We are looking for people with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with Mechanical Engineering Graduate preferably with a Post Graduate Degree with 2- 5 years of relevant experience in the following functional areas:

The incumbent shall be responsible for design and development of automotive parts/components/assemblies/sub-assemblies in the areas of Seating / Doors / Motors. Skill-set looking for: Extensive experience in Parametric Modeling using Catia V5/V4 and / or UGNX (Unigraphics). Experience in preparing and interpreting of CAD drawings following the parameters and principles of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. Training in use and maintenance requirements of computer graphics. Sound knowledge of computer graphics, geometry, trigonometry and algebra. High level of analytical ability to find solutions to complex problems. Brainstorming and developing new product concepts, and enhancing design concepts. Well-developed understanding of materials, components and engineering technology. Strong communication skills that include, technical, verbal, and written. Must be detail oriented, with he ability to interact with all levels of management, both internal and external. Developing product requirements and functional specifications. Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others. Good project management skills. Sound knowledge of machining, forging, welding, fabrications and assembly procedures.
