klausur, welche am Ende des Semesters so oder so auf mich wartet, um den Leuten zu zeigen dass mir meine Zukunft Bildung wichtig ist!

Hallo! Studenten sind keine Angestellten eines Unternehmens, die irgendwelche Dienstleistungen erbringen, mit denen dieses Gewinne macht! Studenten sind eher Kunden! Diese könnten mit einem Konsumstopp Druck auf die Unis ausüben. Allerdings ist ein Bildungsstreik kein Konsumstopp… denn die Studiengebühren werden trotzdem gezahlt. Das ist ungefähr so, als würden die Abonnenten einer Zeitung diese dadurch bestreiken, dass sie die tägliche Ausgabe immer sofort ins Altpapier werfen würden.

Jetzt werden einige natürlich sagen: „Okay Jonsey, was schlägst du denn vor?“

Und ich würde sagen: „Öhh… keine Ahnung!“

Denn wir Studenten haben nicht wirklich viele Hebel die wir drücken können. Wenn wir nicht lernen, schlägt sich das in unseren Noten wieder, womit wir uns in den eigenen Schwanz beißen.

Die Hörsäle und Unis zu besetzen geht in die richtige Richtung, stört aber zu wenig Leute extern, wodurch sämtliche Informationen über die Streiks nur durch die Medien publik werden. Und alles im Fernsehen und in den Zeitungen steht ist nicht so real wie das, was mir in der wirklichen Welt passiert.

Außerdem, wie gesagt, sehe ich den Studenten als Kunden an, also bin auch ich, der für seine Ausbildung zahlt. Und wenn ich mich nicht aus freien Stücken dazu entschlossen habe, zu streiken, will ich erst recht nicht dazu gezwungen werden! Man könnte meinen, dann würde aus Bildungsstreik Bildungsraub. Aber das ist ein anderes Thema.

Was ich als effektiv empfinden würde, wären Aktionen, welche die Innenstädte lahmlegen. Natürlich aber friedlich bleiben! So denke ich, dass man bestimmt ein gehöriges Maß an Aufmerksamkeit erlangen würde, wenn man während der Rushhour wichtige Verkehrsknotenpunkte mit Sitzstreiks lahm legen würde. Vier bis Fünf dieser Aktionen würden die Pressewirkung von einer wochenlangen Belagerung eines Hörsaales bringen. Aber (um den BND-Beamten der diese Zeilen liest zu beruhigen) sehe bei einer solchen Aktion auch viele Nachteile, weshalb ich bei so was auch nicht mitmachen würde.

Unter anderem besteht bei einer solchen Aktion, egal wie friedlich sie auch geplant gewesen mag, immer die Gefahr, dass sich radikalere Elemente unter die Demonstrierenden mischen, einfach nur der Protestes und nicht der Sache wegen. Durch solche Spackos würde die ganze Sache schnell entgleiten, wodurch es zu negativer PR für die Sache kommt.

Zusammenfassend kann man sagen:

Ich verstehe warum gestreikt wird, stimme aber nicht mit allen Forderungen überein. Bin aber der Meinung, dass so wie gestreikt wird kaum Erfolge erzielt werden. Ich weiß aber auch, dass wir nicht viele Alternativen haben, ohne radikal zu werden, wo ich aber strikt gegen bin.

Scheißsituation halt.

Jetzt weiß der geneigte Leser, wie ich zu der Bildungssituation im Lande stehe. Oder besser er weiß, dass ich keines der Lager (Demonstranten vs. Politik) im Recht sehe!

Clogging at Rauns

I had time for some acrylic play yesterday!  I am always excited when I get to create and I find it mesmerizing pushing paint across a canvas, watching a creation evolve.  This piece did a lot of evolving and, once I let go of my pre-conceived notions, it was a pleasure to paint. I had a request for a couple of larger-scale pieces for an upcoming display and thought it was a great excuse to make something new.  The original design was going to be something similar to my other recent acrylic works, just on a much larger scale (30×40″ vs. 12×16″). I sketched in a rough design and got to work filling in the different areas with lots of thick paint.

Although the smaller pieces I had stuck with the black/white/red color scheme I changed it up a bit on this one and grabbed a bottle of shimmery copper instead (although it’s hard to see the metallic/copper color in some of these photos).

I used a palette knife to fill in most of the areas, along with a smaller brush for a few of the tight spots. What I discovered next is that, working with a larger piece results with a much dryer paint by the time you get around to blending the colors.  The smaller pieces were easy to swirl colors into each other and flowed together well.  I tried the swirl & flow but it just wasn’t happening.  Then I tried just swirling more paint on top of the first layer but I wasn’t really pleased with the result I got.

Hmmm. Now what? If that didn’t work I decided it was time to take the palette knife and a spatula and just start blending it into something new.  That is always a hard transition to go from a preconceived idea into just moving the paint by intuition! I was still a bit hesitant about what I was doing and it was feeling very forced at this point. Still not pleased it was time to go outdoors and just let it fly!

Propped up on the easel I began attacking it with my water bottle, letting the paint drip, mix and flow as it wished. Scraping, blending, adding colors here & there it began to emerge.

Now I was beginning to not only enjoy the process, but enjoy the results.  More color, more texture, more color, more texture, the layers began to build up into something interesting.

I was much happier than before but still didn’t feel like it had the “pop” that I was wanting.  Now it was time to just squeeze, splatter and pour on some finishing details!  First went the copper paint…it was close but not quite there yet.  I tend to need to have black as my finishing color on many of my acrylic works and this was no exception.  NOW, I was happy!  Here is an image of the piece after I’d applied the last of the paint.

As it’s sat on the easel drying I noticed that some of the paint has flowed downward so once it’s dry it may be a tad different than this image, but not much. As I watch it dry I am really exciting about the layers and texture of the paint in certain areas! I will take a couple close-up pictures as well as one of the piece when it’s dry to share with you another day.

Elberfeld. Der Protest gegen das für Samstag geplante Konzert des jamaikanischen Reggae-Sängers Sizzla im Elberfelder U-Club nimmt immer größere Ausmaße an. Nachdem Oberbürgermeister Peter Jung erklärt hatte, er schäme sich dafür, dass solch ein Konzert in Wuppertal stattfinde, appellierte nun der Lesben- und Schwulenverband in Deutschland an die Betreiber des U-Clubs, das Konzert abzusagen. Dem Sänger wird vorgeworfen, in seinen Liedern offen zum Mord an Schwulen aufzurufen. „Keine Bühne für Hetze gegen Homosexuelle“ fordert daher der Verband.

In einem offenen Brief fordern zudem unter anderem die Grüne Jugend Wuppertal, die Junge Union, die jungen Liberalen, die Jusos und der Asta der Uni den U-Club auf, den Sänger auszuladen. Autonome Gruppen haben angekündigt, während des Konzerts vor dem Club zu demonstrieren und kündigen an, das Konzert verhindern zu wollen.U-Club Betreiber Tilmann Rudorff hatte erklärt, dass die Vorwürfe gegen den Sänger nicht korrekt seien.

Wuppertal. „Wir schämen uns, dass so ein Konzert in Wuppertal stattfindet.“ Oberbürgermeister Peter Jung (CDU) fand am Montag deutliche Worte zu dem geplanten Konzert des jamaikanischen Reggae-Sängers Sizzla Kalonji. Der Sänger, der in der Vergangenheit zum Mord an Schwulen aufgerufen haben soll, tritt am Samstag, 28. November, im Wuppertaler U-Club auf.

Jung stellte klar, dass er es bedaure, keine Möglichkeit zu haben, dieses Konzert zu verbieten. „In einem städtischen Gebäude würde es ein solches Konzert nicht geben“, sagte er. Unterdessen hat Volker Beck, parlamentarischer Geschäftsführer der Grünen im Bundestag, Strafanzeige gegen den Sänger gestellt und forderte den Innenminister auf, Sizzlas Einreise zu verhindern. rom

Grüne fordern Absage eines Reggae-Konzertes

Wuppertal. Die Wuppertaler Grünen fordern die Betreiber des U-Clubs auf, ein für den 28. November geplantes Konzert mit dem Sänger Sizzla Kalonji abzusagen. Grund ist nach Auskunft der Grünen, dass der Sänger in seinen Liedern in der Vergangenheit wiederholt zu Mord und Gewalt an Schwulen aufgefordert habe. Die Grünen schreiben in einem offenen Brief, der Sänger habe sich über eine Vereinbarung, solches nicht mehr zu wiederholen, lustig gemacht und mit weiteren Morddrohungen reagiert.

Tilmann Rudorff, Betreiber des U-Clubs, erklärte, dass die Vorwürfe gegen den Sänger haltlos .

Was an den Vorwürfen haltlos sei, sagt leider weder Tillmann Rudorff noch die WZ.

This can be a great way to let prospects try before they buy. When done correctly and simply, It can give prospective customers a real world look at the basic features and functionality of your product.

While there is nothing wrong with providing demonstration versions of your software;

If you don’t do it right, don’t bother!

A story of the the demo that can only be used by experts.

I have been looking for a particular software tool for my organization. The market and vendors in this tools competitive space has hundreds of products, so it is not as if there is zero competition. In my research I found one vendor that had a product that looked to have the features I was looking for, and it also had a demonstration version of the product. My first thought was great!

I downloaded that demo and then looked on their web site for installation instructions. None.

I extracted the downloaded package and searched it all for installation instructions. None.

I called their sales team for instructions. None.

Let me give a little bit of background, this tool is not a stand-alone product that you double click the SETUP file and follow the bouncing ball until it tells you to click FINISH.

This software is a departmental tool that can be configured to use a few different Web Server products for the front end portions that people interact with, plus several different database products for the back end data storage. The installation and configuration of this type of software gets a little more complex as you have to get the pre-requisite components  (web server and database server) properly configured and set up first.

What happens?

I start the application installation, then get some cryptic error message that kills it dead.

Now, unlike my my previous rant about graphics and tutorials, at least software and servers are in my skill level!

So I have been able to overcome the errors and blow ups one by one to determine what is happening after the installation dies! I fix that one piece, try again, it dies again, I track down that reason, try again….

You get the idea. frustration. Hours of time wasted and I am not even at the stage where I can actually evaluate the product!

Would everybody keep doing this trial and error install? For a demo version of software? Probably not!

Who is the audience of your demo?

If the target market of your demo software is senior marketing, sales, or operations staff. Would they be able to try it on their own? Do they even have an IT team available for the hours of what I went through?

Or will this type of frustration have them just saying forget it?

The three choices; easy, difficult, and the hard way

The easy way to provide a software demo is to ensure that it is entirely self contained, no external dependencies at all. Everything your software needs is installed automatically.

A little more difficult is acknowledging the dependencies mentioned above, but at the minimum having explicit warnings and instructions on what is required, and what will be expected.

The hard way is the trial and error that I have been going through.

If you are planning your demonstration software the hard way – you probably have killed any benefit of your demo!

Der Leverkusener Anzeiger legt heute noch einmal nach: Nicht nur Kanäle und Laternen können Anwohner teuer zu stehen kommen, sondern auch der Ausbau der Straßen, an denen sie wohnen, denn: “Anlieger tragen 90 Prozent der Kosten”. Das beträfe auch den angedachten Ausbau der Ringstraße in Hitdorf. Der Anzeiger kennt auch die 32 Straßen in Leverkusen, die die Technischen Betriebe Leverkusen (TBL) als “nicht endgültig ausgebaut” einstufen – was binnen der nächsten zehn Jahre geändert werden solle.
Nicht dabei ist die Elsbachstraße in Opladen, von der die Rheinische Post aber weiß, dass die CDU hier einen “kleinen Ausbau” befürworte – einen kleineren jedenfalls als die TBL avisiert habe.

Die Bezirksvertretung I will den Jugendhaus-Neubau auf dem Gelände des Bauspielplatzes in Rheindorf, meldet Radio Leverkusen. Eine entsprechende Empfehlung gehe an den Stadtrat.

Die RP erklärt heute in ihrem Lokalaufmacher zu dem Unfall auf der Baustelle für die ECE- “Rathaus Galerie” nach Abschluss der Untersuchungen, was Anzeiger-Leser schon am Tag nach dem Unfall wussten: Eine fehlende Sicherheitsversteifung habe zu dem Einsturz der Betondecke in der Nacht auf vergangenen Dienstag geführt. Allerdings hat die RP, anders als der Anzeiger, offenbar einen Anwohner aufgetan, der den Einsturz gehört hat: Um 4.22 Uhr habe ihn eine “explosionsartiger Knall” aus dem Bett gejagt. (Der KStA-Artikel wird bei Google News über die Suche nach der Überschrift übrigens weiterhin nicht gefunden.)

Ein nur kleines Echo erfährt die Demonstration der DyStar-Mitarbeiter von gestern heute in den Zeitungen: Im Anzeiger finden wir ein Foto nebst kurzem Text auf der ersten Lokalseite, in der RP finden wir nichts; Radio Leverkusen berichtet ausführlicher.

Die Wertpapiere von Lanxess avancieren heute im Wirtschaftsteil der RP zur “Aktie des Tages”. Glückwunsch!
Die FAZ widmet dem “Elastischen Multitalent” aus dem Hause Lanxess, dem synthetischen Kautschuk, das vor 100 Jahren von Bayer-Chemiker Fritz Hofmann entdeckt wurde, heute einen Artikel auf ihrer dienstäglichen Technik und Motor-Seite.

Der Chempark hilft sechs ehrenamtlichen Projekten in Leverkusen mit jeweils 950 Euro, bei der Spendenübergabe waren Anzeiger und RP dabei. + + + RP und Anzeiger kündigen die Aktion der Leverkusener Aidshilfe zum Welt-Aids-Tag am 1. Dezember im Kinopolis an. + + + Und die RP meldet, dass die Stadtverwaltung bis Mitte 2010 alle Sporthallen auf ihre Auslastung und ihren baulichen Zustand überprüfen solle.

Kultur: Schloss und Museum Morsbroich kommen heute in der RP zu Ehren – der Kulturteil berichtet über die Pläne für das Fluxuszentrum (online finden wir den Artikel nicht), der Lokalteil zeigt & erklärt, wie eine neue, begehbare Brunnenskulptur aussehen und funktionieren soll.
Dem Konzert der Chöre der Gemeinden St. Johannes der Täufer und St. Andreas mit Gastmusikern lauschte in Alkenrath der Anzeiger.

Ordet aktivist är ett intressant ord, eftersom det symboliserar en person som är en underhuggare och som uttnyttjas utav mer smarta och i vissa fall seriösa personer som sitter högre upp i samma falang, så att säga.

Sedan finns det många olika sorters aktivister, t ex miljöaktivister, djurrättsaktivister och vänsteraktivister. De två sistnämnda är varken demokratiska eller seriösa, ett exempel på detta skedde igår då c:a 50 idiotiska antidemokrater till vänsteraktivister försökte sabotera ett möte i Vellinge anordnat utav SDU, alltså Sverigedemokratisk Ungdom.

Deras försök, bl a via äggkastning och skrik av alla de slag, hade dock ingen effekt. Det finns nämligen saker som poliser, högtalare och volymknappar på högtalare.

När det gäller djurrättsaktivister så tycker jag att de är bra, bortsett ifrån de handlingar som de gör och begår. Om de bara lade av med dessa så skulle de komma längre, detsamma gäller vänsteraktivister.

Men detta fattar utav någon anledning inte dessa båda grupperingar, vilket säger ganska mycket om deras bångstyrighet och låga IQ. De bete’r sig enkelt uttryckt värre än t ex en stenkåt bisonoxetjur, vars hormonaktivitet har spårat ur så mycket att han är en fara för alla människor som råkar befinna sig i de marker som han befinner sig i.

Nu menar jag inte att vänsteraktivister och djurrättsaktivister utnyttjar djur sexuellt, t ex kor och katter, även om många utav dem verkar ha gjort det minst några gånger för mycket.

Detta kan i så fall förklara deras bete’ende vid t ex motdemonstatrationer, de är “översexuella” i en något konstig bemärkelse så att säga.

Motdemonstrationer och motdemonstrationer förresten, -Det är ju bara ett jävla bröl, som Brasse Brännström sade i sketchen “Fiolen min” ifrån 1976. Man skulle kunna tro att vänsteraktivister är kåta på sverigedemokrater och för övrigt alla som dessa aktivister är emot.

Snacka om att de är ruskigt osäkra på sig själva, det är de ju av allt att döma ändå förresten.

Es liegt an uns!

Dienstag, den 17.11.09.Es ist 11.30 Uhr. Etwa 1.500 Schüler und Schülerinnen haben sich am Willy Brandt Platz versammelt um für ein besseres Bildungssystem zu demonstrieren. Einige tragen Banner, andere rufen Parolen. Eine normale Demonstration im Rahmen des alljährlichen Bildungsstreiks, den alle Tageszeitungen und Medienanstalten der Umgebung für sich nutzen werden. Schon am nächsten Tag wird man in sämtlichen Lokalteilen der Zeitungen in Niederberg die Gesichter der Demonstranten gepaart mit stupiden, beschreibenden Überschriften („2000 Jugendliche auf der Straße“ / WAZ am 18.11) erkennen können. Die wenigsten Artikel werden über das Genre „Erlebnisbericht“ hinausragen. Andere sind eigens dafür verfasst, den Nerv der Zielgruppe zu treffen und befassen sich weniger mit den wahren Begebenheiten als mit der Aufrecherhaltung eines Weltbildes, das den Ansprüchen einer modernen Gesellschaft in keiner Weise gerecht wird. Hier ist von biertrinkenden Schülern die Rede, dort reduziert man die Mobilmachung von rund 1.500 Jugendlichen, die ihrem Unmut über das momentane Bildungssystem Ausdruck verleihen, auf die dabei entstandenen Reinigungskosten. Doch hinter einer derartigen Veranstaltung steckt mehr als zwei Stunden weniger Unterricht für die Beteiligten.

Doch von Anfang an:

Wir schreiben Mittwoch, den 04.11.09. Es ist 16.00 Uhr. Im Jugendraum an der Schlossstraße 2 trudeln die ersten Beteiligten ein. Das 25-köpfige Bildungsstreikkomitee der Velberter Jugendinitiative (JiV), steckt mitten in den Vorbereitungen für die Velberter Ausgabe des diesjährigen Bildungsstreiks. Während Flyer der Demo schon seit Wochen kursieren und Aufkleber das Stadtbild prägen, werden rechtliche Angelegenheiten geklärt und Formulierungen getroffen, die jedem Schüler und jeder Schülerin das Teilnehmen an der Demonstration während der Schulzeit, und somit das Verletzen der Schulpflicht, legitimieren sollen. Dabei geht es mehr um Balsam für das Gewissen als um rechtliche Grundlagen. Balsam für das Gewissen einer unrebellischen, meist gymnasialen Schülerschaft, die ihrer Frustration lieber Einhalt gebietet, als ihr ungebändigt, gar gesellschaftskonträr, Ausdruck zu verleihen. Doch dieses Verhalten ist nicht unbegründet. In einer Gesellschaft, die zunehmend hierarchisch aufgebaut ist, und in der Mitbestimmungsrecht zur realitätsfremden Formalität wird, vergessen viele, dass ein gewisser Grad an Mitgestaltung von Nöten ist um ein demokratisches System aufrecht zu erhalten.

So bekommt man stellenweise sogar den Eindruck, die so oft geforderte politische Jugend sei der Obrigkeit, jetzt wo sie da ist, zu politisch.

So zählt die Schulleitung eines Velberter Gymnasiums die Politisierung der Jugend anscheinend nicht zu ihren Aufgabenbereichen und tritt dieser sogar repressiv entgegen. Jeder Schüler des NEGs, der am 17.11 um 11.30 Uhr für ein besseres Bildungssystem demonstrieren wird, tut dies gegen heftigen Widerstand der Schulleitung und von Teilen der Lehrerschaft. Hier geht es nicht um zwei Stunden weniger Unterricht, sondern um den Einsatz für ein besseres Bildungssystem unter Inkaufnahme potentiell weitreichender Konsequenzen. Doch wo Regeln in großem Stil überschritten werden, muss man dies zur Not auch im Kleinen tun.

Wo Bildung nicht mehr frei ist, wird das Prüfen rechtlicher Grundlagen eines Schulstreiks seitens der Schulleitung zur Lächerlichkeit.

Den Studenten und Schülern geht es dabei wie dem Frosch im Kochtopf, der erst aus dem kochenden Wasser springt wenn es schon fast zu spät ist.

Mit den Studiengebühren wurden finanzielle Mittel, die bisher das Land zu tragen hatte, auf den einzelnen Stundenten umgeleitet und diesem als Sanierungszuschuss für die Hochschulen verkauft. Das Bologna-System machte die europäische Hochschule zu einer transparenten Lernfabrik, in der über steigenden Leistungsdruck und zu kurze Studienzeiten geklagt wird. Ähnlich verhält es sich mit dem Turbo-Abi. Doch es liegt an uns, aus dem Wasser zu springen, bevor wir uns an die Hitze gewöhnen. Bildung, die Geld kostet, und somit die Schere zwischen der sozialen Unter- und Oberschicht vergrößert, würde über die Jahrzehnte zur Normalität werden (wie in den 70er Jahren der NC) und wäre für nächste Generationen unanfechtbar. Unsere Enkelkinder sollen uns schließlich nicht mit großen Augen anschauen, wenn wir ihnen von einer kostenlosen Grundschule erzählen, die es zu unserer Zeit noch gab.

“There had been several reports that information about confidential flight plans by the Cambodia Air Traffic Service (CATS) controlled by Thai people were leaked. The opposition party has demanded that the government should take control of the air traffic control itself, but there is no response. And now everything seems somewhat too late.

“The spokesperson of the Sam Rainsy Party, Mr. Yim Sovann, spoke to the media late last week, saying that the government should take the CATS company under its control to ensure that there is no economic loss, and it would be easier for the government to control national secrets. Mr. Yim Sovann said, ‘The Sam Rainsy Party had mentioned this case many times before, suggesting that all these important tasks should not be given to foreigners, and the government should control it by itself. But the state does not care.’

“In January 2001, the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation of the Cambodian government signed an agreement with the [Thai] Samart Corporation, providing an exclusive license for 22 years to this company, to organize, operate, and maintain a system for air traffic routing for civil aviation companies in Cambodia, and this company is also required to conform to the technical standards of BCT [an aviation maintenace company]. After receiving the license from the Cambodian government, Samart very quickly prepared the bidding procedure for the radar system and set up the necessary tools needed for its effective air traffic control operations.

“A parliamentarian from the Cambodian People’s Party, Mr. Cheam Yeap, agreed that it would be very good if the government would reconsider the air traffic control agreement with the Thai side. He added that Cambodia should have the ability to control this company, rather than allow foreigners to continue to control it. He said, ‘We should recheck that investment agreement, and we should check whether our human resources can take the place of the foreigners.’ He explained that Cambodia jointly created the company CATS with Thailand, because, at that time, Cambodia did not have sufficient experts, and air traffic was not so busy [like it is at present]. Mr. Cheam Yeap went on to say that to continue to let foreigners do the air traffic control affects the security of our nation through the secret release of confidential information to their government, adding that foreigners are not honest to us. He said, ‘Do not trust foreigners but only those having the same blood as Khmers. If we let them be at that place, they might release confidential information about national security, as one Thai person did already. They are not 100% honest towards us.’

“Mr. Cheam Yeap continued to say that according to new Article 90 of the Constitution of Cambodia, the Royal Government can make a request to the National Assembly ["The National Assembly shall approve the national budget, State planning, loans, financial contracts, and the creation, modification and annulment of tax."]. Then the National Assembly will exercise its right to cancel any contract that can affect the national interest. The Thai spy can be considered as proof to cancel that contract. Another Sam Rainsy Party parliamentarian, Mr. Son Chhay, said that the opposition party had expressed concerns since the beginning about problems of national security. Now, it happened as the Sam Rainsy Party had been concerned. He said he will write a letter to the government, because it is related to national security.

“He said, ‘I also saw information about the arrest of the Thai spy. I think it is an opportunity to respond to the Ministry of Defense and the Council of Ministers which had claimed that there would be no problems, but the problem exists now, and I want to know what measures they take.’ He emphasized that he will write a letter this week to the government to request it to check the control over the CATS company.

“Because of the secret copy of the flight plan of Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra, the Cambodia government ordered all Thai [CATS] personnel to stop working, after Mr. Siwarak Chutiphong, 31, had been arrested for spying, while the eternal friend of Prime Minister Hun Sen, Thaksin Shinawatra, visited Cambodia, to give a lecture about the Cambodian economy, as he is now an economic advisor of Cambodia.” Sereypheap Thmey, Vol.17, #1817, 23.11.2009
